Rob Galpin helped make the purchase process painless. His patience was unbelievable allowing us to take our dime, explaining style differences and working with us to find a price we could accept. Rob was great! Better than great actually. After prepping my car for me he noticed a dent in the side fender. He pointed it out to me and hooked me up with another car exactly the same in every way, , without me asking him to do so. It's honesty like that that makes you want to keep coming back. I priced the car at several dealerships and Dyer had the best price. Honesty, best price, and Subaru dependability; what more could you want?!

When a sales person can answer all the questions posed by my husband with confidence, competence and knowledge of knowing her product, well it just ends up being a perfect day to buy a car. Thats what Sherri did she knew the ins and outs of any and all questions my husband asked and he had researched the car we wanted. I bought a new Crosstrek lest month. My sales person was Sherri Lane and she was a pleasure to deal with. She was available to answer many texts and phone calls the day before I showed up for the final deal. She took the time to establish the Bluetooth link between my phone and the car's audio system.I don't remember his name, but the Finance guy was also very helpful with all the paperwork. All my questions were answered quickly and correctly.All in all, this car buying experience ranks as the best.

What caught us by surprise was that in our many car buying experiences over the years, that we never had in our sights or got involved with any consideration in getting any SUV type. More importantly, we never ever totally concluded a deal during a very first showroom visit. It is also not in our former northeastern roots or custom to write reviews.That all changed about two weeks ago when a random visit to Dyer Subaru in Vero Beach turned into a great afternoon for us, beginning with Sherri Lane, one of the showroom's excellent and knowledgeable associates. To summarize, the "crossover" that we locked eyes on and chose was certainly key to our decisions, but just as importantly, we were beyond pleased with every aspect and detail that Sherri took us through, including all the car data, the virtually free maintenance programs, and the insurance/plates exchanges and coverages among others. Sherri has an exceptionally patient and accomodating style that is often missing or lacking in these environments. The rest of the Dyer staff that we met and dealt with were also high calibre. Feeling relieved and confident in large dollar decision making processes are few and far between, but our new relationship with Sherri Lane has restored that feeling in us. Thank you, Sherri and Dyer.

The Forester is as good as I've heard. The Forester runs quiet and smooth and the visibility is the best that I've seen in all the SUV's that considered. Gas mileage will clearly be a plus and although gas prices are generally low at this time, it may not always be that way. Very happy to have bought the Forester.

Working with Allison was a pleasure! After a month of deciding which new car I wanted and then shopping the internet and dealerships, I was hoping that I could purchase my CrossTrek from Dyer for a few reasons: they give back to the local community, they hire locals and they really seemed to work together as a team. Please do not buy from this Dealership. Both Chad Bierle and Justin Bierle are xxxxxxxx. I was sold a 2017 Forrester which was the worse experience ever first of all they screwed up on the paperwork 3 times yes I had to come back to the dealership 3 times because they put on the paper that I bought a Grey Outback and did not know this until I went to put the Registration back in my car.............oh this isnt the best part is I had the car 3 hours and the Oxygen Senser went on the vehicle they said bring it back tomorrow we will fix it.............now two days later when it was so called fixed it stalls in the middle of the road almost getting hit at an intersection????? SERIOUSLY the car only has 15 miles on it.........I bring it back and Chad starts raising his voice at me in the service department and I am now telling him that I do not want this car I do not trust it but he says Im sorry I can not UNWIND this deal........ REALLY? Oh and the best part is they give me a loaner which is a 2016 Subaru with a broken down Air Conditioner and no washer fluid to even wash the windows......... They do not care about the customer your just a number to them.......I traded in a beautiful 2016 Honda Civic plus put 13000 which I will never see again. Just to tell you how this story ended I went to Valtland Honda accross the street I bought a new 2016 Honda Accord now thats a dealership that knows how to treat there customers.........PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I truly hate buying new cars. The experience is normally very negative. Two things took place that made our most recent purchase the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. I received Internet pricing from four local dealers and the price was generally the same, so I felt confident in price provided. Secondly I was provided an itemize quote for the vehicle before I even came to the dealership. That was a big difference for me. I don't buy a lot of cars, but I've never been able to get a fully itemized quote before showing up to the dealership. The actual purchase and decision making process was very easy there was no pressure. Justin was always available when we called on questions about the car. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Dyer and working with Justin Bierle.

