Brought my truck in for a service and every one I spoke to was pleasant and courteous the work done on my truck was done in a timely manner. Could have used a courtesy vacuum though. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

Don''t take your car to this dealership. They are nothing but money hungry for repairs. Takes a long time to find out what the problem may be and they will tell you stories or avoid dealing with you on the phone if you call them. Took almost two weeks to get a couple simple things taken care of. Never again will I go back here.

We purchased 2 vehicles from Winter haven Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Both times our Sales agent was amazing but for service we have never bot had problems from the time it takes waiting even with an appointment, to being lied to told multiple stories and even having had my keys stolen and new one not programmed so the thieves could still use the stolen key to take my car luckily they didn't and we still did not get our issues resolved won't ever go back there again!!!!!

Friday morning 8:30 am - Took my care (under warranty) in for service to look at it again. They said this time they were unable to find the problem, put dye in the fluids told us to run it for 200 miles and bring it back. My husband asked them about the rear tire had a shake and we thought we lost one of the weights. He told my husband 39.99 to balance tire. husband said, gosh I can have all 4 rotated and balanced down the street for $20. The lady (receptionist we are assuming) said really, we are trying to make sure we are lower than anybody else. We take car and proceed to Busch Gardens (Tampa) for the day.. aka 50 miles each way on Interstate driving. Saturday afternoon - husband takes care to said tech down the road to put the weight back on the tire ---- oh my GOD, my tire is bald inside and metal is coming out of it.... Please tell me how your technician who put this car up on the rack didn't safety inspect the car? Called dealership told them what was going on, guy on phone says oh that will be covered under the powertrain warranty - rental car company is closed already today, so can you bring it to us Monday morning (btw we already were scheduled for the oil leak) and we will get you a ride to work and get this fixed for you. Okay fast forward to Monday Noon.. Still haven't heard from anybody at the dealership. Called Dealership no answer yet, call them back. Call again at 2 pm service writer is out to lunch - person on phone tells me that the rear tires are wore out on the inside of the tire because my car needs an alignment. I stated no service my car doesn't need an alignment, there is a toe out/toe in problem on the rear end and that is why my tires are wearing. we need to figure that problem out. No Ma'am there isn't, says I can call back and speak to my original person who wrote up the call when they get back from lunch. Call again and ask to speak to service manager - Arsenio Q (FYI when you call him he puts you on speaker phone and he is sitting right there in the service office with the door open for EVERYBODY to hear you.. Very professional) He tells me he will have the alignment checked and that at this point it is going to be a cost of $70.00 to me for the alignment. I said but what about the tires. He said he will get with the service tech and find answers to everything going on. I finally left work at 4:15 to head down to the dealership because I had no answers on what was going on with my car and what kind of fees I was going to have. When we get there Service Mgr - Arsenio is sitting at this desk they proceed to tell him the ________ are here for you. He said he is working on it and will get with us in a minute. Oh and it went down hill from there. So rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. He did not once look at my husband he talked to me. Which was RUDE... Finally after voices being raised and telling him that his dealership is a piece of crap, I get told my alignment was right there is nothing wrong with it. I told him that is what I told you from the beginning, there is problem with the rear end of the car. He told me you are correct there is, you didn't rotate your tires. I said no I did. Your dealership started the rotation when I got my first oil change. he said correct but not since the second time. I laughed and said and do you know why that is...? He said no.. I said because when I brought my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation, I had to pay for the tire rotation.. 20.00 and he said correct and I said you charged me for the rotation but your service tech didn't do it.... so the second time I can back, it was to be no charge written up on the ticket to do it.. guess what your tech didn't do it and you had to take the car back into the bay and do it. Do you honestly think I will let your dealership do my tire rotation again. No I have been using a different shop for that. he said so you didn't use us you didn't rotate and that is why the tires are bad. I literally lost it at that point. I told him to get my car out of his bay and to me right now. I was going to have a longer conversation with the owner of WH DODGE. He said good luck with that he is out of state. Go ahead call him. ((((Oh my gosh I was so livid I thought I was going to go to jail over a stupid man and my car...)))).... My husband tried talking to the sales manager but there was nothing he could do. I have decided that I will not be calling the owner, I am going straight to the corporate level and I will be working with an attorney to get this all cleared up. I have to pay for this car but I completely refuse to be left with a piece of crap. Oh and I have done the research on this problem and spoken to other mechanics about this. Seems that the Avengers have no adjustable cambers on them. What is happening is that the tire is to bow out a little and when enough weight goes in the car it makes the tire straight up and down, but if you don't have enough weight the tire is riding in the back on the inside side wearing the inside of the tires on both sides. But for a small fee of about 65.00 and 30 minutes time with a jack you can change them out to adjustable ones to fix that problem so that you don't have to wear you tires. So, when they tell you it isn't a warranty item they are correct, this is a recall problem and this needs to be mandated to be put on the recall list to get this item fixed. I have read numerous web pages that people are having this problem... I will work very hard to get this changed for people. Thanks, for you time.. Bought a pacifica from Gene, i was almost 100 miles away everything done online, emails and phone. picked the van i wanted went there and in 3 hours got my trade in price and signed all paperwork, I went home and they picked up the van from Ocala, cleaned it up downloaded the navigation and delivered it to my house, and they picked up my trade in Toyota sienna. Everything went very smooth without a hiccup thanks will recommend you guys to everybody i know thats looking for a car.

