I had taken my Cadillac to Don Larson for oil changes for almost 6 years and that was all I ever had done other than a cabin filter or something else minor. When I reached a certain number of miles on the car I thought I should have the transmission fluid and filter changed, even though I was not having any problems with it at all.so I took it to them. About 3 weeks after it was done, I was driving on Highway 12 and the car just quit moving. he engine was still running and it was in gear, but I wasn't moving. I had it towed to Don Larson and they said there was NO transmission fluid in it. Apparently, the mechanic didn't get the plug in properly and it all leaked out, leaving me stranded. They made the new repairs, but the torque converter clutch light stayed on and would not go off. I took it to another dealer and he said the converter was damaged because of the lack of fluid. I took it back to Don Larson, and they said they were not responsible for that, and if I wanted it even looked at, the cost would be $1,100.00 just to look at it. I have not taken any of my vehicles there since. Because of this, they lost a long-time customer for sure, and I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I was looking at a car (Buick) at a different dealership that was in my price range when I found the same car but with 10,000 less miles on it, but it was out of my price range. Your dealership was able to work with me to not only get the price in my price range, but you made me feel comfortable with the purchase as well! Buying a car can be stressful, and you made it very stress free.

I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning on November 30th to get 4 new tires and some recall work done. After work at 730pm (after a 13 hour day at work ) I go to pick up my car. We planned on putting my key under the floor mat however it was not where we decussed matter of fact it wasn't anywhere in my damn car!!! 30 degrees outside and I sat for over an hour for my ride home. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! WE WILL BE SEEING ME IN THE MORNING!!!!!!!

My experience began about 3 weeks ago when I took off work early and made a 45 min drive to look at a car which I ultimately learned was under a recall and I could not drive. Interesting. Despite this I remained interested and was told by Mark at the dealership I would be informed when the required service occurred and I could drive it and thus negotiate a sale. I learned this morning that the car was sold yesterday. And I never received that call from the dealership that the car was ready for sale. Thanks Mark. I'll be sure to let everyone that cares to listen about my experience with Don Larson.

they treated me very well and they worked with me very well on getting my jeep traded in to a vehicle that more suited me. Dale the salesman was great about letting me test drive multiple vehicles until i found the one i loved... they also called after the fact to make sure i indeed still liked the vehicle and to make sure i didn't have any problems with it they needed to address, i will be recommending them to others.

Thank you to the Don Larson dealership, and your service team for easing our mind about a recent purchase. We bought a 2012 CTS from another dealer two hours away from where we live. It only had 1k miles on it an we would have to shop for a dealer to take care of warranty items ,even though we did not purchase the car there. Don Larson took us in and made us feel as if we had bought our last 10 cars there. We did have some issues and they were taken care of immediately. They even took the time to sync our phone to the car. The entire service team, from the guys who wrote up the order, the mechanics, to the young man who cleaned our car before we got it we're very helpful and pleasant. Because of this we will talk to Don Larson Motors when it's time to replace the Caddy!! Thank you

I went to the dealership to take a look at a vehicle my son wanted to purchase. After meeting and talking with several people I felt very comfortable working with them and agreed that my son should purchase the vehicle. I was so impressed with the dealership that I returned a week later and purchased a new vehicle for myself. I feel that I was given a very fair price for my trade in vehicle Along With a good price for the new vehicle. I visited Don Larson GMC to get an oil change on my Nissan Titan and Ford Focus. Upon arrival, I pulled in and a service technician walked in front of my rolling vehicle as if I werent pulling in. When I got out of the truck, he didnt greet me. But, that was the extent of any marginal service. The rest of the service was great. The premises and building were immaculate and clean. The coffee, mocha, and cookies were awesome. The service staff was friendly and informative. The price could not be lower: $22 out the door for a 7-qt oil change; $32 after rebate for tire rotation and oil change on the Ford Focus. Great deal, comfortable waiting area, awesome service, low price. The only other thing Id say about the service was that they should give the customer a check list of things they went over during the inspection and their condition. Rather, they only note if they found something wrong. They dont say, Added wiper fluid, or brake fluid was low, etc. But thats it. Id definitely return.

I was very impressed with Mike from the service department. I had taken my car there to get it fixed and when I returned home I had another problem. I called Mike and he fixed my problem very quickly and accurately. He was very helpful and I am glad that they took care of me. I will definitely recommend Don Larson to everyone. The service person that took care of me on 10/26 was Mike Breidenbach. He was very personable & courteous. I got in at 9AM and out at 11:30. The issues that needed fixing were taken care of. Everything was explained clearly prior to the service, and the total invoice was within what was expected. Compared to other pleasant visits, this one was exceptional. Everyone I came in contact with was very, very nice!

Visiting Wisconsin for a wedding on Saturday at 1:30 pm. Unexpectedly our brakes went out on Friday night. Took our Monte Carlo to this dealership which was closing for the night. They stayed and scheduled an appointment to work it in on Saturday morning. They were great to come and get us at the hotel when the vehicle was done. We made it to the wedding with time to spare! I had brought my car to Don Larson several times to have the oil changed - they were recommend to me by friends; I found the facilities pleasant and the service seemed fine although I never really double checked. The last time I went, I had a new (used) car, which had very dirty oil; the servicing was done very quickly. A few days later I checked the oil and found it to be: 1) slightly overfilled and 2) still very dirty. I thought perhaps they had not let the old oil drain out properly and resolved never to go there again. I also noticed that the coolant in the tank was low (had not been topped up) although the report sheet I got said that all fluids had been. Anyway, later I asked a mechanic about some other repairs and showed him the oil and he said from the color and viscosity that it had not been changed at all! Now, in that case, all the pleasant service, low prices, free doughnuts & wifi are just irrelevant.

I've always had my vehicles serviced through Don Larson's. The employees are personable, professional, accurate and trustworthy. When they say my car will be done with its service, it is. When something else comes up unexpectedly with my car, they let me know without feeling like I am being scammed. I've always had great service at Larson's. Called in the morning with check engine light. They worked me in on the same day after work. Despite being very busy, the service department kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle. They explained all the problems with my vehicle, told me what was covered under my extended warranty and gave me a very accurate quote of the items not covered. They also arranged for a rental car for me to use. I could not have asked for better service.

Do not let them fool you into buying thier supposedly certified vehicle. I trusted my salesman and that was a mistake. I was told the tires were new and of course they were not because only 9,000 miles later they needed to be replaced and of course no warrenty on them. The salesman of course said oh we will give you the tires at cost, only to find out on consumer reports that the tires only costed 150each and I was charged 653.00 and that was with buy one get one free which means it should have been 450 or so. Do not trust the salesman here. Get everything in writing, they promised me it would be in the computer but when it came down to it it was not. Also, after having new tires it seems that my rotors needed to be turned, of course that also was not covered and they would charge me at least 50 per tire to just clean them. This also was already done in the inspection sheet but not the inspection sheet that they showed me the customer. My sheet said all was fine with the vwehicle. Talk about no trust. I would not recommend this dealership nor will I purchase another car. I guess you can not trust anyone these days.
