I always research my purchases on line prior to going to the dealer. I found a car I was interested in and went there on my lunch. That is where I had the pleasure of meeting Rigel. From his hand shake on to where I went over the car with him I was impressed. All salesmen are friendly other wise they wouldn't sell anything, but Rigel's friendliness came from his true desire to find me the car I wanted and his professional and easy going manner. I made an appointment to return that evening with the boss (my wife). Rigel met us at the door and the rest is in my driveway. My wife hates car shopping but between Drivers World and Rigel, she may even let me go back and buy the truck I want.. As long as it's from Rigel of course.

This awesomtastic time consisted of outgoing and patient people , and the sweet scent of fruit loops as you walk in, and free popcorn for the 6 year old car enthusiast . My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Accent at Drivers World. This was hands down the least stressful car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales staff is not paid commissions and that makes a huge difference. Our salesman asked my wife and I what was our price range and he took the time to show up about a dozen cars that met our requirements without ever trying to steer us to something that was more expensive. The cars were all immaculate and a Car Fax was available for all vehicles. Even more amazing to me was that he took the time to show us cars that were actually in a lower price bracket that would also have served our needs quite nicely. My wife and I were very impressed; kudos to Checkered Flag/Drivers World for providing us with a wonderful car shopping experience.

I bought the red 2001 honda prelude they are still trying to sell on here. I was told the car was in great condition and that it had no problems. I got it inspected the next day and the car was completely corroded and rusted underneath and somebody had spray painted the calipers silver to make them look new. I returned the car the next day. I definitely do not recommend buying from this place, but if you want to take a chance with them, atleast get the car inspected ASAP and make sure you get some sort of return policy.

I want to say that this has been the best car experience ever. Xavier is a very personable sales person. He made my husband I feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was at some of those other car lots that bombard you as soon as you walk through the door, or give you the run a rounds. Also, all of their cars are in good shape and have reasonable mileage. If you want to purchase a car go to Drivers World and ask for Xavier. Rigel met us at the door late. We were looking for a specific vehicle my daughter saw on line. After locating the vehicle in the lot, we went for a ride. The car was everything she was looking for. We had several questions they were answered without hesitation. We needed to have a few minor things (a knob here and there) replaced. We had to reschedule our pick up appointment due to the weather, upon our arrival, again Rigel met us at the door, with his smile, ready to complete our purchase. Knowing the vehicle was for my daughter, he spent getting to know what she was looking for, her likes, wants, etc. There was no pressure to buy the car. Bottom line, if you are looking for a good quality vehicle, Rigel will take the time to find it for you.

Howie was the first person to say hi to my husband and I when we came in. Then from there he asked all the right questions to help us find the perfect car. We came in with the intention of shopping around all day at different places. Within the first 10 mins we knew that we wanted to buy from Howie! He was a great salesperson. He wasn't over powering and very attentive to everything we said. It didn't take very long for him to narrow our choices down to two vehicles. Very poor customer service. The salesman "greet" you at the door but won't let you in the lot to brows and look at the cars unless you tell them what kind of car your looking for. Furthermore, they do not negotiate their prices. Their prices are firm and over priced. Then they want to hit you with their $600.00 processing fee even if you are paying cash for the car. The processing fee is supposed to be only if you are financing the car. They refused to lower the processing fee for a cash deal. It doesn't cost $600.00 to make a bill of sale and sign the title over to you. This is a major rip-off.And to take it a step further, They do not give you a good warranty. I will never go there again. Go to a real car dealership and you will get a much better deal by a professional sales person who will work with you on the price and a real warranty.Anyone that writes a good review on this page must be working for Drivers World.

The atmosphere, customer service and everything was fantastic. This is gonna sound pretty generic, but as soon as I walked in, I really felt welcomed. Thomas showed me a few vehicles, and he was awesome. Very proactive. The prices of used vehicles I looked at on their website were also under the estimated true market value on edmunds.com. I didn't buy from them, but only because I had a specific car in mind, and they didn't happen to have one in my price and mileage range. I really wish it was there, though, because I would have loved to have bought from them. If you do go to them, and I really recommend you do, definitely ask for Thomas. Dude's a people person for sure.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles. But drivers world was by far the worst experience. I've had to return 4 times now to get paperwork completed. They tried to sell an extremely overpriced warranty but we're worried that financing wouldn't be approved. The warranty was 20% of the vehicles value. No communication between sales and finance and nothing done timely. Twice I had an appointment scheduled to get paperwork completed and went in and the finance manager was over 30 minutes late. Terrible follow up. Terrible customer service. If you are looking for hassle free and no haggle pricing like drivers world is supposed to do. You are better off at Carmax. Same setup better selection and NO HASSLE!

Carter and Chris helped me over the course of several days to find a car that I liked and that I could afford. Carter's customer service was impeccable. He listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and never tried to push me into something that I didn't need. I truly was expecting the worst. Pushy salesmen, up-sale attempts, etc. What I experienced was the complete opposite. The sales staff was friendly and I didn't once feel "swarmed upon". first off i was a little nervous buying my first car i just came back from deployment and i heard of dealerships trying to pull a fast one over on military personnel. but drivers world really was nice and helped me out a lot and howie is prior military so it made me feel more comfortable knowing that he would steer me wrong. he was very friendly and he was very patient. i swear i was being a pain and i was very indecisive but he would quit he wanted to make sure i found a car that i would love. My girlfriend was a voice of reason and hinted we should look around some more. We stared looking at completely different cars. Great customer service from a friendly staff who work to sell to the customer vice just selling. Walking in to the dealership with no knowledge of the area, my rep took me on a tour. He showed me how the company operates, at the same time getting a feel for what I was looking to buy. I was shown not only the cars on this lot, but all available cars in the area to get exactly what would work best for me. I did not rate the quality of repair due to the vehicle purchased having no prior damage reports, and being in a certified used condition. They had very fair prices and great service. You receive help as soon as you get in the door. They explain how their incredibly simple, stress free process works and then you get to looking for a new car. The staff is very friendly and patient. I also appreciated that they work to find you a vehicle that best suits you, while easily staying within your budget. They do not try to sell you on the more expensive, over the top car that you can barely afford. Apart from having to wait several weeks to receive a second key I had an overall excellent experience.

This was my first time buying a car. I went to drivers world to see what a sales person would say and to see what I could get. I expected the sales person to be pushy but Shelly was not that way at all. From the beginning she explained to me how they do business and how they price their vehicles. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't mind taking time showing me different vehicles and she let me have time to weigh my decision. On June 16,2015 my wife and I went to Driver's World dealership just to look at a particular car. Honestly a car I didn't think we could afford. (Happy Wife) It was my wife's dream car. Getting to the point along comes this young salesman,Tony Tellez a vibrant somewhat bubbly of a gentleman (not being disrespectful) who already gave us a relaxed feeling. Mr.Tellez cordial,courteous, professional and most of all gave us the feeling we should have this car. I understand his job is car salesmanship but this gentleman, if you could blueprint a car salesman in my opinion it would be him. After test driving which he took us to another location to pickup. Not really knowing what we wanted or how the process really worked my girlfriend and I went to 5 different dealerships to shop around. While most dealerships and salesmen were helpful Randall Earles at Driver's World went way above and beyond! Explained the entire process to us from walking in the door until we were driving off the lot. We visited on a Thursday to look and were in a little hurry and we never felt even a hint of pressure. He was available at all hours of the day from Thursday to Sunday and answered questions for us even when it didn't have to do with the cars at his dealership. He basically acted as our own private expert on cars on his lot and others. We were actually dreading the thought of finding a car we liked better at a different company. But, luckily, of course, Randall found a car with everything we wanted at a price even lower than our ceiling. Drivers World as a company were great too, they worked with us with no problem when we were missing a little paperwork and jumped through hoops for us buying a car out of state. Chris Herns helped us with our contracts was very patient and informative also. If you are looking for a car in the Virginia Beach, Outerbanks area I would highly suggest stopping by Drivers World and definitely ask for Randall Earles, he will treat you right!