Upon my most recent visit to this Jeep Dealer for service on my 2007 Jeep Liberty I was impressed with the teamwork they exhibited. From the lady who scheduled my appointment, the service advisor that "checked in" my vehicle, the mechanics that explained to me what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it and the service manager providing the quality assurance, I left as a "happy customer" and would not hesitate to return to this dealership for any necessary repairs.

I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. They did a hard inquiry on my credit before we had even come to a decision on the price then when I asked them, they said no, we didn't run it, only to find out on my credit report, they did. Then lied about it when I confronted them. Juggled numbers in an attempt to confuse and mislead to their advantage. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Went to another dealership in Tampa walked out 2 hours later with a brand new charger.

What a pleasurable experience buying my new Chrysler Town & Country from Steve Knope in Winter Haven! He was the most easy-going, efficient and no pressure salesman to work with. He and Business Manager, Rod Clos, were willing to work with me to get a fair price on my new car and trade-in value. Steve was also high-tech knowledgeable; he knew everything inside and out about the car and was able to explain and walk me through the setup and use of all of the gadgets and gizmos that this great car is equipped with. We drove 2 1/2 hours for a specific model, and were overwhelmed with the friendly, down-home atmosphere we received. I would highly recommend giving Steve a call before buying your next car! It was well worth the drive. Did I mention, unknown to me at the time, he even called us back on his day off! What a gem!

They worked on my crossfire for almost a month and finally got it done but when they put the hood done they caused the cylinder to leak. They told me that it was wore out but i know that it was just fine when i took it in. The service mgr stated that they wouldn;t replace it and i found out that thru your parts dept it was $240.00 I bought a new one from another dealer for $67.00. I will not use this dealer again. they are very rude!!

Our sales consultant David was very easy going. He understood we were just starting to look and had no plans to purchase BUT was still very willing to offer information, answer our questions, and take us on a test drive. After being mislead by another dealership I went to this dealership and was treated like a person should be. They listened to what I was looking for, and not what they thought I should have or do. They beat the price and gave me a lower interest rate then another dealership. I will go back to do all my dealings both for service and buying, I live 45mins from this dealership and pass by two other Dodge dealers, and will continue to do so! I had an appointment for 8am I was the only one getting tech. Work. They said 1 hour should be faster. It was 3 1/2 hours .I went to see what was taking so long and saw that my paper has been sitting for awhile. I told them my var was showing a p0700 code and a p0750 . asked the if they had a scanner to see what wire was bad. They said yes.then 3 hours later tech comes up front doesn't tell me anything I didn't already tell them still charged $88.00 for scan. What a waist.then another tech. Comes up says in front of me this one is a waist of time too. How rude.very unhappy. Oh I fixed the car my self when I got home in 10 mins and I'm not a tech. Rip off.

I took my vehicle in for service and I was told by the service department that I needed four thousand dollars worth of repairs. After taking my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion, I found out that I didn't need half of the repairs I was told I needed. I ended up saving myself over two thousand dollars by taking it somewhere else.

I took my 05 jeep in to have recalls done. They didn't call me after they found a abs light staying after recalls. I would had it repaired while it was there if they would have notified me. They called to say it was done. My wife picked it up to find the light was on. They service writer came out and said the service would be out to help, which he didn't. The tech came out to say to just drive it, it would be ok. Mean while the and is disabled and the 4wheel drive is stuck in low range and grinding. Called the service manager he said he would look into it and call me back which he never did. Tipocal lying service manager. I repaired it myself. Found the front sensor was disconnected purposely. Tech must have been hurting for money. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

With about 5200 miles on my new van, got free oil change.Took about 1.5 hours.Was told at first about $19 tire rotation, but service came back outto lounge (did not get his name - older fella) and said did not need the rotation yet.They could just as well have done so and charged me but they didn't.Appreciated that.

When we purchased our vehicle, it needed an alignment, spare key and floor mat. The alignment was scheduled for the following day, and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. They were able to code the spare key, which we were informed would be difficult to obtain the spare key when we purchased the vehicle. However, they did not have a floor mat for us the next day. When I called out salesman a week later, his excuse was that they had actually lost money in the deal and they would not put any more money into it. Now, do you really believe a dealer will lose money on the purchase of a used car? They would be out of business. So not only was it a lie, he repeated it several times during our conversation. Had I known this, I would have requested it in writing. BEWARE-- if your car is missing something get it in writing!! Service department is slow at this location too.

