I want to say thank you to EchoPark! Shane was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable. He made this experience extremely easy. I really thought it was gonna be a difficult one, but it was really awesome — Shane knows his business! He helped me find the car he needed. My son also bought a car at EchoPark this week, and we’re both happy. Great service!!

I was close to rating this place a 5 star. But here is why they get a 2 star. 1) Sales manager said "Just buy this good deal today. I mean if you don't like it, you can always bring it back within 30 days". That is a lie. They don't take it back. You can only sell it back to them. 2) Once the sale was made, I was informed of missing items in the car. They promised to order the part and call me back. Did not get any call for almost a week. 3) Post sales team never answered their phone. I had left at least 5 voice messages, and none was returned. The only way to talk to a manager is by pretending to buy a new car.

First things first- VERONIKA FITZGERALD!!!! Veronika is the ONLY thing that saved me from walking away! WE LOVED everything about our experience! She’s very knowledgeable and not overbearing! Everything flowed naturally and wasn’t the typical superficial “charm” usually seen with most sales people! She is the epitome of customer service! I definitely recommend everyone to go see her! Thanks again!!!!

Brought a friend of mine to purchase a car from EchoPark after recommending from past experiences. Addie (sales associate/experience guide) is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will always ask for her on future visits and will recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. EchoPark makes the car buying experience fast and practical. Past cars I've purchased from them have been extremely reliable and still under factory warranty. Definitely my go to place and Addie my go to sales associate for future car purchases. First time car buyer here. While browsing Corollas online I saw EchoPark had some cars in my budget. Specifically there was a base model Corolla I wanted to look at and maybe purchase. Day One: I show up to inspect it and they roll up a sporty version of the same year Corolla. I didn't look at the photos online but I thought perhaps they listed it online incorrectly and they were selling a sporty version of the Corolla instead of the base model. Everything went well in the test drive and during my inspection of it and they proceed to draft up a quote for the car with a breakdown of all the costs. I decided to check out some other dealerships in town and sleep on the decision. Day Two: I show up to purchase the sporty Corolla from Day One and they have a different Corolla (base model) parked out front. I tell them that this is not the same car that I inspected and test drove. I asked them if they could honor the price from the quote from Day One for the sporty car that I drove on Day One and they said no. They said the quote from Day One was for the base model Corolla and not the sporty car they let me drive/inspect the day before. I should have been more observant when looking at the odometer, VIN, and tags when they pulled up the sporty car on Day One; but it leaves me wondering that if I decided to follow through with the purchase on Day One, would they have rolled up with the base model car once I signed all the paperwork. Maybe it was an honest mistake on their part by letting me drive/inspect the wrong /nicer car on Day One or maybe it was textbook bait-and-switch. Anyways, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
