We found Frank Lincoln of Ed Shults Warren Subaru to be very helpful and easy to deal with. We had several months to go on an existing lease of a Ford Fusion, but decided we really wanted to get into an AWD car before next winter, so we could get used to it before the snow arrives. Frank found a way to accomplish that by working with a separate Ford dealership that is also part of the Shults organization. Next he showed us the way a Subaru Legacy with Eyesight can do things I never imagined a car could do. Then he found us a car that had exactly what we wanted without trying to sell us up to a higher, more expensive trim level.I had done some online shopping, so I knew what the MSRP would be, and I had a good idea of what would be a reasonable and fair discount to expect. Of course we had to negotiate back and forth a little, but settled on a fair price and a good deal for us. We are very, very pleased with our new 2016 Subaru Legacy. We were very happy with the deal Randy Beckstrom made with us. We were amazed and this was the first time in many, many years we were able to make a deal and not have to haggle or argue with the salesman. Randy was very fair and did not pressure us in any way he answered all of our questions and always left an opening for us to contact him with any questions. We had no intention of buying a new vehicle yet but my wife said I really like that Dodge Power Wagon so I am going to tell Randy this is what I want and then walk away. We were both surprised when Randy said that he thought our deal was close enough for him to work with us. To make a long story short we were driving a new 2016 Dodge Power Wagon in less than one week from our first trip to the dealership. I was getting my regular oil change and, as usual, took a walk around the lot to kill time. Chad came out and offered to show me a couple of vehicles. He recommended a Jeep Cherokee. Having already owned 3 Jeeps, I knew that they are great vehicles. We took a 2016 Cherokee out for a drive and I was hooked, although not quite ready to buy. I was under the impression that this was just another wagon-type vehicle, but it is all Jeep! You can definitely feel the 271 HP when you need it! Chad kept in touch without being a bit pushy and eventually I bought that same Cherokee. I've been very happy ever since! It's not every day that you can actually look forward to driving, but this is definitely one of them!

Walking onto the dealership is usually a happy moment finding the car for you. Chad Ristau was completely aware of my fears prior to even arriving at Shults of Warren. My situation put me in a not so perfect situation to be getting a car, but the one I owned broke down and would have cost an amt. I just did not have to fix it. So my fear..walking off the lot with a lessor value car, higher miles with little to no warrenty on the car, and more than likely a higher payment! As soon as I met Chad I was instantly put at ease. He cared about my worries, he was very empathetic, and stayed by my side throughout the entire process! I walked on lot owning a 2010, broken down car, but yet I drove off the lot with a 2016 Chrysler Sadan with 4 miles on it! Oh, and my other fear mentioned about "warranty coverage" completely eliminated, because this car is covered from bumper to bumper! I have no idea how any of this happened. What I do know is that Chad Ristau has a glow about him that makes you feel like you are in the presence of an angel! The idea of walking off that lot with a brand new car NEVER came into thought due to my situation! So trust me when I say this very kind man does all that he can to help you leave happier than you arrived! I can not say thank you enough to such a great salesman, Chad Ristau, and I have to praise the heavens above to have connected us together during a difficult time! I highly recommend you ask for Chad during your time at Shults when looking for that perfect car. It will help you better understand why a speak of such a glow! We went to the dealership knowing what we wanted, leather 7 seater and good in the winter and of course our price range. Randy never once tried to push us into a vehicle but instead showed us our options, let's us test drive each vehicle several times to be sure we were getting just what we wanted,also answered all questions we had and if he didn't know he found the answers for us from his colleagues. Even after we purchased the car and left the dealership we ran into some questions, without hesitation we called Randy and got back to us in a timely manner! I wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a while now but yet my budget was extremely tight, so when I saw some great leasing deals in the local newspaper from Ed Shults, I felt obligated to go check them out! Even though I didn't think I would be able to secure a deal, I drove the hour and a half to Ed Shults anyway. After getting there, I was greeted by Bradley Joy, (not the salesperson I chatted with on the internet earlier but I could no longer remember that guys name) so I asked Bradley if he could show me some Ram trucks and answer some questions on how their lease programs worked. He offered his assistance, so out in the cold we went. They had a lot to choose from and that included lots of color choices. Well, I am extremely grateful to Brad Joy because even though it was cold and windy outside, he showed patience and was totally submissive in answering my many questions. He didn't push me, but yet his knowledge of the vehicles and of their lease program guided me to what I would call the perfect vehicle for my wife and I and one that hopefully would meet our budget. Brad worked with us and the finance people until we come to an agreement and I now have a new Ram 1500 Quad Cab Express in True Blue Pearl sitting in my garage. We couldnt be more pleased with Brad and the finance team at Ed Shults for making this a dream come true for us!