I recently visited the service center at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Winter Haven for a recall on my 2015 Chrysler 200. I called when my engine light came on and they told me that it was fine because it wasn't flashing yet. So they scheduled me an appointment about a week later. The appointment went well and they told me it was just a recall for a wiring harness and wait for the paper to come in. I called when I received my first recall paper and they told me to wait for another paper telling me the part was in. So about a month later that paper was received. I called the day it came in the mail, they still didn't have my part in but in the mean time my transmission is now slipping and the car is accelerating when I take my foot off the gas. I told them about this and they schedule me an appointment about 3 days later to bring it in. They told me that I needed a new transmission with a car that has 11,000 miles on it. But they said it would be done with in a day and gave me a rental car. I never received a call back for 2 days and finally on the third day I called and they told me the mechanic that is working on my car isn't in today. Then they proceeded to tell me they would call me back late afternoon on Monday. At 5:30 I receive a call requesting me to return the rental car to enterprise, bring the bill to them and then I will be on my way. As I got to the dealer ship I asked if my transmission was fixed and if they completed the oil changed I requested for them to go ahead and do. The request for the oil change was not put in so therefore not completed. I walk out of the dealership and have to use my panic button because the associate didn't even tell me where my car was. Then I start driving home and my car is still jolting and stalling out at red lights. I call them on Tuesday, to give it a day to work itself out, and they tell me all of my parts were brand new and it will take about two weeks for the transmission to stop jumping or shifting out of gears because I am the reset button and the car needs to learn how I drive. A week later my car is still jolting and I am not happy with the service. I am now going to take it to another dealership to see what is wrong with my car. Chrysler didn't call me when they said they would, didn't fix my car in a timely manner, didn't complete the service I asked them to complete, and my car is still not correct therefore I have to take it to another dealership to see what is wrong with it. POOR SERVICE!

went in for a free oil change and tire rotation waited 3 hours and a half to have it done car sat outside for hour then 2 hours in shop and then a half hour outside till that told me it was done charged me 18.00 dollars for rotation, which they advertised 19.99 for a oil change and rotation. will not go back for a free oil change again

Sales department very friendly and nice to work with. Service department just the opposite. Service advisors looked confused and like they needed help. Ignored me for a long time while I just stood there. Took my new wrangler in for warranty work. Service department was closed by the time I made it back to dealership. Saw my jeep parked next to building with doors unlocked. Next day they told me no it wasn't left out it was locked behind fence.

I had my truck at another dealer three months ago with a steering problem, at that time the truck was warranted, the other dealer could find no reason for my problem and due to time restraints caused by my wife needing heart surgery I took it home. Now I take it to Winter Haven (where I purchased it) because the problem recurred, and suddenly there is a need for over fourteen hundred dollars worth of maintenance, and the warranty period has ended. Either the other dealer was careless, costing me money, or Winter Haven is CYA because of the problems they have had with theses trucks.

My first visit there was the last never again,I had a 9:00am appointment for a full service to my 2007 jeep commander.I was told that it takes approximately three to four hours so l left and I return at 1:20pm to be told that they haven't even start on my vehicle yet. I was shopping for a used car when I came across a very nice used vehicle I inquired online and spoke to a krysten Whyte (best customer service experience I've had in a very long time from a dealer) very helpful with answering any questions I had and tried everything to help me purchase the vehicle I was interested in but unfortunately the vehicle I was inquiring about was infact sold. The best part was she recommended multiple choices in my price range that fitted my needs I haven't made a purchase at this time but I will definitely be returning the the lake wales dodge ram Chrysler Jeep dealership for the simple fact miss whyte was so helpful and has kept in contact with me through this process I wish the best of luck to all of you if you get this krysten girl she will help you and make this process quick efficient and very PAINLESS and is by far the best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Excellent service all around...from the first phone call to check the availability of my car to the point where I stepped into it and drove off. The whole process took about 2 hours and not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. On the contrary...I was never left alone and barely waited for anything. I was immediately greeted by Ken when he found out I arrived, whom I also spoke to on the phone earlier. Ken also had the car ready to go, parked up front for inspection and a test drive. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle and all the concerns and questions I had especially with the CPO warranty. All around great experience...I will definitely recommend this dealership to any family or friends of mine who are shopping for a new car.

FYI. Was told the new cars no longer have CD players. I found a link that shows a 200 C has a CD Player. This is one item I wanted in the 200 C I purchased. Why was I told this? I feel now I was tricked into making a new car purchase and was told about new cars no longer having a CD Player, so the sales rep could just sell me this car. Disappointed with the service of my 2011 Chrysler 200. I brought it in as it would stall when at idle level. So before I went in, I googled the issue and found that the National Highway Saftey board started an investigation in 2012 due to the many complaints of the same issue, the NHTSB did not force a recall as Chrysler stated they would start a customer Satifaction campain to fix the issue. Chrysler also put out a sevice bullitin to all dealerships that there was a software update needed. Winter Haven Chrysler completly ignored my findings and was quite rude about the situation, they also claimed to know nothing about what I was talking about. They recommended replacing some parts and over the phone my quote was $340.00, I reluctantly told them to do it. WHEN I arrived at the dealership, the price had jumped to $430.00 and the explination was taxes, people I can add, taxes should not have been 90.00. Frustrated and not wanting to go to jail that day, I left. I would be very cautious of this dealerships practices.

