I brought my 2012 2500HD with a check engine alarm while traveling coast to coast pulling a 35ft fifth wheel gross weight at 14000 lbs. The diagnostics indicated a couple of sensors out and potential problems with the input and output of the turbo. In the last 12 to 14 months while traveling coast to coast it has spent almost as many days in the shop as pulling the camper. Time to trade. I met with Lorrie and discussed available options, repair or trade. My wife and I discussed it and decided to trade. The problem, this was Wednesday and we needed to be out of the campground Friday morning by 11AM.In a very short time Lorrie worked out an offer that was acceptable to us. We left the truck with them as there was a lot of work to swap things from my old truck to the new one ( the hitch bing the most important, but not the only thing), Lorrie worked all day on Thursday (her day off) to insure the job moved along the required pace.By noon on Friday we were in our new truck ready to drive off the dealer lot. We feel that the entire dealership and in particular Lorrie went way above and beyond to get this all accomplished in the required time limit.Great Job done to all.

All were good buys and this is the only place I will take my vehicles for repair. One of them is the Ford Mustang. They do very good work on that car as well. I always am more than satisfied in your dealership's service department. I also find that Charlotte ( the greeter or whatever her title is) is very pleasant to deal with and is efficient at getting me started with a service writer. I trust your service department and that is a welcome change as I do not trust the one that is closer to my home city (for good reason) that I feel has ripped me off twice in the past but will never get that chance again. I had a blown motor while traveling and had the unfortunate experience of being near Ed Bozarth chevrolet. They replaced my motor and even got some of the work and the motor partially warranteed. This is where the good stops and my nightmare began. After engine replacement 1) I had a leaking return fuel line which they misdiagnosed and attempted to charge me for an injector, 2) Message center said poor quality def fluid and they wanted to replace entire exhaust system at my expense, 3) brake light and ABS light are illuminated and they still won't take responsibility. Brand new motor and had to tow truck off of lot. After $5440 out of pocket, I'm still looking at $3000 - $5000 dollars of repairs that did not exist when truck was dropped off and Ed Bozarth refuses to take even a small amount of responsibility for any of it. Thank you Ed Bozarth. Highly recommend you go anywhere else.

A few weeks ago, a lady rear-ended my beautiful 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 series truck. The damage was pretty bad, but Russ and his crew at Grand Junction Ed Bozarth Chevrolet took very good care of me and kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair process, to include emailing me numerous pictures. As a result, my truck looks like brand new again and I couldn't be more pleased. My wife and I were on a 2 week vacation from home in Western Washington looping through Utah and western Colorado camping in National Parks along the way when our 2007 Silverado 3500HD broke down inside the Colorado National Monument. We managed to have it towed out of the Park to the Ed Bozarth Chevy dealership in Grand Junction on a Friday afternoon. Everyone in the service area was very helpful and an initial diagnosis was promising. The obviously failed switches were not the whole problem so a loaner car was procured for the evening and some tips on hotel accommodations were given by the staff. The next day (Sat) an abraded, burned and shorted bundle of wiring was found that had caused some further component damage. The vehicle would not be running by Saturday close of business so the use of the loaned car was extended thru the weekend, and we proceeded to go touristic for Sunday and Monday. Upon our return the BCM module was considered to be damaged but the staff didn't want to replace expensive parts without knowing there was not other damage that would blow that module as soon as it was installed. We were given the same loaner car at a very good rental rate as we had to be in Utah for a couple of days starting on Tuesday. The wiring problems were solved by Wednesday, the truck put back together by Thursday and ready to roll for us on the following Monday when we could return. All this time the truck was in the service bay with a large camper in the bed, the techs took care to keep that unit plugged to 110v service to keep our refrigerated food from spoiling. The repair cost was quite acceptable, the service was exceptionally professional and accommodating, Kudos to Ben Truit and his team, especially our tech Jim (grumpy).Thanks a lot we made it home without further problems.Mark Ahern

Everything went well... had a bad moment when I pulled in though. I made my appointment on line and the service guys didn't get the word. He got me in anyway, but if service had been real busy it may have been a problem. Need closer communication between on line appointments and the service department. Also could use a bit more space in the waiting room. More chairs rather than booths.

Ben and the other people in the service went beyond my expectations in order to take care of my new Captiva. I took it in for a routine 3000 mile service. The mechanic who did the service work discovered a problem and then everyone in the chain of command got involved. The problem was thoroughly explained to me, the mechanics fixed the problem and after a few minutes discussion With Ben all my questions and problems were resolved. I received excellent service from Patti. The 4 stars come from the fact that an hour and half service turned into 2 1/2 days. The warranty work seems to be sufficient.

