Everyone in the dealership was so helpful and friendly, making what is usually a stressful purchase easy. I was immediately greeted by the manger Brandon Reynolds, after giving him a little background on what I was looking for he went over some of the options he thought would be best fitted for me. I was introduced me to Pete Copeland, the sales associate. Pete took the time to go over all the bells and whistles on my new CX-5. He was very knowledge and patient in answering all my questions. Chuck Marchetti in finance also was extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining the paperwork I was signing. It is obvious that Dyer Mazda is focused on offering top of the line customer service, and after my experience I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

I purchased a used 2015 Mazda 6 in December 2015 . That experience was excellent . Got the car I wanted with the accessories I wanted at the price I wanted . Love the vehicle. Today I arrived at my scheduled service and was promptly greeted by a very nice gentleman who took down my information and escorted me into the service area. I needed a ride home as I was also having some work done as a result of a recalled part . Within 5 minutes my driver was there . Great service All the service work was done professionally and timely . I also appreciated having my car washed and vacuumed . I am a high maintenance customer who needs extra attention due to invisible injuries acquired while in the military. Highly aggressive salesmen/women can really tweak my challenges. Pete Copeland did a great job adapting to my needs by becoming low-key in his explanations and sales tactics. We took the car buying experience at my pace, not the dealerships. They also worked with me to get a great deal on my new Mazda 3. Truly, this was THE best experience I've had when dealing with salesmen in any industry. While a lot of the credit goes to Pete, I would be remiss if I didn't also give some of the credit to the culture at Dyer Mazda. Everyone was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing what they do. This is the perfect place for people who need a bit more of a less aggressive car-buying experience.

On February 16, 2016, my wife purchased a 2016 CX-5 from Dyer Mazda. My wife achieved financing from the Mazda Financing department prior to our trip to the dealership. On the day of purchase, my wife was able to reach an agreement on price with the Salesman (SM) prior to our arrival at the dealership. The SM started the necessary paperwork, and informed us we must finish the process with the Business Manager (BM). The BM verified the agreed upon price and told us we would be paying an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of >5% with Mazda finance. My wife and I disagreed with the Mazda APR based on her excellent credit score (>750) that we verified the night prior. The BM told us the score on his screen (<660) was different than what my wife and I saw the night prior. We told the BM we would rather finance with PNC Bank than pay the high Mazda APR. The BM stated Mazda Dealership would accept our PNC loan since we werent happy with Mazda. At this point, we stated we would take our PNC financing to another dealership. Due to our threat, the BM stated there was a glitch with his system and our APR was now ~0.9%. This is a dishonest tactic on the part of Dyer Mazda! The BM was giving us a break on the vehicle price only to capitalize on the inflated financing charges.

The entire staff was great to work with on our recent purchase. They had us in and out in less than 2 hours. During our search and purchase, we dealt with no less than five of the Dyer staff. Each person was respectful and helpful the entire time. Brian the finance manager was the individual we gave the greatest stress to and he was a Rock Star. Justin our sales associate was a no-pressure type salesman that allowed us the time to walk the lot and assisted us in looking at numerous vehicles. Be wary of his smooth ways. The young lad hit on my wife no less than 3 feet from me.....;)If you wanna buy a car, Go to Dyer!!

The careless service staff will probably damage your paint, curb your wheels, and return your car dirtier than when you handed over the keys. After bringing my 2014 Mazda2 in for servicing, it was given back to me with paint scuffs on the front bumper cover, from what I would say was one of the service staff leaning a tire from another car against mine while it was in their "care". I could tell my vehicle was driven carelessly, due to both driver side tire sidewalls being brown and chewed up as if they had grazed a curb. Luckily for them, the paint imperfection buffed out and my expensive aftermarket wheels weren't damaged. To top it all off, they were courteous enough to "wash" my already, and VERY obviously clean car, which left it covered in streaks and water spots. The car was showroom clean when I drove in, and now I have to clean it all over again. That lack of judgement is not surprising, given the mediocre job the rest of the staff did. I'm not even the only person to have this problem. During my time at Dyer, another woman was dealing with management over some body damage inflicted on her freshly serviced Subaru. After submitting this review, I will be checking to make sure that my vehicle was properly serviced, if at all. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Dyer for anything, be it vehicle servicing or future vehicle purchases. I will also be notifying the Mazda North America corporate offices, because unacceptable service like this is pathetic.

My husband and I just purchased our first car together. We looked at and test drove many other cars and the CX-5 always remained on top. Pete was a great salesman. He was friendly, informative and NOT pushy AT ALL. Pete (and Kevin!) stayed over an hour and a half past closing on a Friday night and didn't give us the impression they were eager to leave. I recently leased a 2016 Mazda 6, and my experience with Dyer Mazda was wonderful. I spent no more than an hour negotiating the lease payment over my lunch hour, and came in a second day to sign lease papers for about an hour. I called both the John Dyer dealership and MZADA Corp about my transmission oil going bad prematurely. Even though they call the Fluid a "lifetime fluid and not its not to be changed until 60 or 100.000 miles which I have in writing from a mazda corp email .. I only have 34k on my mazda 3 2013. So Why did it go bad prematurely? Maybe there is something wrong with my tranny, Why are they not standing by their warranty? If the fluid goes bad the transmission goes bad. They are both fighting me over a fluid change. How ridiculous is that!! The Dealership is siding with Mazda corp go figure that one. The bottom line is that they are unconcerned for my safety and anything could happen to the transmission which could involve an accident.Were fighting about 35 dollars in tranny fluid at wholesale cost max. John Dyer says the service is almost 200 bucks while most other non dealerships charge 80 dollars. Looks like will have to get the BBB, Consumer Affairs, Attorney Generals office, Fresh From Florida and the DMV involved.

