Staff was welcoming, Polite and helpful. I was contacted with recommendations to repair other issues that were discovered during their initial inspections of the vehicle. i was also contacted upon completion. Picking up the vehicle was quick and easy and I received all paperwork reflecting the work done. Overall the customer service was great.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Escape from DePaula. Trevor S. was my salesman, and he did an impeccable job at selling me the car. I honestly hate car shopping and he made the process so smooth and hassle-free. There was no back-and-forth for the best deal. He gave me the best price right out of the gate. The team at DePaula Mazda/Ford are great! I worked with Glenn and Stephanie specifically and both of them appreciated my time while walking me through the car buying process. The dealership assessed my trade in vehicle fairly, and Glenn - who clearly understood my price comfort level - accommodated any price negotiations I came back with. Stephanie was fantastic, she presented warranty details, insurance info, financial items, etc. in an unrehearsed manner that made my lack of knowledge around the car buying process a non-issue.