Staff was helpful. Service manager made an error right when the wrong oil was used. However, when we got home my husband checked the fluids and we had too much engine oil and not enough transmission fluid. When I took the car back the next day to have this resolved I got the feeling I was putting them out. It took almost an hour to get the problem fixed. When they completed the work the lady said "we put two sets of eyes on it this time so we know it is good". Strange, I would hope the service techs know how to do their jobs. It was just an opps they day before. Engine oil change to Mobil 1 was right as they were closing. I am sure they didn't replace the filter and just added too much. NOt sure what they error was on the transmission fluid.

We had problems with a 2014 Cruise and had brake issue with it had it in service dept an they said the=at it was normal. My Mother felt unsafe driving it . Called and spoke with Craig for a last minute oil change. He literally got me in with ten minutes from the time I called. I arrived didn't even have to get out of my car and the service door was opening for me they quickly directed me to pull forward. we recently got a 2008 Malibu low miles .we were told that it was listed for sale at 11,995.00After the sales man (the Fuss) explained that they put pin striping and door guard On all their vehicles At a additional 395.00,Then after several other charges (taxes,sales man fee deliver fee ? When calling for a service call. I made my appoint based on the confirmation for the amount of time it would take to perform the service requested. Which was 3 hours. Advised I need to be back to pick up children after school 1.5 hours away at a certain time. Was advised by Craig the work would be done within 3 hours. At check in I indicated another item. Was told by Craig that it would be no longer than 3 hours of service. After the initial look of the car by the mechanic I got the call to advise what needs to be done. I again told Craig that I needed to be on the road by 2pm, which would give them 4 hours. At 4 hours I was told they needed a few more minutes, then 10 minutes, then over 25 minutes later still no word on when I would get my car back. Now over 4.5 hours I had to make 3 phones calls in order to make arrangements for my children to be picked up from school pick up. The communication nonexistent from Craig. They could have sent me home in a rental to return the next day, but no. At check out I was charged for additional items that were not clear in the coupon and for item repair that I felt should have been covered under the extended care policy I purchased from Ed Bozarth. The only excellent service was by the ladies at the cashiers. They were polite and professional. I appreciate them, and their concern which finally got someones attention to return my car. I will not recommend the dealership service department, or return for service unless I have to to in order to receive the policy coverage. Very disappointing.

Needing a new car, we brought a list. Dave Davis saved us a lot of time by showing us the car that fit, and going through the specs and options. He spent lots of time patiently explaining new features, and demonstrated that he had more than a cursory knowledge of new car models. He went out of his way to find a mobility device to accommodate special hand control braking and acceleration. The teamwork among the staff was fantastic. Greg Hearing and Seth Rosa went out of their way to find the right features in our 2013 Equinox. Test drive? No problem. Red color? No problem. Larger liter engine? No problem. Mobility device? No problem. Paper work? A breeze. Nice to work with a staff who know cars, and enjoy working with customers. David was really great, Really! This was my very first new (not Used) vehicle. After intoductions, and finding what I might be interested in and price range and such, he was informative WITHOUT being pushy (this is very important to me). He guided me through the vehicles that I thought I might be interested in while giving me the information that I needed and answering my questions, while giving me relevant facts on each vehicle. I was very nervous about the test drive, but he made it quite comfortable. The paperwork process went very smoothly and he "busted buttons" to make it go pretty darn quick. Mark also took care of the Mountains of paperwork quickly, which I also appreciated. Both were Professional while still being personable and friendly. I went in looking for a new car with only an idea of what I wanted. I had not purchased a new car since 1997 and was overwhelmed with all of the choices available. Shannon helped me find the vehicle that was just right for me. On my first visit I went in without my husband and was sure that I would be either pressured or shrugged off because I was a woman shopping alone for a new car. Shannon was helpful and answered all of my questions that day and then was patient enough to answer some of those same questions when my husband and I went back into the dealership a couple of days later to drive the car and make a decision to purchase the Equinox. We feel that we got a good deal on the vehicle that was just right for our needs. David Davis, Ed Bozarth Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable, answered all questions about vehicle options and financing to my satisfaction, was very co-operative in locating the vehicle I wanted, and was faithful in representing the dealership. I had the previous day negotiated with Fouco Motors GMC sales and was extremely disappointed with their sales department's lack of cooperation in locating a 2012 GMC Z71,of which I knew there were four vehicles that matched my needs within a 500 mile radius, or in answering GMAC/Ally financing questions/options. Dealing with Dave Davis and Ed Bozarth Chevy was a 'refreshing' change.My prime reason for considering a Chevy Suburban Z71 was for Elk Hunting and backcountry flyfishing. Due to a total loss of my 1998 GMC Suburban, I needed a replacement within 5 working days to meet my schedule of Wilderness trips or forfeit the Outfitter deposit fees. Dave Davis' and Ed Bozarth's prompt service allowed me to fulfill my trip to John Muir Wilderness and Colorado Elk hunting. The fact that Dave Davis allowed me to drive 20+ miles to demo the Z71 off-road package on a rutted-out, washboard road and the vehicle's outstanding off-road performance 'cinched' the deal for me.

