I moved to Tempe on short notice and had to go through the buying process from out of state. I would like to tell my story of my exceptional experience at Earnhardt Hyundai, Avondale.I searched the Internet for prices on 2016 Tucson's. Earnhardt had the best, but did go to a competitor first, but had a horrible experience. Never again there. Off to Earnhardt I went, not really knowing what to expect. The Hyundai I was driving was 14 years old, and had 207,000 miles on it. Then Shawyne Walker came and greeted me. He made me feel like I was a very special person. I gave him the list of Tucson's I was interested in, and off we went to test drive 3 of them. Shawyne Walker was very through in showing me what each Tucson's difference was. I only drove 2, and decide on the very first one I drove.Eventually I met Bruce one of the managers. He couldn't have been nicer and very helpful. We decided on the deal, and then I went and met Chris, the Finance Manager, another gentleman, that was very through in explaining all aspects of my contract. I took my 2003 Elantra into the service department because the Check Engine light was on. After finding out that it was not cost efficient to fix the vehicle (my determination, not the dealerships), I was introduced to Kenny in sales. He asked me what I was wanting in a vehicle. (Note: I marked an earlier question incorrectly- the one where I was asked what my needs were). I was treated with respect and as a valued customer from the very start. I never felt pressured and all my questions and concerns were addressed with straight forward answers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I was out riding my bike, and I wanted to check on buying a car. I'm a long haul trucker, and I've only taken about 10 days off a year, for more then a decade. I've not needed a personal car. I'm going to start running Phoenix to L.A., doing three turns a week. Riding my bike to work 4 times a week would be very dangerous. A car is much safer. I've always liked hyundais. I love the warrenty. I was thinking of getting an accent hatchback, so I could put on a roof rack, and safely haul a stand up paddle board. no accent hatchbacks were available... but Mr H'oard, who kindly greeted me as I parked my bike, showed me a elantra gt. I loved the test drive. lot's of leg room. great features. I love the car. It's perfect for what I want and need. The overall experience has been great. The service given me has been really exceptional. I appreciate it. I really do. I'll be using your dealership for all service, and showing my extended family a car I love. I've put 7 children through college. It's time for me to live. This great car is the thing I've needed to make my life full and complete. Thank You for everything!

I was interested in trading in my 2008 Accent for the latest model, but reluctant until I knew more about the cost. I wasn't pressured to conclude the trade that very day, but agreed since it was a good deal that I couldn't get anywhere else. The transaction was concluded within a few hours and the dealership made sure to inform me if I forgot to get anything out of my old car.

My god-daughter took her 2015 Elantra for an oil change and have them to look at a low tire pressure light that kept coming on. They said they found a nail in the drivers side rear tire and it was in a non repairable area of the tire. They sold her a Hankook Optimo 425H tire for $200.00! The exact same tire is available for $68.00! Yes someone saw her coming and took advantage of her! Take your car to them at your own risk!

We did an Internet search and located the Tuscon we were interested in, at Earnhardt Hyundai, Called the dealership and discussed our interest with Mr. Eric Steffes. The next day we were greeted by Eric at Earnhardt. He had spotted the Tuscon we talked about ,Eric explained all the various features of the Tuscon. We completed a Test drive and was happy with the Tuscon's performance. My experience was great, I was there for about 90 min. and has negotiated the price of the car beforehand, salesman was great. Things that would have made it even better, The test drive, when I bought my Sonata in December they gave me the keys and said take it out by yourself for awhile, that makes it much better, you can really go through the car, no rushing. The car should have been cleaner, it was extremely dirty when I test drove it and still has hard water spots that are a pain to get off, you guys knew I was coming a week in advance, you would think the car would be spotless, not that big of a deal though.

This was my first time leasing a car, and Jeremy was very patient as I test drove, asked questions, and even took a bit of time to make up my mind - I never once felt pressured. And when I decided on a 2017 Elantra SE, he was able to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted, along with an excellent, no-hassle finance package. Everyone dreads walking into a car dealership. You know it's going to be a long, painful day. But the Earnhardt Hyundai, I felt very relaxed the entire time. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics going on. I felt that Ariel, my salesperson, wanted me to get into a car that I loved, not just trying to sell me a car. My experience with Earnhardt Hyundai began with their website. I knew exactly what I wanted and was thrilled to see so much helpful information, mainly their current in-stock inventory with online pricing. I sent an email inquiry via their website and had a response within a half hour. The next day, I spoke with Riley OConor, their Internet Sales Manager, and told him that I would come by to review the car that I saw online. He was actually waiting for me out front with the car as I pulled into the dealership. I have purchased a good number of cars and dealt with many pushy car sales guys in my time. Riley is the person you pray you got when you visit a dealership. What more can I say in that he actually listened to what I wanted (Im a very direct person), and he was honest with me throughout. The process was extremely smooth because of Riley and Gavin Cooper, the Sales Manager. This is the second car that I have purchased with Earnardt in the Avondale Auto Mall (other was a Honda) and I am happy to be a repeat customer.

