Khalil was very professional and informative, and he provided me lots of flexibility on my service. Duval Acura and Khalil are awesome! During my last visit to Duval Acura, Khalil went above and beyond his normal (but amazing) level of service and offered to transfer my baby stroller and car seat into the loaner car made available and back into my car once my service was completed. Without pause, he stepped in and offered help when it was not required of him. His service and extraordinary care is why I do and will continue to drive over an hour for service on my car. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was greeted immediately, the service writer was available to help me, the check in process was efficient, the loaner car I was provided was clean & satisfactory, my car's service was completed in the time frame estimated and upon arrival at the dealership to pick up my car, again I did not have to wait to be helped. I received very efficient & professional service.

The guys here are the BEST and your not hassled but greeted in a friendly manner. I've been doing business here since 2009 with buying cars and service for them. I think we have now done either 7 or 8 deals with Duval Acura since 2005. We keep coming back because of the personal, professional attention. There is no high pressure approach and most everything is done without ever walking into the store---I go there to sign papers and trade the cars. Hector and Kevin continue to be outstanding.

Everything was first class! The only reason for 4 stars is that no one was there to cover for lunch break. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come, so I could turn in the loaner car and pick up my car that had been serviced.

Excellent experience as always with Duval Acura. Quickly addressed concerns I had with my trailer hitch wiring. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time, vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed. They even shipped the vehicle to my home over 2 hours away. Within 12 hours of finalizing the deal, I was on the road with my new vehicle.

This was my first visit to Duval Acura and I can definitely see myself returning in a few years to purchase another vehicle from them. I was treated with respect and never once did I experience any sales pressure. Jeff Laferge greeted me and offered to assist me during my fact-finding visit in search of a mid-sized SUV. His first impulse was to listen and inquire about my preferences. He then directed me the vehicle that met most of my criteria. I returned a few days later with my wife and unfortunately, it was Jeff's day off. Curtis Pillow offered to help us and he displayed true professionalism in picking up where Jeff left off. Together, these two gentlemen should be commended for their informative and patient sales presentations. I spent the rest of the week visiting other car dealerships to insure that I found the right car. During the time between my first visit and my eventual return visit to purchase the MDX, I received a courtesy call from both Jeff and Curtis who simply thanked me for coming by the dealership. This was in sharp contrast to stream of salespeople who pestered me with phone calls and texts throughout the week, asking "what they could do to put me in one of their vehicles". The guys at Duval Acura simply said that it would be a pleasure to welcome me to the Duval Acura Family. I want to thank Rafael Mejia for supporting Jeff and Curtis throughout the transaction and for making this a very pleasant car buying experience. I cannot wait to return in a few months for my initial service visit to say "Hi" to my new friends at Duval Acura.

I was waited on immediately upon my arrival and my car was taken back to be serviced shortly avter I arrived. The repair was made in less time than anticipated and another problem I was unaware of was found and fixed while still under warranty. Excellent waiting area. Excellent staff. I willbe back when I need fiture service or repairs.

Kevin Agustin was patient and helpful to go over details and answer questions of work that needed to be done, would be checked and followed up on. Mechanics did a great job and found issue that I was not aware of, but definitely needed to be fixed. Service, professionalism, attitude was great. I always appreciate it. The loaner car was ready, and makes a big difference for the convenience as well.

I have bought 8-9 Acura MDXs consecutively. The sales and service staff at Duval Acura is superb. Yesterday's visit was a first service for my new 2016 Acura MDX. I was treated with great customer service and respect setting and carrying out the appointment. My drop off and check in was handled flawlessly in 5 minutes with multiple smiles. My car was ready at the promised time and the car, key and paperwork were brought to me without having to step foot back into the service area. Thank you Arick, Merrick and the rest of the service staff. They even washed and vacuumed the car.

Okay, Friday morning I finished work to find a decent amount of antifreeze under the car, checked things out under the hood, nothing majorly noticeable, started the car, and drove in the parking lot before heading on the main road, to find the temp gauge climbing. I knew I wasn't that far away from Duval Acura, and decided to try and make it down the road. I grabbed some water and filled the overflow tank - and made it to the dealer. I had no appointment, came in randomly in the morning, and was still met with no hesitation to provide support from the service staff. I was led to Arick who then listened to my experience, and got it quickly to the shop, he came out with the diagnosis, offered me a couple options to get the problem fixed, included a fair discount, and even provided a loaner car to me until the repair was complete. I had a great experience, felt well taken care of for my issues being last minute and the support of Arick to get the job completed as quick as he could. Thanks!

I enjoyed the no-pressure sales experience. The sales staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I thought I had my mind made up on a car, but wasn't certain. I looked at a few cars and ended up test driving two models. There was no pressure and the salesman (Jerry) was very helpful. After my purchase I had questions about the safety features. Another salesman, James, help explain them and even went for a drive with me to help. I love my car and the buying experience was very good.

The only issue I was disappointed with was that the car had a "mislabeled" price posted on it and no concessions were made to rectify my final sale price. Otherwise, I did have excellent customer service and was very impressed that my roof rack was installed while I waited to avoid trip back. Love my RDX so far!

Great customer service and experience. I took my car in due to an odd noise coming from the breaks whenever I would go into reverse. Duval Acura quickly identified the problem and fixed the breaks at a great price. Car wash and vacuum included. I can always depend on them.

Everyone is friendly and chill, no pressure or anything. The wait is always comfy with a clean atmosphere. They let you know what you need and what they recommend when it comes to service. When the car is ready to go, it's always cleaned and vacuumed as a courtesy

Once the replacement parts were available (passenger seat bottom cushion and airbag), repair was scheduled. Dropped car off, a loaner was ready for me, and I received a call a few hours later that all work was complete. Car was clean and service performed. Seat cushion looks good, assume airbag is fine.

Our new 2016 RDX came down with squeaking brake syndrom. I contacted Duval late Wednesday and they gave me an appointment for Thursday morning. When I arrived (of course the squealing had stopped) my service addvisor (Merrick Wade) wrote up my problem (which apparently a common issue for 2016 RDXs) and said I could wait for it.An hour and a half later the car was done and washed!Great job for all concerned!

Great introduction to Duval service. Love the appointment system. Service rep was waiting for me with paperwork drawn up when I arrived. One signature and too the waiting area. TV, wifi, Kurig coffee or tea, refrigerator stocked with soft drinks or water made the wait fly by. Service rep walked by several times to give me updates. Car delivered on time and with a spotless wash.

Like all the others Duval's service is polite, fast, reasonably priced, and my car always goes home looking brand new.Other family and friends offer stories about the service at their Premium car dealers... often necessary, and expensive.My car is a gleaming 2002 Acura RL 3.5. I have needed only the mileage required, new timing belt, one new battery, one set of new tires, and a minor gas cap repair in 14 years!

Kevin was the "key" in this entire experience. I had the pleasure of speaking with him prior to my appointment and he was very knowledgeable of my car. I had no idea what to expect and was happy to find out that the prior owner was already in the system for having work done on my car. I ended up spending less and that I am grateful. I was treated as if I just bought a new car. Everyone I came in contact with was nice, even the gentleman changing the coffee filters.

I personally appreciate when someone can take ownership of an issue and ensure the problem gets resolved. After spending four hours at a dealership down the road, I stopped here to look at a particular car, a Honda Accord. The price was a fair price. I had been doing my research and educating myself on the market of this particular car. The salesman, Michael Anderson, was very professional and polite. He explained the no price haggle policy and we drove the car. He was familiar with the car and its features. I didn't feel manipulated at all like I was at Arlington just prior to this over basically the same model car, different year and options. The entire process from when I turned into the lot and drove away was less than 2 hours. Financing was a breeze! I recommend Duval Acura!

I have had only excellent experiences with Duval Acura from my purchase of an Acura ILX in May 2014 to the services of my car. Jovie is my service manager. He is professional, competent and enjoyable to communicate with. My car had an airbag recall in late March (2016). Jovie arranged for a rental car for me until the part came in. Yesterday, April 18th, the new part was installed in a short period of time. I returned the rental and the rental agent drove me to Duval Acura where my car was waiting for me - repaired and washed/cleaned. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend this dealership.

