I needed to replace my aging vehicle and did my research online to select a new Hyundai Santa Fe. I was then able to connect up through the internet with a representative, Michael Shevitz, who provided pricing and selection info. We set up a time for the next day to meet at the dealership to finalize everything. In a couple of hours, my transaction was complete and I drove home in my new car. Michael was extremely helpful and supportive in navigating the paperwork to complete everything. Great experience overall and I love my new vehicle.

I was curious what kind of a deal I could get on leasing a 2017 Santa Fe as the lease on my 2014 would be up in mid February. I explained the situation to Jackie. She presented a great deal and located the vehicle I was looking for. I did not feel pressured in anyway which I really appreciated. She spent the time and gave me a complete tutorial on using the improved touchscreen features. I hope she is still there when this lease is up so we can deal again.

A happy experience. I expect to return. I was formally a "Lexus" long term customer, living in New Jersey. I was treated very well in New Jersey. I had a negative experience in Florida, (where I live now.) Liked the Lexus products, but not the dealership in Florida. I find the Genesis product to be similar to the Lexus, but the Genesis dealership was superior. You have a new customer now.

The staff at Delray Hyandai are phenomenal! It started with meeting the outstanding salesperson Marlene, to the finance gentleman who was making sure I stayed in my budget. (Did I mention I didn't even have to ask!) You hear so many bad stories about car shopping but I have to say this staff made it the best experience, and I did not have to give up my whole day off to make my purchase. I know that when I am ready to make another care purchase I will be back. You can not ask for anything more from a dealership then honesty, friendly and quick!! Wish I could give them more stars!!!

Alex Temple made our buying experience world class. I came into your dealership with a particular car in mind. ALex gave us all the information we needed and never used the tipical pressure tactic we experience at your competitors. For that reason, we came back to Delray Hyundai. We have choices in buying a car. It all comes down to the first person who greets at the door and thats Alex. That said, I had my car a few days and it experienced a complete failure of the entire on board computer system as well as an annoying hum when i back off on the accelerator. Your service advisors were very professional however your tect was not very ensuring when he said the troubles disappeared and it was going to the wash rack. I am back in Maryland hoping i get my world class car back.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. That applies to every person in the chain of command. Still have the same problem after almost a year of trying to deal with them. Even spoke with Kevin O'Neil ( whom is GM and comes up as owner on Internet) has not done anything other than waste my time. Brought my car in there for the 6th or 7th time and over a month of my car being in there total a week ago today and was told by service manager Michael that if that was not resolved to let me know. I've called him 4 times in a week to let him know that the problem still exists and he has not returned my call once. Stated that to the phone operator today that I was very upset and still did not get a call back. This is completely consistent with everything that has gone on there since last November. I have asked them over and over to just refund my $350 that they charge me for the repair that is not corrected and won't part with it. Have called BBB and attorney general and they lie and say the problem has been resolved when every time I go in there I can show them that it hasn't. They'd rather just let me have to waste all my time going in there for something that they cannot seem to fix. Trust me, go to another Hyundai dealership.

I purchased a new 2012 Elantra. That purchase was a pleasure. Five years later, time for a new car. I went to the internet again. I contacted three dealers. I live in Deerfield Beach. I contacted the two Hyundai dealers closest to me and Delray Hyundai. It was the same experience as in 2012. The two dealers closest to me either ignored me or did not respond in a businesslike manner. The whole idea of using the internet is to get a firm price and to proceed from there. Once again, it has been a pleasure to do business with Delray Hyundai. I developed an illness and cannot spend hours upon hours in a dealership. Delray Hyundai Internet Sales Manager Michael Shaevitz secured the perfect car for me and we worked through Hurricane Matthew. Mr. Shaevitz drove the car down to Deerfield Beach for me. My purchase was a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited, silver with a gray interior. It is the nicest interior of any car I have ever owned. Thank you for the excellent service.