My overall experience was excellent at Driver's World. I really didn't know what to expect but as soon as I walked into the facility and meet Mr. Jake Perry, everything changed. This was the third time I had to shop for a vehicle and I can honestly say this has been the best. Mr. Perry never tried to sale me anything, he only listen to what I was looking for/needed, very open/honest and that was good for me. I felt very comfortable with him. I told him I wasn't a coffee drinker but I love cappuccino and guess what, I came back to finish my paperwork " I had some Cappuccino" that told me he was a very genuine and a person of his word. I also appreciated the fact that he stayed with me throughout the end . He has great job knowledge and utilized it very well . Lee immediately greeted us out on the floor with a warm welcome and then directed us to Cliff who did an amazing job presenting the vehicle and being super patient as we sorted out a couple of insurance issues on the spot. The super friendly atmosphere and very clear explanation of the dealership policies by Cliff made things very clear-cut and easy. Driver's World actually is everything Carmax promises to be. I was shopping for two months before I stopped in to get a quote for my trade, and Linda Hummel ended up finding me exactly what I'd been searching for at thousands less than what I found around town. Then, they gave me 3 times what Carmax offered for my trade. I don't mind the haggle of traditional dealerships if it gets me a great price, but I got a great price for both the trade and my car without issues. Linda was great, I'm a huge p.i.t.a. to salesmen, and she handled it with grace. I've already referred friends to her, and personally wouldn't shop for a car again without stopping here first.

Don't use their repair services! Samantha, who is the only person that you have to talk to is the rudest person, and that is putting it mildly. Then she laughs and chuckles because she know that the so-called warranty with a 250 detuctable doesn't cover anything. So, in other words they sales you a piece of junk so you have to pay them to fix it. Go to a real dealership and service center they actually do inspect the vehicle before you buy if. CarMax has them beat. Because this dealership is just Drive time in disguise! And reviews on their site are not real!

I was immediately picked up and shown different cars that were in the description I was giving. There was no pressure to pick any certain car and I was shown various options all within my budget. It was very easy to get along with the two salesmen that were helping me and I did not feel pressured at all. Well for starters I came into the dealership to pay cash for a van. Found one but not more than 4 weeks after I bought it the mechanical problems started and continued. Decided to get a different vehicle so after picking from 3 other vehicles which were also bad the 4th one was a 2009 Jeep Patriot great condition but needed over 1300 worth of work done. I took it to my mechanic to give it the once over and brought the invoice back with me to show them what work needed to be done and to see what I could get back on my first vehicle. Finance department tried pulling the vehicle depreciation crap I said I have barely had the vehicle for 2 months I said no way give me more back the van I paid 17000 for and I was not about to budge for less than 150000 for the trade in on the van when it was not running right so we did come to an agreement plus they are paying for the repairs to be done, and I am getting money back plus three tank fulls of gas on them. I think I should get more because I was the one doing all the searching on their site for another vehicle to buy I could have just asked for a refund but I was determined to find a vehicle that was in good shape. I would not recommend going to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. Good rule of thumb is to always get your vehicles checked out by your own mechanic before purchasing it from any used car dealer. Reginald was a big help with getting us information on the repairs to the second vehicle I commend him on his customer service skills.Scott promised to call us and keep us updated which didn't happen as planned I had to call him all the time. The manager was trying his hardest to make us happy but in the long run I feel they still owe me a lot after the inconvenience I was put through for nearly 2 months. I hope they learned a valuable lesson here don't sell cars that have problems with them, if they go through an extensive check before being sold then I would not have had the experience I did. Ok where do i begin? Lets start off first with the car. My name is Aamar and I made a trade in to get a blue 2009 honda accord ex-l. Well come to find out car isn't really even a EX-L as posted its actually an EX which i found out later on a car fax but i guess thats my fault. Ok when i first seen the car on the window it stated 90 day warranty but when i returned to get something checked out i was told i only had 30 days, but OH WAIT i could have checked that on my paperwork but the dealership had 'lost' my paperwork in the mail when i told them that i would pick upi paperwork but that must be my fault as well. I went to the dealership about 4 times just asking for my paperwork and they gave me the same story every time. The accounts manager said i had only 30 days but my actual car salesman told me i had 90 now who do i believe? Now all i have is some photocopied sheets of my paperwork.Now I'm here driving everyday with this annoying tpms light and loud wheel bearing sound. My mother and i both told the dealership that I'm a younger guy on a tight budget and that i couldn't spend money to fix things on my own or take off work when "they" want me to come in when i was suppose to be under warranty. I now have the car up for sale because I'm just so unhappy with how this transaction worked out. I feel like they are just another dealership out for your money and not you.I will be contacting the Department of consumer affairs as well as the better business bureau. I should have just kept my last car. Thanks a lot drivers world.

My wife and I were buying a used van from Drivers World. The salesperson told us that we would be put rental vehicle comparable to the van that we bought instead they put us in a compact car. They didn't keep us informed of the repairs being made to the van and the service department didn't answer the phone. Finally, when transferring the license plates they threw away my college alumni plate cover.

I had the worst Experienced of a life time with drivers world do not buy a car here they 1st sold me car with a broken back windshield then they scheduled me to come up there to the shop to get it fixed however when I came they informed me that I had to come back for they didn't make the appointment with the company who removed the windshield. 2 weeks later I traveled home to see my family and a car that I only had for 28 days ran hot.I took it to a nearby shop who changed the water pump and also thermostat which I spent over $1,500 for the car to still run hot . They sold me a piece of xxxx. The car I had wasa. BMW I'm still trying to get my car fixed the sale,an informed me which was a xxxx lie that they take all their cars thru an extensive check. They are xxxxxx liars! Don't get your car from here ! Please don't go to Carmax instead.

From my first contact with Ryan Montville via email about an F-150 they had listed on their website, until I drove it off the lot the two days later after buying it with Kyle Bruno, I can't say enough positive things about Driver's World. Their website was easy to navigate and search, with good detail, pictures and CarFax. The prices were competitive and lower than many others online for about the same vehicle. After talking with Ryan about the truck, who had called me the morning after receiving my email, I said I wanted to see some additional pictures of the interior and he mailed me a link within minutes. After confirming I was interested he passed me to Kyle Bruno who handled the details of the sale from there on. I had to drive 3 hours to get to the store on Saturday, and after talking with Kyle about the details on Friday he assured me everything would be ready for the process the next day. When I showed up he had the information on the truck, the price was what we agreed on including dealer fees and out-of-state licensing costs (I'm in the Navy and register my cars in home state of Florida), and he was ready for the test drive. The process was easy, everyone on the staff I met while waiting for the truck to be detailed before I drove it home was friendly and interested in making sure I had what I needed. Kyle even drove to the rental car dealer to give me a ride back after I dropped off my one-way rental, and followed up with a call the next day to check that everything went well. I will unequivocally recommend Drivers World to my family and friends.

Do not ever go here!!!! They severely low ball you on trade in value. They do not run their numbers correctly and lie to the bank. We signed the papers buying the car and the next day get a call staying to return the car because we stole it. Had the cops there waiting for us with handcuffs ready. We took our trade in back and they refused to give our registration for it fora few days. Overall: NIGHTMARE!!!!

My wife and I were driving down 264 to pick up her car from our service guy I`ve used for over thirty years and my 1994 ford f150 I`ve had forever had been acting up again,so the wife said as she looked over at Drivers World get off at Rosemont and lets go look at trucks.I told her no I don`t want a monthy payment, so we went anyway.Going in I guess I looked upset so Regie told my wife I won`t bother him right away but if you need me call me outside.I saw a number of trucks I liked but the Silverado caught my eye, one of the trucks I`ve been reading about.So Regie and staff made it happen, put me in the truck I`ve wanted and payments that fit my buget!That was two weeks ago and I haven`t stopped telling everyone I know who can`t belive Gary finally bought a new truck.Thanks to all at DW and your great sales guy Regie.

Being from Pittsburgh, Pa. some 500 miles from Virginia Beach, it was a bit difficult to make a decision on the purchase of higher dollar vehicle only from photos and the description listed on the dealerships web-site. When I was contacted from Mr. Morris, I found him to be extremely helpful, motivated and willing to answer the numerous questions that I had about this vehicle. In fact.....Mr. Morris even offered to walk out to the car with cell phone in hand and allowed me to question him on the overall condition and exact options on this vehicle. Most sales people at other dealerships thought I was a little anal and would not leave their cubicle to inspect the car and would simply say that I needed to stop in to inspect the car in person. Mr. Morris was just about spot on in his accessment of this vehicle and I thank him for his time and honestty !

