I was in the market for a new truck to pull a 35 foot toy hauler so I stopped by De Lux. I did not buy a vehicle here, but I wanted to leave a review because Marc was very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to talk to narrow down what i was looking for. He was very informative and helpful. I could tell just from our short conversation that selling trucks isn’t just a job to him it’s a life style that he is very passionate about. If you are in the market for a new truck gas or diesel, you should stop by there and check out his inventory. At the least he might point out something you were maybe overlooking when shopping for a new truck.

Horrible place. Bought a truck and 30 day tags have died he claims he has sent them still nothing. He now wont answer phone or emails. Is never on lot and took me 4 hrs to buy my truck. Worthless. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Also owner to this owns a mechnic shop around corner. So definitely skips corners on vehicles. I have now read reviews and i agre to all the bad ones.

Bought a truck and literally broke within 15 min of leaving the place. Texted him and he said sorry for your luck. Also said he would send me a replacement door handle that was broken and a dash cover that was cracked. He lied, never sent any of it. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

Be VERY VERY careful. I bought a 2001 ford excursion for him. The vehicle inspection was obviously done by someone he knows and can pay off. The parking lights(front and back) did not work(didn't check because it just had "state inspection") all 5 door actuators didn't work. The seat motor for the driver side was bad. And WORST OF ALL the tires that were on the vehicle were 10 yrs old. Good enough for me to luckly get my kids home 3 and half hours away and the belts broke in 3 of the tires 30 mins away. All I'm saying is he is a really NICE and FRIENDLY guy. But the only thing i knew when I bought this was the door actuators and shocks were bad. Please really take the time to look the vehicle over b4 u have to spend 2000 more dollars to get the vehicle even safe to drive.