We took our truck in here about 2 weeks ago. When wefirst got it back not even aday later andthe check engine light came on. The truck stalled a few times and we learned that they put the wrong sized screw in it and power was getting cut off and stalling. We have a three year oldand being stuck in 100 degree weather sucks. My husband took it back this morning because we needed to get it smogged and once again the check engine light came on, they wanted another 300 to look at it when we just took it in 2 weeks ago andpaid 300 to get it working. We are highly dissapointed in this dealership and I am hoping that people read these reviews, so they dont fall for all the advertisements andscams. They shouldhave known better then to put the wrong size bolt and since was only 2 weeksago should have offered to look at it regardless and help us.

Our new car purchase began several months ago. We traveled 120 miles to visit Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and were greeted by David Davis. Mr. Davis gave us valuable information and answered all of our questions about several models in our price range. Since this was to be his car, our son visited on a different day and was happily given a test drive by a different sales person when Mr. Davis was not there.After a few weeks of discussion, we were ready for our purchase but were also headed for vacation. During our trip through 3 states we visited several dealerships and were very put off buy high preasure sales tactics. The timing of our trip would only allow us a one day (Saturday) window to complete a possible purchase at Ed Bozarth. I called Mr. Davis 4 days in advance and asked him to check the availability of the model and the options that we wanted. Over those 4 days, there were many communications with Mr. Davis, by phone and by text.We arrived on Saturday morning and Mr. Davis had 3 cars that met our requested needs. At the last minute, we asked to see any similar cars with cruise control. Although this changed the "package", Mr. Davis happily set about finding us the right car. The dealer inventory said that there was one car that matched all of our requests and Mr. Davis found it in the detailing garage.The Dealership accepted my first counteroffer on the sales price and the car was ours. This could not have been a more pleasant car buying experience. Mr. Davis worked very hard to find us the right car for our son. This was our son's first car buying experience, he now carries a valuable memory of what a purchase should be like.

When my previous car rather suddenly became terminal, I began a Web search for a replacement vehicle. I found a used Nissan listed by Bozartth that seemed to fit my needs well. By the time I was able to get to rthe dealership on foot, that car had been sold but Scott Brokaw showed me 3 other cars of simlar type and I chose an Alero that was in beautiful condition, cost a bit less, and had lower mileage than the car that brought me in. Scott was very personable and quite helpfull in all the aspects of the transaction. I do not purchase cars frequently (my last car lasted 20 years) but ths was the most pleasant car-uying experience I have had. No pressure, no coniving, just a frindly guy helping another guy get mobile again. I am very plased and impressed by the style and follow-through of Scott and his teammates at Bozarth.

We were looking at two dealerships for a new full size SUV. I have to admit my husband did pick Christmas Eve to go car shopping because he had been out of state working.We had went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet first and meet David Davis, a really nice gentlemen who found out what we were looking for and even though they did not have that vehicle on the lot he started a search to see what might be available that would meet our needs. He was definitely knowledgable about all the vehicles and the different features of each. He found a couple vehicles that might work, but he said he would continue his search and he would call us later.We went to another dealership and told them what we were looking for and they also did not have it on the lot and looked up one vehicle that might work. We went to lunch and he was going to find out what the trade-in amount of our vehicle was going to be along with our GM Card points, etc. After lunch we came back and in the mean time we had changed our mind on what we wanted for our SUV and decide we were very limited on our selection by going with that criteria. So we made some changes to see what might be available. We did test drive one of the vehicle on the lot and that dealer said he would get with us next week if we wanted anything. This sales person was not very informative, he would answer your questions if you asked one but he seemed like he was probably just wasting his time with us and that we may or may not buy a vehicle and he just wanted to get out of there. (It was about 2:00 pm by now) We decide to go back to Ed Bozarth Dealership My husband and I said we both liked the sales person (David Davis) much better. So we went back and told him of the changes we had made to SUV features and we are very glad we did. Mr. Davis made it an easy process. Another good quality Mr Davis has is that he informs his customers with out making you feel pressured to buy. We are very pleased with the new Suburban we purchased and the service we have received. They even gave us a better trade in value on previous vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person.