Overall we had a good experience at Driver's World. Lance was quick to help us, and was willing to show us multiple cars in our price range. We were pretty specific on style, year, and price, so we weren't very optimistic that we were going to find something in our price range. Lucky for us, we stumbled upon the 2012 Jeep Patriot. It was everything we were looking for. Lance was very knowledgeable, and not very pushy (which I liked). He told us about the car and offered to have us test drive it. It ran smoothly and we realized this was the car we wanted. When inside, Lance was very personable, and walked us through what paper work we needed. We then went into the financing department. They were also very nice. They were able to work with our budget and give us an extended warranty for a price we could afford. The only negative about our experience was that it took a very long time to finalize all the paperwork. As we were waiting with Lance, the internet was running extremely slow. I had to pull up my pay stub, etc and it felt like we were on dial up internet. We also had to wait until the person before us was done running their numbers before we could start our application. Once it was our turn, they accidentally ran the wrong VIN number so it gave us the wrong monthly payment and we had to start the process all over again. It took over 3 hours for this part of the buying process, and we still had to come back with my husbands pay stub, and proof of residency. It was an entire morning/afternoon process to get through it all. I've bought new cars before and I know that was a little excessive. Luckily we were just excited to get the Jeep so we didn't mind spending about 5 hours in the dealership.

I admit I entered uneasy, at first, I was afraid of getting a car with problems, or getting ripped off. Me and my husband walked in, and we were greeted, and led to a desk/cubicle and were asked questions, and we were put at ease, they practically told us to feel at home, and while waiting we were given, Hot coca and tea, and they were really respectful. The building itself was clean, the cars, even the used ones were in great condition. The car we chose, and test drove was maybe 5 years old, but it drove as if it were in new condition. They gave a full warranty, and we got a great car. The price we were given, and we were told that they try to have the best deals, i was told to look it up, and it was true, the next cheapest car of that type was 2,000 dollars more at least anywhere else i looked. They have the best deals, they treat their customers with respect, and they truly want to help you get the care you want. Honestly if i had to get another car I would go back there, not even look anywhere else again. I would recommend Drivers World to everyone.

Being an out of state buyer, I knew this experience was going to be a challenge. When I initially called, I spoke with Kyle and assured him that I was very intersted in this vehicle that the dealership had, and even though I would be making a 9 hour drive to get it I wanted him to start doing whatever needed to be done to get me in it. Kyle immediately stated the paperwork, but what really impressed me was that he kept me up to date and called me almost every day to let me know what was going on. By the time I made the drive from Florida, I knew that everything would be perfect once I got there. I was promptly contacted when I filled out the online form for trading in my vehicle. The gentleman that contacted me (Jeff) asked if I was interested in a specific vehicle and when I would like to come in for a test drive. He was able to give me a time that fit nicely with my schedule. When I came in the door Joe immediately knew who I was and was ready and able to assist me. He quickly handled the needed copy of my driver's license and dealer tag and away we went. The paperwork was very quick and painless.The only down side is that I wish there was full discloser on items the vehicle was missing (in my case a spare tire, owner's manual and only one key). When these items were brought to the attention of Joe he quickly moved to rectify the situation and I am currently awaiting my new key. It just would be nice to have been told that information up front. The trade in process was effective and efficient. Overall I had an excellent experience. This is my fourth purchase from this dealership.

We went in looking to trade one vehicle for another. Reginald was very helpful in getting the vehicle we were interested in to the dealer lot. He even took us to the lot it was on to get to look at it from the outside when the dealer was closed. The night we went back to make the deal, Reggie was very kind & informative. The windshield wipers were very noisy. I went back three times for the wipers and alignment. They cleaned the windshield and that helped. I've driven the car 3000 miles now and it still pulls to the right. They say it was aligned. They did a poor job.

i was very very disapointed. we were called on thursday for a vehicle that was for sale. we allowed them to work to try and obtain the truck we waited almost 12 hours only to be told that we could not be finaced. Friday morning at 9:30 am. I recieved a call from Lance explaining to me that i needed to make a call to 2 lenders for a interview. upon completion of the interview the lender informed me that he would have an answer to drivers world in 30 min. it was over 3 hours before we heard anything. at 4 pm we got a call from Lance that everything was done i informed him that i had a very important engagement to be at by 6 pm so i asked if we could do this sat morning. i was told no, they were not allowed to hold vehicles over night. however thursday they held another vehicle for us till friday. Lance told us everything would be done when we got there we would sign and drive. after arriving at around 6 pm we finally walked out with our new vehicle at a little after 9 pm in that time we had to come up with personal information that required us to use DW's computer, not that information is on your computer, we had to wait on a person who went to lunch leaving us sitting waiting and missing a function that was designed to build trust and confidence in the very people that work for me. i think enough has been said. and no never would i encourage someone to go to Drivers World.

I had been looking for a particular car for almost a week that would meet my price range with out any luck. I was about to give up untill I visited Divers World. The staff there is awesome especially my sales rep Reginald. I told him what I was looking for and he managed to meet all of my needs. He even went as far as to offer to take me to drop off my rental car and take me to the bank while my car got detailed. Although I was there a little longer than expected it was not bad because everyone made me feel comfortable. I would definitely refer others to purchase their next vehicle from Divers World and tell them to ask for Reginald.

I went into Drivers World looking for one specific car and came out with a much better car that fit me and my kids perfectly. Kevin was so patient, never rushed me, never pressured me and took his time to make sure I was getting the best car for me and my kids. I was looking for a car to build my credit Lance(Sales)quickly assisted me and they were able get me the finance low as possible. Unlike Carmax they were going to give me 24% 72 month for a 10k truck. Chris(Finance) was able to give me a 7.9 % and a 48 month. Steve(Sales Manager) for negotiate the price of the car. I'm a customer for life :).

Reginald was extremely helpful to me and my family in the purchase of my car. Words can not describe my experience at drivers world. When i walked in there all my hopes was gone. That was until i met Frank Mullikin he was like God sent he met me at the door and never left my side until i had a car. Frank is one in a million. Anyone i know that needs a car i will be sending them to Frank cause i know he is the man for the job. And what really make him awesome was it was time for him to get off and he wouldn't leave until he knew i had a car. I would like to thank Brian Le for the exceptional experiance my wife and I had working with him. We walked into the dealership and was greated by a friendly and respectful young man. I initially came in only to sell my SUV, but decided to look around while waiting. Happened to (luckily) approach Frank Mullikin and asked him to show me some vehicles. LOVED him from the start. Frank is the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from, without a doubt. I explained exactly what I was looking for, the price range and important details. He was so knowledgable, understood my concerns and was just a pleasure to deal with. Sense of humor too, I LOVE that! He crosses every T and dots every I, knows what he is doing and really listens to you. I did sell my SUV, got a fair price on it and purchased a much newer vehicle that meets my current needs. I would definitely recommend Drivers World and mostly Frank Mullikin to anyone.

I went into Drivers World and met Frank. Had my eyes set on a one car but after looking at the vehicle I decided I wanted something more. I gave Frank my price range and off the top of his head he took me to a car. Great car and completely satisified that he found it for me. Made the paper work process easy and worked with me and not against me on payment and price. Though the paper work is a pain he refused to let me sit there and be bored, very calm and relaxed setting where you feel like you talking with a buddy rather then a stranger. Highly recommend this dealership and Frank, he's really good with numbers. Have a Mom who needs a new car soon, I have already told her to go to Drivers World.

Frank made all the long waits seem like nothing and honestly cared about finding the right car for my needs. He wasn't the kind of guy that just wanted to make a sell. Took care of me as if he had known me for years. I will recommend him to my family members and friends who need vehicles. The whole dealership had a calm friendly feel; so even if you aren't lucky enough to get Frank at least you'll be in good hands with Driver's World.

