Following a rollover vehicular accident in which my mother's car was totaled, but thankfully she was not hurt seriously, she was in need of a new set of wheels. We purchased the previous car from Deien Chevrolet for her just over a year ago. Dakota McConville was the salesman we worked with and his professionalism went beyond good. Dakota took the time to get to know us, showed that he cared about what was best for my mother and his follow-up went far beyond that of just another salesman earning a commission. We had originally gone to another local Chevy dealership (whom shall remain nameless) to look at the new 2015 Chevy Colorado, which they didn't have, and apparently were not overly interested in selling cars/trucks. We left this dealership and drove approximately 20 miles east to Deien Chevrolet. From the minute we walked in the front door it was obvious that this dealership really gets customer service! Our sales person Nikki Yarber was nothing short of awesome! While Deien also did not have the new Colorado, Nikki listened to our wants/needs/desires and then asked if we might be interested in a Certified pre owned full size truck. She grabbed the keys and a dealer plate and after a test drive, we decided to buy this beautiful truck. Nikki and everyone else that we dealt with truly exceeded our expectations. I have bought more than a few (OK a lot) of new cars/trucks in the past 35 years and can't remember a more pleasant buying experience.

I have been researching a Chevy Cruze purchase for over 2 months on-line. Cars.com pointed me over to Trenton, IL, home of Deien Chevrolet, which is about a one hour drive one-way from St. Charles, MO. Inside the showroom is a 1978 Corvette Pacecar with 11 miles on the odometer. Nikki, the Sales Associate, came up to my wife and offered us something to drink and a popcorn while we talked about the car -- not the Corvette but the one I wanted to buy: 2014 Chevy Cruze RS LTZ in white. Nikki took us on the cold day for a test drive. The car pulled slightly to the right and had one paint chip. After the drive, I told Nikki that I wanted the car and the only issue was price point, which we quickly came to terms and she also fixed the pull to the right in the alignment and also the paint chip. On the day I was to pick up the Cruze, she sent another salesman all the way out to St. Charles, MO to pick up my wife and myself and took us back to the dealer to close the deal. Nathan in finance was the best. What a great, small town experience it was to buy with Deien. The one hour drive for me paid huge dividends for my purchase because I was treated like a respectable human being buy a very nice human being, Nikki. Thank you, Deien, for a wonderful experience. See you on the next car purchase, which will be my work truck, in 3 years!

Our nephew Cody found our 2014 Traverse on the website. It is very helpful to the "buying process" of a new/used vehicle if the customer can gather important info from the comfort of their home. We didn't have to drive to upteen places to find our vehicle needs/options. The dealership staff did NOT give us any "hassle" after the test drive....which made our decision less stressful. We felt comfortable while at the dealership discussing details about our Traverse. The sales and financing staff and the delivery process was superior. The service department is very friendly and helpful when we want to set appointments. We will consider going to Deien Chevrolet for our next vehicle!!

This was the easiest purchase of a new car that I have ever made. I was looking at the new Chevy Impala for the attractive design, and room of a full size car. E-mailed Deien Chevy on a weekend. Got a call from Deien Monday morning. I said I was interested in a 2015 Impala. Went in and test drove and took home a 2ltz Impala for almost an hour. Told Deien I was interested.. They wrote up one quote with a good trade-in value on my vehicle. I could not even argue for a better deal I just said SOLD. I thank Deien and their employees for making the purchase of a new car pleasurable and easy.

Since then, I have had all my service work done there and have never been let down. Even though Deien Chevrolet didn't have the particular one I was looking for on their lot, they found one for me, with the exact right color and the right interior and additional packages. I drove all the way down from the Chicago suburbs, 250 miles, to buy a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Duane. This was well worth the trip with no pressure and friendly service. I brought my car in to have some recall work done on it. This dealer's service department was by far the most professional and courteous I have encountered in the area. While reprogramming the ECM (as per the recall), he also went ahead and fixed my airbag module that had disabled the whole airbag system in the car. This wasn't part of the recall, he just did it because he was already hooked up and saved us a ton of money. When it is time to buy another car for my family, Deien will be the first dealership I visit.

Every person we encountered at Deien was very friendly and very flexible! My husband and I work opposite schedules so it was difficult for us to come to the dealership together especially since we live about an hour away. I normally stay away from dealerships and only visit when they are closed to personally inspect vehicles. This was a chance meeting after building my vehicle on the GM site. After building the truck I was interested in, a screen popped up saying Deien had the very vehicle. After a phone call to verify they truely had such a vehicle, I visited and talked to Sam. Sam was very pleasant and low pressure and presented all the options available for me to purchase the vehicle. He even offered a rebate that none of the other dealerships ever mentioned. Thanks Sam! The paper work took less than 15 minutes on the day of purchase and Sam spent more time just getting me aquainted and comfortable with my new truck. I was a very difficult and indecisive customer. I looked at cars for almost a month and Deien Chevrolet was very patient with me. I test drove multiple cars and asked various questions and they still helped me out greatly.

Deien Chevrolet is a very good place to go if you want to get a great looking car. Today I helped out with the customer appreciation day. It went great! The crew and everyone that was there where very nice and charming people. They really appreciate their customers, and they were polite. Also today for their customer appreciation they had animals there, the animals they had were a baby buffalo, a bear, and even a donkey. They also had a duo sing there they are an excellent duo, i would recomend them. Futhermore we had free soda, and even barbque that was very good. So if you are ever in the neighborhood I would absolutely one hundred percent recomend Deien Chevrolet to go to for a car. Thanks for reading! Took my vehicle in for a warranty repair based on a recommendation from my usual mechanic. They were EXTREMELY friendly, got me in quickly, and completed the repair in less time than they estimated. First visit, but it definitely won't be my last!

I found and bought a used truck from Deien Chevrolet. The dealership from management to service was a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the negoiations. There was not one bit of pressure to purchase and all concerns were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. This dealership is customer oriented. They want your business and want you to come back. They are good people!

My recent car purchase with Deien Chevrolet was what I feel, unmatched in the industry. I called the store, mentioned what I was looking for and was recommended by the sales consultant a car that was in stock and in my budget.I did some more research on the vehicle and was amazed at the value the car had and at the price I was offered. I have a very busy schedule and on top of it, was getting married that very next week. I was able to bring the vehicle home to test drive it over night. Then, when I decided it was the perfect car for us, I asked if I could put a deposit down to hold the car until after my wedding and honeymoon. I was thrilled to learn that Deien Chevrolet would accommodate my request.and with a smile!After I got back and it was time to close on the car, they had freshly cleaned and waxed it. I was surprised that they went above and beyond to do this because I already committed to buying the car as is, which was already clean.but wow!Then, on top of it, they delivered the car to my house so that I didnt have to coordinate two drivers to come and pick it up.My appreciation to the entire Deien Chevrolet team.Customer Til Death Due Me Part-Troy Kapp