We were driving our Outback on the highway heading home from our Florida vacation. Our dashboard suddenly lit up with flashing warning lights. We pulled off at an exit and looked up the nearest Subaru dealer, which happened to be Dyer Subaru in Vero Beach. We spoke to service expert Brandon Wells and explained our problem. He didn't hesitate. He told us to bring our vehicle in and he would look at it immediately, which he did. Fortunately, it wasn't a serious problem. He diagnosed and fixed a vapor lock issue with our fuel cap. We were very relieved and thankful that we could travel the rest of the way home worry free.About an hour or so later, we received an unexpected phone call from Brandon asking if everything was still OK and if the car was running well. We were pleasantly surprised by the phone call and very thankful for the outstanding customer service Brandon provided on behalf of the dealership. Thank you Brandon! and Dyer Subaru.

I had just started doing some research and looking into buying a new vehicle. I wasn't sure when or what it was going to be. I made the trip to Dyer to just look at a model and learn a little more about Mazda. Mr. Charlie did a fabulous job of just providing me information about the Mazda I was looking into. Charlie was the most down to earth, helpful, knowledgeable, motivated, caring sales person I have ever dealt with! He was helpful, yet not pushy. First of all, I didn't rate "quality of Work" because my beautiful Mazda 3 is brand new and doesn't need work (and hopefully never will besides its regular oil change/check ups). I researched the vehicle thoroughly prior to making an offer on the Mazda 3 ( I touring). My salesman, Sherri Lane, was extremely personable from the beginning no pressure felt. I made an offer, which I thought was an excellent one, she came back with a offer that was lower than mine! Does that make sense at a dealership!? The experience of a "much hated task" in buying a new car was made easier and much more comfortable with the honesty that was provided at Dyer Mazda/Subaru in Vero Beach, Florida!

We have been visiting Dyer for almost a year after relocating from Pennsylvania. Our visits have mainly been to have our well loved 2011 Subaru Legacy serviced. Sadly, the time came to get a new car and although looking at another Subaru, we also looked at the Mazda 6 and quickly fell in love! The time, attention and assistance that Pete Copeland rendered was great! His attention to detail was the best and he left the door open for all our questions and concerns. Pete is truly a great Sales Rep and deserves a medal for his patience with us and also, he is really a peoples person! His commitment to the business is truly an admirable one and we commend him for that! We picked up our beautiful Mazda 6 and are so happy! Peter was friendly, low key, not pushy or aggressive and explained everything about the car that required an explanation- and he was with the only mazda dealer in our area (Dyer) who would even talk about price over the phone or the internet - By the time we met Pete for the first time and visited the dealership for the first time, which was this morning, we already had a car selected by stock number, and the price, out the door. We wrote a check, and that was it. NO SURPRISES! A very pleasant experience , and buying a new car is generally not pleasant. So a big A+ for all the guys there........ bill rice

Pete and Sherrie never once pushed themselves on me, instead letting me know they were there if I had questions. I am so pleased that we decided to go to Dyer! Our Sales Representative - Sid Tomey was very professional in all ways. My first trip was actually to look at used Foresters and Outbacks (ok, I finally found out that used Subarus are NOT easy to find!)-- Sid was able to show me a used Forester that was turned in that day and he offered me to take it for a test drive with no problem. Very helpful ... no pressure! After another week of doing our 'homework', we began to consider new ... looking at the 2014 Forester Limited or an OUTBACK 2013 Limited. On my second trip to Dyer I was able to meet Angela, Pete and Chad -- that is when I test drove the new 2013 OUTBACK -- and had them review my car for trade in pricing. This visit to Dyer turned out to be a positive experience that lead me back again to talk about purchasing a car ... With grandchildren and needing a car for safety, comfort, visibility and easy access in operation; I found Subaru to be a vehicle that fit my needs. Car seats easily in and out if needed; air vents in the rear on the Outback Ltd. Back up camera a plus! Also, I have to give it to Dyer for their office staff in communicating right on line (Cariann and Angela:))! Saving hours of time on the day we purchased; Dyer came through accepting our offer over the internet -- agreeable to us; in which we were able to commit to the vehicle that day! As for all the paperwork; we drove up to get the car -- paperwork all ready and no problems or questions on anything .. and we were out of there; back on the road in one hour! This is my first ever Subaru. I have only owned the OUTBACK for a week now and really love to drive it! Very comfortable - user friendly and easy to drive ... Sid was very helpful and knowledgeable on the OUTBACK LTD; thoroughly going through all the main points needed to know before leaving the dealership. THANK YOU, DYER for such TOP MANAGEMENT AND SALES STAFF and for making my WANT VEHICLE become a REALITY! I am excited to be part of the DYER FAMILY!

