I leased a new crosstrek right after new years and I am loving it. I had a imprezza on a lease for 3 years before that so while I wanted another Subie and hopefully the trek, I wasn't sure where to go. Local dealer made an offer and then the next day pulled it back. Dealer I got the imprezza from drove me insane for 3 years and I refused to go to them again. Shopped around and thought i was going to get "stuck" with a deal and/or the type of Subaru I didn't want but had to do for the finances. Then I sent an email about 11AM on a Sat and got a response from Web Sales at Day Apollo. Back and forth for a few emails, actually answered my questions and even gave me some general pricing (something NO ONE else would do). Set me an appointment with Rik for that afternoon and I went up. They close at 6PM on Saturdays and at 6:40PM I was driving home my new Hyper Blue Trek with the exact package I wanted. Rik went through all the numbers with me, was able to help me out with turning in my old lease (which btw I had 4 months left to pay and was over in mileage.) What everyone else was telling me would cost me money to turn in and/or keep the new lease at 270-280 a month I didn't pay on the old lease and walked out with the new one with a great deal. If you JUST want the best deal you MIGHT get lucky at another subie dealership. But I would say talk to the gang at Day Apollo and give them a shot. If they can't beat any offer you have (and I bet they can) they WILL beat it with service. Customer service, sales service, repair service, you name it. Day Apollo is where you go to buy a car and leave part of a family, anywhere else is JUST a car dealer. P.S. If anyone wonders why I gave them a 5 star on repairs and my car is brand new they took care of what I thought was scratches( was not and just needed a good buffing) plus checked my tire/rim when I was worried about hitting a pothole and put on my new crossbars at no cost when I stopped by. Not a dime spent and they have helped me already, how incredible will they be when I am actually PAYING them???!!!

Everything about this dealership defines customer service. I'm currently on my third purchase from this facility and it keeps getting better every time! James Hebert my salesperson is beyond helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The service department is excellent and very fast. I couldn't recommend a dealership to purchase a new or used car or have maintenance done more than Day Apollo.

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than I have over the past month with day apollo. I purchased 2 vehicles from them - leased a new outback and bought a used truck. Both times I worked with Rik - he made the process painless and I really felt like he knew the product extensively. He went over every option on the subaru with us - and it has a lot. I have purchased multiple vehicles at this dealership and I will always go back - the professionalism of the staff and ease of transaction is second to none!

I very recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from the Day Apollo Subaru dealership. This was my first time buying a car, but I had the pleasure of working with Eric Saloom, who was able to answer my myriad of questions no matter how general or specific they were. I really loved the Forester from the moment I test drove it, but Day Apollo wasn't the only dealership that I went to. I actually tried out 6 other car brands and even 2 other Subaru dealerships in the Pittsburgh area to look for the best value possible. But between the great deal I got on the price, the above and beyond customer service, and how welcomed I felt by all the staff at the dealership, the choice of who to buy from wasn't very hard at all. The other dealerships were fine, but they just tried to sell me as much as they could push on me, and I felt like I was just another potential profit or commission for them. Day Apollo and specifically Eric were focused on trying to address my needs and find the best fit for me from the very first moment I walked in. I would recommend Day Apollo Subaru (and already have recommended them) to any of my friends looking to buy a car. Based on my experience, you're just not going to find a better deal or service anywhere else.

I kid you not, if you're going to ever buy a car, and want the experience tailored to your needs to the point where a car you didn't think you'd ever be sitting in is the car you'll drive away with when you're finished, Brandon is your go to person. Name your car, and be as transparent as you can about your financial situation and what you hope to achieve, and he'll make it a realistic possibility for you. He's incredibly flexible, personable, and after having my car for close to two years now, I still talk with Brandon on a regular basis. He really takes the time out to connect with his customer and understand what they need from their vehicles, which is not something to take lightly when you'll likely be bound to it for at least five or six years, if not more. The car itself, I love. I had my eyes set on something but it seemed too far out of my budget to make it work. However, with Brandon's help, we were able to not only get out of the lease, but also sit me in exactly the car I was hoping for and still keep my price down to a point that was manageable for me to budget into. Since then, I've been driving around one of the best pieces of craftsmanship I've ever had. It looks beautiful and turns heads, it's surprisingly powerful and peppy, and gives me all of the options I needed and wanted in my car. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS from the used their car lot. I found it on their website and checked it out the next day. This car is in excellent condition, as the website stated. Stacy Rippy was my sales associate and she convinced me to not let this one get away. She had so much knowledge of this vehicle even though Lincoln's aren't the main priority at a Subaru dealership. My credit wasn't exactly the best but she had no problem assisting me with everything I needed to help me purchase the car. I bought my first car, last week, from Day Apollo Subaru in Moon. I had a wonderful experience test driving three different models and everyone was very friendly. Finally, I made a decision to buy a 2014 red Legacy and the process was really easy. Brandon was super nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. I came in with my boyfriend to look at few cars, having already known the price range and model I wanted. Brandon, who was very knowledgeable, quickly got me into a car and showed me all the features, and by noon I was finished with the paperwork and drove my car off the lot!