It took nearly 2 years to select a replacement for one of our cars. We simultaneously selected the vehicle we wanted and the dealer with whom we would establish a long-term business relationship. Having purchased 16 vehicles over the past 52 years behind the wheel and driven a myriad of company cars, pickup trucks, and friends' vehicles, I understand the importance of careful dealer selection.Measured by any standard, the Dyer Subaru staff (especially Rob Galpin) stands out by a significant margin above all others. When a number of other dealers are in close proximity, the 126 mile round trip to Vero Beach is easily justified by the quality of the experience.

I am glad I bought my Forester at Dyer Subaru.The price was decent,my trade-in was what I expected.The Starlink program for one year and the free maintenance for 24 months,is nice touch.That being said,I have owned 3 Honda CRV's,the Forester is by far a superior vehicle,the ride along exceptional to that of the CRV's. When I first arrived at the dealership not one person inside greeted me, there where 3 salespersons on the floor no one even looked up. I walked back out a bit dismayed but determined to test drive a Subaru.I noticed Rob and another young man working on a car and stated I needed to find someone to help me. Instantly Rob dropped what he was doing and went about getting keys to the car I wanted to test drive. I was very impressed with his willingness to assist, I soon realized he had a vast amount of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. We recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from the Dyer Mazda Subaru Dealership. We had been test driving cars from different dealerships for the previous 2-3 days and still hadn't found anything we loved. That all changed when we met Sid. Sid let us test drive a Used Car (we initially had decided we would buy Used). We felt an instant connection with Sid. He was very informative and polite. After listening to us talk about what we wanted & needed, he recommended that we take a peak at the 2015 Subaru Outback - this car really had everything we wanted. We had an appointment to go to, so we didn't test drive it that day. We came back the following Saturday for a test drive. Sid met us outside with the car and we set off for the test drive. Normally, dealerships have a certain route that you are supposed to take - Well, during conversation, we mentioned that we had been back in Vero Beach for nearly 2 weeks and still hadn't seen the beach! Sid immediately redirected our route and we headed right over the bridge and to the beach. We really appreciated this and thought it was so nice of him to do! We were totally sold on the car, but I really think one of the deciding factors was that Sid seemed to put a lot of care into what he does. He answered every question we had, he was professional, polite and full of humor. We were totally comfortable doing business with him - unlike some of the people at other dealerships we had dealt with in the previous days. In fact, all of the employees we talked to or came across at Dyer Mazda Subaru were very professional and polite! We would recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

Sherri Lane showed enormous grace and patience with me and my first Subaru purchase. Sherri is knowledgable about all things Subaru, and understands well the indecisions and sensitivities related to a major purchase. I was an especially complicated customer, and it was the first time I purchased a new car, so I lacked confidence in myself, and, admittedly in sales people. I asked a zillion questions, and circled back and forth, and to and fro. As a New Yorker making a purchase in Florida, what added a new level of complexity was the fact that my dad had stage four cancer and was given a frightening prognosis. He gifted me with a portion of the cost of the car, and Sherri knew I was particularly sensitive during this time. She waited for me to get my spin out, and when I finally purchased from Dyer, Sherri generously took the time to decorate my new Crosstrek XV with a pretty red bow and big balloon, and photographed me and my dad enthusiastically. Sherri not only knows all about the Subaru, she also knows about the human condition. I was humbled after juggling different dealers, and ended up back where I started -- that nice lady at Dyer Auto named Sherri Lane who was the most honest salesperson from the word "go." I now drive know what Subaru means by, "Confidence in Motion."