There was a small glitch in the paperwork which probably should have not have happened due to the fact that the staff was overly busy & the communication between them was not as good as it should have been. David Davis is an exceptional person who went the extra mile in dealing with us in purchasing our new Silverado. I would absolutely recommend David to any of my friends. Ed Bozart was my first stop in looking at new cars. I told David that I was also going to look at the Tundra. They would not even talk to me. I also checked prices in Denver but really wanted to stay local if possiable. I have not owned an American car since 1986. So I hope this purchase does not have me regreting that I should have stayed with the Tundra. I could have gone elsewhere. Like I said, David is the kind of sales person I would only deal with. Not pushy, in your face, etc. The extras dealer add ons we talk about looked very professional. I do hope the service department is top notch. Bozart dealership will be the only one to service my vehicle, unless we are out of town and may need an oil change. Hopefully, this truck will go 150,000 miles without any problems other than normal maintenance. Again, David is great and the add ons looked perfect.Thank YouDarryl

He was not pushy and answered all our questions and some we didn't think to ask. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed, and that was done at no charge to us. The repair employees treated us great. This dealership treated us better than any dealership we have ever been to. Out of all 4 or 5 dealerships I visited in the aurora area this was by far the worst experience through this ordeal.I was lied to there were misleading lies told by all that I had to deal with I was told buy the used car manager that he would not sell me a car with hail damage because I could not get it insured then he said I could not get it financed but he purches a 4x4 from another dealer with trani issues and had one of used car sales men call me and offer me the car....oh also I told three people what my name was and still got called by another name this is the nightmare we all try to avoid this is by far the dealship that has not kept up with the times no smiles not turstworthy and glad no deal was made if you deal with ed bozarth beware.

Our experience was truly a pleasure. We met David last June and when we were ready to buy in end of Sept. he was very helpful and was not high pressure. He did not try to force us to make a decision by month end and we took about three weeks to decide. He listed to what we wanted and how we wanted to do it, over the phone and on the internet, because we lived 200 miles away. David made the entire process easy and really took care of us. I shopped for about six mths.and every once in a while Mr.Lopez would phone me just to tell me about a vehicle i might be interested in.In August 2011 i was ready to buy.Mr. Lopez knew my taste and provided several vehicles to choose from.He showed me the cars on the lot and simply walked away to tend to outher customers,if i wanted to test drive one all i had to do was ask.I never felt pushed,aggervated,or even stressed.I was treated as if all the decisions were mine and mine alone. In the past i have left several dealerships upset,aggervated,and a bit disgusted from the overall experience. I really enjoyed working with Dave on getting my new 2011 Silverado,I did not feel pushed in any way. Dave was very helpful with any questions i had, he even checked on towing ability compared to my old truck without my asking him to. Every time a take my vehicle to Richard Graham for service, he makes sure that I get the most service for my money. In fact, I recently received a card in the mail from this dealership which entitled me to four free service visits which I appreciate very much especially during this time of economic hardship in our country. BUT, more recently, I had friends come from out of town who needed a rental car and when they called around to other car rental places, their prices were unreal ($88 for a day for a compact car). I explained to them that I knew of a place that may be able to help them. I called Richard Graham and he was able to put them in a Tahoe SUV for only $44 a day. They were able to enjoy their stay while here in Grand Junction for the weekend. They had a 97 year old grand mother with them who wanted to listen to her great-great grandson perform at Rock Jam which may be for the last time in her life because she is so frail. In fact, her great-great grandson brought her up on stage with him and introduced her to over 30,000 fans who attended the performance. I want to thank Richard Graham and Ed Bozarth dealership for helping to make this possible.

It has been 12 years since I have made a new vehicle purchase and I was a bit apprehensive, as my previous experiences had been lees than favorable. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Grand Junction CO. The facility itself is very impressive, with a large inventory, friendly staff, and a state of the art service center. The customer service I received from David Davis was excellent from the start. I had my mind made up on a new truck and David showed me all the bells and whistles during a test drive, while at the same time making me feel comfortable and at ease. After the test drive and a brief negotiation on price, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silvarado 1500 in under two hours. I was worried that I would have to wait until my wife got off at the end of the day to take me back and pick up my new truck, when David told me he would have it delivered to my house. Sure enough, a short time later David pulled up in my beautifully detailed new truck. Kudos to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and David Davis for one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases of my life.