This experience was good as Chad treated us with respect all through the process.On February 13, 2016 Chad was again our salesman and this time the car was a 2014 Subaru Outback. Our experience through this process was also good as Chad did some research for us before we went to the lot as I had a set amount for my budget, and asked him to look into a few selections I had made on their website. It came down to if I had chose one of the selections I had picked out, I would have "settled" for a newer car. Chad recommended a couple of different choices in which we picked out the Subaru instead. I never in a million years would have thought of buying a Subaru as I remember when they came out they were way too small for us. The wife wasn't happy with the way her 2012 Honda CRV performed on the bad roads we have to travel every day due to living out in the country so last Saturday I said lets go look at some used Subarus" since she had mentioned she liked the Outback style. We met with Chad Ristau at the Warren dealership and all I can say is in all the vehicles I have bought over the last 50 years I have never had a more pleasant experience than this one. We picked out a 2016 Outback and took it for a test drive and during the test Chad explained all the safety features the car had and a lot of the other features. When we got back to the dealership they appraised the Honda and gave us a trade in price. My wife said she couldn't do it for that so Chad went back to the manager to negotiate and actually came back with a realistic number we could work with. Through it all Chad was the most pleasant and patient salesman I have ever met. He treated us like we were his friends and explained every step of the transaction and asked if we had questions several times. There was never any pressure from him to purchase the car. the wife and i went there looking for a truck.we decided on a used quad cab ..while they were busy getting all the paperwork together.the service manager came outside and told us that he had not yet had a chance to to get the truck in.but, they had already detailed the truck and put it on the line to be sold.so he said he be able to give us any kind of warrantee. i told him we would walk.he then said well, may be 1000 miles.i was ok with this.cause with most used cars you only get a 30 day 1000 mile warantee anyway.so we get the truck home.the following morning my son noticed the spare tire missing.we knew it had one because we were talking about it being new.also later that day i noticed small drops of oil on my driveway.having 4 cars and lots of people visiting i thought nothing of it.i called the dealership to tell them about the spare tire,they acted as if it didnt happen.i knew better.so they said we will get you a new rim and tire.3 weeks later i got a new rim and a used tire.that was previously on a vehicle that needed a front end alignment.the outside of it was cupped..when the person who took the tire was stealing it.they broke the piece that holds the tire under the truck.i took my truck to my mechanic for a service.he showed me small pin xxxxx in the oil pan ..1000 dollar repair. i called them and once again got the song and dance used by most used car sales people.my advice.check the vehicle over completely.take to an outside mechanic do not take these peoples word for anything..it was a very expensive lesson for me.happy to say i just bought a new truck.from community chevrolet in meadville.great people . i will never return here.nor ever recommend..

We did have a crazy experience and we were ready to walk away from there but when we alerted the GM to this he brought us in to speak to Nick and he turned the whole thing around! Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of going in and purchasing my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Ed Shults Subaru in Warren. From the first Email I had with Don Baker, who was willing to give me pricing and information on the car from the get go (no games like other dealerships), to meeting my salesman Brad Joy, and then meeting Jeff and Nick and the other salesmen and Service department, everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. It such a friendly, low pressure environment, but what I liked the most was that, everyone there was excited for me and to tell me about the car I was going to get. They all are really passionate about Subaru's and what the brand represents. After doing a year of research on the car I wanted, it was nice to have a salesman like Brad who just wanted to tell me more about the car and answer any and all questions for me, instead of trying to sway me into a more expensive option. He knew what I wanted and that's exactly what he put me in! He's an awesome guy, really went above and beyond in my opinion! And Nick was really thorough explaining all of the different servicing and warranty packages available and financing options. Working in a similar department, I know the value of having extended warranties and service plans and he answered all of my questions, and explained the differences between them (more than once for me.. thanks for that Nick!). In May of 2014, we went looking for a new Subaru at Shults of Warren. We were met by Frank Lincoln, who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. I told Frank that I wasn't ready to purchase, that I was just checking around to see who would give me the best deal. After talking, he never pressured the deal. Ed Shults was the second dealer I went to and I must say, I was very impressed. It's so common to run into an "obnoxious" car salesman who only wants to get you to buy so he can get his commission as fast as possible. Frank proved to be a wonderful exception to this label. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Subaru, which is one of the reasons I returned to Warren. Frank has an awesome, very friendly demeanor. His attention to my wants was impeccable. I've dealt with many car salesmen and Frank was very nice and truthful the whole time we talked. He is very effective at his job. I know Frank would not have agreed on our deal if he, and the dealer, were losing money, so his truthfulness is a great asset. A salesman's reputation is one of his primary assets! I had previously spoken with Frank by telephone, as our lease was nearing completion. I informed him that when our schedule allowed,we would be stopping in to the dealership. He trusted in us and in that conversation, and did not call back or attempt to reach us by any other means; rather he respected that discussion we had. I came to Ed Shultz to purchase a newer vehicle than I had that was extremely dependable. I was greeted with open arms as if I was one of the family. Thank you for that! The weather the three days of test drives was extremely bitter cold and windy, with temperatures below zero in the negative double digits with the wind chill. Our initial visit was to window shop on a used truck basically to get an idea of what is out there. While on the lot we met Clay and after a brief discussion we decided to look into a new Ram instead of used. During this time we were also looking at a new GMC at another local dealership and speaking with another salesman. Scott and Clay were very insightful when answering all of our questions and concerns. We decided to purchase from Ed Shults instead of the other dealership, this decision was based on the best deal presented to us. We love our new Ram!