A3 Service took the amount of time they told me it would. Found email with coupon while service was being completed and it was deducted from my cost. Oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and tire rotation. All seemed to go fine.I did find a rear brake light out about a week after the service and wonder if it was out when I had the car serviced. Figure basic light check would be done while in. I also found a air cap missing from a tire about the same time. Wonder if it wasn't returned to the tire after service.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived and escorted to the desk of my service representative. My service order was quickly prepared including a firm estimate of the cost and time to complete. The waiting area was comfortably appointed with snacks and beverages, a TV and wifi. During the repair, it was determined that one of the prescribed procedures would not be cost effective at this time, so I was updated and told an adjustment would be made to my invoice. My vehicle was returned to me serviced and freshly washed. I was back on the road sooner than I had expected. The team at Duval Acura understands customer service, and I will keep coming back.

After doing a lot of research for my very picky wife to replace her BMW 530I, I identified the Acura MDX as a choice to meet some of her requirements for a slightly larger car the better accommodate grandkids. Her must have: spirited acceleration, good handling, abundant back seat room, third row seating, good cargo space, all the tech bells and whistles, good looks. Duval Acura was my first stop and they were fantastic. They had a vehicle equipped the way we wanted, but the wife thought the white color to be a bit bland. The team at Duval Acura found another vehicle locally with the silver color she wanted and they went immediately to pick it up. Even after cleanup and vehicle briefing, the entire experience took only about 4 hrs. Very friendly staff, excellent facilities and convenient location. Highly recommended.

Great service in a timely manner, as always. I went in with a mystery leak on my 1999 TL, thought it might be power steering but wasn't sure. The Acura techs confirmed my suspicions and outlined a few options as to how to fix it. Love getting my car serviced here!

I've been driving an Acura for about four years now and have had nothing short of excellent service throughout. The service department is phenomenal and delivers on every promise. They're the reason why I keep coming back and will most likely upgrade to another Acura model in the years to come. It doesn't seem to matter which service manager I deal with as they are all extremely knowledgable and personable. I dealt with Kevin Agustin during my last visit and he was simply a pleasure to deal with. I wish more companies had customer service personnel like Duval Acura.

I live in south Georgia, so when my car would not start I went to a local car repair service. They kept my Acura for five days but could not find the problem in order to repair it. So I decided to go to an Acura dealership in Jacksonville. I made an appointment with them. My car was serviced at that time; I didn't have to wait. They found the problem immediately and made the necessary repairs. They even washed and vacuumed my acura as a complimentary service!! While they worked on my Acura, I was in the very clean waiting area watching tv, drinking fresh coffee, and eating a snack. I am so pleased with this visit to Duvall Acura; I plan on coming back when my Acura needs service.

I have purchased many vehicles and I never experience what I did at Duval Acura. Hector Castaneda is the best friend you did know you had until you meet him. He was professional yet friendly. He asked thought provoking questions. How are you going to use this vehicle? Will this vehicle work for you in 3-5 years down the road? Is that the color you want or one you can live with? Does it have the power you need for the way you drive? I was blown away? He actually wanted to know what I needed and wanted before trying to sell me a car. This doesn't happen. I'm not going to mention any horrible dealing with any other dealer because Mr. Castaneda pretty much blew them out of my memory. I thought I wanted a used vehicle until he educated me on a different way of vehicular ownership.I had just purchased a used 2013 Acura TL, 47K from a neighboring dealer and I took it to ACURA because it was accelerating roughly. Kevin Augustin, my personal service representative, stated that it could be a simple as changing the transmission fluid or a serious mechanical issue. Long story short: I am now the 1st owner of a 2016 Black Copper Pearl Acura TLX for less that the 2013 Acura TL with 47K!!!!!!!If you are tired of being sold on cars and want to experience how it feel to be treated like a person and not another deal, Visit Hector at Duval Acura.

I had my first real service (other than an oil change) on my 2014 Acura ILX at Duval Acura. I have been there many times for the free car wash service that is excellent. Jovie Quinto is my service advisor. He is as personable and professional as any service advisor that I have ever had. My car was taken right in for the service and the wait was very reasonable. I was able to use a coupon special that made the service much more affordable. I am totally pleased and love my Acura ILX.

I was unhappy at first because the person that took care of my paperwork somehow misplace it and they couldn't find it. I waited about 2 hrs before i went to them and ask them about the problem of my car when they finally came back to me in an hour they told and get the job done. but i have to come back for the seat belts problem that they didn't fix right the first time. the light still stays on on daily basis.

I did not put an overall rating because I don't think that there was a complete eval on the car before I drove it home as the speakers on the driver side and the passenger side just fell out with closing the doors of the car within 2 weeks. I would give Lawrence a super star rating, he was really GREAT in the sales process, i.e. no pressure and just a wonderful young man! Also I did not rate the repair because I was there to have a spare tire put in the trunk of the car. It looked good to me but what do I know. They did fix the speaker problem for now so I guess that is good, but they did mention that if I had any more problems that they would install clips on them. I was wondering why they just didn't do it when I had the car in, if they thought there maybe another problem with them. I love the no haggle car pricing and I am sure others do as well, bravo on that! :) Overall I would rate you very highly as a whole. Duval provided a loaner car for me while they installed the tire, which was very much appreciated!!!!! Thanks for the service!

I have been coming to Duval Acura since 2009. I always receive excellent customer service. However, when trying to make an appointment, I have a difficult time getting someone to answer the phone. I would recommend hiring a scheduler for service department to schedule routine appointments and if it's more complicated issue then they can talk to one of the knowledgeable service advisors.

Kelly lived up to the standard Merrick has set and made me accustomed to. My buying experience was relaxed and easy to complete. I had an unexpected repair when bringing in my MDX (which is 10 years old and 135K miles...and I will drive that car until it won't drive anymore! Favorite car I've ever owned)...anyway, Merrick took such good care of me. When I dropped off the car, I mentioned I had a coupon for the repair and he automatically took it off without me asking when I picked it up. Duval Acura Service Team is the main reason we bring our cars to your service department. It is what sets you apart from the others.

Great visit. Only one comment. The complimentary car wash/cleaning is normally outstanding. On this occasion, after picking up our vehicle after sunset, I noticed the head lights still had bug splatters on them. Just not up to the normal level of cleaning I've come to expect.

From the initial greeting from Bob(trainee), to test driving the vehicle, to completing the associated paperwork(with an assist from Lawrence), the whole process was completed in an entirely professional manner. But I expected nothing less, having had my trade-in(2005 Acura TL) serviced at Duval Acura over the past 10 years. The service has been exceptional. No attempts at selling services, parts, etc. that I didn't need. Although the personnel have changed somewhat over the 10 years, the attitude of serving the customer at a fair price has endured.

I brought my car in for service on the front struts. Work was done on time and at my convince. Service manager went out of his way to make sure a loaner was made available, and that work not only done but that the entire car was reviewed for and additional problems. Service was excellent!

Quality work seems to have been done. Thought the cost was on the high side. The charge for shop supplies was petty (sure others do the same). Since I did know what the part looked like and exactly what it's function was, I would like to have seen the defective part which was replaced.

I visited Duval Acura to look at a used Hyundai Sonata I saw online. We were greeted by Lawrence and he quickly took us to the car. After talking about what I was looking for he showed me another Sonata on the lot that had just come in. I loved the second option and Lawrence worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was minor cosmetic damage that needed repairs and he arranged for it to be done the following Monday and set me up with a loaner car during the service. What I loved most about this experience is I felt I could trust Lawrence and what he was saying. He wasn't pushy or overly trying to sell me on a vehicle. He shared his expertise and worked to get me into a car that met the needs I outlined.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, where I was greeted by name, by Anthony, I felt comfortable. All papers were ready for me, the dealership is bright and clean and inviting. My new 2015 was waiting right outside the door, to be looked at, wow, what a nice car. Then came, what I would think, would be the long part....financial....but that too, was handled by Daniel, who was quick, friendly and efficient. He handed me back to Anthony, who took me to my new Acura TXL and showed me some of the new features. He set up my Bluetooth and transferred my contacts. Then off I was. All of this took 2 hrs. 5 minutes. Duval has an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am very happy and glad that I went to Duval.

