I found the car I was looking for through Cars.com and it was at Driven Auto Sales. I contacted them to find out if the car was still available. It was. I put some money down to hold it and drove down a couple days later to check it out and drove home with it. All in all a very good and positive experience.

We drove 3 1/2 hours to Driven Auto Sales to purchase a car my husband has wanted for 3 years. Nick was our sales rep, and he greeted us like we had known him for years. He let us jump right in the car, spoke of all of the features and did not pressure or try to get us to look at other vehicles (which is a HUGE plus!). He also allowed my husband and I to both test drive the car. Financing was AMAZING! It went very quick and you can tell these guys really do their best to get you what you want. They even filled the gas tank and had it serviced before we arrived. We would definitely go back to Driven Auto Sales in the future!

I purchased a beautiful fully loaded pre-owned 2013 Infiniti JX35 from Driven Auto Sales in Burbank on February 2016. After days of online research for this vehicle around a 200 mile radius, I could not find a better deal than at Driven Auto. So I went to the dealership from Minooka, IL with my wife and 2 kids. I had a great experience at Driven Auto as soon as I stepped in their office. Their personnel are so respectful and kind and really treated us like family. All their vehicles are beautiful luxurious cars in pristine condition. I dealt with Adam and Bill and they really gave me a great and fair price for the vehicle. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle. Adam, Bill, and Mo (financing) stayed way past their office hours to help me close the deal. I though my kids were going to drive me nuts over there but Adam and Bill took care of them and even baby sat them by the television area while I closed the deal. How great is that. They treat you so great over there and make sure you're comfortable and do not pressure you or haggle you to buy a car like at other places. I bought several vehicles in my lifetime but never had a great and smooth experience like at Driven Auto. Driven Auto will forever be my preferred dealership. They have a huge inventory to choose from and all their inventory are luxurious pristine vehicles and great dealers and personnel to go with it. You won't regret buying a car from them. When searching for a used car on the used car web search sites, I found the car I was looking for at Driven Auto Sales in Burbank Illinois. Driven Auto Sales happen to be the nearest location for the car I was searching so I visited their location to inspect and test drive the car. The moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable considering the reputation car sales personnel may have. All of the staff treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect throughout the entire deal up to and including the purchase. The cars I looked at were clean and detailed very nicely. The selection of cars at Driven Auto was huge compared to other used car lots. So far I am pleased with the car I purchased 3 weeks ago and would return to Driven Auto Sales if they had another car I was considering.

A very professional yet relaxed atmosphere to do business. No pressure. Driven Auto Sales has some of the best used cars in Chicago. After researching the shop extensively, I came in to purchase a vehicle. Being very young and having had very little credit built, I was in a tough position. Salesperson Ali worked with until we could find a vehicle that I was both comfortable in and comfortable with paying for. After some hour of working, we found that vehicle which was a 2011 Buick Regal.The customer service has been fantastic. I have been able to reach driven auto with any questions since I bought the car and everything was fully explained prior to purchasing the car. They maintained good communication while still be quick and responsive which showed that they valued our time. The buying process was not overly confusing. They was NO bait and switch or false information about the deal. Everything was up front. The shop does repair vehicles that may need a touch up and I found that to be true with my Regal. It came to me in fantastic condition with very minimum scuffs or issues and everything works as advertised. The facility is well maintained and holds some of the best used cars in Chicago.I enjoy my 2011 Buick Regal and feel safe driving in it. At the end of the week after purchasing it, I had a shop take a look at it and they reported that the car was factually in fine working condition. In your search for a used vehicle, please keep Driven Auto Sales in your options as they have fantastic cars at fantastic prices!

