Upfront everyone is very friendly but once you sign your contract that quickly changes....I have been told I missed payments when I know darn well that I haven't...I was told I would get a phone call when my plates arrived and that they could be mailed out...I never got the phone call so I decided to call them to check and ask them to mail them as was presented as an option and the lot manger who I find to be very unfriendly and lacking in customer service skills refuses to mail them or even let me speak to guy who told me it would be no problem.....smdh

I'm on my second car with Dynamite, their cars are the bomb. They're about the only cars down van buren or even in Phoenix that aren't ragedy. They tend to last a while and the mechanics are awesome. They fix everything and they aren't expensive. They're cars are even reasonable. They aren't expensive at all. I would honestly recommend people to Dynamite because they work with you.

I was in a hurry to replace my car that had been totaled from an accident and the rental car I was using would soon be gone. I wanted an older minivan and of all the selections I saw on the internet, this dealer had two or three I was very interested in. They were also located near my house, which was a plus. When I called, Roy answered the phone and told me he had a nice selection of minivans. I liked Roy right from the start, super nice guy and not aggressive like so many others. As it turned out, he wound up giving me an incredible deal on a great looking minivan. I was really impressed with the way they shampooed the entire carpet throughout the van with a new machine they had just recently acquired. The car looked immaculate! The whole staff was nice, including the mechanic Neil, who I will be using for any car repairs I need in the future. A big thanks to everyone!

I have never had a problem getting my vehicles serviced. I started with a little Chevy caviler. When the fuel pump went out they said bring it in we will work out the payment. The payments were just a little bit attached to my regular car payment. Now really how many companies do that. Most car companies if your car breaks down they want you to still pay car note and get your car fixed at the same time. I don't know about you but I don't have that type of money. Plus the staff is great on solving problems for you. So don't waste your time at other dealers just go to Dynamite Auto Sales.

I am in a lawsuit with these guys for selling a car with a large emissions leak. They have been rude to me and are not being reasonable they now have my 5,500$ and the car I purchased they are crooks and thiefs. Do not buy a car from these guys look at the other reviews on the internet and read the real reviews yourself! They have all negative reviews with the BBB but still have a A rating. Whats up with that? Stay away from this company unless you like to get scammed! I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy.

This dealership works with the customer, I did not drive off the lot with a terrible feeling of being tricked into something that I did not want. The sales rep Raul (Roy) was very personable friendly and patient with us, even when I explained to him that I have been sold garbage before and will be more than upset if he did that to me especially because I was getting the car for my daughter a college student. This info was given without a smile and seriously and firmly. Roy simply smiled and said he completely understood and would not sell me garbage. Overall experience was great it's only been 48 hours but so far my daughter loves the car.