I have been buying Acura's for almost 25 years and will never own another make of car. I had a 2004 TL and loved it, it is the longest I have ever kept a car. It was finally time to get a new car and as always, the team at Duval Acura came through. We ended up with a 2016 ILX with the Technology package and we love it, it is a great car and we are amazed by how smart the car is and we have just started to learn about all of the features. It even has a blind spot indicator in the side rear view mirrors. I could go on and on about the Navigation system, it is really a smart car.Wali and Roger were super, they both went above and beyond in taking care of our every need.

I had a scheduled appointment, however had to be in the area a couple of hours earlier so stopped in t see if they had any cancellations. They really didn't but fitted me in to receive service as available. I waited a while but ended up leaving 30 minutes after scheduled time, which I guess wasn't bad. However, the staff is always extremely nice and courteous and you can't beat the comfort of the waiting area with comfortable seats, snacks, TV and online access.

Was having my RDX serviced and saw an ILX that was the color I liked and seeing that it had all of the options that I also wanted, I knew it was time to buy. I was able to drop off my car and get a loaner car in just a few minutes. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and the vehicle was completed in the promised time frame. The no haggle pricing made it a very simple and stress free process of trying to find the right vehicle for the right price. Was easy to get in (called fri for an appointment sat). They accommodated my request for a loaner car. When I returned early there was a comfortable lounge to sit in. Car is serviced and didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything prematurely (e.g. Break pads, new tires, etc.). Also they were familiar with my car, remembered something about last time I was in (e.g. Traveling to CO on vacation)... Was just personal despite it being only my second visit to the dealership...

My only critique would be to give the cars that do not have a maintenance minder, a sticker to remind of the next oil change. When I left the dealership, the old sticker was still up, so it made me question whether or not I'd even had an oil change. I have to share this special story...My son is a caddie at a local golf course, he gets paid tips, collects them and has us, his parents, deposit the cash in the bank. Yesterday, I forgot to get the $300 in small bills out of the glove box before I dropped off my car to have its regular service. Later, when I picked up the vehicle, (as usual Merrick and his service was terrific), I went to the car to put the receipt in the glove box and there was all the cash, just like I left it. No other service department would that happen with. I went in and told Merrick, and he said, "That's Duval Acura!" You have a customer for life.

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have a long term relationship with them. No matter what service issue I have run into, Arik has always stepped up to the plate and gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy and well taken care of. A couple of times, my safety has been an issue due to a dead battery in an undesirable neighborhood (bad timing is my luck) but Arik made sure that I was okay. A more recent issue with a faulty module left me stranded but again Arik called my cell to make sure I was still traveling safely along my route until I arrived at the dealership. My repairs were made in a timely and knowledgeable fashion. I have a 2008 RDX with quite a few miles, but she's still running smoothly except for my faulty module and regular maintenance.

The date I signed, I purchased to have my front windows tinted! For service, if you're lucky enough to get Arick Armenta as your Service Mgr, you wont' have anything to worry about when you pick up your car.Arick's been my Svc Mgr since 2011 and is the only reason I use Duval Acura to service my vehicle. They are certainly not in a convenient location to my home but the drive is worth to me. I know I'm probably paying a little more for their servicesince they're a dealership, but it's worth it to me because I don't have to questionor second guess the level of service provided or taking it back to do over. He's neverapprehensive about stepping out of his job description and getting his hands dirty if it'snecessary so that my service is 100% to my satisfaction. Lynn S.

We purchased our 2015 RDX in November, 2015. Alex was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Indeed it was a no hassle experience! Friday, February 27th was time for my 1st service. Kevin was the individual assigned to assist me with the process. I was a little late arriving for my 9:00 am appointment; however, he assured me that it was alright. Kevin asked if I also wanted a complimentary car wash; which of course I replied yes. My car was serviced and my name was called about an hour and half later. I was having problems with my car battery going dead and needing to be jumped. So I went and had the battery checked. It was labeled a good battery. I called Kevin at Duval Acura and he told me to bring it in right away. They ran test and although battery came up good Kevin had them replace it for free so I wouldn't have to worry about car stalling again. I appreciate his concern for his customers and getting me in that day.

I recently dealt with Merrick, then Kevin over the weekend to get updates and decide on how to move forward and Jovie when I checked out/paid my invoice. All 3 were awesome to work with, including the attendants when arriving and picking up. I had 2 car seats and personal items in the loaner car. My experience at Duval Acura was fantastic! A wholly different experience than the four other dealers I visited. Here, I quickly and easily traded my prius. The purchasing department did a little extra leg work to ensure I would receive the price for my car that I was promised. (Before I ever went to the dealer) My salesman was great. He was upfront, respectful, and personable. He put me in the exact vehicle I wanted for less than I expected. He has been helpful and quick to reply to my inquiries even 2 weeks after the sale. Those two made the experience really impressive. I Will gladly recommend to everyone.

I have been a longtime customer of Duval Acura! Everyone is courteous & if your rep is busy, someone can step in temporarily so you do not dawdle at a car dealership all day! I go primarily to have my older MDX serviced; they are very frank about any issues but do not "upsell" you. Yes, you may a bit part at the dealer but you are paying for service. You can also go online to make your appointment in advance, so you are in & out. Not a bad experience yet!

This was my second Acura purchase from Duval Acura with Anthony Lewis and I have had service done on a previous Acura that I owned. Everything went fine during the purchase process, but I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. Their "no haggle" approach makes buying a car/SUV very easy and not like a root canal from a bad dentist. They will offer you a good price to begin the process and you won't spend hours waiting for some mysterious manager to approve the price of the vehicle. In past visits to the service department at Duval Acura, I have always been treated very courteously and the work is done correctly the first time.

I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a new or used Acura product. Phil in finance handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently. The service department is top notch in my opinion. Have had two different Acura vehicles serviced there in the past and they are always attentive to your needs. The sales department is very low pressure and will not treat you unfairly.

Purchased and serviced at this dealership...but it was time for a change..I no longer needed the "family" vehicle as my children are older and have cars of their own. It was time for a "me" car again..I love convertibles~! Acura unfortunately doesn't make them. I set my eye on the 1 series BMW..have had a Z3 before was very happy with this brand but too small for me now. Just by pure luck we drove by the dealership on New Years and my husband spotted a truck he wanted more information on. We met TINO. We were impressed with his knowledge, politeness, and he listened to what we were looking for. My husband and Tino went for a test drive in the truck while I stayed back..as I sat there, I looked down into the fenced back lot, there was the BMW 135i Convertible in the Gray that I was looking for. When they got back we went and took it out for a spin. I had already done the research on my trades (MDX and Porsche Boxster) and I can say they were in line with KBB and Autotrader. I just needed a night to sleep on the decision. Tino was patient and understanding and offered us a good night and a handshake. We did go home and do more internet searches, this did make us feel more comfortable about making the purchase..Next morning we called set up an appointment to swap the vehicles that evening after work. We came back everything was exactly like it was the night beforeFelt extremely comfortable about the dealership and the car purchase. Selling something to me is not the easiest thing (my husband usually warns the salesperson LOL)..but Tino made the difference..He is a great asset to this dealershiphes now looking for the truck my husband will eventually get.

We were very pleased with the ease in getting our new 2015 Acura SUV. Curtis was very helpful with explaining the paperwork, going over the car features, and expediting our time at the dealership, as we had a commitment to be somewhere soon after. We drove there from the Orlando area after finding the car we wanted, and would recommend Duval to anyone. It was a pleasure to do business with the friendly, and efficient staff. The final step with Daniel to sign additional papers was awesome. He also took the time to verify things to us, answer any questions, and finish in a very timely manner so we could be where we had to be on time. We obviously did not need repairs as it is a new car, but I am sure we could look forward to the same service.

