Terrible service . Fourteen hundred dollars later the service department manager said I had to call the store or go online to get the managers number. Such horrible expirence took 2 months to find out what the issue was. The customer service sucks ! I have bought several brand new trucks from this place the service manager should get training classes on customer services ! The sales department is great!

Came back to pick it up 48 hrs later and again no one had my papers??? Jason was not the issue here at all ! He is amazing ! It was four guys in service trying to figure it out . I brought my car in due to a recall notice. When I got it back there was a list of items they addressed that had nothing to do with the recall. I was not aware of any of these issues. Mark spent time with us when we just stop to browse the corvette inventory. I told Mark I probably would not buy till next year. Mark regardless took over an hour showing and explaining the features of the Z51 2LT Shark Grey Metallic corvette that was on the show room floor.A week later I saw on the internet that particular corvette was reduced in price I reviewed with my wife what we could comfortably aford to pay. I told her this is what we could live with price wise with my trade plus down payment Money and all the rebates GM was offering. I knew going in that the price could not possible met The strange thing is between Mark and the Other Dyer personal it actually was achieved. I'm still as I write this review am in disbelief that it did and my wife and I our proud owners of this beautiful impressive corvette. This deal never would of happen with out the up and beyond ever ford Mark the sales manager and the finances manager Jermaine effort.

We have a 2002 Corvette. We recently moved to Ft. Pierce and it was time to have an oil change so, without checking on the internet (big mistake) we took it to Dyer, Ft. Pierce. We we never quoted rates for any of the services but, since my husband has meticulously maintained his car, we assumed the oil change would be about the same as most Chevy dealers - $ 65.00 to maybe $10 dollars more because we're new to the area.I was shocked to be charged $135.74! More than double other dealers in surrounding areas. (I checked around too late). My husband also asked them to check out a window that didn't work and give him an estimate to repair it. It was astonishingly high so he said don't do it at this time. They did not.Again, I was shocked to receive a bill Just to "look" at it for $121.00. I called Mike Rivera, as the paperwork said: "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied" please call him. I asked him why the oil change was more than double. He said he only used the best personal there to change oil. What are his other people? Chopped liver? Inferior?When I asked what the $121.00 charge was for just to look at the window, he told me THAT CHARGE WAS FOR ONE HOUR OF LABOR!!! Outside of doctors & Lawyers, I know of very few people get that kind of money. No other dealerships that I've called charge ANYTHING TO LOOK at a problem.I asked him to reduce the bill, as we had never been informed of those outrageous charges, he said if he asked Kelly he would say he told us so we would be at a stand still He "offered" to give me a discount if we repaired the window there and on the next oil change.I asked him that with this attitude toward a new customer, why should I come back.? He should show some good faith and reduce the bill. He outright refused.I have never seen this blatant disregard for a customer in any car dealership. I have a business. If I had inadvertently ripped them off as badly as they did us on purpose, and they were willing to let me make amends, I would be grateful, not greedy. Go to Wallace, Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart, Gilbert or some place anywhere but here!!!

I'm not saying any car buying experience is easy, but working with these guys definitely made it WAY more pleasant. I came in prepared with what I thought was a great rate from my bank, and they found an even lower rate to save me more money! I have a 2016 Cruze and made a April 16, 2016 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at Dyer Chevrolet in Fort Pierce, Florida, because I was heading north on a 1,200 mile drive and my mileage was at 15,000. (I opted for the dealer's internet special for an oil/filter change and tire rotation rather than using one of the services included in my purchase of the vehicle.)When I arrived at the dealer, I told the Service Advisor that I had set the tire pressure to specification and had been doing errands so the tires were heated and to not change the pressure in the tires; the advisor assured me the pressure would not be changed. When the service was purportedly complete the service advisor told me everything had been done and the tire pressures had not been changed. I then left the dealership and headed north.As I was driving, the car did not seem to handle the same as it had prior to the purported service so I went through the menu and saw my tire pressures were low but figured the pressure would increase the more I drove. The tire pressures did not increase (apparently because the tires were already heated) and remained relatively constant until nightfall. As I drove further north the ambient temperature became lower and my tire pressures dropped. When I reached North Carolina the temperature was 47 degrees and my tire pressures were four psi under specification. I then had to find an open service station at 2 am with an air pump and sufficient light--I had to struggle putting air in the tires in the dark.When daylight appeared I stopped in a rest area and checked the tires and found they had not been rotated--one tire had previously been marked and it was on the same wheel it was on prior to the purported service and the "inside" of the front rims had brake dust and the rear rims did not have any. (Front disk brakes generate dust onto the front rims and tires and rear drums brakes do not; if the tires had been rotated the rear rims and tires would have had brake dust on them from having been on the front.) The dealer did not follow the tire-rotation specification.The car has been checked further and it has been found that the oil was substantially overfilled--the oil level on the dipstick was above the "bulbus" at the end of the dipstick and there were no noticeable telltale signs that the oil filter had been changed which raises suspicions based on everything not done or not done correctly. The dealer did not follow the oil-capacity specifications and the overfilling of the engine may have caused damage to the engine. (See page 226 of the owner's manual.)