This by far was the best time we have had buying a car. David our salesman was great no high pressure took care of all our needs and in turn we rewarded him with a sale.This is the 2nd. car purchase from Ed's dealership and in both cases things were as smooth as silk both in car purchase and trade in allowance. I could not see myself going to another dealer when I can get this type of treatment right in my backyard.David was the cats meow he walked up to my wife and I and asked what we were looking for directed us to the choices of cars and explained all the features and oppitions in each model. We were asked what it might take to get into thhis car and he said let me see what I can do. I have worked with 2 salesmen, the service department and the body shop. I have been very pleased with all departments of this dealership. Greg Hearing was very patient with me in my purchase in my new vehicle. Was going to buy months ago but due to life events, I had to put off my purchase. Months later, Greg was very happy to resume working with me in finding my perfect vehicle for my family. He was not pushy nor did he ignore me when I showed up on the lot with kids in hand looking at inventory. One day I visited the lot to narrow down my options and didn't realize Greg had the day off. The other salesman was not professional or helpful. The next day when I met with Greg, he appologized to me and took extra time with me to educate me about my truck I that I was purchasing.The body shop is great. They did a great job lining the bed of the truck, honoring the warranty on the bed cover that had a manufacturing defect, and even helped us get a friends collectors car fixed. Always friendly and quick about getting you in the shop. Scheduling is easy.Service department was very friendly. Cold bottled water available and fruit too (kids wanted me to add that). They came out and kept me informed of time till job was going to be completed. I have taken my Jeep to them for general maintenance. They didn't carry what my vehicle required but very quickly got what it needed from another location. Was very impressed at how quickly they did that and how far they went out of their way to complete the job.

We visited Western Slope Ford and the Kia dealerships for comparisons. Boby knew what we were looking for and called us the next day to say that she had found the perfect suv for us. To our delight she had the Equinox in the color and with all the add ons that we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and will always return there to purchase any future automobiles. We had talked with Mr. David Davis on an earlier occasion and we decided not to buy at that time, so this time we asked for him when we got there, he was not there yet but another sales person called him for us and he was there within 30 minutes, he already new what we were interested in and got busy showing us what we wanted, he is very friendly and did not judge us by our looks like several others have at that store in the past, we tried to buy from you in 2005, and the salesman at that time would not show us anything, he just told us that we were not going to be able to be approved for credit through our business, so at that time we left there and went to glenwood springs and at that time it was Two Rivers Chevrolet, we bought 2 vehicles on the same day, this was very upsetting to us and so we were not real sure about coming back to your business but you had a car on the used lot that we wanted to look at at that time so we did, and that is how we met David Davis, when we walked onto the lot he met us with a very friendly attitude, never judging us by our appearance, and yes we decided not to buy at that time like I said before, but when we came back we wanted him to be the one we dealt with, and he took care of us in a very professional manner, we thank him very much for that!! You should have a class for your salespeople that teaches the outlook that he has, don't judge just because people come in in work clothes, with long hair and tattoos, they too have enough money to be on your lot!! I knew Mark Miller personally however Mark Fenn was a no-pressure salesman and only wanted to help us find a car that my 18 year old daughter would be really happy with. No one tried to sell us anything that we weren't interested in. We were not sure what she wanted but they were happy to let her drive whatever caught her eye. Everyone was so friendly and made us very comfortable. We are so happy with the service that we are trading another vehicle this month and my other daughter wants to trade her car and said that she will patiently wait for Mark to find her the right car/truck. Prices are very fair and we were not insulted by the value of our trade when another dealership down the road was $4,000 lower. Will always try to do business with these guys in the future.

As a woman going to look at a car is alway very intimidating, but when I drove on to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet's Car Lot I was approached by Jean. She was very friendly and personable but she also knew what she was talking about. I never felt like I was being sold on soemthing that just needed to be off the lot. She really took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted in a car. She took me on a tour of the dealership and everyone there was so nice. Seth Rosa helped me get to the number that I could afford and Scott Walker got me into a loan that best fit my budget. Afterwards Jean went through all the bells and whistles of the car with me and then called me a few days later to see if I had any questions. I cannot wait to buy my next car from the because I am sure it will be another great experience. I will recommend Ed Bozarth Chevrolet to everyone I know!

My silverado pickup now makes a transmission noise that is not normal, and is apparently due to defective materials/workmanship. After the technician evaluated the problem, he didn't want to take the tranny apart because "if I don't find the problem, I don't get paid, sorry". BEWARE Bozarth Chevrolet does not honor the CHEVROLET 100,000 mile drive train warranty after buying a new Silverado!!

Glenn Taylor told me they didn't have the car I wanted when I could see the exact car in the lot next door (same dealership). I don't know if it was laziness or what, but he could have at least looked. A broker from Denver is now getting my business, AND the commission from the sale of a $60,000 Tahoe.