Hector was our representative on 12/30/14. From the moment we met him, he could not have been nicer or more helpful. We immediately were given the keys for a test drive which we loved doing on our own. We weren't necessarily thinking we would come away that day with a new lease, but thought to see what price options were at end of year sale. Unexpectedly very nice deal, nice offer on our trade, and easy easy paperwork. Everything just seemed to click smoothly, which doesn't usually happen when negotiating a deal on a new car. Great Dealership Service Department. Eddie Turner and Erick are first rate service consultants that have my complete trust and gratitude. On balance, the Acura brand is really loosing ground. The designs are way too conservative!!! Sure the NSX is neat but not capable forr the budget of the predominant Acura customer. The RSX type X and the TL type S six speed stick look like nothing more than a fond memory.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience my husband and I had in our lives. Prior to coming to Duval Acura, we walked out of several dealerships in the area because of their sloppy and high-pressure selling tactics. Our sales person at Duval Acura, David Greer, was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and at ease with the buying process the entire time we were there. Everyone else at the dealership was a pleasure to deal as well. The ambiance inside the showroom is lovely, spa-like (compared to other dealerships). The service at the dealership is impeccable; I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. We bought the 2015 Acura RDX with technology pack, and love it. When we are ready for an upgrade, we will be back to this dealership.

As I backed out of my drive I began to hear a strange sound coming from the front of my car and not sure what it could possibly be, I headed to the dealership, praying I did not break down. Merrick Wade (my usual service advisor) quickly diagnosed my problem as a power steering problem and within 20 minutes I was on my way in a loaner. Merrick called me when promised and I can truthfully say Merrick Wade and Duval Acura is 100% customer service committed. Thank you Merrick!

This is where all other companies need to come for training on customer service. I've bought 3 TL's from them and every time the service is impecable. I've in a wheelchair and my time in it is limited it, so if the repairs (if any) is more than 1hr 30 min they either loan me a car or take me home and bring the car back when finished.Granted I only live around the corner from them.BUT Still.If your car needs service WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

After reading the highly favorable reviews of Duval Acura service, I brought my Acura MDX in for a timing belt/water pump replacement. The "valet" service I received was beyond expectation and I was also provided a 2015 Acura RDX as a loaner car. Kevin Agustin, my Service Advisor, was top notch from beginning to end, including recommendations as they dove deeper into the maintenance. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a couple of days later (based on additional work at my request), I was again greeted with valet service. I will continue to place my Acura in their expert care.

I purchased my 2008 Acura TL new from Duval Acura and have it serviced there. After replacing the Blower Fan Resistor twice (once while under warranty) in 3-years due to the A/C not blowing cold air after 2+ hours of driving, Eddie Turner, Service Manager, suggested they perform an evacuation of refrigerant at no charge, and it appears to have resolved the problem so far. I was provided a loaner car, and my car was repaired, washed and returned to me within a few hours of dropping it off. Arick Armenta, Service Advisor, was very courteous and professional as always. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The whole experience was above expectations. The process of having one salesman from beginning to the finance stage was outstanding. No games played with assistant sales manager or sales manager for approval. Seeing the numbers process in the computer, as the deal was in the pre finance stage, was great. My car was having some issues with a hesitation and I left it with Kevin so the service department could give it a computer update, I picked the car up and it seemed fine at first and then it starting getting worse. I called Kevin and he told me to return it and he was very accommodating with a loaner vehicle and the time to drop it off. They had to do some more work on the car to fix the problem. I dropped in on him unexpectedly during my lunch and picked up my car. They were so fast, I was in and out of there in no time. Excellent service as always.

The only thing that could be improved is that when a time is schedule for a delivery of same the car a loner car the arrival time should be close to the time scheduled not a hour late. Otherwise everything is great.

I drive into Duval Acura because my vehicle had warned me that possible transmission failure could be imminent. My husband usually handles all the auto repairs but because I was out & about this one was up to me. Kevin was great at making me feel at ease and made sure that not only was I kept up-to-date with what was going on back In the garage but also comfortable in the customer service waiting area. He went over and above by checking on our extended warranty for me and put me in a nice loaner vehicle until my car was repaired. This dealership gets an A++!

I had been shopping for a new vehicle and I had it narrowed down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee or an Acura RDX. I had researched both vehicles and been to several dealerships. I ended up at Duval Acura by mistake, I actually had an appointment at another dealership in town. Well I cannot even begin to tell you how different Duval Acura is. It is first class all the way around. The salesman Chris was extremely professional and courteous. The actual facility itself is immaculate. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with no " back and forth" nonsense. I commented several times during the car buying process that this is the way car buying should be. Part of me thought, this is too good to be true, but it wasn't! Even when I went to finance there was no pressure, no pressure to buy extended warranties, just information. They even had a salesman follow me all the way to Fleming Island so my husband could sign the paperwork. I will definitely be buying all of my future vehicles from Duval Acura, top notch all of the way!! Thank you Duval Acura, by the way, I love my car!!

I've had my car since 2005 and I had a few major and minor issues with my car and despite the costs of my service I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. When I was a travel nurse and had to get my car serviced in other states I could tell the difference in this dealership and with the others..nothing and no one compares to Duval Acura.

The car was not purchased at Duval Acura, however most of the service work has been done by them. They are always courteous and have consideration for my time requests.When I drive into the service area, a representative approaches my car promptly. They work with me on keeping my car serviced at resonable prices and verbally remind me of work that will need to be done in the future. I am usually satisfied with the "fair" amount of time spent waiting. Remember, this is a 2006 Acura and most of the work on my car has been done by Duval. Of course, it has been an excellent car, and has not spent a lot of time being repaired. If my next car is an Acura, I will purchase from Duval. For me, they have proven to be a fair, highly competent, and trustworthy dealership.

I have bought and serviced my vehicles at Duval Acura since 2005. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks back in 2008 and took my 05 TSX to a local tire chain for brakes and an oil change but spent more money correcting the problems! I recently purchased a 2010 TSX as my son inherited my 05. Matt Zimmerman was my sales rep and was wonderful. The experience was easy, fast and no haggle! As far as service goes, I TRUST THESE GUYS!!! Something that's very hard to find these days! Duval Acura is VERY competitive with service pricing and stands behind their work using genuine factory and/or quality after market parts. I have a very busy schedule and need my car. In the event my service will take an entire day, Duval Acura always has a loaner available and to me, that's worth it's weight in GOLD! Kudos to the entire service team especially, Jovie Quinto for ALWAYS treating me like family! Duval Acura has a loyal customer in me!

BUYER BEWARE - This dealership cannot be trusted. Both the sales manager and the salesperson lied directly to our faces!! We will never do business with any Duval dealership again, and we will encourage all we know not to as well. We are also filing complaints against the dealership with the consumer protection agencies, as their affirmative misrepresentations and non-disclosures were AGAINST THE LAW. Go to Acura of Orange Park, or to one of the other high line dealerships like brumos or Tom Bush, where they treat their customers fairly and honestly.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years so I have had to deal with a lot of tricks, scams, and dishonesty with dealerships. This honestly is the first time I have had a dealership be honest in all they do. They are upfront in how they deal with purchases and has one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. I leased my car a few years ago and Curtis Pillow was my salesman. He was so great in how he handled my purchase. He answered all of my questions and did not push me into something I did not want. Merrick Wade is who I deal with in the service department. He always takes care of my car needs and NEVER tries to have me do things that are not necessary. My son just purchased my leased vehicle and I am ready for the new TLX to arrive, and of course I will be back to see Duval Acura and Curtis for my purchase. Oh one last thing, I love how you can get a loaner vehicle while your car is being worked on. It is such a convenient thing to have from a dealer.

