Great experience overall. We came in right as they closed but they kept it open until we were ready to make a deal. Andrew, the salesman, was a wonder and ensured we were confident in the purchase before putting anything down. Also shared a wealth of resources for after the sale. 10/10

I went in to lease a vehicle. I had already done the research on the exact vehicle I wanted. I found it on the Jeep website and was directed to Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I used the Price options tab and checked how much deposit was needed as well as the estimated monthly cost. When I got to the dealer I found the vehicle before going inside and alerted the salesman of the vehicle. He retrieved the key and I gave it a test drive. He immediately told me the the 10% down ($4,600.00) that the website said was required was nowhere close enough to the deposit needed if I wanted the payments shown on the website. Mind you credit scores weren't a factor yet and would not have been an issue anyway. After I spoke to him further, He said he'll be back. When he came back it was to tell me the car is already sold and I left before he could attempt to try and put me in a more expensive model. I then left and went to another Jeep Dealership where I found a similar model with the same specs that I was looking for. At the next dealership the process was smooth and the deposit was not even a fraction of Dutchess Jeep. I feel offended with the level of robbery that they were about to commit. I'm glad I left because It was meant for me to walk out and go to another dealership. Honestly I think it should be a crime that a dealership as big as Dutchess Jeep can just rip people off on such a level and continue to operate their business when hard working people are literally just looking to purchase a vehicle. The second dealership gave me several lease options to go over and explained every cent that I was spending and would be spending which again was nowhere near the heinous prices that Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge were requiring. New York should have laws in place to make sure businesses such as these can't rob the very communities that they are allowed to operate in.

Haddy from dodge is great! Very honest tells you how it is. He not only looks out for you the customer but finds the best fit vehicle to your budget. I definitely recommend going through Haddy to purchase any vehicle at this dealership.

Went there to look at a gladiator and talk to one of the sales staff about it and he had ordered me one with the exact accessories that I needed. I had a great experience with nick from sales department and frank from who helped with the credit stuff was really helpful. Ordering and buying new vehicle went smoothly. Both are vary knowledgeable in what they do.

Just leased my third Jeep Grand Cherokee with Dutchess. The level of service is unmatched. From the owner, Sean, to everyone else I worked with, Phil / Santos / AL...I say THANK YOU! At what other place does the dealership deliver your vehicle so you don't have to sit there all day? Quick, friendly service with an unmatched price. NO NONSENSE! I will be going back to Dutchess when this lease is up. BEST OF THE BEST!