I received a phone call from you dealership immediately after pricing Tucsons on the internet. Rob Danley explained who he was and I agree to answer his questions. One of the first was are you a member of Cotsco? He explained that being a Costco allows a discount off list price. Having done my research I know what rebates I was entitled to. Don went over the entire list which was congruent with my list. The next day I entered the deal. It took a few days to get the Tucson I wanted, but I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

When I first inquired thru the internet my phone wouldnt stop ringing within 30 seconmds of logging off. Michael called me after about 5 minutes after I spoke to 3 other salesman. He was the only one to give me a price right away without all of the nonsense of you need to come here drive the car yada yada. After going into delray Hyundai as a first time buyer my opinion of car sales has been dramatically changed. I was in the market for a small economic car and when I walked into the store everyone seemed busy, but Mr. Silverman approached me and offered me my own personal assistance even though I told him up front I was only looking for information. He went out of his way to get me booklets on the cars I might be interested in and some pricing as he said based on programs for that month. I really appreciate his treatment. I started going to Delray Hyundai in 2011, when I leased my first Sonata. I was thoroughly satisfied with the sales and service department. When my lease was coming to an end, a salesperson from the WBP Hyundai dealership fast talked me into leasing my 2nd one there. That is when I saw the difference, the transaction was highly manipulative. I overpaid, was given aggravation, very little was explained to me and the service left a lot to be desired. This time, I learned my lesson, and went straight back to Delray. Travis Williams was sensational, straightforward, and directed me to Jerry Weiss. Both salesmen spent much time giving me detailed explanation why the 2017 Genesis would be just the car I was looking for. Mr Weiss, spent hours showing me the features of the car, test driving it, and even recommending leasing, when I wasn't sure of the most practical way I could afford the vehicle. He even came to mu house to give me further instructions after I obtained it. I can't highly enough of the professional treatment I received from this dealership. I am very enthused about referring my friends and family to them.

I consider myself close to an expert car buyer. We replace our cars every three to four years before factory warranties normally expire. Our new 2017 Genesis G80 is our fourth car over the last ten years and buying our new Genesis has been our most satisfying and easiest transaction in recent memory. After a brief phone conversation, I make the trek from Miami up to Delray Beach. I met the man in person, he showed me the document with the details we spoke about and that was it- deal closed. As my sales consultant - Suheil (Sammy) Hadid - made my entire car purchase experience one that was totally hassle-free and friendly. He was extremely professional and efficient. He dealt with my specific car request(s) regarding both the exterior color and inside features in the most proper and excellent manner any customer would expect to receive.Sammy took care of all the pertinent details and paperwork necessary when it was time to deal with the financial aspect of my purchase. He then made sure all the features of my new Hyundai were explained to me before I left the dealership. Left with the feeling that once the car was in my hands, the dealer couldn't care less about any problems I may have had. Specifically, the final lease payment that was supposed to be paid by the dealer. Hyundai Finance informed me that the payment wasn't made. At some point the payment was sent by the dealer but without the help or return phone calls from the salesman or the Finance Mgr., I had no way of knowing.

Believe it or not the leasing of our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was an enjoyable experience. I live in Miami and the drive to Delray Hyundai was worth it. The dealership was recommended by a friend who dealt with Sadko Lakovic. I was interested in a hard to find red SUV. Sadko found the vehicle up north and arranged for it to be delivered on my designated date. All of the paperwork was waiting for me when I arrived to close the deal. I had not purchased a car in almost 15 years. Several good friends of mine drove Hyundais. I've driven SUV's for most of my life so I wanted to look at the Santa Fe's. I started my search online. The following day I was contacted by Mike Shaevitz. Based on what I was looking for, Mike prepared a proposal for a Santa Fe sport. My fear was that the Santa Fe might be to small. I set up an appointment to meet Mike and look at the car. My gut was right and the Sport was too small. We looked at the larger model Santa Fe. Mike worked up some numbers, but I wasn't sold on the vehicle. There were several Genesis's on the lot and we started talking about the car. Mike said that there were exceptional deals on 2016's, but wasn't sure if there was any left. He made a few phone calls and was able to find one. It was out on loan to a customer whose car was being serviced. To make a long story short, we worked out an excellent deal and I haven't stopped smiling while driving my new car for 2 weeks.

I leased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from Delray Hyundai and I was very satisfied with the experience. My salesperson was very friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable. I was set to purchase the car, but they convinced me that leasing was a better option for me right now. The only negative was the money offered for my trade-in. I got a much better deal from CarMax; enough more to pay almost 6 months of the lease. Don't expect an over-the-top luxury facility. I suspect that the low overhead helps keep the prices down.