Took my TL in for service yesterday and was treated like I was their only customer. When my service ran longer than expected they gave me a loaner to run errands so my day wasn't inconvenienced. I thought Duval Ford (I had my Explorer serviced there) had a great staff but Duval Acura has them beat. My service rep Jovi (I hope I spelled it right) is the nicest guy. He knows me by name, tells me exactly what my TL needs to keep it running smoothly. Doesn't pressure me to have unnecessary things done like other places and is just an all around nice guy. My family has purchased two vehicles from Duval Acura and will continue purchase from the Duval family of dealers. Thanks guys

Jovie was fantastic! My initial call to the service dept. I got Eddie's voice mail...I '0'd out to the operator and was connected to Jovie. I explained to him that my vehicle would not start, I was trying to find someone to give me a jump so that I could get it there. Jovie told me they close at 5p, if it was after that I could leave it and put the keys in the drop box with his name, he would take care of it on Monday. I asked about a loaner, at that time they didn't have one...I was upset, but needed to get my car there and I would try to get a rental. I have to have a vehicle! While on the phone with AAA, call waiting beeps in, it was Jovie, he had just had someone pick up their vehicle, he now had a loaner for me!!! If I couldn't get there by 5p, it was now 4:45p, he would leave the keys and paperwork with the cashier ...Jovie made my day! He went above & beyond for me, thank you Jovie, thank you Duval Acura!

I never look forward to having my Acura service at the dealership, you always seem to spend more money than you anticipated. This is where the complaints stop, I received first class customer service from Mr. Kevin Agustin, service advisor. It started with me calling around trying to get the best deal available for my 2009 Acura TSX. They were running a Memorial special that allow me to get an oil change, tires rotated and balance, wheel alignment, multiple point vehicle inspection and of course the free vacuum with complimentary car wash. I also needed new brakes and insisted that I have another brake fluid exchange to fix what another second rate establishment fail to do when I had my car service there. Mr. Agustin was very patient in answering my questions and explaining what I needed to include various options that were available to me. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, in choosing DUVAL Acura I saved approximately $125. I highly recommend DUVAL Acura for all your vehicle needs, you won't be disappointed and make sure you enjoy the free beverages, snacks, free wifi, cable and check out an ipad to make the time go by. You won't find all these amenities anywhere else, so stop reading this review and schedule an appointment today.

All of the dealership staff is very friendly and courteous. The last couple times I've had my car serviced, I have dealt with Merrick and he is always pleasant and efficient. I think the what the dealership charges for an oil change and tire rotation is a little pricey, but by giving me a loner to use and washing my car it mitigates the price somewhat.

I brought my 07 Acura TL with 106K + miles to Duval Acura, as i have in the past for all my vehicle service, for a B1 service. In addition to the normal service, I was advised I should replace the front breaks and flush/replace the power steering/brake fluid. I went ahead and had the break service performed at Duval Acura but had the fluids flushed and replaced at a different service location because I could save $70. When I came to pick up my car, I had to advise service that there was a $40 discount that should have been applied to my bill based on the "Savings that Grow" cost savings special. The discount was subsequently applied to my bill satisfactorily, but my feeling is that the special should have been applied without me having to point it out.There is one item that is my fault for not mentioning when I brought the car in. There is a noise that the car makes after it is first started that has been described as a "minor" power steering seal leak. I have had this issue addressed satisfactorily on at least two somewhat recent service visits but the issue seems to recur after a period of time. Is that to be expected?

I've been a Duval Acura customer since 2001 and once again. Arick and Eddie deliver A+, top notch service from a loyal happy Acura customer. I always give great reviews but never took the moment to actually thank them. I think after getting this service done, my comments and review is long overdue. Let me start by saying other than getting tires and having my tires rotated/balanced. All of my service needs go to Duval Acura where I'm comfortable, well greeted and not treated as just some regular customer that visits once a quarter. I drive a 2005 Acura TL (6-Speed w/Navi) that needed some major maintenance done since I've reached the 200,000 mile milestone. I was working with Arick via email to set everything literally monthis in advance to get price quotes just to prepare myself once it's time to get this major service done. I was even offered some discounts on parts and labor. Dropped my car off as usual on a Monday (4/28/14). As always, they have me set up with a loaner car which was a brand new MDX. 3 days later, my car was ready to be picked up. Arick was sick at the time but informed me through email on Wednesday that the master tech advised that I should go ahead and replace my front brembo brake pads since they are close to being worn out. I told Arick I have OEM brake pad parts and said I would have to go home first and drop them off and just pick up my car that Friday. Arick advised instead of going home to pick up the parts, dropping it off. They would just go ahead and use the pads they have in stock and I can just bring my pads the following day (Thursday) when I pick up my car and hand them to one of the service advisers when I arrive so they restock it back to their inventory and honor the same discounted price on my Brembo brake pads. When I arrived that Thursday, Arick went home sick and before he left he sent me another email wishing he was there to deliver this masterpiece back to me. I told him rest up and get well and I would see him next oil change! When I arrived, I went directly to my original adviser Eddie Turner who now runs the show and even has his own little office at the back. I was greeted and he was going to check me out just like old times. I had probably 10 different things done to my car from changing out my clutch system all the way to the timing belt, and power steering pump. Eddie went through each service done to my car thoroughly and answered all my questions in detail. After I paid, I knew it was time for Eddie to leave for the evening but he went out with me to my car to make sure that my car was not scratched, dinged and that everyone was working properly. We had a good 10 to 15 minute chat at the parking lot just like old times and I thanked him and his hard working members at service for a job well done. I love coming to Duval Acura not just because I've been going there for years. But it's the employees and the people there that care when I'm concerned about my performance of my car. When it's time to replace the TL, if I don't end up buying another Acura, it will be a Honda and I will go straight to Duval Acura for service. That I will never hesitate or second guess because really, I don't know where I would be without Eddie and Arick who are not just my service advisers but they are really my friends. Keep up the good work and I'll see you next oil change. Maybe one day my car can be featured in the back somewhere on that Acura Style Magazine. I recently purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from Duval Acura. I have purchased more than my share of cars in the past several years, and it was a great experience. Since buying my vehicle used from Duval Acura I have had it serviced 3 separate times for electrical issues and some issues with the tires, nothing major. The service team has been incredible every time! The purchase process was wonderful too, working with Mr. Higgs was a pleasure. I really can't say enough about Arick in the service department though. He has helped me every time and is always very kind and helpful. I will absolutely be using this service center for my vehicle going forward and would recommend working with any Duval dealership based on my experiences with Duval Acura.

Bought a vehicle over a year ago from the dealership and enjoyed the no haggle and laid back experience. Decided to go back when we started looking to trade in our other vehicle and found the experience was still enjoyable and very easy! Prices on the vehicles were either comparable to similar vehicles in the area or below and trade in value was $2000 above what another dealership offered. I won't be going to another dealership the next time I need a vehicle and would highly recommend all of the Duval Dealers for their experience, service, and knowledge.

This was my first service for my MDX. Was greeted promptly with very friendly service staff. Their lounge is very comfortable and provided with coffee and snacks if so desired. Service took the time they said it would take to perform and I was on my way home. Between the TV and the music playing the sound was a little loud in the waiting area, but that is just me.

Without a doubt, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I hate going to buy a car). There was no pressure, I got Anthony Lewis's full undivided attention, and he bent over backwards to help me. They even located the exact car I wanted and drove over to get it, so I didn't have to drive the distance (across town). I have NEVER experienced service like this, and believe me, I've bought a lot of cars in my life. Even the financing part of this was terrific and went very smoothly.

