I can't see myself spending my hard earned money at a place that hires salesman that act like they are selling Rolex's on the street. I could not believe a single word that came out of this man's mouth. He had a fake smile, dollar signs in his eyes, and talked quick. Straight up life changing experience that was so bad after I walked out and checked my pockets, I questioned to myself if God was real. No joke. I am asking anyone that is reading this to pray for my soul.

Everything went great from the first contact I made with DeCosky. I called in and worked with Autum on my new purchase, squared away pricing and placed a deposit down. Once I arrived at the dealership Terry and Mark assisted with finalizing the paperwork and getting me on the road. This is a fantastic dealership.

Bill greeted us right away even though we weren't shopping for anything very expensive. He took all the time we wanted without being impatient, took several days to think about it and several test drives, and he was cheerful and helpful all the way. Financing went smoothly as well. No high pressure. My only complaint was that most dealerships fill the gas tank when you buy a car, but they did not offer to do so here. Would definitely shop there again.

Bought a new GMC in July. Experience was excellent. I found truck I wanted on Decosky's internet site and called Tony Helmick, their internet manager. Set up appointment and worked the deal with Tony after he showed me all aspets of the new truck. Tony was the most knowledgeable salesperson on GM vehicles, especially trucks, I have met. This dealership, at least in my experience, is not hard sell and Tony was great. Don't know what else to say other than I would do business again and I recommended to friends. .

I stopped at the lot to look for some used cars. At my first stop, I got out and walked around looking at several cars. I was never engaged by a salesperson. Nobody even said hi. I ended up getting back into my car and going to a different area of DeCosky to look at more cars. One salesperson said hi to me, but he seemed busy with somebody else. Nobody else attempted to help me. They did seem to have some cars I would have been interested in, but I won't be ignored. I'm not likely to do any business with them in the future.

I was in the market for a used vehicle and had researched several similar vehicles all over Columbus and surrounding areas, to my surprise nobody could beat Decosky's prices. Not only did I save money but the small town, personalized customer service I received was simply outstanding. They brought the car I bought to me to inspect and drive, then gave it to me overnight to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. I cannot think of a better car buying experience in the 37 vehicles I have owned and DEFINITELY recommend the John Decosky dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. My Daughter bought a 1997 blazer from Dave Diamond for $2000.00 & high milage (fine). Within 2 days the fuel filter was out. Decosky Jr. denied fixing the car. We will see what small claims says in Knox co. , we have the proof, that if they checked the vehicle at all they would have known the problem.Whats funny is a little buy here pay here in Marion stood behind their car sale to another daughter. Imagine that!Bigger is not always better.

I travelled about 75 miles to this dealership because I had found something online that I was very interested in. We had gone there with virtually no thought of being able to take the vehicle home that day. After a couple hours of dealing the deal was agreed upon. They went to what I think was extra effort to enable me to take my new truck home that day. I am very satisfied.