We brought our Silverado in for oil change service & noticed a Corvette on the showroom floor, which caught both my wife & my attention. We looked the car over with John G and then took it out for a test ride. Liked the car it since it was in great condition ( they did put it inside on the showroom floor after all ), it handled well and had low mileage. We negotiated quite a bit back and forth since we were not really looking to buy another vehicle at that moment, and came to what we agreed was a fair price for the car. John said he would get the paperwork ( by Jermaine ) in order the next day since there were already several other customers ahead of us buying vehicles, and the next day he called to tell us everything was done. We went to pick-up our truck from Service and also took the Corvette home ! We are very happy with the car, and the warranty paperwork ( by Julian ) was also done quickly giving us a great package to protect the car in the future thru Chevy.Overall, very professional service and would recommend Dyer & John G. to anyone looking for a vehicle, to go to Fort Pierce Dyer for a great deal. Absolutely phenomenal dealership to deal with; courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and, best of all, transparent throughout the entire process. We tried visiting multiple dealerships in the South Florida area alone (as far south as homestead) and heard every single sales pitch in the book. Dyer didn't have any sales pitches lined up, they simply knew their product well and were straightforward when negotiating price. Over many, many years of buying cars this was overall the best experience we've ever had and it was well worth the 150 mile trip from the Miami area. Chevrolet corporate should take notice of their performance and refer other dealers for training, as every other dealership we visited was a poor excuse for a dealership by comparison. We spent more time at all the other dealers combined being "told" why the payments would be so much higher than our target and why the car was worth it (and so on and so forth) than we did driving here, signing paperwork and driving home.

We unexpectedly had to go in search of a good used vehicle on Saturday morning. When you have not planned for this it can be quite stressful, we drove to Dyer after stopping at one other dealership, met Christian Devercelly who walked with us around the used car lot, nothing really clicked but he invited us to come inside and while sitting with him he researched more and found a Chevrolet Tahoe that was just being traded at that very moment, he went to get additional info on it and sure enough it was exactly what we needed, the price was absolutely perfect for us , even better than we were expecting.From that point on he worked extremely hard to get everything done for us that afternoon so the car could be checked in, then have it serviced and cleaned and also had to do additional work for the financing part because of the fact that it was used and had having limited options for the financing, in the end he took such good care of us we will be forever grateful for all the attention he gave us. It was really busy there on Saturday and he missed out on meeting with customers that were probably spending much more than us, but he never acted like he was put out at all. That is what truly makes a special person to deal with, in addition we would like to thank the finance department who definitely had to spend much additional time on a weekend to get the job done.Tina Klein, general manager at the dealership is one of a kind as well, she checked on us several times to be sure we were being taken care of, that made us feel very special, because of the fact they were busy and I'm sure many of the sales were much higher in price than we were spending, but that in no way was an issue for anyone at Dyer Chevrolet, they treat everyone the same.I would recommend that when out vehicle shopping on the Treasure Coast that at least stop by Dyer and give them a chance, for sure they will make shopping a pleasant experience!!!

took it in for diagnostics. was told that the gas cap was faulty. they replaced the gas cap. total bill was 125.00. gat about 3 miles from the dealer and the light came back on. took it back and was told they would now have to run a smoke test. price approx. another 125.00 plus the cost of the repair. needless to say I drove off and will not be going back. buy the way, another line item on their diagnostics was a charge for cleaning supplies for the technicians hands. price 15.00. yes you read right. you cant make this stuff up. i would give them no stars but that it not an option on this site.