We were searching for a new car for my wife in December. Once we stopped at Duval Acura on Atlantic Blvd, we didn't really look anywhere else. She immediately loved the TSX and we were very happy with the no haggle / no hassle approach. Our Sales contact, Dennis, was very attentive and gave us lots of his time during our visits and test drives. He gave us the no haggle price for what we wanted, then said think about it, I'm here to help if you need it. My wife went back for a couple of extra test drives to be sure, and was always greeted with a smile and a "no problem" attitude. Dennis took his time to answer our questions, show how to use different functionalities, and to explain the Acura difference. I thought we would need a couple of months to settle on a new car (not a small, inexpensive decision), but it took less than a week as we quickly settled on the TSX. The color and tech package we wanted was still on that day's delivery truck, wrapped up. They quickly unwrapped it, cleaned it up, and we walked out the door about a hour later, very happy. It's been three months and my wife loves the car more every day. I highly, highly reocmmend Dennis and the Duval Acura team. I'll be in the market for a new car this fall, I know where I'll start.

I had a beautiful 2010 aqua metallic blue Camaro the I purchased brand new. When we moved to Jacksonville and I started attending college it started taking a real beating on jax hwys. It was time to trade it in for something a little more economical and practical for us and all our animals. We were on a very tight and strict budget so I had to find something nice enough worth trading the Camaro for but affordable enough not to break the bank. This was a hard task especially after I had decided on the vehicle I wanted. I was actually looking at the max of cars next door to duval acura when I saw the exact car I wanted across the way. It was late and cold in December about a week before Christmas but Dennis treated us like we were the first customers of the day in the middle of Spring. We test drove the 2012 GMC terrain and I fell in love. The next day we brought in my Camaro and not only did they beat the max's price but they gave me an even better offer and we left with the terrain which was practically brand new. We could nit have asked for a better experience! My husband and I are a young couple and most dealerships didn't take us seriously or give us the time of day. Dennis made us feel like family! He sold us a quality car and a quality experience. We should get years and years out of our vehicle but if ever we look for a new one we will be sure to go back to Dennis at Duval!

I used the web to find 2 cars when I got there the air didnt work in one and they do not plan on fixing it but do not say this on the web.Other car was priced at 6397 I was willing to negotiate and would have pd 6000 bc it needed tires but they said no haggle price take it or leave it. they had this car for 45 days price was 7995 now 6300 but they refused to deal w me so I left.I will go back only if it benefits me.

Purchased a used Lexus GX 470. Overall the experience with the employees was good and the price of the vehicle was fair, but there was one thing we were very displeased with. I fully inspected the body of the car as I do not tolerate door dings and scratches; I'm meticulous about my vehicles. This vehicle had few tiny dings, all of which I noted during my thorough inspection. After the purchase, when the car was washed for the first time, it was clear the dealership had prepped a 5 inch gouge (not surface scratch) on the rear door so that it was undetectable on inspection! The efforts by the dealership to conceal this defect were in fact, outstanding, as well as grossly deceptive. I was left with a huge repair costing hundreds of dollars. This defect would have been a price bargaining point. Buyer beware. I'd recommend any potential buyer of a vehicle at this dealer request the car they are considering be run through their car wash so that any efforts to conceal defects would be revealed. For this reason I rated 'quality of work' Very Bad and while I wouldn't NOT recommend this dealer overall, I do so with the stated warning.

I was extremely pleased with my recent experience at Duval Acura because my salesperson, Tanya Tsoutsos, made the process positive, hassle-free, and very pleasant. She responded to all of my emails, which is how we began the process of researching my new car options. Together we test-drove and discussed the pros and cons of RDX vs MDX. She helped me see that a lease was possible for me and would put me in the car of my choice for less than I was paying for my current Acura. She was patient with me as I took a few days to consider the options, and she even offered to deliver the car to my home and sign the papers with me there. I am a Duval customer for life.

I highly recommend Duval Acura at the Jacksonville, FL location. They are straight-forward with customers and are military friendly. I drove over 100 miles to do business with Duval Acura. Come prepared and know what you want when you arrive and that will expedite your purchase/s. Not only did Duval Acura offer to buy my current vehicle, they matched the prices quoted from competitors, and secured financing far less than what my current provider offered. There are not many dealerships like this around, take advantage of that fact, and come to Duval Acura at the Jacksonville, FL location.

Overall the experience was friendly and customer oriented. The car was priced a bit high and it took several weeks before the price dropped into a reasonable market rate price for the vehicle. Matt Zimmerman was nice and tried to help out, but the pricing is non-negotiable so you have to wait for it to drop. There wasn't a lot of pressure. The vehicle was clean and everything was in place for the sale. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. The only part of the customer service that was kind of a let down, was that they only put in a 1/4 a tank of gas for me to drive off the lot with. It seemed like kind of a cheap short cut on their part. Otherwise they did a good job. I would recommend working with Matt, just expect to have to wait for the price to drop if it isn't where you want it in the first place.

To start with, the Duval Acura car buying experience isn't like any other at all... At least in Jacksonville, FL. I've dealt with other dealerships in trying to purchase a new or slightly used vehicle and none, NONE, were as easy to deal with as Duval Acura.. They actually made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. To start they explain their process that they aren't commission based sales people but volume based, all cars have their prices listed on them and that is the price... NO HAGGLING! And their cars are well priced, not exorbitant by any means and very competitive to other dealers in the area. When it comes to a trade in they run the car through AutoTrader.com's car evaluation tool and give you that price as well as drive the vehicle with you in it and give you a quote on what they would offer. Whichever is the higher price is what they will give you for your trade in. AND THAT'S IT! There is no back and forth, there is no arguing for hours on end or someone trying to hold your keys while they go and check with a mysterious sales manager in a cave'y office a few miles away... The price they gave me on my trade was VERY reasonable as was the price of the car I wanted to purchase. And that was it, I could take the deal or not; there wasn't going to be any negotiations.. No dealing with schemes of them writing down a monthly payment and down payment and going back and forth.. All of the things you hate about trying to buy a car, they've taken care of. I can't thank them enough! I worked specifically with Matt Zimmerman, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very relaxed, laid back, but informative and understanding. Again, you can't ask for a better experience... My next vehicle will be purchased from Duval Acura as will all of my recommendations for where to go in Jacksonville for a new or used vehicle.

This is my second Acura purchase in Jacksonville. My first in May of 2010 was originally with Acura in Orange park for a SH-AWD TL with the Tech pkg. They were unable to deliver the car and Duval Acura told me on the phone they would have the car in 3 days with more options and for $100 less. They did as promised and from that point on I never had any problems with them. I recently began looking for a lease and was checking ALL dealerships in Jax and St Augustine for a good price on a 3 year lease. Kevin Snyder of Duval Acura responded to my inquiries and after about a week he came back with an outstanding 3 year lease agreement. He said he had the color my wife wanted and would give us the free maint pkg and 15k miles a year for a really Great price. After discussing this with my wife we made an appointment to talk with Kevin. The meeting went very well and everything that Kevin had offered we received and the price turned out a few dollars less than was quoted. Our overall experience with Kevin Snyder and Duval Acura was Excellent.

Financing department was just so bad. Made mistake twice on paper works and seemed always blamed on somebody else. We waited payment-book for almost 3 weeks after purchased our new car. We have very good credit score, so didn't want to mess up because of THEY didn't do their job to send us payment-book. So we called twice. They never returned call. But they are saying they called but it was wrong number. Paper work has right number on it, so I don't know why it was wrong number??? Again, they blamed on us...... We spoke to General Manager, but he was not really helping ether. More like he wasn't interested in at all to us. We just bought a brand new car and spent $31,000. But they are not interested in us. We went there and raised my voice because a young man from financing department had attitude toward to us. The financing department is very unprofessional. We bought cars from BMW, VW, Honda & Nissan dealerships in past, and Duval Acura is the worst one. Too bad, because our sales guy Barrette was REALLY nice. We were very happy with him. But I will never go back to Duval Acura. I am hairdresser in very busy hair salon in Ponte Vedra beach. I was going to tell everyone that I was happy with my car shopping at Duval Acura, but now I have to tell them to never go there,...or least, never get finance by Duval Acura. Very bad experience..... If they returned our calls, we felt differently.