Anyone who has ever walked out of a new car dealership without making a purchase because the dealer's sales staff were trained to put the interestz of the dealer before the interests of the customer should visit Delray Hyundai. This is how car buying should be done. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation. The sales staff (and Michael in particular) seemed genuinely interested in understanding my needs and working to meet them. Most importantly, there were none of the games that tend to give car dealerships a bad rap. My transaction buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe was professional, straight forward, and no gimmicks. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has ever walked out of a new car dealership wondering "who trains these nuckleheads". You will not have that kind of experience at Delray Hyundai. Rather, you will walk out (as I did) thinking why can't all car dealerships make the buyers experience this pleasant!

While many of the dealerships I went to were pressuring me to make a decision on the spot, John & Hyundai put no pressure on me. He provided me answers to all my questions, gave me a quote in writing without having to twist his arm, & allowed me to take a long test drive including a couple miles on the expressway. About two weeks before buying my new Hundai I started looking around in earnest. I priced the model I wanted at several dealers before selecting Delray Hundai. The buying experience at Delray was really far better than any car buying experience I have had in the past and being a retired senior citizen I have made a fair number of car purchases over my years. The model and color I wanted was not one that was in stock but they located exactly what I was looking for and had it ready for me in a couple of days. The salesmen that I worked with were Michael Satisky and Norm Goldstein and they were both excellent. Usually after I have purchased cars in the past I was given the keys and a shake of the hands, said goodbye and left, but not here. Before I drove away with my new car, I was given an extremely thorough introduction to the operation of all the new features of the car and there were many. They even took the time to link our two phones to the Bluetooth connection in the car. I can only add that if you are thinking of buying a new car, don't hesitate visiting Delrai Hundai and ask for Michael or Norm. Phil D

I'm not normally one to care much for such things, but I'll admit it: coming to this dealership, after having been at another one with a Huge New Fancy Nice Building, I at first was a bit wary; despite my own complaints of how [I assumed] car salespeople judged me as "easy prey" based on appearance, I made quite a few assumptions and pre-judgments of this [smaller, older-looking] dealership myself, all of which essentially could be summed up as, "I dunno; it looks kinda sketchy... I don't want to go here." Which, it didn't: it looked older, sure, it looked smaller, and (once I did go in) it didn't have a few of the "perks," like a self-serve coffee machine or computer charging stations, and there were fewer seating options. At this point in my life and career, I shouldn't need to be reminded of the "Don't judge a book by its cover" cliche (albeit, a cliche that is the antithesis of half of what car selling/buying is based on) but, even more so, I quickly saw where those "customer perks" weren't necessarily perks at all--especially when one is not looking for a luxury vehicle--and, further, good customer service more than covered any difference that might actually affect one's experience: while I didn't have my little coffee nook to make my own cup, seeing I'd tossed my cup so as not to bring it in the car, Gerry asked me if I wanted some [coffee], what I wanted in it, and quickly returned with a (much better!) cup, like he moonlighted at Sbux or something! When another salesperson noticed I'd been trying to charge my phone halfway across the room from the table where I was seated as I waited for some paperwork, as there were no outlets within reach of my or other tables, he immediately began moving signs and seating around just so that he could get my table within reach of a floor outlet I hadn't noticed. These surely sound like petty details, but the reality is that such petty details affect our experience, and every person with whom I interacted at Hyundai was attuned to them and to making it anything but "sketchy"! In fact, the appearance of the building itself remains the only major difference that they couldn't, of course, compensate for, but, that, too, now can swap sides if I'm comparing: it also matters least, of course, since I brought home my BEAUTIFUL CAR and not the building--at an almost outrageous steal, at that--if it's "covers" I still want to judge, but having spent the better part of the day in both buildings (returning my old lease to the other), one thing that stood out to me was how, in the Big Shiny Newer building, it felt even bigger because there were was so much space ... and so few customers in that space. In Hyundai's..."cozier" space, things were never uncomfortably crowded, but it seemed to be a more accurate match to the amount of business they were doing. And, as I marveled again at the incredible deal I had just gotten, and what I had almost ended up paying for (an older, lower-level) "comparable" car at the other place, I also started considering the OTHER costs that go into a car, or any product. The overhead, the salespeople, the showroom, etc. . . .we all have our lines at we're willing to pay or save for these. I'm not, for example, comfortable in totally doing away with all of this and buying a car off some rando on Craigslist, although it surely could cut out a lot of the costs. Nor do I care about (says she who can't afford... ;-) ) the beanies that make up much of the mark-up on a luxury brand vehicle. So, how much has this other dealership's likely pre-economy-tanking buildout caused to be passed off to the customer? I don't know, but, after an unexpectedly outstanding experience at Hyundai, I've realized that, if anything, *that's* what's "sketch."

