We just purchased a 2014 Flex from Alex Buker and I must say it was one of the easiest car purchases we have made. Great experience! Alex understood what we were looking for and search until he found just the right car for us. Upon delivery he spent quite a bit of time explaining all the features and told us to come back any time if we had any questions. Highly recommend Alex to anyone searching for just the right car!!We worked with Randy Walker on the paperwork that goes along with a new car purchase. He, too, was very knowledgeable and explained all the different programs available to us. Great to have someone who can explain everything so thoroughly. Plan to go back to Don Hinds for sure!

I leased my Ford Edge from Don Hines recently, and Rob Long-Brooks made it such a good experience! We talked on the phone prior to my visit, and he did everything exactly how he said he would once I got there, where other dealers just wanted me on the lot to get me there. Rob was pleasant, straight forward, and provided fast service ( I didn't sit there all day), and was very personable and knowledgeable. He got me what I wanted and the price I wanted! I would definitely refer friends and family to Don Hines after my experience. And as a female, I didn't feel taken advantage of at all! Awesome and love my Edge!

Called about a Miata for sale today to find out more about it. After talking to the sales department and finding out the car had been through inspection and prep and was ready for sale, after looking at ALL the picture online that they had posted I decided to take half a day off work to make the 120 mile round trip from Columbus indiana to take a look at the car. The sales person asked that I call him ahead of time so he could have the car up front and ready to go. I called to say I was coming, giving them 45 minutes to an hour to get things in order. When I arrived at the dealership the car was NOT ready to go but that's no big deal. When they brought it around for me to look at it had been hit in the right rear, smashing and tearing the corner of the bumper cover and denting the metal around the tail lights, not a minor dent but VERY noticable accident. after reviewing the carfax (accident reported before trade in) and the pictures posted it became obvious that the pictures were strategically taken NOT to show the damaged areas, nor was any damage mentioned during my 2 phone calls explaining that I was driving from an hour away and missing work to see the car. Please show the good and bad of the cars when you post them online, look at your trade ins and you might have your sales staff walk the lot every now and then or at least have them actually look at the car when someone asks about it. So, thanks guys for wasting my vacation time, gas money and 2.5 hours drive time, Wake up!

I went into the dealearship thinking I wanted a F150 STX. After looking and test driving during trade in values and pricing conversation my sales representative realized that the STX may not be the best truck to completely satisfy my needs. He was 100 % correct and we started over again. He was very patient without applying any pressure. We found the right truck and I am a very happy customer and glad I made the drive from Brownsburg. I would 110% recommend Jay Oberst at Don Hinds Ford in Fishers.

I inquired about a car listed on the dealer website. Mr Rick McKenzie responded, and told my daughter there was no way to secure a loan under the desired terms without a co-signer. She was then able to get a co-signer. Then Mr McKenzie told us to submit a loan app, which we did. With over 6 hours of waiting we were then told there was no way we could get payments where we needed them to be and he had someone else interested in the car anyway. Why didn't he tell us this from the beginning? What a COMPLETE waste of time. I feel we had been very honest about the terms we desired and if he knew from the get-go there was no way to do it under ANY circumstances why did he continue to lead us on and waste our time?!?!? I told him from the beginning I didn't want to waste his time nor did I want my time wasted. Mr McKenzie is one of the reasons used car salesman have the reputation they do. He just told us what we wanted to hear to string us along as long as he could until someone else came along he could probably get more money out of.

I had a spoiler installed on a 2011 mustang gt. I knew there would be some clear coat scratches from when they removed my old spoiler but I had no idea they would damage the rear end of my vehicle. Now the rear end looks like they drove it in a bush, with all the scratches. They are saying the scratches were there when I came in, but I know better. This isn't the first time that they have damaged my vehicle so I should know better. Once they dropped a pipe on the rear trunk area and they said they would paint it but rather they just wet sanded the area and it still looks bad. Do your self a favor, and stay far away from this dealership.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a used vehicle. The most honest sales people and by far, the most reasonable prices on a new or used vehicle. They went well beyond any expectations I had, and they will be seeing me everytime I have future vehicle needs!

They cannot repair Fords. I had to go to another dealer to get the problems repaired correctly. Would not, and will not recommend this dealer at all.

Purchased new Expedition. Didn't notice very minor hail damage until we got home. Called sales rep. She got us in along with a rental to use without hassle. Repair took less than 6 hours. Quality service backs up quality sales. They are great and honest with dealings. They care about the customer even after the sales.