They exceeded my expectations.I walked in to meet Tanya Tsoutsos but we arrived early than discussed so Curtis Pillow assisted us.He greeted us very politely and we advised him we were working with Tanya. He then called Tanya to let her know we were there because she was out working with someone at the time. She gave him permission to assist us and from that point on we received nothing but professionalism. I bought my 2010 TSX w/Tech package for $2,000 less with less miles than other dealerships had theirs listed for. Curtis Pillow worked with us and Doug Sayre in finance on getting us $60 -$70 under the payment we initially were looking for and was extremely thorough about the car inside and out. This was better than delivering my Dream car. It's hard to believe but they exceeded my expectations from the minute I walked in all the way to the finance department finishing my paperwork and wishing me well. It didn't end there, they continued to follow up with me & repaired a tear that was in one of the seats. I dealt with Jovie in service who was extremely polite as well & VERY helpful. I would hands down recommend Duval Acura. So many more positive things to say about this Dealership & their staff i look forward to buying my next car from them. I recently purchased a 2010 Acura Tl from this dealer and delt with the sales man Jonathan Renfro. Mr. Renfro was very forth coming and easy to work with. There wasno pressure to buy and the sdale was made very easy for me. I had to come back the day after i found the car due to my finacial institution being closed on sunday evening. Avura held the car for me and made sure that everything was detailed and prepared when i arrove the next day to speed the process along. The total process took aboiut 4 hours and compared to previous dealerships that i have delt with this at leasdt half as much time. Even my financing guy that was named bob was not pushy about warrenties and stuff and made everything go as smooth as possible.

Please note that over the last 5 years my family has bought 10 cars from this location. I had gone into the store on September 5,2011. To get assistance with my warranty that remand on a car I just traded in. I was given wrong information then the gentlmen would not help me. Once i had gone back into the dealership. I was directed to another finance person that helped me to fill out the paperwork for my warranty and he said that I should have the refund in 10 Business days. Well no such luck, I have left now 4 messages for them finance dept to call me back and still no returned call.This is now way to treat customers. Espiacially when my family has bought so many cars from that location..I hope this gets to someone that can help me with this warranty issue as soon as possible.Shannon Cooper9/28/2011

They were able to trade for a car in Virginia and have it delivered to my doorstep in South Carolina! Overall experience was very positive. Mack was extremely helpful,knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire process was quick and on schedule until we went to finance. We came to your dealership because of the pre-approved USAA program. However the process stalled and took longer to get thru credit than the entire process negotiating the sale. Over 2 and one half hours to pick up our car....TOO LONG!The only other comment you should hear is that there was less than 1/4 tank of gas...I assume that was simply an oversight.None of these comments are intended to diminish or take the spotlight away from the superior job that Mack did..we will certainly use his service again.Thank you!Mike Alderman

Hector was outstanding to work with in purchasing my new vehicle. He took his time in learning what I wanted in a new car and he made sure I was comfortable with all of the inforamtion he provided. He made what I consider a horrible process "purchasing a new car" and turned it into somthing very positive. I would recommend anyone wanting to recieve great service when making such an important purchase to go see Hector. You will not be disappointed.

I had shopped a total of 7 dealerships and the service that Justin provided us was unmatched. I don't like the wheeler dealer part of buying a car. At another dealership earlier in the day, we first had to to meet and great a front man, tell him what we wanted, test drive, and then when we want to discuss price, he puts you with the "money man". Then the money man surveys you with "what will it take for you to buy this car"? My husband and I both look at him and said "price". Then he says "On a scale from 1 to 10, how bad do you want it"....Okay a "6" we say...we have our checkbook...The money man goes and talks to the decision maker and then comes back with a price that after you added the taxes, was the same price that he started with....We Leave....My husband had emailed Justin earlier in the day to see if he would take $25,000 for the Toyota Venza he had advertised on-line. Justin called him and left a voice message that he would be glad to help us. We decided to drive to Duval Acura to check the car out...even though Justin told us in advance that it did not have the heated seats or the back-up camera I wanted. When we arrived, Justin had the car out front, and immediately greated us with the keys. During the test drive, he provided information to us about the features it had. Justin did not play the "game". He was straightforward with what he had in the car and what he could sell it for. I almost decided to "sleep on it" and Justin did not pressure me. On my way out of his office, I looked at the again....it was pretty and priced right...I decided to purchase it without going down the street to Arlington Toyota. I knew Justin's offer was on target. Justin had it detailed that night and we picked it up the next day. I road with him to get gas for the car and not only was he a good car salesperson, he came across as honest, professional, and customer focused. I would say that he was an internal part of me purchasing the vehicle, but I think it may have been the rubber mat in the cargo area. (The previous owner had purchased it especially for the Venza). Just kidding...I love the car and I have absolutely no compliants of Justin's service. I really appreciated him and will recommend your dealership and Justin to my friends...both are quality!! I enjoyed the whole buying experience of my 1st Acura, the staff was very friendly, snacks were available and the facility was clean; I was in and out in less than two hours. I met the General Manager upon first walking onto the parking lot in which he gave me his card and said he would work with me on anything I wanted and thats what he did, I'm very pleased with my purchase and choice.

Having never owned an Acura before I was interested in having all my questions answered directly and honestly and they were. I found Lawrence and Robert friendly and patient as we discussed a lease for the 2011 MDX. Both were eager to make sure I was satisfied with the terms of the deal and that I would be interesed in returning for another vehicle when the lease was up.

From the time of my initial test drive all the way to cleaning out my trade-in, Justin was extremely friendly, helpful and most of all sincere. Before I bought my car from Duval Acura, I hated talking to car sales people. During most of my car search, the sleazy stigma that people attribute to used car sales people had rung true. Justin was different though. He seemed to be a normal guy who I genuinely shared many interests with. He wasn't just placating me the whole time so I would find him agreeable. He was straight forward about the bottom line price of the vehicle and he did a good job at getting me what I thought was a reasonable trade-in value for my old truck. He got me approved for a low APR even though I was a first time buyer and I can say that I left Duval Acura pleased with my purchase.

I was very impressed with the low sales pressure. The dealership provided me with information and did not try to force me to make any decisions. I gave them my cell phone number and email address and they did not hassle me. They waited for me to return and were opening the door each time I returned.

This dealership told us we were approved for a 2010 Nissan Maxima. We filled out all paperwork, signed and left with the car. After 2 weeks, they call us and tell us we need to bring the car back. The bank would not approve us for the amount of the car. 2 WEEKS NOW! NOT 2 DAYS! My husband and I already spent money on the new car. Mack was very rude and wanted to laugh at us when we were upset. He threatened to even come take the car. Who's fault is it? Not ours...that's your job to make sure the customer is approved before they leave the lot. What kind of business would let you leave with the car anyways when it is not for certain? We spoke with Daniel also. He was no help.It seems as they are your best friends when you come to buy the car, and if something falls through they all turn their cheek, mad ...because of their screw up and because they "lost money," ohhh you poor things! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! TRUST ME! THEY ARE SOME LIARS. THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE! LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!

I knew the automobile I wanted--MDX advance entertainment--but wanted the best price possible. Compared with three other dealerships, and Duval Acura was the best. Handled the process exceptionally well, returned all calls promptly, and made the arrangements perfectly, even at a distance. Was ultimately flexible with my needs for delivery, and helped with the auto we were trading. Jed Dorne, who handled things in Gainesville, was wonderful--this is the fifth ACura we have purchased through him.

Going to Duval Acura was the best decision I made. I visited Duval Acura on 01/01/11 and received the best New Years gift. A NEW CAR!!!! I could not have asked for beter customer service. Hector was EXCELLENT!! As well as Mack. I have never been in and out of a dealership in less than 3hours. Hector listen to my situation and within minutes he was working the numbers and the paperwork started. They transfered everything from my vehicle to the new one and I was on my way feeling on top of the world in my new Acura. I had been to a previous dearlership the day before who kept telling me there was nothing they could do for me. I guess it was God's way of letting me know there was something better coming my way. Yes, it was Hector at Duval Acura. I would tell anyone if you're in the market for a car and it's at Duval Acura I recommend you go. You will never regret your experience with them.