Over the last 30 days I have dealt with so many salemen and dealers, and I would have bought just about anything from this salesman.. He seemed extremely honest and so very pleasant to work with, was not pushy and didn't argue with me at all. He was in no way negative about any of my ideas. It was very refreshing to work with Drivers World and Joe in particular. I never felt rushed, or pushed from the moment I met Joe until I signed my last form dealing with the warranty. When meeting Joe for the first time, I realized how relaxed and easy-going he was. I did not comeplete my transaction the first visit, nor had I settled on a car. I decided that Joe was the guy to work with and went back to the website in search of another vehicle in order to work with him. I found more cars to try out and found one to purchase. The most pleasant used car experience I could have hoped for. Joe, Frank and Chris; with that team, you couldn't ask for more!Definitely recommending Joe/Frank for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I came in to Driver's World with a difficult and time-restricted situation, and I can't say how glad I am that I decided to stop there first. With three business days to obtain a vehicle, poor credit, and a meager down payment, I did not have high hopes. Frank spent a lot of time looking for a vehicle that not only met my financial capabilities, but my life as well. Although this review is a few months over due. I will never forget the AMAZING service provided to me by Frank. After my accident in March I was lost to the hope of getting another vehicle. My credit was shot and I lacked a down payment. Frank stayed with me from 4pm until closing time calling various banks trying to find someone who would be kind enough to finance me. Right before closing not only was he able to find a credit union to finance me, I was able to drive off the lot in a used 2010 suzuki grand vitara in new condition, with only 16,000 miles, with factory warranty, and without a down payment. I will always be grateful to Frank to for his kindness, excellent customer service, commitment, and of course his warm sense of humor. Since then I have recommended Driver's World and Frank to a number of friends. I will also utilize there service again in the future.

Frist off I would like to say "I don't enjoy-even like--buying--trading-- new or used cars" I believe the whole car dealership to (though not nearly as bad as in the past)to be A Gimmack--ie.Racket--The name of the game being Get Rid of the cars we need to unload--I came to Drivers World with (04 ford mustang) a car pulled off the internet-- for unknown (I was given a couple reasons--none which seemed feasible) reason the car in question wasn't available-- though sat & sun was sent emails telling me car was available at Drivers World!!!! Anyhow was steered toward 07--Saturn Ion-- If this is A wise choice remains to be seen-- When I turned the loaner vehicle in--I had to rush as security sent me to service--it's now 510pm--they close at530pm--Thinking someone was putting the license pltes on for me I brought no tools--The lady at service was nice enough loan me A screwdriver (as stated had to rush as service was closing--she was very NICE though) So jump into Saturn ready to chalk this up as "Experience" the detailing= 7 out of 10// open the hood (engine was filthy day bought car) drops down to 6 out of 10--I guess the 499.00 prcessng fee only buys so much!! Then start the car--Wait A min. they said get 20.00 gas!! Back into Drivers world--Security not sure--so call salesnan--Are you sure we didn't add gas?? I say no still less then quarter tank--A little more--back & forth & he takes car puts gas in (now just A reminder I read the loaner car "AGREEMENT" which states only allowed 50 miles or you must replace gas--so on way to pick up my Saturn I put 12.00 gas in loaner--so actually only received 8.00) There are issues (rear window in-oper drivers side--Noise in front--end esp. when turning-- maybe buyer protection plan was good investment!!) Even thogh Drivers World (don' personally know anyone who bad mouths them) has good--to Great repetion--could be better for buying public--I was much more pleased till re-read contract & seen----No Cooling off--You Sign--You Bought--Guess it reall is BUYER BEWHERE!!

Justin Myers was very helpful and honest. Even though the process was kind of long since my credit is not too good he still suck with me all day and tried his best to get me into my dream car. I love my new car and I'm enjoying every moment of it!!! Everyone else was so nice there as well and since it did take most of the day they were great at talking to me and keeping me entertained and kept me upbeat . I also really appreciated how the finance managers were committed to getting me the lowest payment possible instead of just going with the first approval. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. His approch in making a sale is impressive and represents your dealership very positively. I would like to deal with him when I buy my next vehicle. If it had not been for the hassle about the spare key for the vehicle I would rated overall experience as great. I had the same problem when I bought my last car from Drivers World as well. Why risk a future sale over something as small as a spare key for a vehicle? I requested a spare key before the sale in each case and I was told yes, but in each case it took two weeks for it to be authorized.

Ray palmer did a grat job, i got a honda used and before i bought it, i went bt the honda dealership and saw the same car with a price a bit lower but the condition was very durty, infelt like i was buying it from some one who park the car on the street with a sale sign.. I turned back strait to drivers wold and sign off and left with a very nice car. Service was realy good ! I will defenitely will be back!

I had a very favorable experience at Drivers World. I came in with my neighbor. I had done most of my homework online prior to the physical visit. I worked with Geoff, Steve and Chris (Finance) in trading my second vehicle. I came in on a Sunday around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I love the atmosphere - didn't appear to be a noisy, rat race that reeks of tobacco smell and ringing telephones like at most car dealerships.I had been working with Gary Gullickson via email who was pretty easy going; not pushy or intrusive. Geoff accompanied me on the test drive. The vehicle handled well; the ride was smooth and quiet - my neighbor confirmed comfort from a passenger's viewpoint. Geoff reiterated the features of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and friendly....absolutely no pressure!I am very happy so far with my purchase. I was thrilled that Steve offered me a 32" LG TV to compensate for the time I spent waiting! It was the best "car purchasing" experience I have ever had. Chris was quite efficient in completing the paperwork, too. I was treated as though my time had value and that's important. Thank you - I feel as though the staff makes every effort to gain the confidence of their customer at Drivers World!!! I plan to share my experience with colleagues, family and friends.

Superb, very professional and curtious sales. The moment we walked into the showroom floor we were amazed. The sales team had the car we were looking for parked outside on a ramp ready for viewing! I haven't seen service like this place has for years. I was starting to think good car sales and service was gone, but not anymore. I will and do recommend Driver's World to anyone interested for their next auto purchase. My wife and I were researching for two weeks in Pa. We visited several dealerships and honestly we lost hope. We went on vacation and decided to try Va for our car purchase. Wow! What a relief to know that good old fashion sales and service are still around and can be found at Driver's World. The initial interaction was informative and efficient but it took entirely too long to complete the deal, meaning completion of the paperwork. I was told that there was one customer ahead of me, but someone else should have been able to assist Chris instead of having me sit so long. I also was not happy with the time it took to follow up with me via email after I left the dealership. I asked that someone from finance call me about the extended warranty program, but I have not heard back from anyone. I am still without an owner's manual and not clear on whether I am going to receive one. The salesman informed me today, after I had to call him back, that the service manager had not gotten back to him yet. Some focus on customer service "after the sale" would have gone a long way with me. I am assuming that asking for this type of feedback, is in an effort to improve your company so I hope this feedback helps. Would I recommend this dealership to others, as I stated above Yes, but I would certainly be sure to caution them about the after sale experience.

I was able to have a positive experience with Frank Mullikin on three different occasions. The first two times i met him, he was able to help two of my friends find themselves a car that represented each of them as a individual and s car that they love. The last and most recent experience he was able to work with my mother in finding her a great car and get a great trade in value on her old car. He was also able to find her a car that she fell in love with, with out having to look around all day; which with my mom's bad knee was a great thing. Frank Mullikin was able to work with my mother and provide great customer care for her. I would recommend any and all of my friends to go to him for beyond exceptional customer service.

Kyle was very friendly during my initial visit and while deciding to purchase my vehicle. I had returned to possibly discuss a change in my purchase and his composure was much less friendly. On the date discussed for delivery of my vehicle, the car had not been washed or scrubbed on the inside [there was still dirt marks on the leather seats and the headliner had not been scrubbed with any cleaner.] Kyle had also not made the necessary arrangements with his service department to have the nicks in the paint job corrected before pick-up.I am very displeased with the service from Kyle in all of my subsequent visits to the dealership. Instead of continuing to be helpful and provide encouragement that I had made the right choice in my purchase, he was pushy and disagreeable. With each day I am more pleased with my car and less pleased with the experience.

