Fast and courteous service. Didn't waist my time giving me lengthy sales pitches before beginning service on my car. I made an appointment for a lube job and got a lube job at a good price with courtesy extras thrown in that are appreciated.

The courtesy car pickup is great. Both drivers were very nice.I like the print out of what is good and what needs fixed on the car. The "courtesy" gentleman was very nice in asking if what service I needed, even though he wasn't there when I first drove into the garage.

Horrible dealership. Be careful of lies and very poor communication! Beware of extremely high prices. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Many more dealerships around that will treat you better and not take advantage of you. The higher up tower guys sat there and lied to my face. I don't have anything positive to say about the dealership:(

The actual Toyota service manager was great. Scheduling became a hassle because of a technician needing training and getting the right parts to cover the three recalls that were addressed. However, your folks went out of their way to pick up our van in MP and then delivered the keys to the chase car when it became apparent that the repair would take longer. All these folks were great.

First of all, the salesman that I dealt with seemed more concerned with helping than selling. He thoroughly made a list of what I was looking for, from color to equipment, and what was a comfortable price range. He actually directed me to a less expensive car than the one I bought, and he did not try to upsell me on anything. I knew what my trade was worth to me and when the estimate of trade value was presented to me it was exact to the dollar. There was no disagreement, the price was right the first time. Over the past several years, I have purchased more cars than the average customer, and this is my third car at Derry. I have walked out of show rooms several times when I see things that are not going well. I have more than once spent over three hours in dealerships and walked out with out a purchase. Everything went well and in a courteous way and the initial visit took two hours to reach an agreement. When it came time for the financial transaction, I had several choices of financing and this worked out very well. As for the car, my wife and I know this was the right decision for us. I never purchase the add on extras, extended warranties or gadgets that I do not want. These items were presented to me and I said no thank you and that was the end of it. I have had my arm nearly twisted out of its socket at other dealerships for insurances and other items that I did not want. Your group has it figured out and I will keep that in mind in the future. I "web-shopped" and I found what I was looking for at Deery Brothers in West Burlington, IA. I scheduled a test drive with Mackenzie Nafziger, who was friendly, knowledgeable and offered assistance in my process of putting me with a sales consultant, Jason Warner. He was very personable, patient, relaxed (as opposed to pushy) and knew the answers to my questions about this car in particular. It was like talking with a friend. He loves his job. It made my first experience of buying a car so easy. Both Mackenzie and Jason have followed up with me since my purchase and I have to say, both are a great asset to this dealership. I would definitely recommend them personally.

My shopping experience with Deery Brother was all by email or phone. I found that everyone I talked to was knowledgeable about business and cars; they were willing to help me with anything that I needed. In the end I didn't buy a car from them, but I think that I could honestly say that I would do business with them in the future. P.S. when I told them that I wasn't going to buy a car they were just as considerate as when they thought I might have bought one, and they didn't keep hounding me to buy a car from them as others have done to me in the past.

Looking for a Nissan Frontier we stopped by this dealership and was met by a friendly saleman. He did not seem pushy and answered our questions. We weren't ready to make a purchase that day. A month later I spotted a vehicle on line at that dealership and through their website requested a price quote. I got a reply but the woman didn't give me a price quote. I find most dealerships won't give a price quote via email for some strange reason.

I was driving my 11yr old Jeep with 223000 miles from Wisconsin to Iowa to purchase a 2011 Chev Equinox LT. The salesperson called to make sure my trip was going well. The car was parked out front so it was the first thing I saw when I arrived. The sales manager stopped over to say hi, the person in finance gave me options tailored to my needs, no pressure!!!! The entire process was enjoyable. I love my new car!