This was the easiest by far of any car transaction we have ever had. We went in looking for a Sonata and came out with a Genesis, and the lease rate was so fantastic that there was hardly any difference in payment costs: both were so low! Our salesman, David Sabo, was courteous , knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to deal with. We loved talking with him and he couldn't have been any more helpful. He promised us our car within a certain time period and it was done way before the time! He never once gave us any misleading information as to what we were getting or how much we were paying. Rob was the first to call me (out of all of the local dealerships) when I asked for a quote online. I appreciated that he took care of most of the paperwork before I even walked into the dealership, so I didn't have to sit around waiting. OK, first let me say not to judge a book by it's cover! This modest looking dealership is the best I've ever encountered. Although it was small, it had a massive inventory (over 100 of my desired model alone) and the easiest I have ever dealt with.I was blown away by the straight forward approach by our salesman, Sadko Lacovik in his honest and open dealings on price and terms for our new Genesis lease. Never have I seen a price and knew in an instant that it was the best deal I ever saw. Every question was answered honestly and he went out of his way to accommodate us. We were allowed and encouraged to test drive 2 different SUV's along with two different Genesis' despite the length of time it took, and never felt that we were being rushed or pushed into any decisions. The car was waiting and fully ready as promised and has been a real treat to drive. I absolutely and highly recommend our sales guy and this dealership to anyone.

While Delray Hyundai's facilities were somewhat austere, it was overcome by the good nature and professionalism of the personnel. The offices and showroom need updated, but all sales and management were very well trained with good demeanor. All personal were very professional and helpful. My sales person Sammy had a very good working knowledge of all the cars and their many and varied options. With the large selection, I had no problem selection a car that fit my needs and of coarse I selected one with all the Bells and Whistles. Some of the options were selected for my pleasure as a techie guy, but most important were all of the safety options. I had no problem selection a car that met my needs.

I decided on a new Tucson Limited for my real estate business. Since we are members of USAA, we receive special pricing, and they contact three dealers who then get in touch with us. Delray Hyundai called me almost instantaneously upon submitting a request for more information. Rob Danley handled our transaction and I can say without reservation he worked diligently to get me the car I wanted with all of the options I needed for work. He saved us an extra $1,000 by offering incentives we weren't aware we were eligible for. The car I wanted was across the state at another dealership and Rob and his team arranged a trade so I could get that specific vehicle. He kept in touch with me throughout the process to let us know what was happening and when the car would arrive. When the car arrived, there were absolutely no surprises. The options were exactly what I requested at the price that was in our budget. There was no needless haggling or "going to get a manager" which is so common at many auto dealerships. The financing was handled quickly and with utmost professionalism. The entire process took about 2.5 hours, because I shopped online to figure out all of the options before we contacted the dealer. I would highly recommend Delray Hyundai and we will definitely be using them for our next vehicle purchase. This is our family's FIFTH Hyundai since 2006, and we could not be happier. Your dealership in Delray needs a little bit cosmetic work in reference to the receptionist places, offices, coffee offerings, etc. That's far too un kept compering to other dealerships. Waiting there, doesn't give you a good feeling.... You've got to "fix" your environment. Years ago that we had visited it was much better.

Sadko Lakovic, our salesperson at Delray Hyundai is a good as they come! Leasing a car is too often a stressful experience, but Sadko made it en enjoyable experience. He was open, honest, did not apply any high pressure, explained all our options, and best of all, he gave us a great deal. I had a price in mind when I first sat with Sadko and the price he gave us was lower than what I anticipated. I have had bad experiences with pressure sales techniques at car dealerships and was bracing myself to spend the whole day bargaining. To my surprise, the salesperson, John Choynowski, was very honest and upfront about the vehicle (Hyundai Veloster), the pricing, and what it includes, and dealt with all our questions in a straightforward and open way. After agreeing the purchase, we were given extended warranties, and free oil change and tire rotation for 5 years, without having to even ask. He said he will be available at any time for any questions or problems we might encounter. I would not hesitate to recommend Delray Hyundai to anyone.

