The folks at Dutch's are fantastic! Sad to say I had to come from Charleston WV to get a great shopping experience. There was no back and forth we all just sat down together and worked out the deal. Todd went over all my questions about towing and even brought up the information to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. A big thanks to Todd and Brandon for all your help with this purchase. No distance is too far to work with folks like this!

I took my truck in for extended warranty work around August 2020. They kept my truck for 3 1/2 weeks and wouldn’t give me a loaner. Now today 02/05/2021 they call and leave a voicemail to call them back. I called them back and they said that I owed them money from when my truck was worked on in August 2020. They said they couldn’t see where I paid them. I informed them that I paid my deductible and extra because they said at the time that my extended warranty didn’t cover new bolts. This shows major incompetence on their behalf. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your vehicle maintenance needs!!!! If you deal with Dutch You get screwed a Bunch!!