Our salesman took in to consideration what my needs were and what I wished to pay monthly for my vehicle. He then brought me back multiple financing options. I am a die-hard Hyundai owner and haven't thought about purchasing anything but a Hyundai. My last experience purchasing a vehicle was terrible but James made it virtually pain free and enjoyable. I had issues with the paperwork being too rushed and received a call with an in depth explanation of the gap insurance. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership. It shouldn't hurt to purchase a car, that's my motto.

Riley, my sales person was very friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the process. I had my other Santa Fe for 13 years, so there was a lot of new technology. I have returned with addional questions, and Riley was great. Taking the time to be sure I was comfortable. I spoke with Drew on the phone first --- before I bring my girlfriend to the lots to meet Drew. He made it very clearly that he will not do anything to upset my girlfriend. He showed my girlfriend lots of respect, and he took lots of time to communicate with my girlfriend who is Deaf. He did not show any fear of interacting with her. He made a promise to me on the phone that he will help her, and he did keep his words. He was a very nice man and yes he did his job as a dealership (pressure), but he did not make her feel bad. I was told how to answer the survey and sent that list of the answers and frankly I don't like being a liar. Eric is a good salesmanI would never trust him again. I strongly dislike the honesty of this dealership. I was quoted a trade in price on my 2013 Hyundai of $7500 and after all the paperwork was done I noticed that they only allowed it at 7000 I think it was a con job. Since there seens be quite a bit of confusion on the paperwork,not correct yet.

The car I bought on July 16 of 2016 was my third car I was buying at the Hyundai dealership, but the experience I had with buying this car was excellent. The salesman, Ariel Mendoza-Merino, was exceptionally polite and courteous. He has explained all the options my car has, explained all features of my car, and took the time necessary for us to choose the most suitable car for me. The salesman also took me to the DMV since I had some business to be done before I could trade in my old car. The salesman offered us refreshments keeping in mind that I had with me 3 more people. He was doing his best to keep my son, who is 6, occupied with activities, so we all had a good experience. Ariel introduced me to the service advisor who will be responsible for taking care of my car, so I know who to discuss any issues with when I bring my car for repair and maintenance or when I have any questions. Ariel scheduled an appointment with us to make sure all our questions about my new car are answered and cleared. During the sale all possible discounts we could have were offered to us and applied. The documents and sale was done in timely manner as well. I definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends.

I've never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I worked out my deal before we set food in the dealer. The final paperwork reflected that same deal. I've never been to a dealership where the price discussed before test driving is the price on the final dotted line. Most dealers add fees, change vehicles, and come up with plenty of surprises that change the figures. Not this dealer. The price didn't change! The finance guy didn't try to sell us anything not needed. There was no pressure what so ever. I have never been so impressed by a car dealership! And the car? LOVE IT! Someone has asked if it was a BMW! I've been asked by complete strangers how I like my car. I feel like I am driving a high end vehicle and not paying for it! Amazing!

Our salesperson, Riley O'Conor was great. He did not push us. He took his time explaining the features and models of the Sonata. He gave us 2 test drives and showed us the features and how to use them to our advantage. We did nut feel rushed or pushed at any time during our car shopping experience. Eric and his team were great to work with. They were genuine, real, and gave us the deal we were looking for which in return earned our business and trust. There weren't any gimmicks or hidden fees. Their online prices matched their in-store prices. Having been to multiple Hyundai dealerships around the valley I can say that this one had the best staff and environment. It was a night and day difference from what we had previously experienced. They answered all our questions and we felt blessed to walk out the door knowing we had purchased exactly what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. Needless to say we are very happy with the product and the buying experience. We love our 2016 Tucson and the Hyundai brand. This was the only car we wanted, so we were happy not to have to go with a backup plan. We were very impressed with the staff at the dealership. We hadn't bought a new car in 11 years so it is not something we really look forward to. However, our sales person Eunice put us right at ease. She knew a lot about the 2 vehicles we were looking at, and we decided to go with the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. We had originally had a different vehicle picked out at a different dealership, but after driving the Santa Fe, we never made it back to the other place. It was Memorial Day weekend, and my husband is a 26 year USAF veteran, and ended up talking the old days with a couple of gentlemen that worked there. I made an on-line request thru Costco and was referred to Eddie Nunez at Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale (where I purchased a Sonata in 2015). We made an appointment and he made the experience great! No hassel over anything and he was able to answer all my questions about the cars we were looking at. We finally decided on a 2016 Sonata Sport. We have had it now for a couple of weeks and are very happy with it. Just came from another Hyundai dealership where salesman took my car keys and wouldn't give them back. I asked for three different times without success. I felt trapped. I finally went into the boss's office and found them myself. That dealer also jacked the price up by $4000 to make me think they were giving me a super deal. With Eddie no such games. Pus, very importantly, Eddie was very familiar with all the technology. He was thus able to explain why this car was so much better than the camry I had determined to buy. When I asked for an additional $1000 for our trade-in he had it approved in minutes. He's still helping me. When I have a question or problem he's there to solve it. Best car buying experience ever in 40 years. And, the car is a dream!