I had been looking for an older BMW for about 6 months when I found a 2000 BMW 740i for sale online at Driven Auto Sales. I was located 300 miles away in St. Louis but after a handful of phone calls I was assured by the salesman that the car was in great shape and everything worked. They told me they did a timing chain replacement on the car which upon further research is not uncommon to perform once those cars hit 100,000 miles. I was told they warrantee their service work. I drove up there on the morning of August 1, 2015 to purchase the car. Everyone at the dealer appeared to be very nice and bragged about how great their customer service was. After driving the car and doing some quick checks, I found the car was out of alignment and the rear passenger window was broken and wouldnt roll down. With a 15 year old car, I didnt expect perfection but both items should have been things they told me up front over the phone before I drove all the way up there. I decided to purchase the car. After driving the car home and parking it overnight I found a puddle of oil the size a half of sheet of paper under it. I made an appointment with a local BMW specialty repair garage to have them go through the car and check everything out. They found the hood latch cables were broken at the cost of $375 (Additional repair costs for me). Once they were able to get under the hood they found the oil leak was associated with the gaskets for the timing chain replacement. The estimate to disassemble everything and replace the gaskets is $1250 because of the amount of labor for the repair. I called Driven Auto Sales to speak with either Alex or Bill (both are managers) about the problem and neither returned my call. I called back the next day and tried to talk to Bill about a logical solution. After saying there was no way the car could be leaking oil and that I would have to drive all the way up to Chicago for them to look at it, he told me they were not interested in taking a loss on the car and having it fixed. He told me he would speak with his tech that did the service and call me back right away. He never called me back. The BMW repair garage that did the inspection took detailed pictures and suggested I not let them touch this car again. All I wanted was the car fixed right and I dont think I should have to pay for it. With an attitude of were not going to take a loss on that car, customer service is far from the top of Driven Auto Sales list. Folks, if your thinking about purchasing a car from these people, keep this experience in mind. Dont let it happen to you!

Would you recommend this dealer? Yes We were not in the market for a car, till our chevy malibu was totalled. My husband owns a bmw so I headed over there because we love the treatment we received in our previous car the we had bought 2 years ago, . I found a used car $3000 less than other places were selling that make and model for. The salesman - ALI- did not pressure me to buy a bmw and listened to my needs to make sure he put me in the best car for my family.Without going over my budget amount. They made me feel very comfortable, e.g. I arrived there at 9 am and they invited me in, even though they open at 10. I didn't know of Driven Auto Sales before I visited them to look at a 2008 Mercedes CLS550. I keep a constant eye on the market price of models I'm interested in for several months before purchasing (I'm a data scientist) and as soon as I saw the asking price I knew, with certainty, that this was the best deal I was going to find, in terms of price. While the car looked great in the pictures, I wondered about the car's condition and performance. So, I headed to Driven hoping that the condition and performance of the car were, at least, adequate. The quality, condition, performance, and added assurances from the staff were as phenomenal as the price. These factors alone constitute the best deal I've ever had. However, I also had the best car buying experience thus far, and by far. Although I don't feel intimidated at auto dealerships, I usually find myself taking a defensive posture, that usually becomes increasingly uncomfortable when sales staff aren't really listening, or try showing me cars that I'm really not interested in, etc. My experience at Driven was the complete opposite. I wouldn't have been treated better by my own family. Actually, they probably treated me better than my family would. All the staff were relaxed, attentive, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, just simply, good people. They went out of their way to accommodate me. This in not just a cliche, 2 of their staff helped me return a rental (that Driven was kind enough to clean up for me) so that I could drive my newly purchased car home that night instead of having to come back the next day. I honestly cannot think of a single thing they could do to improve the experience. Even the sales lady was gorgeous:)