I purchased a 2006 Chrysler 300 on yesterday. I contacted C.D. and told him I only wanted a toyota camry to replace my previous camry. Due to financing I wasn't able to spend that much at the time. So C.D. (Cliff Morris) contacted me and said I have a car for you and he was right. I fell in love with it! I would never prefer a chrysler over a toyota but I am very grateful he was able to find a car that did work for me. Service was awesome and he worked on a personal level to make sure I was satisfied! I highly recommend driver's world. I called the dealership about a cheap used car and Kevin told me about the Saturn Aura he had in stock. I had never heard about the car before so I really did not know what to expect. Well I came in to see Kevin and he showed me the car and I really did like it. I brought my daughter with me and Kevin was very nice to her as well as me. We weren't rushed into making a decision but instead were given opportunites to really compare and contrast the vehicles until we were ready to choose. Our salesman, Justin Lott, helped us get more information when we wanted it and gave us space when we needed that too. He made it a very enjoyable experience that did not make me nervous or feeling "weasled" into anything, which frankly is a feeling I got at other dealerships. Even when it came time for financing, he kept checking in on us and reassured us that it was not a stressfull thing and we would be able to get it done, which we were. Will definietly recommend and possible use again in the future!

Kevin was the by far one of the friendliest salesmen I have ever dealt with. Usually when I go to a dealership I am bum rushed by several sales people. Well this was not true when I came into Driver's World. When I came in, Kevin was the only one at the front and he was very nice and polite. We told him we were looking for a Chrysler 300 but there was not one on the lot. So we went with our second choice which was the Dodge Charger. There was a nice silver one on the lot and we really liked it. We drove it and then sat down to do paperwork. Everything looked good to us and we bought it! I would totally recomend this dealership to any of my friends.

My wife and I were out shopping for a used car, Nissan Rogue or Honda CRV. We had just come from a competitor of Driver's World and had looked at a few Rogues. We met Joe Mullikin and he showed us around the lot, then took us inside and let us see what they had online. We saw a 2010 Rogue with less mileage, a lot more features and $3,000 less than the competitor. Joe might be fairly new to the car sales industry, but I think he will do alright for himself.Glen Fields

I went to Drivers world to get a new car to fit my growing family. I found the perfect one for me a 2005 Suzuki XL-7 with the great help of JUSTIN LOTT (Get him as you sales person) He is pretty straight forward and no matter what issue i had i give him a call and he has always helped me sort it out. The CONS about this place are as followed I baught the car and with in the first 24 hours My motor was rocking and I have NO brakes when this went therw their service dept. They fixed it and my rental car was awesome, Yet it seems every one week there is a new issue that they should of fixed when they initaly went threw the inspection. Now i have an Issue with the car and they said i am responcible for the repairs When its noted i have been stating the issue since i got the car. They screw you on the warrenty information, Your best bet let them wash your car and just let some one else fix it or you will constantly have an issue with it. So over all the drivers world MAIN BUILDING is Awesome and very helpful...Next door at the service dept lets just say They are holding the entire location back with their inability to get things done right for the customer

I just have to say Justin is an AWESOME car sales man, this was my first purchase by myself and not once did I feel insecure about the sale or uncomfortable. I chose this dealership not knowing that I would have such a good experience. My dealer Brian Le was very laid back and did not force anything on me which is different when car buying. Without all that extra pressure of a dealer trying to sell you the car I felt even more comfortable buying the car I did. Even when I thought I had a snag with my bank trying to get a loan and a good interest rate the whole financial team took great care of me in getting the best deal. When I pay what I believe to be full price for a vehicle, I expect everything to work. Navigation system is garbage, I have to take time off from work to get it fixed, and I dont think it will be easy. Kyle is more than helpfull, a great kid that will be good for the dealership, but I think his hands were tied when trying to help me with any problems. Management was never seen, not even a Thank you from them. Finance Mgr tried to give me a high interest rate, knowing my credit score is great, all for the good of the dealership, not the customer. Kyle is fantastic! The car, with it's broken navigation system is OK, I dont beleive Drivers World would pay full price with known problems, but expected me to. Maybe it is buyer's remorse,but wish I had bought something that was 100%, not something I had to bring back to be fixed. This is not a knock on Kyle, but it is a knock on a broken navigation system, paying full price, and the attempt at a high interest rate. I don't want something for nothing, just fair.Very Respectfully,Steve Knox

I never received a car fax report. I still would like to see one, please. Also, the price for the vehicle was way over book value. I also needed some things fixed on the car, (licence plate mounted, windshield wiper spray will not spray out, digital spedometer is off by over 21) but there has seemed to be no communication with me on how to get all these taken care of.

Only complaint i have is the detailing work done to the car. They did not wash it good at all and there is bugs all over the front they did not try to get off. Eric Landers helped my wife and I throughout the whole process. He stayed late just to make sure we had everything in line. The vehicle we bought was just acquired by the dealership, so I don't think that a complete thorough inspection was done. There were a few deep scratches and a stain on the seat that I had to go back and get fixed which was done well. I have to take it back though this week and get another deep scratch that was overlooked fixed and have one of the wheel bearings looked at because I think it is bad. All these things could have been fixed before I took it home if they weren't so rushed to get it out the door. Eric was very helpful though and did a great job and I would definitely buy another car from him again.

After 2 weeks of driving our recently purchased 2004 Ford Taurus the fan belt continued to make a noise that was not normal. I called the service department and made arrangements to drop the car off. The next day the service department called me and informed me that the AC Compressor was broken and it would cost about $800.00 to replace it. I called my sales representative Tim Landers and discussed the situation with him and he promised that he would look into the problem and call me back. 5 minutes later I received his call and was informed that the repairs would be accomplished at no cost to me. The service department ordered the part and replaced it within 2 days, and when I picked up the car the problem was fixed and it cost me nothing. Kudo's to Tim and the service department for taking such good care of my newly acquired car, I will most definetly shop at Drivers World for my mext used car and recommend them to all my friends who might be in the market for a great used car. I visited more than 10 dealerships in the area. This one was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. Tim was not too pushy and although he was knowledgable he did not come off as a cutthroat know-it-all as many dealers typically do. Even in a slow economy they were willing to give me almost $2k more for my trade in than any other dealership in the area. The manager over there was also great to work with. Not only was Eric on top of everything from the beginning to the end, he still made sure to follow up with me well after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Being someone in the customer service field myself, I know how important it is to make sure the customer is happy before, during and after the sale...and that is exactly what Eric did. I came into Driver's World with a difficult situation and Eric remained positive and refused to give up until I was able to drive off in a vehicle. He was honest, patient and went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive buying experience! Frank and Chris were both great to work with and provided me with excellent service throughout the buying and financing process. Both were friendly and genuinely interested in what I wanted in the transaction, without being patronizing. Next time I need to buy a car, my first call will definitely be to Frank. The one disappointment in my experience was that my Jeep's engine service light came on the same day I bought it (Saturday), so I had to bring the car back and leave it until Monday--not the experience I was hoping for after spending that kind of money. However, Frank was very helpful in personally walking me to the service department, filling out the service form, and assuring me that it would be taken care of with no problem when the service department opened on Monday. If the service department provides me the same level of professional and timely help I received from both Frank and Chris, I will be recommending Driver's World to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