Dre was very Profesional and informative. I felt like he wasn't wasting my time or his. Eddie was also my salesman, he did an excellent job at helping me find a car that met my needs and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my car. The staff here needs training to sharpen their customer service skills, also, on how to use tactful words. Also, they need to do the best they can to get the customer into the car they want, NOT the one they want to put you in. They also need to know what questions are okay to ask the customer and what questions are NOT okay to ask. What I mean by that is that if the customer says he has purchased 2 cars before at a dealership, believe him! Or if he says that he is a US citizen, don't question his nationality merely because he is not white! Terrible service and unprofessional staff.

My daughter Kristina Hart told me to purchase a vehicle from your facility. She told me the safety ratings were good on those vehicles. I purchased a Tucson 3 years ago at your facility: on Jan. 3, 2016 my daughter and I were involved in a car crash on the I10 fwy. A Semi Truck driver ran us off the road pretty much;we spun a few times then flipped 3 times approximately 200 yards. We walked away with cuts and bruises, when it had many variables of a fatality. He made the entire experience GREAT!Ariel with the sale department asked questions to understand what we were looking for and as we were looking he kept asking questions until he REALLY understood what we wanted. My wife and I were in the market for a vehicle and we decided that she would like to go back to the dealership were she had purchased her first vehicle almost 12 years ago. We came into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Max C. He was a very relaxed individual, something that we like to see in a dealership employee as we have had lots of negative experiences where employees like to push to get a signature as soon as we arrive, they don't try to build a relationship they just want a quick and easy deal. We were surprised to find a nice and relaxed individual. We looked around the lot at different models we were torn between an SUV or a 4 DR Sedan and Max was able to show us some things that were in our price range. We did not do business the first day we were there because we wanted to shop around. The reason we returned is because we had went to a Kia dealership to explore other options. Not only did it take a while to see an associate, when one finally came out he insulted me, then proceeded to try and get us to purchase the first vehicle we walked up to. So disappointing... The following day my wife received a call from Max and he said that he had the car for us... We came back to the dealership and saw the car, we were impressed. We took the vehicle in question on a test drive and we thought that it was the right fit for us and our budget. Max is a gentleman and very professional and knowledgeable of the product. I recommend asking for him by name when coming to Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale.

A few months ago I purchase a Hyundai Elantra from Avondale Hyundai. I am very disappointed in their service dept. I will not be taking our vehicle for service there is the future. I felt their service policies do not promote return business from their customers. Charging for a tire rotation when I am already having work done there should not be charged. It reminds me of the story, "Nickel for a pickel." I live in Buckeye and to drive out of my way to have the car services at the dealer, there should be some incentive. If I ever do decide to purchase another Hyundai, unfortunately it will not be with Earnhardt.

I was greeted very quickly as soon as I arrived. James wasted no time to find out what I was looking for and wanted. Didn't waste no time to get me into the car for my test drive and I was very happy with the car. James was very detailed with the paper work and how to program and operate my new car. I like that I did not spend all day at the dealership only took a couple ours and we had our keys to our new car.

It was comforting to know that our sales person cared enough to meet our needs and went above and beyond to get us a good price on our trade in. We recently purchased a Sonata Limited 2.0T as a gift for my mother and father the week of thanksgiving. We are very pleased with the purchase and how pleasant it was to work with Bruce and Shayne in the sales department. It truly was "No Bull". They were very professional, honest, respectful, efficient, detail oriented and very considerate of our time. We gave them the specs, including color vehicles we were considering and they were able to show us several versions of the same model on the lot. The rebates were amazing and no other dealers could touch their pricing in the valley or in southern California based on our individual research of the sonata trim. I did not know that this was to come after the past survey. Explained in that survey what a great crew the personnel at Avondale Hyundai are. NO complaints. Buying a car from most dealerships in not a pleasant experience. Usually stressful due to tactics. I had fun with these guys. Traded in our 13 Genesis as the dash cluster quit. I had had Temp malfunctions with the radio and Navigation twice. They gave me a very fair price on exchange for a Genesis Ultimate 5.0. I am excited with our new vehicle. Every 82 year old needs a rocket V8 engine. The word computer was not even in the dictionary when I was in High School in the 40's. I have lots of learning to do to operate all functions.

The day that I went in to purchase. I spent about 10 minutes with the finance office since I had already been approved by outside loan.