While traveling from North Georgia to South Florida to go on a cruise, our 2014 Impala had engine problems. We stopped in Ft Pierce Florida at Dyer Chevrolet. Bill Hernandez had the car checked out right away. When it become obvious it could not be fixed in time for us to make our cruise, he gave us a loaner car. When we got back in town 10 days later, the car was fixed, washed and ready for us to go home. This was great customer service. Everyone at the dealership treated us quite well. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. They changed a bad situation into a very pleasant experience.

My wife & I decided to do some tire kicking this past Sunday since we were considering buying a new larger SUV, but were not sure which brand was best for us. We hit several dealerships along US 1 and saw several we liked but when we got to Dyer, we were greeted by John Giarratana. Right away it was clear this would be a " no pressure" look. John took plenty of time showing us a few SUV's and explained all the features of the Tahoe, which was what we were interested in by then. After a while, we went inside and it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. He checked inventory, and explained he had a nice clean 2014 Silverado LTZ, which said might be better since it gave us both what we wanted ( me a truck & my wife the SUV). We went outside again and he showed us a very clean truck, which had everything we were looking for, but at a much lower, manageable price. After he showed us & explained this vehicle, we said we would come back Monday to further discuss price & trade-in, and John did indeed work hard to get us a great price. We met his Manager, Joe Noach, who made the end negotiation very painless, and we came close to our price for our trade-in. John & Joe handled all the paperwork and vehicle prep, and today (Thursday) we took our "new" vehicle home and are already enjoying all of its features. We are both very happy since John saw a way to get us both what we wanted, and we are very grateful to him for taking so much time to explain & show us all the features and benefits. We also had an opportunity to meet some of the parts guys, and they too are very easy and pleasant to deal with.Stop in and do yourself the favor of getting a great deal, and having a pleasant experience at the same time. By the way, we are both originally from the New York area, and are used to "car sales people" and have seen some very bad apples, but not at Dyer. The managers and owners should be very proud of their employees, since they are the face of the dealership and are doing a great job!

We had to trade our 2014 F350 to lower the payments. Christian helped us get into a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for $33,000 after rebates. This made the payments much lower and we are amazed with the truck. Every person we have dealt with went above and beyond. Service department has excellent service skills and very professional. stay as far away from them the will try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. and do NOT go there for a repair. if the guys stop smoking and work on your car it's only takes them 10 ours to change a hose. this on a pick up that did not have 10,000 miles on it yet. and then it will only last a month and you be with out A/C again. then it takes 4 days to get your truck back. and then it will be low on 134-A refrigerant. so you will have to go back again. and now 2 months later. the A/C blows warmer than the outside air. all this in a CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE. that was purchased at the end of April with 4,000 miles and now beginning of October with 25,000 miles. i would not even give them one star but i had to other wise i could not enter this post.

Purchased a brand new car from Ruth at Dyer Chevrolet in Fort Pierce. My credit union kept stalling with the financial part, even though I was approved. I gave in and let Ruth run my credit and she promised she would take care of me. Did she ever! The next day the car was available and ready; Ruth from sales and Julian from the finance department had taken care of everything, all I needed was to sign the papers and I was in a brand new car. I my 50 years of driving I have purchased many cars. Last week, my leased Toyota Avalon was rear ended and total. If that was not enough stress the insurance co wanted me to surrender the rented car they provided within 3 days. Now the fun begins. I went to several dealers and all they wanted to do was put you any car and make the sale. Finally, I decided this was enough! I called Dyer Chevy and made an appointment with Mark Heyman. Best decision I ever made. I met with Mark on Sunday, and he listened to me and my needs and wants. After talking for some time, we went around the lot looking for that perfect car. I was looking at a dark blue Impala in the showroom, but was unsure. Mark realized that was the car for me and understood my hesitation. Without missing a beat, he suggested I take a test ride in this 2014 Impala and it was all over. The car was loaded with all kinds of options and the price was right. We went for a ride and Mark explained and demonstrated all of the options the car had. He is the most knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and sincere salesman I ever dealt with. The salesman, George pappalardo, greeted us as my husband I were looking at the chevrolets on the lot...he was very knowledgeable about every car we looked at..I road tested a few cars and decided the Malibu was the one I liked best...I explained I still wanted to look at other cars to make my decision..they were very helpful in finding the right price and deal on the Malibu..even told me to take the car home to think about it..I meet Tina, Joe, and Dwayne, all were very helpful..my mind was made up not to buy the first car I saw. It was a very hard to choose between the Mazda and Malibu..if it came to buying the car from Dyer Chevrolet or Mazda strictly based on personnel and knowledge of product.I would definitely say the staff from Dyer were spot on..