I bought a used 2012 Chevy Cruze from this dealership in Oct. 2014. Brandon Denk helped me through the process and this was one of the easiest processes of my life thanks to him. I needed the car and I needed it fast and he stayed late to make sure the deal was done. Additionally, I have had no problems with the car and the extremely minimal scratches and dings on the car were shown to me and the price of the car had already been adjusted accordingly. Many people dread going to car dealerships because they know they will be hounded by pushy salesman who only want to make a buck. Day Apollo is different from the usual car buying experience. I have purchase two vehicles through them and wife has as well. They have salesman who understand your needs and wants and try to get everything you want in a car with out being pushy. Its like shopping at a small family run business. I have also had my vehicles worked on by their service department. They are honest with what needs repaired and do not try to get more money out of you. They are prudent and cost effective with the repairs that are needed. If your looking for new or used I would highly recommend Day Apollo.

I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Day Apollo Subaru. The vehicle I purchased was not even a Subaru, but the sales staff was nonetheless extremely helpful. Even though the vehicle was not of the make they specialize in, they made sure I got all the answers I needed to my many questions. My wife and I arrived to look at some used Subaru Foresters and were greeted by Salesman Matt Tate. We explained what we were looking for and that we are first time Subaru buyers. He was very helpful and patient , explaining to us all about the Subaru's we were interested in and their features and functions. No high pressure sales tactics, just a friendly, comfortable experience from the time we walked into the dealership until we left with our new to us/used 2015 Subaru Forester. We walked away from another dealership and a decent deal on another used Forester the evening before because the sales team were pushy and lacked the knowledge we felt they should have on the brand they are selling. We did not experience this at all, in fact we experienced the exact opposite, friendly , knowledgeable and not a pushy sales team. Several months ago I walked into Day Apollo Subaru to just look at an Outback and Impreza Sport. A few hours later, I drove home in my new Impreza hatchback! I couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service I received from Jason Len. He helped me figure out just what I wanted and never once put any pressure on me to buy or add on extras. My Impreza is exactly what I'd been looking for, I love it! I have no doubt that I would not have received this kind of exceptional treatment any where else. My car runs beautifully and I haven't had a single problem or issue with it. I recently visited their Quick Service for my oil change. The night before thanksgiving eve a service light came on in my car, easily enough I went to days website and was able to schedule a 8am appointment the day before thanksgiving and was out in no time. I contacted this dealer on two separate occasions to test drive a Subaru Forester manual transmission( mid afternoon). Both times I called ahead to verify that the vehicle was the still and was assured it was and scheduled a test drive for the same day. I drove for an hour on both separate occasions to test drive the car only to show up and have them tell me the car sold "an hour and a half ago." Both times I showed up I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before someone came to greet me, and when I explained that this is the second time they did it to me all they offered was a "sorry". There was not a manual even on the lot, and they did not even have the decency to call and let me know the car sold, even if it was there. I will be contacting Subaru corporate about how poorly this dealership represents the Subaru brand, and how they lost a potential customer because of poor customer service. For such a large dealership I expected more. This dealer did not even attempt to treat me with respect. If someone you know wants a Subaru I would choose any dealership other than this in the Pittsburgh area.

I had been shopping for a long time so over the last few years I walked in here many times, each time was a different experience, it seemed like it was a random good experience a random bad experience......extra positive points for the salesmen that called me back and/or emailed me - this may annoy some people but a little professional helpful offer is nice.....the salespeople did not seem to know 100% about the cars and history and anytime you just say Subaru is the best in every single aspect and everyone copies us I just roll my eyes..... one salesman said do not look at the numbers here are the keys take it for a ride and see how you like it - excellent........other sales people had a complete "system to go through - bad choice this cookie cutter attitude is really inhuman......someone I know did buy a car here and had a good experience on the actual purchase....... I think it will be hit and miss.....but yes as one of the other writers said they walked in and had to call from inside the dealership and ask if anyone was working - lol that happened to me and then they looked at me and almost asked me word for word are you actually looking to buy?? I wanted to say no this is how I spend my free time! LOL - also the salespeople seemed so offended that I told them here is what I drive now, here is what I want, here are the top three cars that I am looking at and I want to drive all three back to back.....hello that's a nice upfront way to be - but I was frowned on........shoppers beware

I shopped at 7 dealerships. Day Apollo offered the best price, and salesman Jim Kushon took as much time as I wanted to answer all questions. He has continued to respond to any question, as has the service dept. Jim used a zero-pressure approach, which felt refreshing. The only problem that I encountered was that they forgot to install a front license plate bracket ( I live out of state ), but they took care of this promptly. One additional observation: with some body shop experience, I examined my Outback very closely and it was totally immaculate with no markings or blems as I saw mentioned in other reviews. My overall experience was that I was a very common person who was treated like royalty.