We did internet research before we purchased our new Subaru Forester. I emailed multiple dealers and requested an "out-the-door" quote. Daniel, the Internet representative at Dyer Mazda Subaru was the only dealer that actually did what I asked them to do and met my needs. Dyer gave me a very fair (and competitive) price.Everyone at Dyer was knowledgeable and friendly and really seemed like they wanted our business without being overly aggressive. We had previously visited another dealership in my town who told me that they didn't need to aggressively price or solicit my business because of the popularity of the model/features I wanted. The arrogance really turned us off. However, when I told the local dealer I had decided to purchase elsewhere, they seemed genuinely shocked when we didn't buy from them. We hate to go through the ritual of buying a new car, always wondering how much we'll end up being ripped off; but we can honestly say that buying from Dyer, was the best auto "customer experience" we've had buying an automobile. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, friendly, and thorough. When we drove down to the dealership to do the actual purchase transaction for the car, the sales person spent over an hour going over the many features of our new vehicle (including the Eyesight system) and insisted that we feel comfortable and know how to use the features before he let us leave the dealership. He also gave us his card and told us that he covered a lot of material with us and that we'd probably have some questions and to please call him and ask. We actually did forget something and called the next day. Jevin walked us through the process over the phone and actually got back to us within 20 minutes of our calling him - even though the sale had been completed.It truly was a FANTASTIC overall experience and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Dyer Mazda Subaru and recommend them to anyone buying an automobile.

In April I was in Vero Beach for a time share we had. I just stopped into Dyer Subaruto look at the 2014 Outback as a possible replacement for my 2002 Ford Taurus SEL wagon. Rob Galpin was the salesman. He was low key and very knowledgeable. We took a test drive but wanted to wait for the 2015 because of all the changes.The end of June I found the color and trim I wanted at another Florida dealer. Chad, sales mgr, negotiated the dealer trade.I live in Boca Raton and have access to at least six Subaru dealers close by. I have no regrets that I chose Dyer. I really like the 2015 Outback 2.5i Limited. I thought the price was excellent and appreciate the work of Rob and Chad - most of which was by phone or email.

We initially came to the dealership just to find out where you were located as the Subaru dealership in Stuart, Florida, where we got our lease, closed. Once we arrived, we decided to take a look around. That is when we met Sherri! She is awesome!! Before we knew it, we were getting out of our 2012 lease that was up in December and getting a new 2015 Subaru Forester!! It was wonderful!! I was met by your salesman, Jevin Eyman, who listened to me without being overly aggressive. That impressed me right away. We talked about the Impreza. I had previously done some research on that model and seen very favorable reviews on it..... but wasn't sure if it was for me. To Mr. John Dyer, A week ago I was driving from Stuart to Vero Beach, enroute back to The Villages. My engine light came on along with a blinking red brake light on my 2012 Outback. At 5:10 pm, I trusted to luck that someone would still be in your service dept. Voila. Yes. David Del Bello answered and his "we try to put travelers back on the road ASAP, be here at 7:30" was more than expected. David ensured I got prompt service, found the loose gas cap, and also provided test samples of transmission oil that prompted me to make the suggested changes. I cannot think of ever having met a more likable, customer oriented, and knowledgeable service manager. Hold on to him. I was back on the road by 10:30. Many thanks to your entire staff at Subaru. After reviewing 4 different vehicle makes, we decided on a Subaru Forester. We chose Dyer Subaru due to distance from our home and the dealer rating. We had seen several very positive reviews of this dealership.Ralph Wolfe was our salesman and very competently explained the features available on the Forester. The first meeting was yesterday, Ralph took our telephone number and e-mail. I was worried this was going to lead to a lot of calls pressuring us for a sale. I could not have been more wrong. Today I was ready to purchase and called Ralph for the financial particulars. I expected this phase to be very unpleasant, per usual with a car dealership. Again I was wrong, we had no pressure, and received reasonable first offers. After a very short talk on the phone, we had reached agreement. Time to drive to the dealer and try completing the deal with the numbers we agreed to. Met with Ralph again, he had my trade-in estimated. I was able to reach a fair price. I was now thinking there was going to be a catch when I talked to the finance guy. Instead, there were no surprises, and we were treated with respect and no pressure. Bottom line, we paid a very good price, and found a new dealer to shop with.We completed the deal, with all of the numbers holding up. There were NO catches! Just fair dealing, and competent staff, knowing their job. I will enthusiastically recommend Dyer Subaru/Mazda to anyone asking. When time comes for another vehicle, I will shop at Dyer first without question.