Although we were not actively thinking about the purchase of a new vehicle, we were in receipt of a letter from the dealership regarding the need for used car inventory in a Miata model. We owned at 2008 Miata Sport with 32,000 miles which was purchased and has been serviced at Dyer Mazda. The car has been flawless. Nonetheless, we visited Dyer Mazda to have the vehicle evaluated and learn more about the promotion. Although somewhat skeptical (based on other such "pitches" for the need for used car inventory), we received what we believed was a fair value for our car. Based on our requirements for a new, replacement Miata, a model was found to meet our needs at a price we could live with. The deal was completed very quickly and without a glitch. This is our third new car buying experience with Dyer Mazda and we would recommend the dealership to others interested in a Mazda product.

About three months ago I realized I needed a new car. I checked out all the dealerships in Indian River County even though I couldn't buy until my refi of my condo was completed. During that time Ron kept in touch with me via email. He let me know what deals they had on what vehicles and what was available. When my refi was complete there was no doubt who I was going my car from. Of all the dealerships I visited and salespeople i met Ron was the only one that kept in contact with me after the standard thanks for stopping by email / phone call. I've been in sales my whole life and the principal I always operated by was, make it harder for the buyer to say no to me then to say no to my competitor. That's what Ron did and it worked. Everyone at Dyer Mazda is great! They are such good people, and the way they treat each customer is very genuine. No one puts pressure on you to look at a particular vehicle, or even to buy a vehicle at all while on the lot. Angela, John Sottile, and others made the new car buying process so simple, easy, and smooth for me and my husband. Will Dyer is such a great person, both for how he runs his dealerships, and also for the wonderful charity work he does. He is not the 'NORM' for dealership owners, which my husband and I truly appreciate.We stop by for routine maintenance; we stop in for the accessories (shirts, cups, etc), but mainly we make trips to say HI to such a great bunch of people. The vehicles on the lot are the best, at a reasonable price for anyone. When I drop off my CX-9 for maintenance, I know that I am leaving it with a good group of people who will treat my vehicle as if it were their own. My husband and I plan on being Dyer customers for life! If anyone is searching for a vehicle, and they don't want the usual 'car dealership experience', Dyer Mazda is DEFINITELY the place to go.

I needed a replacement bulb for a headlamp. The John Dyer was very pleasant. The workwas done quick enough. I had to return as the head lamp did not line up and was offto one side. I felt the price of $63.73 was high for a replacement bulb. I might consider using someone other than the dealer for a future need.

My wife and I were looking for a new SUV and there were few AWD Mazda CX9s available in FL. Dyer Mazda was over an hour away from our home and we had a baby, making arrangements to see the car difficult. The staff made this easy by communicating remotely and getting the details of the transaction finished prior to our arrival. The dealership was also nice enough to transport our old car back to our home, as we both needed to be in the car with our baby driving back.The whole buying experiece was painless and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dyer Mazda to anyone looking for a car and a great buying experience.

I went to Boniface-Hiers Mazda in Melbourne, FL to purchase a CX-9 which would have been my second Mazda car from them. The dealer sales team did not offer me a fair price and made the experience completely miserable for nearly three hours of negotiating with high pressure sales tactics that fortunatley for me ended in a stalemate. Then I researched Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach, FL on the Internet. I contacted the Internet sales rep, Angela Young, who offered me a great price on the CX-9 I wanted. She gave me a complete breakdown of the itemized costs, which Boniface-Hiers did not do. I accepted the offer and drove nearly 50 miles to make the purchase which was completely worth it! Haley Yergens drafted up the purchase order agreement docuements and Joe Sanchez drafted up the financing documents all in the most friendly and expeditious manner. Thank you Angela, Haley, Joe, and Dyer Mazda for turning my miserable car buying experience completely around and making it a great one! I'll be sure to spread the good word about Dyer Mazda around Melbourne to bring future business your way!

Liars Cheats, & Thieves!!! Had engine problems with an RX8, which I found out was a usual occurance. Dealer said Mazada denied warrenty claim. It was under an extended warrenty from Mazada after they admitted many flaws.8 years-100,000 miles. Quit dealing with Dyer, dealt with Mazada Corp.. After the 2nd Month Mazada said it would be covered, but it would take a little time. Finally after 5 months Mazada Corp. called..Good new its covered. Went to the daelership only to find out they were demanding in excess of $3,300 in storage charges. Oh buy the way went there prior to buying the car to check on service history, then service writer Frank Herbert told me they had No service history on the car. Found out after the problem. there was a small Book on the car.

I brought my car to fix the problem , they charge me $485.09 I picked it up in 20-30 min after I drove back from dealership the same problem appeared. I brought it back they refused to fix the problem or refund my money for the service which was not done. When I started complaine they told me they will give refund if I will trade my car and buy a new one from them