Our sales people, Jacklyn Angstadt and David Sabo were extremely easy to deal with. David is an outstanding salesperson - friendly, curteous, professional and highly knowledgable. Jacklyn was also friendly and very helpful and did a lot of work on our behalf during the sale. None of the stress and angst sometimes associated with car buying or car leasing was felt by me during my visit. I was fortunate to find an exceptional salesperson thru the internet at this dealership. His professionalism was above reproach. I say this because in my previous visit to this dealership, I swore that I would never get an automobile from them if they gave it to me for nothing. I was hoping to exchange my 2012 Genesis for a 2016. I went on the internet and decided against my will to give Delray a line and see if they would come back with an offer that I could refuse. To my great pleasure, I met Rob Dunley, a new employee in the store. He was explicit in what he could or could not do. If there was a question, that he did not have the answer for, he told me, and told me he would have the answer for me. He was easy to speak with, he knew his product, and he understood what was required to make the sale. I would suggest that more auto dealerships look at a person such as Rob, when seeking to hire salesmen. He would set an excellent example of professionalism in the auto industry. I dont know if anyone reads these reviews, but as an ex Executive Sales Manager, I did, and learned a tremendous amount of what people expected from my sales team.

This was my second lease, as my last one was started by my step brother and all I had to do was show up and sign some papers and lease and deal was done. This time I was on my own ( with a little help from my brother) who lives out of state so I had to rely on Gerry Weiss who was able to guide me through the whole process. It took a while and we went over a few bumps but every thing turned out fine in the end, We had a few differences but everything has been resolved except the old car check up and me not understanding overlapping leases. Still not sure but it worked out.

I purchased my car through the Costco auto program for Costco members. At first I was looking for a Nissan to replace my old Nissan that was totaled from a hit and run accident. I went to the Nissan dealership in delay and looked at some cars the salesman wanted me to sit down with him and closed the deal without me even test driving any cars. I went to Delray Hyundai and the sales ppl seemed happy to help us unlike Nissan. The whole experience was very pleasant, exciting and a learning experience as well. Travis and Michael helped me. Travis was very thorough and insisted that I test drive multiple cars till I knew which was the right car for me. I felt to pressure. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND FUN. I ended up with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. When I got my keys Michael showed me how to connect my phone to the car with Apple play and went through the basics with me before I set off on the road. I wanted to look at a 2015 Ram truck they had parked outside. I walked up and was greeted by "Sammy" Hadid with a smile. I did a test drive and talked a bit with Sammy. I went home to think about it and do some research. The next day I went in ready to buy. We went to Napleton Hyundai before going to Delray .On the internet they gave me a price .I asked them if that was the out the door price .Yes with in a few hundred I was told . My wife and I took off from work and went down there .When we got there all of a sudden the price went from around $16,000 to $19,500. However they did have another car that did not have as much on it and it was used but they could let us have it for around $18,000. I got up and left .My wife and I lost a days salary to listen to those salesmen try and get me to buy a car they switched out .If it was not for the fact that my other car is a 2000 Hyundai Elantra with 195,000 miles on it I would have walked away from Hyundai. Fortunately the next day Roberto form Delray called and he treated me with respect and Honestly .I bought a New 2016 Elantra for $18,200 out the door in less than 2 hours with no fooling around.When it is time for my next vehicle I will be calling Delray first Thanks Rick Terkovich

On 2-29-16, my wife and I bought a Hyundai Veloster. Our salesman was Travis Williams. This note is to give our appreciation for the service given to us by Mr. Williams. Delray Hyundai did not have the exact model in stock that we were looking to buy. Mr. Williams made arrangements to obtain the car from another dealer. This took several hours to get the car and prep it. Mr. Williams was supposed to go home at 5:00 pm, but he stayed with us, explaining things about the car, etc, until we left at 8:30 pm. Everyone in the dealership was helpful in getting our car as expedistously as was possible. He took the time to explain what my current car was worth and didn't waste my time or his going back and forth to his manager with different deals. Needed to go to the DMV and it was 2 hours before I got out and guess what? Sammy went with me to make sure everything went just right & with him it did.
