I liked the professional way the customer is treated at this dealership. They were there to answer questions but also gave me some room to discuss with my wife exactly if this what the car we wanted and price we were willing to pay etc..I liked the fact at the end they take you to the service department and show you that area as well so when you have your first oil change for example your not lost. The night we bought the car it was getting close to closing time and even so we weren't pressured in anyway to leave they stayed answered all my questions in a friendly manner.

I was treated very good both employers were great. We have never owed a new car before always one someone else had worn out. This was on my husbands bucket list before he died to have a brand new car.

Every car lot that Don Moore owns are exactly the same when it comes to customer service. Dishonest, rude, & manipulating when it comes to a sale on a used or new vehicle. I was quoted a price on a vehicle for my daughter the morning of 7/15/16 and both I and the manager agreed on that price. When my daughter arrived to signed the proper paperwork I was told by the manager that he could not honor our agreement and the price of the vehicle increased another $1100. I immediately voiced my displeasure with the manager about the games that they play and left the lot. Went to Evansville the next day and purchased the exact same vehicle for $950 less than Don Moore's original offer. That is the second vehicle I went to Evansville to purchase after dealing with Don Moore in the last 2 years. I WILL NOT BE FOUND WALKING ON ANOTHER DON MOORE LOT.

After some extensive online research of mid-sized sedans the Hyundai Sonata kept coming up as a must try car. I have to say my first impression was very good and just kept getting better the more I drove the car. The car is packed with many features I did not expect from a car in this price range and the comfort and quality makes it feel much more expensive than other cars that cost much more. I am very glad I took the time to give the Sonata serious consideration. The Sonata is a great value and my wife and I are both very happy with our purchase.

Eric worked with me throughout the day going back and fourth between my parents and I and explaining each question I had. He was not too pushy like most car dealers, his approach was welcoming and he seemed eager to help. The rest of the Don Moore team worked to get me the best price and best financing option available. I will definitely be going back because of their patience with me.

NO WAY !! At 63 years old I've NEVER had such a negative experience buying a car BOTH the overly aggressive salesman and sales manager were pushy to say the least While they dazzle you with great price and follow up service etc etc They fall way short in honesty understand that because of limited space here I'll make it short (there's much more to the story)They didn't follow my wishes as to which credit union to finance with even after stating they would, well after they convinced me to sign the papers stating all would be fine it didn't happen !! A day or so later they called (completely different person than I dealt with) saying there were a couple more papers to sign I assumed it would be the follow up correction on which credit union to use I ask about that and was transferred back to the original sales manager Who apparently was intentionally avoiding me to not answer the questions of the loan ?? After discovering that it was financed through a completely different credit union and being ignored by the sales manager I arrive to sign the other papers and once again was ignored at which time I told him I was very disappointed in the way I was being done perhaps in not so many nice word I will admit. Shortly there after another gentleman sitting nearby aggressively told me to get out and leave his dealership and don't come back I said that's fine I'll leave!! you people don't know how to treat anyone !! AGAIN: While this is a very short overview of my experience at DON MOORE I find it totally Ridiculous for a customer to be lied to deceived and treated in this manner... In closing I certainly WONT Recommend them and a word of advise to those considering them for your next purchase BUYER BEWARE ! I've waited several days hoping for some sort of resolve in the way things went but of course its NOW become clear they could care less so its really no surprise that I haven't been contacted What about any promised after sale stuff like oil change or other services ??? A GREAT WAY TO FEEL AFTER BUYING A 2014 CAR from what I thought was a well respected, fair dealing car dealer ...Its also important to note with they're rush on the sale ? both desperate and pushy to get it done ? They really DIDN'T DO ME RIGHT AT ALL heck they didn't even offer to clean up the car, there werent even any rear floor mats ?? on a 2014 car really ?? WOW WHAT A SHAM ! In summary: Sign here GET OUT "THANKS" to the staff at DON MOORE Hyundai = EPIC FAIL

Employees did a wonderful job in helping us surprise our college graduate with her new car! They let us have the car in the show room floor with a big bow on top and another employee recorded the event... She was thrilled with everything. We also bought a Santa Fe and was immensely pleased with that too

"We are very satisfied with the 2017 Elantra that we bought. We just got back from a weekend trip and averaged 39.9 MPH which is awesome! We love the inside of the car, the size of the trunk and the comfort of the ride!! This was our first experience with Don Moore and we were definitely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness with which we were treated. We drove over 300 miles to see a used vehicle. Liked interior but very dusty,(theycould have wiped down since they knew we were coming due to an appointment which we also confirmed with Chris K.) and exterior had lots of scratches and chips which was disappointing for a 2013, and it wasn't very clean either, but will give benefit of the doubt due to rain storms the day before we came in. Sales person Chris K. asked what we thought and we said how disappointed we were in all the scratches and chips and that the price was high with such a bad exterior and he said price is firm and didn't even want to talk with us or even try to negotiate. Wow never been treated like that at any car dealships. Everyone I have dealt with have at least sat down and tried to see what they could do for a sale. We know this vehicle has been on the lot for over a 100 plus days and now we understand why, it's overpriced and exterior condition is poor. So we said thank you and left. Pictures on their sight do not show any of the chips and scratches and how bad it is. And they advertised it was detailed. Must have been over a 100 days ago. Very poor detailing too. We would not return to this dealership or recommend this place. Southern Hospitality isn't one of their qualities at all.

the last two vehicles i have purchased have been from don moore, not necessarily by choice but by coincidence. however after my last experience i will atleast be making don moore my first stop any time i am car shopping. every staff member i had contact with was very friendly and helpful, everyone was very honest and i never felt like i was being mislead by a typical "salesman" type. i hope it's not unfair to the other sales staff by mentioning any names but ask for colton if you ever go to don moore hyundai had a great experience buying from him