I was a few hours away but was looking at a used vehicle on their lot and C.D. gave a very accurate description of the vehicle as well as test drove it for me to make sure it ran well mechanically. My wife and I visited Carmax and a private seller before we went to Drivers World. The vehicle that we purchased was sitting on the showroom floor. Ray Palmer addressed us as soon as we entered the dealership. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We decided to purchase the car in the showroom after a short test drive. It took a little while for the F&I person to get the paperwork processed but other than a slight delay we were extremely satisfied. When we talked the F&I person he spoke only in terms of monthly payments. We purchased a 3 year warranty but we were not told the cost of it. We were just told how much it would increase our monthly payment. There should be no secrets when making a major purchase like a vehicle. If you are afraid to tell the price you are probably charging too much. Overall we are very satisfied.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Drivers World in Virginia Beach. The sales representative working with me, Eric Landers, was very attentive and actually listened to what I wanted. He was able to tell that besides getting a newer, slightly used VW Passat for my wife, that I also wanted to get something relatively classy and sporty. He put me in exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I have over 20 years in the Navy and have interacted with car dealerships on both the East and West Coasts and I can honestly say that this was by far my most enjoyable experience buying a car. My experience was made enjoyable by the staff that works at Drivers World and their dedication to the customer. It is very easy to give you an example of their superior customer service. My wife was very excited about the car and wanted to drive it home the day we bought it, but it hadn't been fully cleaned yet. Eric arranged to pick the car up from my wife's workplace the next day, get it detailed and returned to her workplace by the time she was off work. That kind of customer service is getting harder to find but is, refreshingly, embraced at Drivers World. This is my first time buying a new car. I have spent time online trying to figure out what I like and can afford. My friend and I went to another dealership the evening before and saw there were people still working but no one even said hello, we were very disappointed. The next day, we were on our way to another dealership and remembered seeing Drivers World so we decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in the door we were impressed! The smell of the foyer and the cleanliness of the building was refreshing. We were immediately welcomed by a friendly staff member, Tim Landers. He escorted us to the back and let me look around a minute, what I really liked was that he said he would walk with us or just let us go, there was no pressure although when I needed him, he was ready to help! We spent some time on the lot and actually had a lot of fun looking at the large selection of vehicles. To be fair to myself, I went back to the dealer from the night before (I really liked a car I saw on their lot), we walked in the front door and there were 3 people there, 2 of which were receptionists and again not 1 person said hello. I asked if they were still open and the girl said "I guess so"....terrible! I have worked in the Real Estate business for 11yrs, I know a lot of people in this area, and I will recommend Drivers World to everyone! Going into Driver's World I was very nervous. I was a first time buyer and I didn't not know what to expect. I of course had heard all the negative things about car salesmen so that what I had in mind going to Driver's World. My friend and I had come in to only test drive a 2008 Toyota Rav4 that day. I had no intentions of buying right then and there. We were greeted by a very happy and energetic Vickie. She lets us look at the car and explore it before we took it out on the road. I instantly fell in love with the car and talking to Vickie was very easy. When I finally decided that I was going to buy that day Vickie was great. As a first time buyer I had several hurdles to get over before I could take my car home. Vickie worked through all of those hurdles. She got me what I needed when it came to pricing, financing and warrenty. For my first car buying experience it was great. Eric was very professional and friendly. He was able to help us and in between able to help other customers while we waited for various things like credit reports, financing options. He gave a tour of the vehicle before we test drove it. The online price of the vehicle is the reason I stopped by. I was 90 percent sure that I was going to buy a vehicle that night. Eric helped to convince me. I didnt know that Drivers World was a no haggle, what you see is what you get kind of dealership, but I still thought the price was fair for the 2009 Ford Flex with all the features that it has. Financing was simple and easy. Eric made sure I understood the whole process before signing papers. Overall it was a smooth process to buy a vehicle from Drivers World. I would recommend people, especially if Eric is their salesman. I have recently had to contact Eric about getting a couple small electrical things look at like the rear defroster and memory seats. He was very helpful and told me who to contact. He followed up afterwards to make sure I didnt have any problems with scheduling an appointment.

Once he made the sell he drove my other vehicle to my house in Norfolk and he even bought me dinner at Quiznos! The overall employees there were very nice to both the person actually buying the car, and the people 'tagging along'. I was actually very pleased when Vicki did not come on the test drive with me because it gave me and my parents a time to talk about the car without worries of a 3rd party. I did not feel presured to buy from them, and they were even willing to help me look at cars being sold by their sister dealerships. James Hale (sales manager) greeted me and got me to the payment that worked for me, & Chris Hearns did all my final paperwork and got all my Is dotted and Ts crossed. This was my first "BIG DEALER" car purchase and it was great. They put all the usual horror stories to bed with this one. We purchased a Lexus RX 330 a couple of weeks ago. I could not be happier with the purchase of this car and the customer service that we received from Drivers World. We were greeted with smiles from the minute we walked through the door. This was the first time we had purchased a car in many years and thought that this would be a high pressure, annoying experience. However, it was just the opposite. Erron, our salesperson was very patient and took extra time to go over all the things that were new to us. Rick, the GM made us feel confident that we would totally be satisfied with our purchase if we decided to buy this Lexus from them. Josh in finance reinforced that all of the pricing that was discussed during the sale was what we actually paid.He provided us with a warranty package that was affordable and met our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff when purchasing your next vehicle. They will be our first choice for our next one!

I was looking for a used truck and my family recommended drivers world. The employees helped my parents so great so I checked it out. I did not find anything right away so Cliff helped me find what I was looking for until I was happy :) I would recommend drivers world and def Cliff because when I went I did not feel like I was harassed at all and did not feel like the sales man was just trying to make a sale. Everyone was friendly and helpful :)

I encountered Frank Mullikin, my Drivers World salesman, on the first day I began my search for another vehicle. Frank was helful but not at all pushy. He took the time to show me everything on his lot that he thought would suit my needs. I didn't find anything that first day but I gave him my email address and over the next month he continued to send suggestions to me as new vehicles arrived on the lot. When I finally did find the right car, Frank worked with me to get a good price for my trade-in and good terms on financing. At no time did he make me feel pressured. I'll definitely return to work with Frank on my next purchase. I did reduce my rating for this dealer somewhat on overall experience due to failure of the finance manager to return my telephone calls after the deal was closed (I needed some info for my insurance company). As for price - Drivers World shaved 10% off what another dealership was asking for the same vehicle, but even at that the price was somewhat above what Edmunds considered a fair dealer price. Although I don't think I could have done as well on the price at any other dealer in the area, I still can't call it a great price. But maybe I'm just too demanding.

The staff at Drivers World were very patient and really seemed to listen to my needs with purchasing a newer vehicle. Was told on the phone that we could meet Josh a little earlier than noon. So, we got there probably earlier than expected, and Ray stepped up and helped us. He didn't try to sell the car to us, he just let us make our decision without any pressure. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process and would recommend the dealership future prospects. I loved my car buying experience. There was no pressure whatsoever. The salesperson, Jessica Brown aka jennifer, listened to my concerns. We worked through everything together. She is a true salesperson. I love my Dodge Caliber. She made me feel right at home, we had a great time. I didn't just buy a vehicle. She sold me a vehicle. I work at a retail establishment, all I can say is that, if my salepeople were more like her, we would do more business. When we purchased our 2001 Chevy Silverado in 2004 our experience with Drivers World was amazing. So when we started looking for a car for our daughter, we know we had to start here. My husband and I have bought a Ford Taurus and a Ford Minivan from you about 11 and 12 years ago. We like Driver's World because they are fair, the prices are good, and the cars look like new even though we bought used. We upgraded the Ford Minivan to a 2008 Nissan Frontier truck. It looked like it was in excellent condition and we love the guarantee just in case. Our sales rep, Jessica Brown, was great! She was not pushy (which I personally love), informative, and willing to show and get any information we needed to make a choice. While we were waiting for a house to close to pay cash for the truck, she kept in touch but not overdoing it. Even after we purchased the truck, she has kept in touch to make sure we are enjoying it and not having any problems. As I mentioned to Jessica, but it is not her fault, my husband wished he left with a full tank of gas. I know a certain amount is designated for gas for cars and trucks, but it would have make Driver's World extra special if we could have left with a full tank of gas.Because we were so pleased with Jessica, my sister got her business card as she is thinking about a new car after she makes some home improvements.