First I was promised a 5 minute wait for ride back to work. It was an hour wait. I was forgotten! Then thought I needed an alignment-no tire rotation. My tires were not checked for air. Had to fill while on vacation. Was charged $135 for tire rotation! Was charged for alignment but didn't get! Way too expensive! I'm not happy with service!

I called about a used car. It had a carfax which said it had a "slight incident" on the right side. I drove 90 minutes EACH way to see this car. When I arrived the car was not cleaned up at all. The entire right side was smashed in! The salesman said "Gee, they are probably just going to send that to auction." It really would have been great if the sales staff would have checked on the car BEFORE I drove 3 hours round trip. They KNEW I was driving a long distance when I called. A complete waste

I called before I came in to see if they were busy to get an oil change. the lady said we don't schedule appointments for oil changes. I walked in around 1:30 Thursday 6/19/14 I talked to two people in the first five minutes of getting there they asked me what I needed and I said an oil change then he walked off to the service area and never came back. The second guy came and asked if I've been helped I told him I was waiting on the guy to come back and never did so he walked off. Then an old guy asked me what I was waiting for I told him well he said I can't help you. Richard took two phone calls instead of helping the person standing in front of him by that time another guy walks in and Richard helps him. While all of this is going on there are about 6 managers having a training they can see me and know that I'm there.finally Juan came and helped me after their meeting was over and I've waited a half hour just for some to take my keys.i spent about 2 hours there just for a simple oil change.its not an express lane at cdjofwh. I will definitely not be back for a service or buying a car.

After the car was purchased and brought home some defects caused by the detail department were found in the paint. Made the 50 mile trip back to the dealership the next day to have a part installed that we paid for and to bring to their attention the paint damage. Never once did a manager come talk to me nor was I offered a loaner car or a bottle of water while I was there for over 8 hours. Around 4 o'clock I got sent out to get a detail quote so they could cut me a check and it was raining that day so most detailers weren't working. After driving back and forth over 50 miles I finally found one and got a written estimate and got back to the dealership just in time for everyone that could write the check to go home leaving me with no choice but to make the 100 mile round-trip the next day. While trying to get them to fill my tank up my salesman was clearly heard in the office cussing about me. It's not like we stole this car from the dealer, we had a written quote from Lakeland Chrysler Jeep Dodge showing they'd sell us the same car for $29,615 if they could dealer trade to get one or order us one. We paid a couple grand more than that number so there was plenty of money in the deal for the dealership. Still, my biggest problem, with all the dealerships I've worked at and bought cars from I have NEVER seen a manager not approach a customer in a situation like this. This was unreal.

I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram Diesel in due to a problem where the headlights would turn on while the truck was parked and unattended. The service department said the wiring was not standard and they couldn't solve the problem. However they indicated that I had a leak where the diesel was dripping on my starter. They said the solution was to replace a diesel pump at the cost of over $1,000.00 dollars. They charged me $58.00 for the diagnosis. I took the Dodge to a friend who corrected both problems at a cost of only $150.00 which included changing out the turn signal and headlight dimmer. The Drip was caused by a hose that just needed to be tightened, which the mechanic found by just looking under the vehicle. I don't feel well taken care of by the mechanic who charged me for that diagnosis.Tom Evans

Worst service ever received ( ACTUALLY NO SERVICE). Called and made an appointment for l:00 PM 12/31/13, received e-mail confirmation for appointment. Arrived approimately 30 minutes early. Service writer looked up appointment, wrote up service order, and said it would take about l l/2 hours, but he never took the car back to service area. At 2:30 PM, my car had not been touched, so I looked up the service writer to follow up and he told me that they were not going to be able to get to it today. I ask for my recall notice back and left.THIS WAS A SAFETY REDCALL!!!!I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE CHRYSLER GROUP RECALL ASSISTANCE CENTER AND TO THE ADMINISTRATOR, NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION IN WASHINGTON, DC.

This was my first visit to the dealership and I had a lot of questions. My vehicle is a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Van with handicapped conversion and I had a laundry list of questions, most of which I felt were not Chrysler oriented. The service employee was patient and gave me full attention.I had purchased this van due to my wife's needs, and several other folks had shown me their Town and Country and were VERY happy with them.I have never owned a car or van of this quality and am happy with it, although we are still "on a learning curve" of all it's features.The van was purchased from a third party and the many items we are disappointed about are due to the "conversion" modifications, as I has suspected.I will be hoping and praying that when I go to the handicapped sales dealer I will get as much satisfaction as you folks provided me.