My experience at Dyer was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman, John Giarratana, is extremely knowledgeable about Corvettes. I had to order the car sight unseen, since no one had any in inventory,and the 2015s were not built yet, but John helped me decide every feature on the car, right down to the brake calipers and floor mats. The car arrived before I had been promised. The pick up process was quick and easy, and John went over every feature in and out very thoroughly. Everyone at Dyer was friendly and professional, and the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived. I even had to order the car without knowing the exact price since the 2015 car had not been released. Luckily, the price was very close to the 2014, and John G. kept me informed throughout the process.I love this car!!!

I purchased an absolutely perfect one owner 7,000 mile C6 Z06 Corvette from Dyer Chevrolet in Fort Pierce earlier this week. In summary, the best experience I have ever had and I should note that I take delivery of a company car twice a year and buy a new car for my wife every two years. I have seen the rest and I have to say, this week I experienced the best. I just cant say enough about how satisfied I am with the entire experience. My expectations were exceeded, everything from the advance preparation to the seamless process for purchase and delivery when I arrived at the dealership. The car was prepped, clean and greatly exceeded my expectations. While I am not from Fort Pierce, the people that live there should be happy to have the Dyer family in town. A great sales team and the new facility is going to be beautiful.

I met Mark Heyman on this visit with an invitation by GM to buy ahead on my 2013 lease. He was able to provide me with the 2015 I specified down to the color. He did all within his ability to make my experience a good one. He worked with Dwayne Clark on pricing and Julian Dunlevy, who I knew from Schultz, on finance. I had worked with Ernie Abbott before. He is probably the most fair, honest GM that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I purchase upwards of 4 to 5 brand new vehicles per year for myself and family. Dyer Chevrolet gives you that "family" hometown dealership feeling. from the beginning to the end we were treated as if we were family members , not like some other dealerships that they come at you like hungry wolfs , all they see is money right away , as we came through the door we were given time to look around , when we were ready we spoke with two of the coolest most down to earth people , a gentlemen by the name of Ernie Abbott & a sweetheart of a lady by the name of Ruth woods , when I came into this dealership I was about 90% sure I was walking out with out a car , I was a bit unhappy and not feeling to good about the idea , but after dealing with these two kind people , ( not to mention everyone eles was very nice) they just turn my whole day around , they made so worth wild leaving there with a new car!. thanks again for the great service and a nice day. you guys are the best!!.

In the past have taken my car in for oil change without appt! Can't do that now made an appointment said would take 1 hr took 1 hr 45 mins. Prior oil change 4month ago cost 125.00 this time 150.00 asked why was told that's what it is? They run out to people's cars and take a sample of all fluids and tell people they need to be changed. Color only test on trans fluid if it's darker than new it's no good.I did business with shultzfor many years what a horrible change!!

I recently took my HHR to Dyer to have the recall problem taken care of . I spoke with John Giarratana, and found him to be such an informed, pleasant individual, that we continued our conversation for several hours, discussing what I desired in a new car. I also told him that I had recently approached a Cadillac dealer attempting to buy a Cadillac with the accessories I was looking for and that the dealer kept me coming back several times, and never did find the car he promised was available. John showed me the Chevrolet Impala with exactly the new features I was looking for. He knew EVERYTHING about the car and discussed each feature and showed me how to operate them. We arranged a deal, trading my HHR for the Impala with additional payment that was mutually agreeable. Julian Dunleavy was expert in expediting the final arrangements and very personable and pleasant to speak with.