I purchased a newer Infiniti in March 2015, with low miles and I had excellent service all the way around. Being a used car there were a few minor clean ups I brought to their attention . They went over and beyond to address these issues. I also traded my car and felt my trade-in was of fair value as well. I have already recommended Driven Auto Sales several times. I had my first experience with this particular auto sales company this weekend. Prior to this weekend I went in 2 weeks earlier to look at this one car that my boyfriend had been eyeing down for a minute. When I contacted them about coming into to check the car out a sales rep by the name of Adam was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable about doing business with them. I recently bought an Infinity G37x. Words cannot explain how satisfied I walked out the dealership. Even before I walked into the dealership, I was acknowledged and greeted in the lot. Test drove the car in a matter of minutes. I felt like a total king by the way I was being treated and how all my request were being fulfilled. This dealership has a great selection of higher end pre-owned cars. There's so much available under one roof making it very convenient if your in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle. I wanted to buy a fairly used car. I contacted Driven Auto sales and spoke to one of the sales men, Joe. At first I wanted to buy Nissan Altima 2.5 SV; Made appointment, then changed my mind to get a Nissan Sentra; I spoke to Joe, after I agreed to come for a test drive, I cancelled. I did not want to go again, but the excellent customer care, good communication skills and continual encouragement with excellent display of knowledge about the car I wanted to buy, made me to changed my mind and attended for a test drive. Although, I came to test drive the Nissan Sentra with my family, I ended up test driving the Nissan Altima instead; following good continual encouragement from Joe. During our time at Driven Auto sales, the sales environment was very relaxed and friendly, there were good customer care displayed by all you attended to us at Driven Auto Sales, only one out of four people we had contact with, had what I would described as a "straight face", others were very approachable and friendly, and also made us feel relaxed. I bought the Nissan Altima 2.5SV. You know what, I am very glad I did, why? because it is an excellent car for me and anybody who like good cars; its much better than the Nissan Sentra and thanks to Joe who made it happened this way!

Let me start by saying that I was not looking to purchase a car, so soon.I described to the Salesman JOE IHMOUD what I was looking for in a "new" car. I wanted, a four door, leather black seats, navigation system, sunroof, low miles, classy car at a good price. And, to my surprise just two days later Joe called me, saying he has the most perfect car for me. He told me about the Pearl White, Mercedes Benz C300 over the phone, and I was SOLD! I filled out the paperwork online because I did not want to waste a day at the dealership. The next morning I went to the dealership to check out my BENZ, signed the paper work that they already had ready for me, and was out the door in 30min with my freshly waxed Mercedes. NOW, that is what I call Royal Service. Joe understood what I really wanted in a car and made it happened so easily and fast, all at my convenience. He truly is the best at what he does. Joe is efficient, honest, respectful, and handsome. Driven Auto is definitely the place to purchase a car without feeling harassed or pressured. I love my BENZ!

I have to say that people at this dealership are really driven to provide best car buying experience. I recently bought a 2009 Honda Civic from them! I identified a car on Driven Auto Sales website in which I was interested. However, I did not want to visit and be unaccepting of their trade-in offer, so I tried to mitigate this issue. I knew they could not provide a quote without seeing the car, but I asked what databases they use. I offered a figure and asked if they could be near it. I give them the VIN number and sent them 43 photos of the car, asking only that they give me a range of value for the car, subject to inspection. They would not provide any guidance. Reluctantly I arrived; they knew what I was expecting. When they provided their trade-in value, it was 55% of my trade-in figure. When I began to leave, the manager Alex arrived. They raised their trade-in offer $1,000. When that was not acceptable, they increased their offer $3,500 above their initial offer. It was getting close to my figure, but I was finished with them. In essence, they were expecting a minimum $3,500 clear profit on my trade-in, in addition to the profit on the car they were selling. A complete waste of time.