I just bought a used 2005 jeep, car looks and runs great, everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful and quick to finish the job. My only downfall was i was told the jeep would be detailed and cleaned up, after coming back to pick it up, there was bugs all over the hood, black pieces on the sides looked faded, there where leaves and dirt on the floor and under the seats and in the cup holders. it literally looked like they sprayed it with water and put tire shine on the tires and sent it out.I brought it home and literally sprayed the water hose on the hood and got it cleaner than it was. Other than the crappy detailing service everything else went smoothly.

I have purchased many used cars, and usually purchase them from reputable car dealerships knowing that they do a thorough inspection. We purchased a car for my son for Christmas...within 100 miles the radiator exploded, the car started leaking like a faucet, and the instrument panel stopped working. The car had about 70,000 miles on it. I have a car with close to 200,000 miles and it does not have half the problems. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership again. The inspection paper they gave me shows everything in excellent working condition. The car we purchased for my daughter from another dealership has had no issue, and was purchased with more miles than this vehicle. When contacting the dealership about this issue we have had no help. $700 radiator, $800 seals, and now over $1000 for an instrument panel...either they knew about the problems or they don't know how to inspect a vehicle. Either way, I would never purchase a used vehicle from them ever again and I would not recommend this to any of my friends who don't want to invest a lot of money in repairs!

By far, this is the most reliable, respectful, honest dealership we have dealt with in all the years that we have been purchasing vehicles. They are extremely accomodating, professional and most important honest. We needed an oil change (one of 4 free changes) and no appointment was necessary. We drove into the dealership and the work was done within 45 minues. The mechanic noticed that we were missing a cover for the engine. The salesman immediately provided the part for our engine. Coming from New York City, we always had to wait for days to get a service appointment for our vehicles and most times, the dealer would tie up our car for days and often we had to rent a car which cost us even more money for the service. There are no arguments about what needs to be done at this dealership. There is always a follow-up call from the Manager of the dealership making sure that we had a pleasant experience and that we did not encounter any issues. This dealership is an "A" rated establishment and we are fortunate to have this dealership in the Winter Haven community. Also, the customer waiting area is clean and fresh coffee is available, while watching TV. How nice is that?

Shook Keith's hand and we agreed we had a deal and would finish the next day. When I arrived at the dealership the next day I waited for over an hour and a half. Keith finally got around to me and said his boss said they could not hold the car for a week or two. My father taught me that when you shook a mans hand and confirmed a deal that made it final. I guess it means nothing at Winter Haven Chrysler. They passed up a sale and I would never recommend anyone to their dealership. I have made a deal at another dealership. I was really disppointed that they did not honor the deal we made. I have found another Durango that suits me even better and am saving over $4,000.00. Beware of Winter Haven Chrysler. While the vehicle we found online was not available any longer, Jim researched and found a very similar vehicle in Orlando. The price was negotiated on our drive from Tampa while the vehicle was being transported from Orlando. We think we received a great out-the-door price (purchase price and trade-in). We knew exactly what we were after and they were able to achieve that total price. Another dealership we were speaking with actually couldn't match that out-the-door price and told us, "You are getting a REALLY great deal." Experience with Angie was excellent. Quick response to our web site inquiry. She made great folow up and furnished vehicles in inventory and scheduled for delivery to dealership. Very courteous adn helpful.Salesman Redd was friendly at first but questionable as we negiotiated for our purchase. He was working another customer at the same time as our inquiry/purchase. Resulting in our losing first choice of car (2011 model) at 0% interest. Offered a 2012 vehicle with a finance charge which resulteed in our having to now pay extra for teh vehicle. Had Redd not left us to take care of teh other customer we might have acquired the vehicle we were negotiating for origionally. I am beginnig to think that this was perhaps a ploy on Redd's and managements part to increase the sale of teh automobile.We had previous dealings with Winter Haven Dodge with a friend of oour who purchased a vehicle some time back. This is one reason I did not hesitate to visit the dealership this time. After what happened I will certainly check other dealerships when I next decide to purchase a vehicle.

He was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He also told me all the specifics of the new jeep over the phone. I have been going to this dealership for several years for service on my 2008 grand caravan and have always had a good experience with the service department. So, when the manager sent me two letters about trading it in we went there and spoke with Phil. He found us a van, in the price range we were looking for, went out of his way to procure it for us. He is an excellent salesman, and even took the time in the hot Florida summer sun to help us transfer our personal belongings to our new Chrysler 200 Convertible. The car i wanted is only discounted with no rebate at all. Although it was describe to me the capability of the car and the luxury which is so cool, my intention actually was about the price of the suv i liked which hesitates me trading my 2010 Nissan Altima being on a huge depreciation of it. Putting myself on a downside means a big downpayment to lower down my monthly payments which is unacceptable business to accomplish for myself. If there is any other incentives favorable by my side, i might consider it a good business to happen and makes both sides happy. Let me know where i stand owning this suv i liked.