I went to the dealership several months ago "looking" at the Crosstrek and was greeted by Frank Lincoln who explained the features and advantages to me. I explained to him that I was not ready to purchase yet, but that I would return. He gave me a couple calls (not too many), so when I was ready to deal, it was an easy process. They quickly located a car for me and worked to get me the deal that I wanted. I got fast and friendly service. The whole process took and long time and Chad was with me the whole time. Any problems I found with the car they did their best to try and fix it. They didn't try to push anything on me I didn't want and did what they could to get me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. So ask for Chad and tell them Joe Brinkley sent you.

Frank Lincoln is very professional And knowledgeable of his products. RAM had good rebates available and all of Shults sales and financing staff were very helpful with these rebates. Truck features were explained and demonstrated by Frank. Truck was delivered same night. Jim Beech did the financing work. We are happy with our new RAM 1500 4 door 4x4 Tradesman. Frank even did some follow up calls to check on our satisfaction.

Was looking to trade cars, no idea on the make but wanted leather, heated seats, low mileage, good mph "at a price I could afford". After two trips to Warren, plus stops at several other dealerships in N.Y. and Pa., Chip continued to keep me in mind and finally said he thought he had one that would be to my liking. He was so sure he persuaded me to take the time to look at it. Although I didn't care for black, everything else was what I wanted. So Chip worked with me on pricing, got he manager to agree, sold. Try them, sure they will give you the same top notch treatment that I got.

I had been looking for a couple of months for an automatic Jeep Wrangler and was having trouble with the pricing/miles/year ratios. My co-worker actually knew about Ed Shults of Warren dealership because he drives up there delivering parts twice a week. Once I saw the yellow Jeep Wrangler X on the website, I knew I had to drive up to see it. It was definitely the Jeep I had been looking for. Chad Ristau was patient with me since it was my first time purchasing a car on my own and we were able to work a deal that evening. I didnt actually end up leaving until around 10:00pm that night. The finance department was a little pushy, and that would be my only complaint, but I did walk out with the Jeep of my dreams. Overall, I give the rating I had a 'good' because I came out with what I wanted, but there were a few twerks I had to work out the next day concerning my overall payment(s).

I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester at Ed Schultz. Clayton Hesch was my salesman he took the time to explain the features of the forester took me for a test drive. Very good salesman no presure to buy and was able to find the Forester I wanted. I would buy another Subaru from Clayton again. The rest of the staff was very helpful.

Let me just say that I would recommend Jeff Cusimano to anyone that is looking to buy a car. I cannot even express how easy and simple he made my buying experience. I don't know too much about cars so having Jeff helping me was a blessing. I asked a question and he explained the answer to me in lamens terms and I was educated about the car completely by the time we went inside to go over the price. He gave me a great price right off the bat and we had an agreement in no time. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and I felt very comfortable the entire time that I was there. I would and will be recommending anyone to Ed Shults of Warren. And especially Jeff as he should be awarded with some kind of award for how excellent he is at his profession, as that is an award all on its own. That is very difficult quality to find in a car salesman. Jeff...stay at Shults as I don't want to deal with anyone else! Thanks again!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience in my life. This dealership is 70 miles away from me, it was well worth the drive and I'll do it again next time I'm shopping for a vehicle. I dealt with Art Chamberlin, he was very friendly, no pressure from him and no games. I always dread shopping for cars because I always seem to get stuck with your sterotypical car salesman, I usually walk out because I can't stand that. This was a whole new experience for me car shopping....Refreshing! Art was great, I look foward to dealing with him again next time I need a vehicle. Everyone one I met there was excellent, from the finance manager to the cashier all friendly they really make you feel comfortable. I've reccomended this dealership to all my family and friends, was well worth the hour+ drive.

Overall the Employee Brian Shoobridge was outstanding in helping me out. He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how insignificant they seemed. Love the fact he was a "no-pressure" kind of salesperson. I noticed that the Management Staff kept trying to get him to rush me into the sale, I commend him for not doing that. And for that sole reason I feel I'd do business through that employee anytime!

I have given Ed Shults of Warren this positive review because it was nothing short of a positive experience. After initially sending an E-mail to them from cars.com I had a response in just a business day or two and was up at the dealership within a week to look at the car I was inquiring about thanks to Nick. Chad took me out on a wonderful test drive and helped me to come to a price I could work with Sherri Aldrich. I would absolutely recommend them.

The dealer in Warren had friendly/intelligent staff, that I was grateful to have working on my car. The manager is a well set individual, that truely just wants to see each customer walk out his doors happy. Why can't all of America be this easy.

I used my Shults Auto Advantage card for my car's maitnance. The only time I had a problem with Shults was when a technician tried telling me my 2008 Durango needed a new transmission lines for $400. I've had it to Shults 3 times since for maitnance and they have said fluid levels normal.

When I did the Financing The person sold me an warrantee that was good for two free oil changes a year. what she did not tell me was I had to pay for four oil channges at $24.95 before I got the fifth one free. I have to pay for another four to get the next free oil change. So to need the two free oil changes per year I have to drive 36,000 per year to get the two " free" oil changes. If I had It to do over again I would not deal with shults