We just recently bought a 2004 VW Passat. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He knew we were coming to look at it so he took the time to get the car all cleaned up and out front for us. The entire process was so easy. We have to give a shout out to the rest of the sales team. While my husband was out test driving with Adam, our son accidentally sprayed root beer all over the showroom. The guys were so good natured about the mess and got it cleaned right up. Purchasing a car can be a very nerve wrenching process, at least for me. I literally spent weeks researching, viewing and test driving vehicles before I came across Driven Auto Sales. From start to finish, these guys were absolutely fabulous. Driven offers a pressure free, relaxed environment with a full knowledgeable staff. Our sales man was Adam, who was courteous, uplifting and spot-on with any questions I had about the vehicle I purchased. No cheesy sales-man gimmicks! What a relief! Bill, in management was also a gem. It is always nice to be treated as a person, not just a sale. Finally, even their man in finance- Adam was MORE then helpful in explaining the entire process, and was highly informative with the many questions I had. Overall, I'd say it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, truth be told. We normally would only buy a used car from from an automaker dealership, especially a German made car, but these guys were not your typical used car salesmen. They were very professional! We were honest about our intentions and price and they gave us honesty and integrity right back. They had lots of inventory to chose from, so we found something we wanted and got a great deal! Even though we did not agree to trade in our car they washed it for us, and treated us with respect. It was a FUN experience, which is not what you typically expect from buying a car, especially a used car. I would highly recommend them. From our sales manager Bill, to Joe, and even Adam in Finance who handled the paperwork -- ALL of them are really great honest guys. We are not from the South side, and are more accustomed to the North shore treatment, which these guys totally delivered. We will consider them again for future purchases. It was worth the drive out there. Thanks guys, for making it a great and fun experience!

I contacted this dealership in regards to a used Nissan that looked nice in the pics and wanted to come in and take a look...After several conversations and attempts to get in to the dealer(work schedule very busy) i finally took the 45 minute drive in and took a look at the vehicle which was followed by a test drive. Everything seemed OK until the negotiations started....Very low offer on my trade-in and nothing off of the price of their vehicle....Salesman called back the next day to follow up but never made another attempt at negotiating...Told him where i wanted to be ($) for my trade-in. or for his, said he would do some leg work with the finance dept and get back to me...(Credit near 800, credit not a problem) STILL waiting...well not really...too bad for them we we're pretty close to making a deal...1 more call and a little wiggle room on their price and we probably could've made a deal. Need to move desks out from the front showroom also..i don't need everyone coming in the door hearing my business about buying a car. After having salesman call me several times and seeming intrested in making a sale , very disappointed in result of the visit.

We purchased a sweet 2009 VW Eos Komfort at the beginning of February for my daughter. The entire process from the initial contact with Martin (Sales), getting loan info with Martino (Finance) and closing the deal with Bill (Sales Manager) was professional, pleasant and without pressure. There is no "sleasy car salesman" vibe and the showroom and lot is clean and well presented. They have a very high quality selection of vehicles priced fairly. I'm currently planning on moving on from my beloved 2002 VW Jetta TDI and would not hesitate to purchase again from them if they had what I was looking for. Definately check them out!

Yesterday, I purchased a 2008 328i BMW from Adam and had a great experience. My day started out with a horrible experience that I had at Conway Imports. I went to test drive a 2006 E Class Mercedes and the salesman had the audacity to state, " I do a lot of test drives each day and they take up so much of my day, so I just want you to keep that in mind." I was floored by his unprofessional comment and immediately handed him back the keys and told him I didn't care to test drive the vehicle. I then called Driven Auto because they had the BMW that I was considering. I spoke to Adam and told him I was in route and spoke briefly about my sour exchange at Conway Imports. When I arrived, Adam and they staff at Driven Auto were extremely friendly and professional. He gave me a full walk through of the car then ask if I wanted a test drive? He even allowed me to drive 20 minutes away till we reached the highway so that we could also see how the car ran on the expressway. (This is rare!) Even with a 586 credit score, Adam was able to get me a great deal and I drove out of the lot on the same day! The finance company negotiated with lenders for an hour before they were able to find a willing financial lender. Once approved, The finance manager went over everything in detail including my interest rate, additional warranties, car fax details, benefits for paying earlier to reduce interest rate as well as things I could do to clean up my credit score. They may be a small dealer but they take great care of you better than any larger dealership. Before I left, they even through in some gas and agreed to buff a minor paint scuff(rare again for an "As Is" used car). I would definitely recommend Adam and the team at Driven Auto to anyone seeking a professional and honest dealer that aren't just looking for a quick sale.

He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. After getting a really fair trade in price for my previous car, we went forward and made the deal.