I was looking for a slightly used 2014 Forester. I found one at Dyer's. The car was in Florida and I am in New York so it had to be worthwhile for me to incurr the transport/travel. Destiny was my first point of contact and she was fabulous, followed up by Angela. They both were extremely quick and responsive. All initial communication was done via email and it was important for me to get a good repoire and feel comfortable and confident before I actually moved ahead with a purchase site unseen. They both accomplished this wonderfully. After the intital emails, I spoke with Angela on the phone and she was quite accomodating and patient as I worked through the numbers to see if I would proceed. That was on a Saturday and I told her I would go to the bank on Monday and be in touch. After my bank visit, I asked if we could come down in the number a little bit and she was able to accomodate. Deal done. Got the money wired and set up my travel plans to pick up the car and drive it back to New York. Of course I was extremely nervous and Destiny and Angela both had a hand in talking me down off the ledge. All the worry for nothing. Everything went perfectly and Angela and Destiny were just as wonderful in person. Angela even came in on her day off to make sure everything went okay. Great sales experience...lovely people, no pressure, and happy with the product and the price. Doesn't get much better than that...but then it did. It was a little tag team and I was introduced and handed off to Sherri Lane. She patiently took me through the paperwork and got everything set to transfer the car and explain all the workings in this 2014 vehicle. The car is beautiful and it truly looks new. Nobody believes me that it is actually a used car. She even took the time to set up my phone to the bluetooth feature so I can use it on the drive back. All in All the best dealer car purchase I have ever had. This is the way I have always hoped to have a new car purchase. Have the car I want, give me your best price and then just let me decide, always being available if I need a question answered. Lovely job ladies and I thank you very much.

When i visited Dyer and looked to do some "hands on" research, I was highly impressed with the excellent professionalism shown by Sherri. On our quest for a second vehicle we first went back to BMW (terrible the second time around), Audi (no follow up or returned messages), and Acura (bait & switch attempt by the dealer). After renting an Outback during a vacation in Oregon we decided Subaru would be a serious contender. We first went to a dealer closer to home, but again we got frustrated when they did not search for the vehicle we really wanted. Out of desperation, we contacted Sid Tomey at Dyer Subaru based mostly on reviews read here. Sid promptly attended to our request and actually listened to what we wanted! Within two days, Sid located the car we wanted (across the state) and we made the deal with minimum fuss and no hassle. Dyer had the car flat-towed to their dealership and we drove to Vero Beach to pick up our new Outback. After months of frustration we wish we had just gone to Dyer first and avoided the stress of purchasing a new vehicle. We love our new Outback and it was well worth going a bit further from home to get exactly what we wanted. I had a truly pleasant purchase experience at Dyer Subaru. I met with Pete Gentner and Sherri Lane on a Saturday to test drive a new Forester. I was impressed with its handling and features, which Sherri was very familiar with and pointed them out during the ride. While Dyer did not have a vehicle with the trim level I wanted in stock, they were soon able to locate one nearby. We were quickly able to make a deal and the car was ready a few days later. The actual purchase went very smoothly. Pete took the time to explain the audio, nav, and safety options and made sure I was familiar with them before leaving the dealership. He also followed up a couple of times after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly and researched a couple of questions I had. We discovered the car we ultimately purchased (2008 Subaru Forester) on Dyer's well composed web-site. Our e-mail inquiry was promptly answered by Cariann Ciarlelli who provided directions to the dealership and other pertinent information.Cariann met us upon arrival and introduced Sid Tomey (uncertain of spelling)who showed the car, accompanied us on a test drive, answered our questions, arranged for an appraisal of our trade-in, and in less than one hour provided a written offer. We countered with our offer to which Sid obtained quick approval. He then facilitated the repair of a minor problem discovered during the test-drive at no cost to us. Next we met with Joe Sanchez who completed all the necessary documents with efficiency and friendliness.Three hours after arriving we had completed the trade of our old car and purchase of the new one - including all tag, title, and registration transferes. Sid even assisted us in tranferring our insurance coverage. In summary, the most pleasant car trading / buying experience we have ever had. Thanks to all at Dyer Subaru.

