Great car buying experience and good service. Right after purchasing my CX5 from Don's 3 years ago in the fall, some mice took refuge in my air box and the nest choked the engine. Even though the mice problem wasn't exactly his problem, Don fixed it for me on the cheap.

After getting off a long day of work, I ended up getting a nail in my tire. I went to this shop as it was the closest one to me. I was so impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and how amazing they were in helping me during this stressful time. They made my day and I would recommend them all day to everyone!

My husband and I needed a larger vehicle for our growing family. We were able to find exactly what we needed at Don's. We felt very confident in our new minivan and felt the staff understood our need for a safe, reliable vehicle for us and our new twins. We're loving our van and continue to go to Don's for our routine oil changes, etc because we feel very comfortable and confident in their staff and service. shopping for a used car , couldn't get financing at 3 other dealerships, then co worker told me to try Don's , found a better deal and was able to get Financed ( took a couple days) everything went very nice and felt very comfortable here!

have had my cars serviced here for years, but my company moved farther away , so i went into a closer shop by my work and had a bad experience! came back to them and it is WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE! being a Woman i love how they treat me with respect & dignity even if i do not know a lot about my car, Dan took the extra time to explain everything. if you haven't tried them please do give them a shot . :)

came in for a used set of tires (cheap) on my SUV. they were as advertised and i was in and out within an hour . also i watched them hand torque my wheels on (wow)!! Awesome service and i will be back for other needs.

Monday morning and your car doesn't start ! Call shop at 8:30 am had car towed in to them and had car repaired ( new starter) by noon!! OMG that was awesome thanks soo much!

have been coming here for 10+ years to get all of our cars serviced and both my daughters and now son inlaws go here as well. they are prompt , reasonable , honest and i have had no problems here & they stand behind their work. its nice to have a local shop you can trust! and they know me by name when i walk in the door.highly recommend you try them.

I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago and I like their no pressure sales..... During my purchase I found out they also do service had them do my service on both my vehicles over the last couple years they always has been a price fair and has been a positive experience...... Whenever given the opportunity I will always recommend this place if you're in the need of a used vehicle or service

I originally bought all-weather tires from Don's in late 2014, and I have continued to return for every oil change ever since. They are competitively priced, very friendly and straightforward, and flexible with scheduling. Whenever I get my oil changed, I walk across the street to the Java Train for coffee, breakfast, and wifi until my car is done (~1 hr later). I use their loyalty punch card and get every 6th oil change for free (even with synthetic oil)! One time I complained about my wipers ripping on the frozen windshield, and they replaced my broken ones for free! I drive out of my way to get to Don's, even though there are tons of options within 5 minutes from my home.

As a customer for service and auto purchases for over 15 years I would highly recommend them as a customer-friendly dealership. There is no "up selling" and repairs are done in a timely manner as scheduled. Management and staff are professional and easily approached with questions or concerns.
