2013 2500HD Crew cab pickup bought from Jim Henderson who was more then helpful. He is an asset to your business. He made, along with Karen who did all the finance and paperwork,and Bob Servis the whole process a painless experience. This is my first brand new vehicle in 25 years, I always HATED dealing with car sales people but will not hesitate coming back to Shults Chevy again. Now Shults Ford is another story. NO WAY would I go there again. We happened to stop there first and try the Ford and while they are a nice truck I think Chevy has them beat for. Vito was annoying to me and my son said the same thing. He is what I consider a "typical" car salesman and why I stayed away 25 years. I may trade in 3 years and if I do I would definitely deal with Shults Chevy and Jim Henderson again.

We were treated with great respect from the time we walked in until the closing of our purchase. Our salesperson was Rust Buesink , I explained what we would like to do and if he was willing to work with us we would definitely purchase from him. Rusty was kind, listened, and worked hard to make this deal happen from beginning to end. I also felt as though his manager Matt was easy to work with and was very up front and did not pull any punches. My wife and I appreciate everything that the Shults team did for us! We will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and would go back to them for future purchases.

I found a different car (same make and model) online and had done my homework with all internet tools. I was in no rush or pressure and only wanted a fair deal for the car I bought, fair price for my trade in and financing. My credit was not great, my trade in vehicle was not pristine and the car I wanted was available at many dealers. My salesman never made me a false promise but did his due diligence with his boss and kept it simple and clear. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade in and they matched the price I found for similar vehicle so I know I got a great deal on the vehicle and the financing was fair. I would recommend Shults Auto in Jamestown to anyone looking for car, you will get a fair deal and with honest and honorable professionals.

My husband and I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Impala from the Shults used car show at the Lakewood mall. We were very pleased with our salesman (Rusty). We felt we were given a fair amount for the trade in on our old car and were pleased with the price of the new to us car. Our over all experience was positive and we will not hesitate to return to this dealership for future car purchases.

Great place to buy a vehicle or talk to about buying a vehicle. Friendly staff. Rusty Buesink helped me purchased my truck. He's friendly and not pushy. He worked with my concerns and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Out of all the car sale people I've never dealt with he is the best. When the time comes to buy another vehicle I will come see him again. Tim Kolstee was great to. Made sure I got a great interest rate and got all the rebates. Got a rate better than my own credit union could have gave me. The whole team made my truck buying experience wonderful.

I Had a great experience as it was my first time buying a vehicle on my own. I was unsure of the questions to be asking or even what car to look at. I purchased a preowned 2009 chevy impala. It had everything I wanted and the sales professionals I worked with helped me along. I've been buying my cars from Mike Short for over 35 years and when my daughter was in a wreck and her car was totaled there was only one person I called. Mike has always been there for me and all I need to do is tell him what I am looking for, sit back and wait. He finds it for me all the time. I live three hours away but made the drive to buy off of Mike. I know I'm getting the best customer service, honest price and a friendly smile.

My Corvette broke down in Jamestown on Sunday September 16. I had it towed to Ed Shults Chevy without knowing anything about them or their ability to solve my problem. What i experienced was a committed, caring and friendly team dedicated to fixing the customer's problem in an efficienct process.The Customer Relations rep., Ms. Cheryl Nelson, made me feel at home while I waied. Mr. reid Johnson, the Service Consultant, got my car in quickly, kept me updated on progress, shared cost information for the work promptly and helped me shuttle around Jamestown for 2 days.The Service manager, Mr. Brian Martin, kept close to the problem and the diagnosis. he helped me with a car while mine was being worked on and made sure that I paid for only the costs to repair the true problem - a blown head gasket.And of course the technicians who expertly repaired the car. That was primarily Mr. Joe Pitts with some diagnostic support from Mr. Dave Larson. Their work was exceptional!!I extend sincere thanks to Tim Shults and his entire team at Ed Shults Chevrolet for their outstanding work.