During my initial visit, My wife and I was greeted warmly and was escorted inside out of the cold, we were offered a warm drink (coffee or hot coco) Mr. Curtis then inquired about our reason for the visit. We explained our needs and our financial capeables. He explained what they had and took us to the show room cars, we look at 3 differnt vehicle, test drove the one we liked. all in all we were very happy and was treated very well by the staff. We also had a great experence with the service staff. Arick was very helpful and informative.

I bought my car literally over the phone. I had been looking for this particular model for many months and happened to find it at Duval Acura. Since I lived 1 1/2 hours away in GA, David started the ball rolling over the phone for me. He got me the info on the car, calculated the approximate trade in value of my existing vehicle, started the financing process, and put the car on "Hold" for me pending final approval. He didn't want me to make that long drive if things didn't work out. They did work out and I drove down later that day to sign the papers and drive my new car home.Everything from the price of the vehicle I purchased to the sales and financing process was handled smoothly and efficiently by all. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I was well taken care of when I arrived at the dealership. I must say it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had!Thank You!

The Staff were professional from the minute we walked in. There were no games. Hector and Mack were straightforward and worked with us to make sure we got the best possible deal. I used a car buying service through my credit union to purchase a new 2010 TSX Aug. 2009. (purchase price $28,600 w/o tax, tag, title-$200 over invoice) The salesman was one I had experiences with at another dealership so I suppose that helped. But I highly recommend using a car buying service, if you're able. Service has been outstanding thus far. I've needed a couple of TSB's performed which were completed with zero complaint or fuss from the dealership. One had to be done twice. Acura had come out with a different "fix" after the first TSB. I have to assume there were many like myself where the first one didn't work as intended. Again, zero balking by the dealership to perform the "fix". I'm ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect, promptly greeted, and given a free loaner when needed. Any special discount, if one is available, is given without asking. i.e. Just had a B-1 service performed and was unaware there was a special for 15% off any service. Nice surprise when I noticed it on the bill. Can't say enough good things about Duval Acura. They have been nothing short of wonderful to me!

He was extremely knowledgable and answeredall my financing, insurance and warranty questions. As a CPA, I greatly appreciated his business knowledge and professionalism. This car was for my 18 year old son who participated in the process. It was a fairly good experience. Most of the waiting was not any particular persons fault but the whole ordeal required a lot of our time to wait for results. A lot of miscommunications that did inconvenience us but we are happy with the car. We would suggest that the service department know their deadlines and get cars ready for the new owners in a timely manner.

My Acura TL has been serviced several times recently by Duval Acura. I had an incident occur following my second visit that resulted in damage to the vehicle. Duval Acura really stepped up to the plate and is performing all repairs at no additional cost to me. This was extremely refreshing and is the first time that I have experienced this level of customer satisfaction with anyone that has worked on my car. Joe, in the service department, was an incredible help and is an asset to the service department. I recommed that you speak with him if you contact the dealership to schedule any type of service. I've also had the opportunity to work with Kevin Snider who manages the dealership, and his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. Both he and Joe treated my fairly and with respect, and it was obvious through each step that they were truly there to help me through a difficult situation. I didn't have the same experience with Todd Thigpen who runs the Service Department as he really seems to be having a perpetually bad day. My situation was unique however, and when it was all said and done, the positive experiences that I've had with Duval Acura have far outweighed the bad. In the future, I will definitely take my car to Duval Acura for service and repairs.

I actually live in Orlando Florida but I drove up to Jacksonville to purchase an acura tsx. In comparision to the dealers in Orlando, Duval Acura is one of the finest dealerships that I have been to. Their service is impeccable and they are super friendly. Iso is an amazing sales manager and really worked with us for the best deal possible. The drive to Duval Acura was definitely worth it and I would highly recommend this dealership anyday.

The fact that I only had to deal with one person to sale the car and work up the deal made the experience extremely pleasant and easy. I am a working professional and do not like spending hours at a dealership after work or on the weekends getting the run around. Jesse was very easy to work with and met the terms of the lease that I needed for my budget. The deal was personalized and they followed up with me even after the sale. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Duval Acura, Iso (my salesman), and JC (Finance Manager). Before going into the dealership I looked at the Certified Pre-owned vehicles online and called into the dealership. During my conversation with Iso I found they had some additional inventory available based on my criteria, the cost and what I wanted for my trade. After all of the terms were set over the phone I drove down to the dealership, looked over the car and test drove. Once I given the thumbs up to the car Iso said the terms are as we discussed over the phone- which was very reasonable based on KBB.com. I highly recommend this sales team to anyone looking to purchase a new car they are fair and honest something very hard to find at some dealerships in town.

I purchased 2 vehicles from Jesse Herrera. He is a great guy. He is very easy to work with and speak to. He does a great job in determining your needs versus just trying to sell you a car. He worked out great deals on two vehicles that we purchased. We would buy vehicles from him, again, and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested in a NEW or USED car. Kevin, the manager, is also a very likeable person.The dealership is clean and everyone is friendly. There is a great selection to choose from and if there is a car that they don't have, they can get it for you.

Overall bad experience with dealership. General Manager Kevin Snyder was highly decietful, and refused to show his face on several occasions when asked for. Sales associate David Duvall Greer sold the car before it was even serviced, and the service team failed to properly service and fix problems before it was picked up. David Greer also failed to provide adequate documentation of the warranty we were to receive, thus, disabling us from being able to take action under the Florida laws, about returning vehicles. David Greer was also outrageously rude several times, and tried the intimidation method, when we confronted him, politely, about the vehicle. The entire deal was very shady, as even the official paperwork is not accurate on the description of the car. I would highly recommend to avoid this dealership, as they are unprofessional, unorganized, and solely in it for themselves, and your money.

This place is rediculous. I was duped into buying from them. NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!I did a lot of business over the pone and that was great. I told him the bottom line and he was able to get that for me. However, like most dealerships the finance guy tried to upsell everything. I was told by the saleman that the vehicle was certified, and it turned out it wasn't. So, I agrued for 3 hours with the finance guy about buying upgrades for service, warranty, etc. He would not take no for an answer until I threatened to leave. My poor 1 y/o was a mess before we even got out of there. WE weren't able to finish until an hour after the dealership closed and we got there at 3 in the afternoon. I had previously bought from Acura of P, and will return my business next time. If I could return my vehicle and do that now I would. My vehicle was a 2005 and luckily they have 30 warranty that covers service. After having my new vehicle for 2 days I had to return it. The service dept. determined that it needed an allignment, balance, brake pads on all fours, roters (sp?) in the rear and a NEW DRIVE SHAFT! I purchased my car 3 weeks ago, and have driven it a total of 5 days. Save yourself some anger, time, money, and arguements...go elsewhere.

I contacted both Duval and OP Acura. I ended up buying from OP since I had already been to their dealership. The Duval guy emails me the next day and is promising me things and I could get the tech pack on my RDX for less than I am paying now (neg equity and no money down). I couldnt get out of my OP lease b/c there is not 3 day grace period. Well, the Duval guy was telling me things to do to get out of the contract. I called my uncle, a bail bonds man, and he said those things I was told to do could get me arrested or thrown in jail! I cant believe theyd do that and say that to a consumer for a sale.

Duval Acura located in Jacksonville, FL, is owned and managed by lying, cheating thieves. My interaction has been with the sales team, finance department, and management staff told me, in no uncertain terms, this dealership is out for your money only. <br><br>This staff is rude, arrogant and inept. It took this finance staff 3 months to complete my financing and at least that long to obtain vehicle registration. Not only has this staff been dismissive in person, but also that have failed to respond to certified letters or return repeated phone calls. <br><br>A formal complaint has been registered with BBB of NE FL. To date (six months at time of this memo) there has been NO resolution by Duval Acura or their owner the Scott-McRay Group of Jacksonville FL.
