Christa and I discussed my necessary repairs. She listened and understood my needs. She was able to get my car serviced and back to me quickly. She was very knowledgable and took very good care of me. I would recommend anyone speak to Christa at DeMaagd about their vehicle. It is obvious that she has loads of experience with servicing all makes and models.

I just recently purchased a Nissan Rouge at Demaggd. I was very impressed with the service my husband and I received; Jim Demaggd (the owner) was the one who actually sold us the car. I was also very pleased with the price and quality of the used car that we purchased. Through the whole process Jim and other staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that I got an amazing deal and will return to Demaggd when I need to purchase another car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Matthew and James DeMaagd, I am writing to you because I am a customer of yours and I feel that you should know a few things from a customers view point. I brought my vehicle to your GMC Service Department recently on 8-5-13. Mind you that I bought the vehicle from a competitor in Battle Creek, and feel that there service department was way under par and borderline criminal. There are many places to bring a vehicle for service in this town, unfortunately there are not many great places to bring ones vehicle to. I am compelled to tell you both that my experience at your GMC Service Department was perfect. The Service Manager Douglas Baker was professional, courteous and prompt. I could tell he runs a tight ship and customer satisfaction comes first before anything else. I am in the customer service business and there are few people like Mr. Baker out there in the customer service world. You both are fortunate to have him on your Team. Please take great care of him and show him the same employee service he gives to your customers! I normally dont write letters like this because I feel that people should take pride in their work and just give a 100% of themselves every day at their work. But this time I am compelled to write this letter of praise for someone who went above and beyond his 100%. You can truly tell that Mr. Baker has a passion for his job and cares about your customers. I have told Mr. Baker that he has a customer for life. I will be sharing my experience with many others and highly recommend them to take their vehicle to DeMaagd GMC Service Department and ask for Mr. Baker there Service Manager, he will take great care of you. By the way in my line of work when I recommend someone or something, my customers and friends trust me for my advice and recommendations. You both know in a business world of customer satisfaction the return customer is your bread and butter. The relationships you nurture with customers is priceless. Got a letter from Nissan last winter regarding a radiator defect in Nissan Frontiers for the production years 2003 thru 2007 that allowed antifreeze to enter the automatic transmission and thus cause transmission failure. Nissan would not pay any of the cost of repair until after the radiator failed and even then that amount would be prorated based on miles and age. So, since I really like my Frontier, I opted to pay out of my own pocket and have the radiator replaced before it failed . Went to DeMaagd Nissan of Battle Creek, Michigan and for $680 had them replace the radiator with a defect free Nissan radiator. Had a great service experience there; Krista the service rep and Corey the mechanic treated me well. Corey even replaced the front crash sensor per a recall without me asking. When Corey finished the job, the installation looked like factory with all wiring harnesses and plumbing connections. Happy Camper, Rick

This is the second problem I have had with this dealer. I purchased a Jeep just before Thanksgiving last year from this place. Like most people, I did not pay cash for this and have a loan through a credit union. Last week...over 3 months after purchasing this vehicle, I was sent a letter by my credit union saying they did not have the title showing they are the lien holder. When I contacted DeMaagd, they basically told me it was not there problem. The woman said they sent it to the Secretary of State and can not help me. Thanks DeMaagd...your lack of common courtesy, customer service, and willingness to help you customers has been a true blessing! I can't wait to recommend anybody thinking of purchasing a vehicle to RUN from you place.

I recently purchased a used Jeep from this dealer. I was very happy with the test drive, sales process, and overall experience. The salesman that I worked with told me 'If we were a certified Jeep dealer, this would be one of them.' After hearing that, and looking over the car, I decided not to go with the extended warranty. Less then 2 weeks after I purchased the car, I started having issues. As I would drive down the road, all of the dashboard lights would flash on and off. When I contacted the salesman who I purchased the car from his response was 'Too bad, should have gotten the warranty.' Now I can understand somewhat were he is coming from, it was offered and I turned it down. But, I have had this car for less then a month at this point, haven't even put 1,000 miles on it. To be told that there is nothing they are willing to do is a slap to the face in my opinion. My wife will be in the market for a new car soon...it WILL NOT be from DeMaagd, I can assure you that.

I emailed this place about driving an hour to come look at (and hopefully purchase) one of their cars. They sent a confirmation email they would get back to me soon. Three days later, I emailed again because they never contacted me. Still no response. It's hard for me to call sometimes. Email works very well for me because of my work schedule. Besides, I don't think it's my job to pursue them. It's too bad because I really wanted the car. My recommendation is not to bother with this place.