My experience at Drivers World was very positive. The main reason was my sales associate Rob Williams. Rob was extremely helpful and even came to pick me up and give me a ride to the dealership. He showed that his interest was in finding the right car for my particular situation. The dealership was clean and everone had a pleasant personality. It was a comfortable experience as the everyone was dressed in casual but professional looking attire. No shiny Rolex's and $1000 suits which tends to chase people away. We have previously purchased my wife's 4 runner from Eronn and Driver's World. The original vehicle we chose was inspected and determined that it could not be sold because of a faulty rear end. Another 4 runner was available and we grabbed it. The entire staff and Eronn were friendly and helped us at every step. No pressure, no silly games. I found a 2005 Mustang GT 5spd at drivers world on the net. They wanted 15809 for the car. The night before My wife's 2000 Dodge intrepid died. That Sunday was Going to be our 18th wedding anniversary and my wife had always wanted a Mustang. Rob Williams was my sales rep and he took me step by step through the process with no hassle. when I told him what I was doing he and another manager there came up with the Idea of putting the Car on the Show room Floor with a Big Silver Bow on it. Wen hoe and got her a brought her back to the Dealership, where Rob had pulled a High mileage Cavalier into one of the bays. He played it up real good ! He said to my wife "Your husband said you wanted some thing sporty, and since this one has a spoiler on it I thought it might work for you." My wife, being the ever polite person she is smiled ans said thank you. Rob left so he could pull the Mustang into the Show room while I distracted my wife. To make a long story short, when she saw the Mustang with the bow on it she couldn't believe it. She loved it ! Rob and the others at drivers World went out of their way to help me fulfill an dream for my wife. We had all the paper work done by the time she got there. The Car is a beast ! Factory condition, All of it. Int and Ext. Engine you name it this car is in New shape. Every time I see her in it I smile. And I think wow that's sexy ! Both her and the car..LOL Combine the two and WOW !!!!Rob, I can't thank you enough ! You guys are the Best ! when it's my turn, I'll be back for sure !P&M

I am writing this letter to express my complete satisfaction with Frivers World, but more so my satisfaction with Rob Williams. My most recent trip to see Rob was to purchase my second car from him. I also accompanied my sister to buy a car from him in February. Rob is not about making the "big bucks", but to please the customer and listen to their needs and wants. Personnel is very rude. Called ones, asking for the price quote. Was told that one of the cars I was interested in was sold. I asked about the other one. Woman said that it cost "69". I asked, "69 what?". She giggled and hang up on me. Couple of days later my husband called them again not knowing that I already did. They told him that BOTH cars we're interested in are for sale, come and drive. Those cars are also listed on their website. It looks like website never gets updated. After a short conversation a young man assured my husband that the car is available. Today my husband took time off from work and drove 50 minuted one way just to find out that the car he was going to see was sold a long time ago. Not even a couple of days ago. And he talked to a representative just before he left and asked again if car is there and the guy said "sure". When he arrived to a dealership, young man was nowhere to be found. What a great way to keep an appointment! A guy sitting in the office told my husband that sales guys "don't know nothing". Driver's World is such a frustration for us! We will never recommend it to our friends!

I went looking for a used dodge ram 1500 and found nothing but problems. I walk into drivers world and found the place empty no one at the front desk and no one in sight so after walking around for about ten minutes we where approached by a nice older man I forgot his name. He helped my wife and I locate the vechicle we looked up on their website. He told us the dodge ram was just serviced and was in a different lot. I test drove the dodge ram that is when I started to find problems I found they put a inspection sticker on it and it was going to auction. The sales rep was as helpfull as he could be I give him a thumbs up but the dealship manager was rude. We found the truck only had one of the four windows working (safety issue no1 w/ new inspection sticker) I even made a reasonable offer and they rudely refused and rushed us out the door. I understand the year and high miles puts a lot of wear and tear on a car or truck. When you treat my wife and I like fools you end up with me voicing my opinion on the internet. Thank you. Fraud is bad thing. Remember that is my opinion.

Jessica was friendly and informal, it was like buying a car from an old friend. She did not pressure us in the least bit, and in fact assisted us in narrowing our search, as we were wavering between a van, a sedan and a small SUV. There was no "sales pitch" that if we did not buy the car on the spot, we might regret it, and lose "the deal of the year".Twice we went to Drivers' World with our 4 year old son in tow, and he ran straight to the kids play area, and Jessica even watched him while we walked the lot and discussed privately our options.We will be calling Jess again in a few months when the time comes to trade in our other car.

I went to Driver's World to look for a car for my daughter, who is a college student. We need to replace the old worn out vehicle she had driven in high school with something she could have for years to come. Driver's World was great because there were so many cars and trucks to consider. We test drove different cars to see what was right for her and compared differnt prices. Ray, our sales associate, was very patient and helpful as we shopped. I brought my husband with me on our second visit to check out the cars we liked. By our third visit we had make a decision. I went to Driver's World to look for a $10k car. I walked in at closing time and Chris greeted me. He and is manager stayed a little past closing to try to help me find a car. Chris had ask me what kind of car I really wanted. I told him a Toyota Yaris. He told me he can get me one and that he did. Also I had a rental car that I had to turn back in. They offered to take me to drop it off and give one of their rental, while I waited for my Yaris to come in. I had been to a couple of dealership, but none would work with me on what I was looking for. Never had a salesperson work as hard and was able to negotiate the price for me. I will recommend this dealership and Chris to my family and freinds.

I came in to Drivers World with a general idea of what I was looking for. Right away I was greeted by Rob who made his intentions very clear and described how he likes to do business. He was very up front, friendly and to the point. We came in to trade two vehicles in and get rid of a monthly payment by buying a used SUV in place of the two. Not only was Vickie Abbott able to find us a vehicle we really like, a Saturn Vue, she was able to work us a fabulous deal that was very workable. The salesman was very knowledgable about the vehicle he sold me and did not pressure me into any extras unlike other salesman. I will request him for all of my future car purchases. The finance manager was also very friendly and did everything he could to get my payments lowered. He did not try to talk me into adding anything i would not need in the future. From the moment I entered the dealership I was immdediately greeted by Vicki Abbott (Sales Consultant) and soon after I was greeted by Rick Wilson (GM). Vicki quickly established rapport and quickly earned my trust because of her friendliness and professionalism. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she quickly directed me to the vehicles that matched my needs. She asked If I wanted to take the car to my son's place of employment but respectfully declined because I had plans to have lunch with my wife. I did assure her that we would return after my son got off work. We actuallly ran about 45 minutes late but upon our arrival she didn't complain and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. I also think she stayed passed her scheduled shift just to service us although she never admitted it. The price offered for the vehicle was a good price. The vehicle was immaculate and after my son test drove it ... we purchased it. The very next person we dealt with was Jason Rayner (Finance Coordinator). Jason, like Vicki Abbott and Rick Wilson, exhibited the same qualities. Very friendly yet very professional. He quickly got us on our way as he noticed my son couldn't wait to start driving his newly purchased ACURA TSX. I am a young U.S. sailor and shopping for a used car is not easy. Many dealerships take advantage of service members but this was not the case in Driver's World. The moment I walked in used car dealer Rob Williams jumped up to greet me and took me straight to the truck I wanted to look at. As we walked he explained his company policies and background information about the truck. When we got to the truck he did the most amazing thing, he stepped back and left me alone. I was actually able to look at the truck without having a dealer talk my ear off. I felt very relaxed and in control. Rob answered every question I fired at him knowledgeably and confidently. He treated me with respect and wanted to know exactly what I was looking for. He handled all the paperwork speedily and got me a great deal. Rob Williams is a great salesman but his selling point is that he is honest and practical. Buying from Driver's World was a pleasure and I recommend any service member to consider this dealership.