The morning of October 22nd, 2010 I broke down in the middle of I-4 with my 2 month old son and my dog. I really had no idea what to do as my husband was currently stationed in Afghanistan for a year and a half, I was on my way down to visit my parents house in Fort Myers which was about two hours away so I was stranded. My car eventually got towed to the Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership of WinterHaven. When I arrived I was welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting from Richard, I had a feeling I was in good hands and that feeling was anything but wrong. Eventually, I learned that my timing belt had broken off which if anyone knows anything about cars, this is pretty much fatal and costly news and basically a death sentence for any vehicle. With financial and credit problems this was the worst news I could have ever received. I was assured by Joe and Eric that they will take care of me and they will not leave me stranded, they couldn't have been more right. The guys allowed me to stay in the dealership after hours so my son and I didn't have to wait out in the dark for my ride from Fort Myers. The guys at WinterHaven worked around the clock for days with my situation trying to come up with a solution for our problem. They eventually spoke with the owner Mike Mahalak and told him my story, that is when the unthinkable happened. They called me the next day to tell me they are replacing my old motor with a brand new one, they also were going to replace any broken parts in my vehicle all free of charge. Mike wanted me to have reliable transportation with no worries from me or my husband. I am sitting here at home with a practically brand new vehicle in my driveway not only did they completely fix everything they changed my oil, cleaned my car, and filled my gas tank. I am safe, my dog is safe and most importantly my son is safe and we have reliable transportation that I can depend on for years to come, all thanks to these awesome guys at winterHaven. This was a very happy ending to a nightmare of a story and I couldn't be anymore thankful. Everyone at this dealership is wonderful the service technition, Mike Weigel was very thorough in explaining what was fixed in my car and what I need to do to maintain it as well. I never once felt as if I was being taking advantage of and that is a very important detail with a dealership as a woman. Joe Gagnon is a wonderful sales associate and should be rewarded for his hardworking efforts not only did he find a solution for me he was true to his word in every aspect. I commend Eric Edwards as well because without him none of this would have taken place hadn't it been for his eagerness to help my family and I. Everyone is trustworthy, kind, generous, and I will be returning to this dealership from now on whether it be for a simple oil change or to buy our next vehicle. So, to the future customers of Dodge Chrysler Jeep of WinterHaven checking out this site wondering if this place is as wonderful as everyone says they are, they were telling the truth. I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot from this dealership on October 1st, 2010. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Joe Gagnon as my salesman and Bruce as the finance specialist who closed the deal. However, I recently discovered I was lied to and manipulated into a sale that absolutely disgusts me. During the course of the sale, I asked Joe very specifically if Midflorida Credit Union was contacted during the finance process. He advised me they were the first bank contacted and I was denied due to a prior bankruptcy, no current vehicle credit history on my wifes credit, and that I did not have a current job at the time. Joe then advised me that Capital one approved us for financing at 18% and that we could go back to Midflorida Credit Union in a year once I had a job and my wife had established credit with a vehicle loan. My wife and I felt this was accurate information and trusted your financing department based on our current credit history so we purchased the vehicle.On Monday October 25th, 2010 I contacted Midflorida in reference to a personal financial matter. During this conversation, I asked the loan officer about my current vehicle loan with Capital One and to see what our options were to re-finance in the future. She took our information and contacted me on October 26th to inquire about my previous bankruptcy. On October 29th 2010, I received a call advising our loan was approved for re-financing. My wife and I signed the paperwork with Midflorida on November 2nd, 2010. I asked the loan officer if this dealership had contacted their institution anytime prior and she said no. She confirmed this by contacting the vehicle loan department of Midflorida Credit Union to protect herself so nothing suspicious was suspected on her end. I was given 100% proof both verbally and in writing that Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven made no formal contact for a vehicle approval by Midflorida Credit Union. We were approved for a re-finance loan at 5.9% with no cash down compared to what their finance department approved us for at 18% with Capital One. I realize that caveat emptor goes into play anytime you make a large purchase like this so I should have been on guard more. However, for this dealership to blatantly lie to me is despicable. My wife and I put trust in this dealership and it got us nothing.

