Had a great Experience buying a car. The financing process and efficiency was outstanding. This staff definitely go above and beyond customer service. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and NICE vehicle. Their inventory was beyond expectation, for the prices. I definitely recommend anyone to check this place out before going anywhere else. Jeremy is who helped me pick out a car that was within my budget and a HUGE step up from the vehicle I traded in. The trade in amount I received was very generous! Do yourself a favor and give this dealership an opportunity to do the same for you. I will recommend D&D to all my friends and family. A++

Dave helped us find the first first car for my daughter. We need an affordable, dependable car for steady transportation to and from work at off hours, that could not let her down. Dave found the right 4x4 Jeep that is ready to roll, warm and dependable that keeps her safe. Dave and his team personally went through the vehicle to insure that all the vital compenents where in great shape for a dependable future. My husband and I purchase suv 3 days ago and was very please. some work needed to be done and it was but there are a few little minor things that I am not happy about one for sure I thought that was done but I guess not.. Brandon has been very helpful and I really truly thank you. Will be send a few ppl your way. I will be back though for a car for our daughter in the furture.

My wife and I have nothing negative to say about the great service we received from the folks at the 25030 Groesebeck, Warren location. Jeremy the Sale and Finance Manager was honest, took the time to work with what we could afford and help us pick out the right vehicle from the large selection they have to offer. Every question, every concern was addressed and taken care of. After we chose the vehicle that fit our family, they made sure it was to our satisfaction by time we picked it up. Even a few days after I drove the vehicle home, I had some other concerns and took the car back and a few hours later, the issues were resolved. That what customer service is about. Many used car dealerships give you enough care to bring you in and make a deal and thats it, not here !!! They take all the time you need and dont push you out just to make a better deal with someone else. You are treated fairly and with respect and here they know if not for ALL CUSTOMERS, they would not be in business. They will do what they can to help you out. Honesty given, and Honesty is returned back to you. This is how all used dealerships should be. Good place to do business with. Give Jeremy a call and tell him Jody sent you. I recommend D&D All American to anyone in need of a vehicle when other places have given you ridiculous figures you need to get into a vehicle. We will be back in the future !!! (This review was almost 2 years ago) Sept 23, 2014. This was the day we picked up our second vehicle purchase from D&D All American Auto Sales. With the recent loss of our main family vehicle, we had no second thoughts of where to go to get into another nice well maintained used vehicle. Just about 2 weeks prior, we arrived to the location and began test driving several vehicles to find what suited our family best. There is a huge selection of vehicles to choose from according to each person or family needs. This time we went with a SUV and could not be happier. The staff went above and beyond what any other used car sales company will do. They inspected this vehicle from top to bottom and front to back. They addressed any of our concerns and let us know that it was taken care of. Not only do they provide financing for families going through a few hardships in life, but they also don't sell you crap coverage that will not cover anything that would break down on older used vehicles. Jeremy Smythe knows the financing business well because he has a lot of years of experience and knows a lot of financing managers from a wide spread base of local companies to try and get you into the best program that is right for you. He does not just push the "cheapest" route just to sell you a car. He will let you know the in and outs of what is currently available and not just sell you junk to make a sale. If you need something to just get you by for a short while, they have that to chose from. Or if you are looking for a nice quality vehicle to make your main family vehicle, they have that as well. The owner and his staff bring in a nice varitey of vehicles that have been taken care of. If you are interested in a few, Jeremy will be glad to print a history report of the vehicle so you know exactly what you are buying. I have said this before and I will say it again, I am very happy with the customer service and the upmost care they have for each customer that walks through their door. They are not just sales people to me and my family, they are our friends. If it was not for them, we would not have a nice vehicle. I am thankful that they are there for us.

I went here recently in search of a used vehicle after my car was totaled while parked. I was already completely stressed out at having to purchase another car and just couldn't imagine having to deal with the added stress of shopping for a used car. I had to go it alone and was nervous, as I'm a female that literally knows ZERO about cars. I had googled local dealerships. One that popped up over and over with great customer reviews was D&D Auto. I'm a sucker for good customer reviews and will go out of my way to use a company with good reviews. Jeremy and Brandon were wonderful (which I already knew from the glowing reviews I'd read). They didn't try to steer me towards any vehicles outside of my price range, nor did they treat me like "just some dumb woman shopping alone". They took the time to explain the cars they had in price range and offered helpful advice about the pros and cons of each one (price vs. mileage vs. make/model/year). Once I selected a car and was set to take it for a test drive, I asked them if I could swing it by my mechanic friend to let him look it over. They didn't even hesitate to encourage me to do so (huge plus as far as I'm concerned). They made this entire process nearly completely stress free and walked me through it every step of the way. They were even super patient when I broughy my two young, incredibly energetic sons with me to pick up my car the next day. I had literally only one issue with the car I purchased and it was the engine light came less than 24 hours after I purchased the car. I called Brandon and he told me to stop by on my way home from work and they ran diagnostics on it....turns out it was an issue with the gas cap (I had just fueled up after picking up the car). They reset it and I was all set. These guys are seriously fantastic and I wasn't at all uneasy about doing business with them....which is pretty significant when you're purchasing a used vehicle. I have already suggested them to several friends who are looking to purchase used cars for their teens. I would definitely suggest that anyone looking for a used car stop here FIRST! You will probably save yourself numerous visits to several car lots. ALSO----They have TWO locations. I visited the one on 10 and Groesbeck but I had initially gone to the one in Mt. Clemens and they were just as helpful there and sent me to the Groesbeck lot when I didn't find anything I was interested in at the Mt. Clemens lot.
