Quick to get an appt. Steve Burrows and his technician both came out to talk about the car issues, even though they were really minor. They were very nice and I felt completely comfortable asking them questions and discussing what I wanted to do and I learned a lot from them. It was a very positive, no pressure encounter.Plus, I love your waiting area.

Very helpful to find a vehicle that could work for me....along with providing various optional vehicles. Salesman was very knowledgeable and sales manager was attentive to my needs without any feeling of pressure. Quickest pickup/delivery process I have ever experienced. Finance process was quick and easy with no unexpected costs or fees! Upon pickup salesman was thorough and explained the different features/options within the car and explained where I could find more in depth info regarding some of the higher tech features.

The sales lady, Jess, immediately responded to my questions regarding Camry vehicles in a polite, concerning, and positive way and offered me the opportunity to go look at the vehicle. She impressed me with her knowledge of providing information in a gentle but confident manner. When the vehicle my husband and I was interested in was not at the Diehl site, she did not hesitate to promptly find a vehicle at another dealership. She continued to be confident and completely professional throughout the sale process. She was very helpful in explaining the new technology features on the 2014.5 Camry vehicle we purchased and offered her assistance to us after we left the dealership in case we had further questions. I was impressed with her presentation and the way she dealt with my husband and I throughout the purchase of our new vehicle. I would certainly recommend her to others interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Diehl Toyota is not your typical car buying experience. We were treated like long time customers the very first time we were in the dealership. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and honest. We had been to many other dealerships prior to Diehl. We told them what we were looking for....and what we needed for our trade. Within a short time our salesman Jesus made it happen. If you are looking for a new car....give Diehl toyota a try...and ask for Jesus as your salesman. He was very very friendly and very knowlegable. He went above and beyond and we truly can't say enough about him...and everyone else who helped us thru the car buying process. We are also looking forward to taking the car there for service. I liked the way we were treated & the resolution of the reason that we were there was fast & efficient. The waiting room was amazing (just like sitting in your own living room....very clean, also) & the popcorn was a great touch! I enjoyed reading the articles on the walls. Usually I don't like to go to a dealership, but the staff was amazing. I would definitely consider buying a vehicle at the Diehl dealership.

I called ahead on Monday with intent to purchase in Friday. Picked out a caravan through the Internet and arrived Friday pre-approved for a loan. After about an hour they figured out they couldn't get the van I had discussed all week. But for another thousand or so they had a nice black van. We negotiated and I called the credit union for more money and after another hour we were really close to terms. I decided that I had to see it before I would agree. After some running around I was told they didn't have that one either but for another thousand or so they had the silver one my wife told the salesman originally she disliked. At this point we left before I said something regrettable. I went back 5 hours later and saw a different salesman. Don was very helpful and we met the next day to make the deal. After all that I was looking forward to driving my new family ride. When I got it home I look under the seat because there was a lot of white lint on the carpet. No big deal but disappointing. There I found a razor sitting on the carpet. Apparently they use this to remove the Window sticker. A tad scary for a family car, grand babies and kids and all. Also original salesmen told us that the radio had bluetooth but apparently it doesn't. I don't think he meant to lie. Well here's hoping things can only look up from here.