I have had Dodge trucks since 1998. Although this is the first one that I have purchased at Winter Haven Dodge, I have been recieving service from them for several years. I had went to Desoto Auto Mall to purchase this truck and as soon as I told them that I would be using the Lockheed Martin friends & family discount they lowered my trade-in value and then told me that my credit was not good enough to purchase this truck. My wife, who purchased her Chrysler 300 from Angela, contacted her and Angela and Joe went and got the truck from Desoto Auto Mall and sold it to me. I have purchased 9 Dodges in the last 8 years from 4 different dealerships and I have to say that Doge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven is the best. Usually when you walk onto a dealership lot you are bombarded with a sales person trying to talk you into buying any vehicle on the lot. I felt no pressure from this dealership. When I told my sales person I would like to talk it over with my wife for a couple of days, he gave me his card, took down my number and let me leave the lot without a hassle. Most other dealerships first, would not let you leave without giving them your first born and secondly, would call you like a collection agancy wanting an answer. But my sales person Steve, gave me a chance to actually think about it for a couple days. I made the 55 mile drive back to this dealership because of the great shopping experience and purchased my vehicle. It was also nice to see workers helping other worker while I was filling out the paperwork. I was very impressed that a few days after my purchase, I received calls from both the General Manager and the Service Manager asking how my vehicle was doing and if there was anything that they could do to let them know. I thought how nice that was that people that high up at the dealership would take the time to call me.I will definitly purchase from them in the future.

I went and purchased a used vehicle from Chrystler Dodge Jeep of Winter Haven about a week ago. The previous day I went to look at the vehicle and I was met out side by Redd, as another individual drove off test driving in the car I was interestred in. I was kinda bummed but I spoke to Redd for a few moments, before I bolted. Lucky for me that sap didn't by the car so I came back the first thing in the morning and met Brian at the door before I could wipe the sweat off of my forehead. I knew what I was lookng for and he was not too overbearing like every other salesman that cought glance at my wallet. The customer service was great, fast and friendly(maybe a lil too friendly). The quality of work was pretty good, considering I had to return today and get a fog lamp replaced, it was speedy. I feel like I did pay a lil too much for the car. It had a broken scroll stick for Nav Unit and a dent in the hood. But I guess thats the deal with a used vehicle. I would recommend the dealer to a friend, prefered they test all the knobs and switches during the test drive. I went to Greenway Dodge in Orlando the day before for the same car, and was met with horrible service that refused to bargin and negotiate any kind of deal(no one pays sticker for a used car). All in all I was pretty happy with the friendly service I received at Winter Haven Dodge. If I had a lil more info about the vehicle online, it would have been nearly perfect. Wow! Fast, easy, and the best price I found anywhere in Florida. I'm one of those car buyers that loves to shop online and visit all the local dealers to find exactly what I want and get the absolute best price too. My experience with this purchase, before I got to DCJ of Winter Haven, ranged from high pressure closers to rookie salesmen that didn't even call me back. They were going to do things their way no matter how inconvenient or uncomfortable it was for me. Joe Gagnon was the opposite of those guys. He listened to my story, got all the info about the vehicle I wanted, located it, picked it up, and even arranged for me to ride to Winter Haven in my new Jeep because I live an hour away. Joe did all that based on several phone calls over two days once we agreed to a deal. He kept me informed about each step along the way and followed up on each promise while custom tailoring the process to me and my schedule. It couldn't have been any easier or more enjoyable. This is what buying a new car should be like.

When my husband, Wayne & I decided to trade in our 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan, we started our search at a Dodge dealership closer to our home. The initial salesperson at Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge was having a difficult time finding us a deal on a new van, and brought in "Redd". Redd was very honest and after hearing exactly what we were looking for and the price range we HAD to stay within, worked hard to ensure we left the dealership with a new vehicle. The 2010 Town & Country he found for us was a little over our price range. Redd worked the numbers on a 2010 Dodge Caravan and gave us a call a day or two later & said it was ours if we still wanted it. We just needed to pick which color we wanted. Upon arriving at the dealership, Redd went around back to drive the two Caravans around, so we could choose which color we wanted. He instead pulled around the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. He explained that the Sales Manager had worked the numbers on the Town & Country, and was going to stick with the deal. The dealership offered us an amazing trade-in allowance for our 2003 Caravan. It was a deal we could not walk away from. The finance department was very helpful as well. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. As many people claim (as we had also), going car shopping is worse than getting your teeth pulled at the dentist. We no longer feel this way. We in fact have had several people comment on our new van & we are quick to point out the dealership & salesperson who assisted us. We hope that other people will be able to walk away feeling as satisfied from their next vehicle purchase. We will be visiting the service dept. for the first time this upcoming week. That is for our first oil change. Oh yeah, they gave us our first oil change as a gift. Chrysler added two more oil changes to that. Between Chrysler, Winter Haven Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, and Redd, we are extemely happy customers. We plan on visiting the dealership in the very near future to purchase a truck for my husband's business. We would not visit any other dealership for this purchase. We will ask for Redd & be able to walk in knowing that he will get us the best possible deal. In todays economic uncertainty it is that type of confidence that will begin to rebuild the economy. Making a purchase and having the confidence you are working with ethical and honest people.

Fabian was wonderful and patient, he helped us find the right car for us dispite our hesitations with purchsing a new vehicle and having car payments. He spent hours and days and weekends helping us make the right decision, even on his busiest days we were not invisible to him and he continued to show wonderful customer service even when it seemed there would be no sale for him at all. They had a space for my children to play, and offered subway sandwiches while wating for results. Fabian even offered to take cash out of his own pocket to purchase sodas form the vending machine. Our experience was so positive that we decided to purchase another vehicle three months after the first purchase, and thanks to Fabian's customer service skills the second time was a breeze due to the trust and care he established. Fabian has earned my loyalty and will be my go to in the future.