I tend to ramble on when it comes to passing on my opinion for a transaction I am pleased with. First off, I have a mobility handicap where I need hand-controls to operate an automobile. This comes as a disadvantage when shopping for a new vehicle because I am unable to test the car myself. The most important issues for me when it comes to a car is; ease of operation, safety, warrenty and capabilities to call for help when needed. Darrell Dunn was the salesman I was drawn to from the very beginning. We talked for a good while, even though I pretty much knew what I wanted, during our converstion Darryl appeared to be getting a handle on my price range, what I could likely get for my used 2011 Impala as a trade-in, what I needed and wanted in a Chevy Impala 2014 (my first new car) and even down to what he suspected would be the right color of car for me! He took me for a test drive. Explained and demostrated all the safety features along with the On-Star in the event I needed directions or immediate help. As it turned out the car best suited for me was right behind me.....it was a showcase red, 2014 Chevy Impala 1LT! Thing is, I could not test drive it and had to place my trust in Darryl and Ernie. I mentioned to them, during my research of a new car, that GM offered a rebate for mobility equipment of up to $1000 PLUS two yrs of On-Star at no cost to special needs buyers of a new vehicle. It appeared I was the first buyer with a disability they had done a transaction with and they bent over backwards to try and understand and help me through the process. After the final paperwork, I was allowed to keep my old car until Buddy's Holiday Mobility, just south on US1 from Dyer, could get my hand-controls installed. Even though Dyer allowed someone to drive the new car to Buddy's they requested I drive their driver back to the dealership and when the car was completed Dale at Buddys was kind enough to drive the car back to Dyer for their inspection and my pickup. This is the only problem I found with Dyer, that they did not suggest taking and picking up the new car themselves even though they did deliver it to Buddy's at my request. Working in conjuction with one another, Dyer and Buddy's had my new car ready for me within a few days. I am very happy at this time for all Dyer Chevrolet has done for me and feel valued as a customer. I never fail to tell others what a great Chevrolet Dealership they are. Also, GM Chevrolet, as a company, are extremily accommodating to customers with a mobility disability. I am without a doubt blessed by having Dyer Chevrolet, Buddy's Holiday Mobility and GM Chevrolet for being a big part of my independence. A thank you to all!

I started off asking about the spark, but when I got into safety features, Joe quickly pointed me in the direction of the Sonic. Originally didn't plan on buying until late July, and Joe found me such a great deal, I wound up driving off in my brand new Sonic on July 4th. I explained my needs and finances, a d he found me a perfect deal that worked wonders for me. Frank finished up getting me signed and accustomed to my new car, answered all my questions, and even took a picture for me :) they're great people and I tell everyone now I know looking for a car to go to Dyer and ask for Frank or Joe :)

I had a 9:00am appointment to have the recalled ignition switch replaced, I arrived 10 minutes early and went into the service area. Everything seemed to go smoothly as they checked in the car, I was told over the phone when I made the appointment to allow 2 to 4 hours to complete the job but when I got there the service people said expect it to be around 3 hours. At 2:30pm 5 1/2 hours later I called to see how much longer it would be because my wife had to go to work. The girl in the main building transfered me to the service reps but no one picked up the phone so I called her back and she said she would walk over and find out and call me back. After waiting over an hour I called back and talked to a guy who said he would also walk over and fin out for me, he also transfered me to the service manager. The service managers recording said he was busy and would call me back, this also never happened. About 4:00pm I got a call that my HHR was finally ready, my wife was already late for work but was ran down to pick it up. My wife just dropped me off and left for work, I went into the service office and got a very casual "sorry about that". When I got in the car the drivers door panel was full of black grease, the seat had grease on it and the new ignition switch was over flowing with white grease. I pointed the mess out to the service person and he offered to get a rag. I refused because it's going to take more then a rag to clean up this mess.One other small note, the was another couple in the service office compaining that their car was suppose to be fixed in 3 hours but they kept it overnight. They also said they never recieved any calls either to let them know the car wouldn't be done that day.

We walked on the lot knowing what we wanted and we were comfortable paying. Never felt any pressure and we weren't pressured to add on a bunch of un-needed after market add-ons. This dealership has a lot of vehicles and they want to sell them.Ruth was a pleasure to deal with, no game playing. She stayed late to make the sale happen and was very profession. I will happily send friends and family her way.

i recently bought a vehicle thinking it was good. they said no accidents but when i took a closer look, after i bought it the fans ddnt come on, and there is a shield under neaath that had junkyard part numbers. so it had been in an accident just wasnt reported. they said they would look at it but still charge me. ive only had the vehicle for one week. I would not recommend this dealership unless u like spending money to work on vehicles u just purchased.

I brought my truck in for a known problem (knock Senor 2) and service air bag light. I was told by Kelly that the most that I would pay would be is $220.00 for the repair and if it cost more then he would call me. At 10.20 am I called to check on the status and was told by Kelly that my paperwork was misplaced and they would get it in to look at the truck. Kelly eventually called me back in the afternoon and notified me of the things that needed to be fixed on the truck all which I already knew and for a price that I could not afford. When I went to pick up the truck, I expected a fee, but was not prepared for a bill of $210.00 for diagnostics. The ownership of the dealership changed, but the ability of the old regime to ripoff the customer has not. I overheard Kelly call a customer and tell him that such and such would have to be fixed and after hanging up, he spoke to the auto tech waiting for authorization to fix the problem say I got you an extra hour. I spoke with Kelly before I left and voiced my displeasure of being lied too. Of course he denied it, but I did not expect anything less from Bill Schultz/Dyer. I will never recommend this dealership or service center to anyone that I come in contact with.