I visited the Day Apollo VW to test drive a CPO vehicle listed on Cars.com. After walking into the showroom, then through the sales lot, I was not approached. I had to call by phone to ask them to find a sales person. The car I was interested in was not on the lot, so an attendant was sent to the remote lot. One HOUR later, still couldn't find it. After another 30 minutes it was found, damaged, at the body shop. "No worries," said the salesman, "I'll expedite it, you can drive it in 2 days". A day later, I was told (same salesman), "sorry, car won't be back for 6 days". I complained to the Sales manager Eric, and was told "Salesman should have known car was at body shop-it is posted on a board in sales office". Seven days later, internet sales department says, "car is available now." One day after that, salesman emails me and says, "unbeknownst to me the car is being delivered to another customer, it has had a deposit on it for some time." SO, neither the sales manager, the internet salesman nor the lot salesman knew the car was sold. My guess is, the dealership is poorly run, the sales staff is uninformed. I have purchased 3 cars in the past 10 years from Day Apollo. I will not go there in the future.

Went to look at a 2012 Kia Forte with 30000 miles. After test driving the car, my trade was evaluated and a very low price was given. I told the salesman what my range was and he was very condesending. After going back and forth, he gave me the final monthly payment and was completly stunned that I thought the offer wasn't fair. I left and purchased a 2012 Kia Forte with 14000 miles at another dealership. The dealership gave me $4000 more on my trade and made sure it fit into my montly budget.

Day Apollo was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. I had been waiting for months for the perfect car. I was waiting for a specific year, color, mileage etc. When that car came to Day Apollo I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately it was way over priced considering comparables in the area. I printed all of the research that showed the same car, year, mileage (different color) were thousands less at various dealers in the area. Upon showing this research to the salesman he proceeded to bring the General Manager out. We then played the all too familiar sales game of "you're so important to us the GM is even willing to come down from his high horse and work with you". After several rounds of back and forth the GM agreed to lower the price to be more in line with the market. Next comes the fun part, running my credit. Fortunately I knew my credit score and knew what rates I was eligible for. When the finance person came back the rates I was offered were double what I had researched. When I asked who they ran my credit through they would not tell me and insisted that information was confidential. When I asked finance to run my credit through VW or other banks she refused and proceeded to argue with me insisting the rates she provide were the best they could do. I left that night and didn't purchase the car. The next day the GM called me, said he ran my credit through VW where I received a fair rate. I found out weeks later the first bank my credit was ran through was a small credit union who received kick-backs for issuing high interest loans. had it not been the perfect car, color, mileage I would have never completed the purchase. As far as I am concerned, this dealership should be out of business for fraudulent dealings. I will never go back.

Lesson learned, this is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and found I should have gone over it like it was used. Lot attendants obviously scratch the heck out of them somehow. Scratches in mirrors, gouges in interior trim, major clear coat scratches, etc. Detailer tried to buff them out for me, which seemed nice, until I found buffer burns on door handles and the front bumper. Sales team was great, unfortunately the after sales service was horrible. To top it off, when you don't like the work they are doing, the service manager (JUSTIN) doesn't even have the decency to return your phone calls...pathetic. Even though they have a good sales staff, I will never step foot on that property again. PS, Boardman Subaru is far cheaper on accessories and installation...by $100 +. Somebody other than myself will be getting ripped off in the future...just saying.

My experience with Day Apollo has been Perfect in every way. I live in ohio and wanted to buy a forester 2014 manual transmission. I contacted Day Apolo through an internet search and worked with Mark Z to arrange it all. They offered the best price right out the gate. No need to haggle or bicker it was spot on. All pre work was done in a matter of days. When I arrived the car was showroom ready. I was connected with a sales man Matt Tate, went for a test drive it was as described and all in order. He coordinated the review of my trade in car. He was Perfect, everything you want in a low stress honest deal. All the paper work was ready, ( thanks MArk Z.) Matt reviewed all the features of the car in detail and reassured me he would be available by phone after i left. Kate Sgro finance manager, took great care in processing my material and reviewed my options. She was a joy to work with. Day Apollo is the best place to purchase a car. ( I've done 8 in my life this was the best). Day Apollo is worth the 2 hour trip i made.. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area of able to get there.

In an age of technology and globalization, there still remain a few oases, where customers are treated with respect, dignity, and understanding. Day of Apollo is one of those places. I had read the reviews of the Day Apollo before I came out, and they were all true, they are professional and courteous. They treated me with respect, and did not rush me in any manner. I came out to the dealership with my Mom, and my salesperson, Mike Sasser, treated her as if she were a queen. On the way back from the dealership, my mother repeatedly told me how much she liked the cars and the how the dealership was, but was amazed of how good a person Mike was. One more thing to add, the business manager Steve Huetter, who does all the paper work for you after and signing, is a big happy jolly guy, I didnt feel like I was buying a car, but rather going on a trip to Hawaii. I have bought cars all over Allegheny County, if you are interested in a Subaru or VW, drive out to Apollo and let those guys prove how professional they are. Sincerely Ralph of Pittsburgh.

I found this dealership to be of great assistance, knowledge and made the buying process very friendly and a positive experience. There was not much inthe manner of negotiating becasue they gave me a fair price right from the start.