Was very impressed with the professionalism that Ray showed during the entire process from start to finish, he reminds me of a true team player along with James and Brian one co-hesive unit. Sometimes giving out credit information is painful, but the team made it as painless as possible. As far as I am concerned Drivers World in Virginia Beach is TOP NOTCH. Mr. Palmer was very helpful in the beginning showing me the car that I had priced on the internet, from the explaination of the features of the car to the test drive, to filing of the paperwork. Was shown the utmost respect all through the process. James kept me in the loop at all times of the status of the paperwork and what was happening, turning a not so great car payment into a car payment that was awesome and was able to easily fit my budget.Brian the Finance Mgr was AWESOME, explained everything from A to Z was very respectful and not judgemental towards myself or my wife, went over the paperwork in an extremely efficient and timely manner. Was very friendly and insightful and explained how the processed went through and what had to be done to get it there. Well, I wanted to be sure to let you know wat a great experience I have had working with Driver's World. I bought a car from you all yesterday, a process thats been 5 months(!) in the making. The first time I went in and just about every time after that I was greated by friendly people and made to feel welcome. Which is more than I can say for many of the other dealers in the area, and I'm nt talking just about other flagship dealers. Rob took the time to not only have me test drive several cars but to explain the differences in the types of maintanence that each would need, so I could fel more confident in my decision. Then I totaled my car two weeks ago, and really started looking. I didnt want to just but the first good deal and end up unhappy with it. Rob true to his word never hounded me and never ever tried topush me to get a car. He told me when I was ready he would be there not to sell me a car but to help me but one. That ment a lot to me because of how much I had been jerked around elsewhere, and the constant phone calls. Rob never once did that. When I finally found the '07 Tiburon, he knew(as did I) that was the car for me. This being the first car for me to buy on my own, he made sure to get me the best interest rate, and warranty to that I could be confident in my choice. I recently returned from a deployment and was interested in trading in my current vehicle for a used truck. The first place I went was to Driver's World because I had heard good things about it. As I could have imagined, it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had and I've purchased 5 cars in the last 8 years. I walked in the door and met Rob and told him what I was looking for. He showed me what was available and at first I wasn't interested. He didn't try to pressure me into buying anything and apologized for not having a bigger selection of the vehicle type I was looking for. I started looking a little harder at one of the trucks and when I found out how low the milage was, I asked about the price. It was thousands lower than I would have expected. It sounded too good to be true. Most dealerships have hidden fees and try to pressure you into buying extra things that you will most likely never use. Not the case at Driver's World. Everything is in "black and white." I was given thousands more for my trade-in than I owed and when everything was finished, I got a great deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I would definitely talk to Rob Williams. I've dealt with a lot of salesmen and he was the best by far. I felt welcome and not pressured. I am in the Navy and have many young people who work for me. I would feel comfortable sending them to see Rob at Driver's World knowing that they will not be taken advantage of. My father and I went into Drivers World to look around and get ideas on a car for myself. We were looking at a car and Ray Palmer comes and asked if we had been helped. About ten minutes went by before Mr. Palmer came out to assist us. He was very respectful and showed us more of the car. I got to drive around the lot to test the feel of it. He worked with us all the way through the financing of the car.

We were in an immediate need of a truck for my husband, and had been to a few places, including CarMax. Other dealerships gave us the run around and little if no options. When we walked into Driver's World. Wroon immediately got the information he needed from us on what we needed, took our application, and within 20 minutes gave us the straight up information on just what he could get done for us. He found us a truck that fit our needs and our financing, and went to pick it up for us while we went to dinner! We were able to drive the truck home that evening, and come back the next night, where Brian not only had our paperwork ready for us, but also had reduced the expected payment amount a month by $60! We also have a fabulous warrant! We will be certain to go back to Driver's World first when I am looking for a car for myself in a couple of years, and will certainly be looking for Eronnand Brian!

I arrived looking for a used car, and Josh was right by my side answering any questions I had to ask. As it progressed the sky opened up and it started to rain, bad thunderstorms at this time of year. He provided me with a very large umbrella and we continued my search.After driving several vechiles I chose one and drove it home, very satisfied with my purchase. I had to sign some final papers the next day. Upon arrival I saw another car in the show room that had just arrived, I just had to have that one !!!He was very considerate, and told me there would be no problem getting that perticular car, much to my delight. I had been to countless lots to find a car and an auto loan approval, but for my age and lack of credit history, getting a car without a co-signer seemed impossible- which also ment no car for me. Brian, one of the finacial advisors at Drivers world rehatched a previous loan application at a local credit union, had me approved in minutes and had me looking at cars I could afford right away. Mikey was my salesman and helped me with all my questions. Jason, who was very helpful with all my paper work has been extreamly friendly throught he whole process. I vary happy with my purchuse. Drivers World was by far my favorite lot all the way around to deal with.

From the time that I met Mr. Whitehurst, he was very pleasant and polite. He showed us various cars, explaining to us, details only a good salesman would know. Once we chose the vehichle we decided to purchase, Mr. Whitehurst had already started the process of getting our car appraised that we wanted to trade-in. The price of the car that we purchased was great along with the low mileage. The only disappointing fact was the trade-in value offered but that was not the fault of Mr. Whitehurst. We accepted the offer because sometimes in life you have to cut your losses. The overall process was smoothe yet time consuming, as to be expected. I would most definitely return to Mr. Whitehurst in the future for future business because of his knowledge, skills and patience with us.

Rob was excellent! He was very professional but personable. Took his time with us, and was totally engaged in discussing the vehicles we were interested in.He was willing to search lists on the computer, if we needed to look for a specific make and model. He kept us informed of the process and length of time it would take. He was sincere and pleasant. While we were waiting, he would frequently check on us, and update us on the time frame. Excellent all around representation of Drivers world. I would send anyone to see Rob to buy their next automobile. Jason in Finance was wonderful as well. I went to Driver's World just to see how much I could get for a trade in on the car I had. Eronn Fletcher asked me what I was looking for and I told told him if it was possible to get something that is 07-08, maybe a Dogge Charger or Chrysler 300. He said he would see what he could do. Now the whole time I'm thinking it would be nice just to be able to get on '02 car. Next thing I know Eronn is showing me a '09 Dodge Avenger. I tell him there is no way that I could get this and he assured me it was possible. I ended up getting the Dodge and it has been a bleesing. I love my new car and thanks to Driver's World I believe anything in this world is possible.

Michael even went out of his way to driving us around seeing that my wife is 8 months pregnant and it was really hot outside. I only have good things to say about my experience. Rob Williams was my sales guide and he was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed real knowledgeable. Everyone else was very cooperative and so far I can't say anything negative. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. We'll see how the car does..... I bought my 2006 MINI Cooper S through Driver's World and was very satisfied with the experience. This was my first car purchase and I didn't feel any pressure when I walked out onto the lot. I had plenty of time to test drive the car and poke around in the interior without being rushed/judged/annoyed. Rob Williams was great. He was funny, laid back, answered all of my questions and didn't hassle me at all.Financing was non-threatening and relaxed. I have bought multiple cars in this area and I would by far recommend drivers world. I did not waste all day haggling, I went in, told Rob what I was looking for and he took me right to it, both times. Rob arranged for us to take the Honda home for 72 Hours to test drive and take it to our mechanic for a thorough inspection. I have had the pleasure to purchae 3 vehicles from karen. One of the best things about buying a car from karen is she can do it all. She helped me select the proper vehicle (a Jeep this time), then she handled the whole process herself. I was really shocked by the fact that she did not go back and forth to those mysterious managers we all know hide in the back. After Karen and I selected my Jeep she went over all the information in the computer including payments, the proper warranty coverages terms and rates for my particular vehicle. I must say that I will never search elsewhere for a vehicle as long as Karen is around. Besides Karen, everyone there seemed to go out of their way to make sure everything was going ok. I rather enjoy the no haggle price system that they have and they were super nice to my family when i was off buying my car. they have a huge selection of good used cars, they do not carry the $200 clunkers that are 4 seconds away from dying on the side of the road but rather cars that are used but in really good shape.

My salesperson Karen helped me pick out a Ford 500 which is the perfect car. I have been driving it for almost a year and I really like it. In the recent past, I took my car to Fulton Motors to get a new front seal for the engine. The mechanic called me and told me that my car "(wasn't) worth working on", and he told me this in a belligerent tone of voice. My car is old. It's a '79 Chrysler Lebaron with a 225 slant six (3.7 liters). How sad that a Mopar mechanic was afraid to get his hands dirty! At any rate, I found another mechanic in town who WAS willing to get his hands dirty. His name is Rodney Graham, and he's a great mechanic who charges a very fair fee. The mechanic at Fulton on Franklin Rd in Roanoke, Va is a jerk. He judged my car by its former rough appearance. I did the bodywork on the car myself, and had it painted by an excellent painter, and I redid the interior myself. Fulton Motors might not think my car was "worth working on", but Rodney Graham sure did, and he's a far better mechanic than the ignorant goober who pretends to be a mechanic at Fulton Motors. I also told the dealer about my experience, but he gave me attitude like his poor excuse for a mechanic did. If you're in the market for a new Chrysler, or if you're looking for a decent mechanic, you'll find neither at Fulton Motors. Their service is horrible and they're rude on top of it. It's okay though: I recently drove through their parking lot in my Lebaron with its new paint, engine work, and interior (and wheels), and they looked like a mule after it gets hit with a 2X4 when they saw the new look for "the car that wasn't worth working on". As for me, if Fulton is any indication of how Daimler-Chrysler conducts business, my new car will NOT be a Chrysler, I can guarantee you. Buy whatever kind of car or service you want, but consider yourselves duly warned. Fulton Motors is poor in EVERY regard.
