While we ordered and received a wonderful RV through Denis Dillon RV and Marine we have had horrible experiences with the service department. Starting with their lying to us about whether the RV had been received, they had smashed a forklift into it shortly after receipt and attempted to get it fixed without telling us it was there. They told us several times it had had the tires checked for proper inflation and the lugs torqued, but neither had been done, I verified by having the service rep check these on a followup visit in my presence, the pressures were 15 psi low.Things have continued to go down-hill.