As a single woman buying a car this was most welcome and in fact was a big factor in chosing this particular dealership (I had visited with several others). The dealership is good, I just to let people know that if your thinking about buying a WRX Impreza putting the car into revers is hard to do at times. I have talked with Subaru directly and i got no help from them. I joined a forum for WRX/STI and other people have the same problem and i'll just have to live with it, same thing Subaru told me.I have also read a review from a car magazine (Automobile/car and driver) and the sentence says The WRX wears it's flaws quite openly. Its five speed shifter is economy-car sloppy to the point that it's hard to engage reverse, then (I've experienced this on several models)

Several months ago I decided to purchase a new car that would get good gas mileage -- something small, but not too small and I did not want a hybrid. I had been driving a Magnum Station Wagon for a number of years and it was a gas gussler. I knew several people who drove Subaru's and just love them. I bought a Consumer Report 2013 Auto Guide and found that the Subaru had high ratings. It did not take me long to decide that I wanted the Impreza Sports Limited. I contacted the Subaru dealer in Tallahasse, Fl. so that I could drive the Imprezaa and ask questions. I liked the drive of the Impreza and decided that I would purchase one, but I wanted one in black or white with leather seats and moonroof, neither of which they had. I waited several more weeks and they could not find one with my specifications. I was told by the Subaru dealer that there might be a black Impreza with leather interior in Vero Beach....so I emailed them and Pete G. got back in touch with me and said that they had a black Sports Limited with leather seats. Pete was very convincing and not in a pushy way. Pete had a very nice manner about him and I felt confident that a deal with him and Dyer would work out. A few days later the Subaru dealer in Tallahassee contacted me and said they were getting a white one in in January, but they could not give me a date nor a price. So, Pete called again and said that he could give me a good deal and I took him up on it. From that point on, all I had to do was to figure out how I was going to pick my new car up. went for oil change. inspection revealed worn belts and brakes also. spent weekend in vero rather return to wpb just to give dyer the business. dropped off monday am and returned approx 2 hours later. invoice for belts was approx. $185 whereas orig quote was $150. so the cost of parts and labor were approx $159. shop equipment supplies approx. $12 with usual sales tax last. i felt the quote given should not be more than given. then shop supplies could not have entailed more than 1 to 2 rags and perhaps some crc or wd-40 lubricant. if these surprise costs to pass along, rediculous in my opinion, are standard though undisclosed verbally, maybe they should have given me the rags and lubricant since i paid for same. yes i am being finicky but just expressing a minor disappointment. i was going to return for the brake work but rather unlikely now. the dealership has always been courteous and responsive in the past.

I knew I wanted to purchase a new Subaru Forester, but my problem was I wanted certain options such as the color and other accessories. But none of the various models from the base model to the most expensive Forester came with everything that I wanted. I checked the online inventories of several Subaru dealerships around the state in an effort to find what I wanted and contacted two out of town dealerships directly, but I had limited success.So I then decided to contact my local Subaru dealership (Dyer Subaru) and expressed my difficulties in finding what I wanted.The folks at Dyer Subaru were great in taking the time to listen to what I wanted and answering all my questions. They weren't out just to make a sale. From my initial contact with Tina (general sales manager) to Monique (Internet sales) and finally Pete (sales consultant) & Kevin (sales manager) they were all great about getting me the most in one model that I wanted and then ordering the remaining accessories. They left no stone unturned in the quest to make me happy. In the end I was able to purchase a new Limited Forester for the same price they had quoted me for a Premium (less expensive model). I got more than I bargained for at a great price and was very impressed. Their service department did an excellent job installing my accessories and answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dyer Subaru to anyone in the market for a vechicle.