I had the greatest Salesman! He was very helpful and thorough. When we didn't find something I liked on day one, he said he'd search and call and he actually did! I did have a few complaints with the finance/warranty side of things (took two weeks to pay off my old loan even though they had the check on my new one, so I accrued interest on 2 car loans and didn't put in my correct information for the warranty). Overall I was happy.

Allen tuned in on what we were looking for and brought us a Jeep Compass for our first test drive. He must have a 6th sense on selecting the right vehicle for customers because we were SOLD before we made if back to the dealership. I had been looking to purchase a car for a while but I was always turned away at other dealers by pushy salesmen. There were no surprises. I got a great price and a fair amount for my trade in. Fabian even set up my blue tooth for my new Jeep. I came in for an oil change a couple days ago and my son accidentally spilled some juice all over my back seat. I was attempting to clean it up myself when Fabian was kind enough to detail my truck himself. It took him a while but he got the stain out and even though it may seems like a small thing it meant a lot. Just knowing he would take the time out of his busy day to help me was awesome and he has won a customer for life. That is what is different about Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven . You come in and feel welcome and the customer service is great before, during and after the purchase. I will make sure to return to for my next purchase and recommend it to my friends and family. Brian Osborne, his manager and the finance manager were very helpful thoughout the process. They had the car I wanted at the right price and were accommodating with minor changes. My salesperson, Allen Peacock, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and described in detail all of the options available on each car I test drove. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the car I chose. I decided on an Avenger and was very pleased with my decision. Allen was great to work with! I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 in 2004 and a very clean used 2008 Mazda 6 for my son and we are both extrmely happy with our vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. No need to drive to Tampa or Orlando for a good deal, just check with these guys and you won't be disappointed.

I have been dealing with him for years and he has always been there to help in any way he could. From service to sales complete follow through on all of his promises. I had to call him late because I was locked out of my car. He called roadside assistance for my and stayed with me on the phone until I was safe inside. I sent him 2 people and they thanked me after they bought from him.He is the best and he is there after the sale.HE KEEPS HIS WORD!!!!! THATS IT FOR ME.

We have been customers of Dodge in Winter Haven for over 10 years, I would not think of using any other dealer!!! Joe Gagnon is the best salesman that we have ever dealt with anywhere, really stands behind what he says. Richard Graves is the same in the service dept. We had trouble with our truck in Mechanicsburg,Pa., even though it was still under warranty, the people at the dealership there were NOT helpful at all. We called Joe in Winter Haven and he had everything taken care of and WH Dodge had to re-do their work when we returned!!! We haven`t had a problem since. In my opinion, WH is the best dealership anywhere. Instead of customers, we are treated like family by all of the employees there. Thanks for being there for us, Carl and Sarah Evans

Our sales person Joe Gagnon was extremely helpful, supportive, made us feel at ease with our car purchase and it was the first time in our history of purchasing vehicles that we did not feel any pressure what-so-ever. We will continue asking for Joe every time we need another vehicle. He will be an asset to any auto dealership. Our son purchaced a car from Joe, "and my son is very hard to please," so we also bought a car from him because he impressed our hard to impress son. Our first car we purchaced from Joe we totaled but we came back to him to get another car from him. He was expedient and efficient and when we arrived everything was ready for us and we signed the papers and we were on our way.

Bought a new van from Joe, a young trainee, and he was friendly, helpful and brought in a more experienced salesman when the need came. I recieved help on accessories such as running boards and brake dust covers. I was also steered to the van that had the features that I was interestew in.

I had purchased 3 previous vehicles from Joe Gagnon and found him to be very much a people person. Dealing with the public myself, I found him professional, caring about service after the sale, and represented the dealership well though his actions. I called him from Tallahassee, Florida on a Thursday, discussed what I wanted in a truck (I already own a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 that I had purchased from Joe.)He presented the pro's and con's of each vehicle. He located a truck they had in stock, presented my information to finance and my wife and I drove to Winter Haven, Florida on that Saturday, where we were greeted by Mr. Gagnon, a though walkthrough of the vehicle. We met with Bruce in finance, he took time and carefully explained the contract, warranties, and options. I attempted to buy from the dealership in Tallahassee, but I just felt more comfortable with the Winter Haven dealership. They maintained our 2006 Chrysler 300 (bought from Mr. Gagnon) and the service department was excellent. Everyone at the Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership have always treated us with respect, listening to our needs and concerns, always taking our views into consideration. We have purchased a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500, 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, 2006 Chrysler 300 and now our 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 4 X 4 from this dealership. When we are ready, we will return to this dealership and purchase our next new vehicle because they make you fell like family.Thanks, Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. You guys are the best.