My husband and I wanted to buy a new Chevrolet Cruze for our daughter's first car. We spent months searching for the best price. The Dyer Fort Pierce dealership was advertising grand opening specials on their cars so we decided to drive from Vero Beach on a Sunday to look at them. We took our time looking around and decided on the car we wanted. Several of the sales people were busy with other customers and we were approached by John Giarratana, who was more than happy to help us. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions and concerns. His friendliness, courtesy, and overall willingness to please us was the ultimate reason we decided to make the purchase and the reason this dealership deserves a perfect rating. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We enjoyed a little time to look around by ourselves when we first arrived. We already had in mind what model vehicle we wanted and had time to look over the Equinox selection before the salesman came to help us which we appreciated. When Daniel did come to talk to us he was very helpful and had us promptly in a test drive of the vehicle of our choice. We really liked the vehicle, it was exactly what we wanted. The finance people were very nice and did everything they could do to help us make a deal. We were very happy to drive away in our new Equinox and when it comes time for me to get my new truck Dyer Chevrolet will be our first stop.

Recently my son and I bought a late model 4x4 from Dyer, with Dan Shea. Wasn't really going to that day, but my son definitely needed a better truck. Dan could not have been more professional and knowledgeable and courteous. From the start on the phone with Ernie everything I wanted to know was answered on the phone about a lease in five minutes. We were impressed and drove right to Dyer in fort pierce and was immediately met by Ruth Woods what a nice person and did everything to bring us to meet Ernie and explained all she could as we went to help us. I could spend all day writing about her what a great and knowledgeable person she bent over backwards. Ernie talked to us and made us such a great deal we actually bought a fantastic car for same price as I was going to buy from another dealer that took 7 days and still we did not get an answer about a lease at Wallace. Ernie did it in 10 minutes and between Him and Ruth they worked with paper work and set us up with the most fantastic deal we ever got and buying there was fantastic. We met the owners and they were the same just great and we also looked at all the new designs of building they will make as they just bought the dealership etc.The business manager came out to meet us and the man that did the final paper work did not try to add on anything. It was so perfect and they are all professionals and regular down to earth people. Please excuse me I can't remember all the persons names . It was a no scam, no add on baloney to get your for extra's believe me.

I spoke with Frank on the phone regarding a used truck on TruckTrader. Frank described the truck and I told him we would be down to see it. When we arrived, Frank was busy and introduced us to Darrell, who took great care of us. He was patient, easy to talk to and applied no pressure. Hard to imagine for a car salesman, but he was great. We told him the deal we wanted, he left for 5 minutes, came back, shook hands and proceeded to wrap up the deal as promised. All in we were there for less than two hours including the test drive. By far my best experience in a car dealer ever. The finance guy was able to locate an old plate registration and saved us a couple of hundred bucks on the tag price. He was very sharp and stuck with it until he found it. Nothing but good to say about the entire experience.

Met Brad under difficult time at the dealership( Brother had seizue there earlier) and was looking planning on purchasing from him but being and honest person reminded that George sold me my last car and returned me to Him. We have done busniness with the Chevrolet dealer in Ft Pierce many times in the pass. When we decided to sell our Chev Terverse we wanted to go somewhere were we felt comfortable and at ease. So we call Dyer Chev in Ft Pierce and asked for a salesman with experiance, they put us in contact with Brad Wilkenson. We hit it off with Brad as soon as we met and he made us fell confortable and at ease, just what we were looking for. He gave us the free time to walk around and decide which car we liked, not breathing down our necks. Once we decided on a type of vechile, Brad walked with us showing us the diffrent cars and telling us about the diffrence options, helping us decide on the ones we needed and wanted. Dyer Chev had the car with the right options and color in their yard. Brad took us to the car we choose and he explained how everthing worked, he was very knowledgable of every option in the car. Then he gave us the keys and off we went on a test drive. The car was great and had everything we needed of our family. Once we got back the fun part started talking about money, I feel we received a good deal. He got the car cleaned up and fueled ready to go, then spent more time with us getting the XM radio and Onstar working. All in all he spent a fair amount of time with us, he was one of the best salesman we ever had and we will go back to him and send our family and friends to him.
