Overall the dealership is ok, but I feel the add on's should not be added unless the customer request it, therefore I was forced to buy items I wouldn't have if given the choice. Also when doing the finances everything need should be done at the time of signing, not calling me days and months afterwards because you forgot something. I agreed to a price , provided them with everything they asked and signed the contract as such therefore it is on the dealership if they did not request the correct paperwork to obtain a rebate.

I sat at Edmond Hyundai for over 2 hours for an oil change. I had to ask receptionist what was going on after waiting another 30 minutes they bring me my car and receipt of what was done. I drive off thinking my oil is changed 2 weeks later my car dies in traffic, had anybody been behind me at full speed would have ran into me. I got my car towed home to find out i didnt have a drip of oil in my car. I contact Edmond Hyundai to let them know the situation. They told me they would investigate it. So now they basically tell me its ok they didn't do their job and i just jave a case of bad luck. Please make sure you go back with the service guy to ensure they are doing what they say. Apparently i was suppose to check they work after they signed off stating they did.

My wife wanted a new car, but our schedules conflict so much that it was hard for both of us to look at a car together. I called Edmond Hyundai and they had the vehicle with all the options we were looking for. They even beat their competitors price on the same vehicle. Dealership let me take the car all the way across town(75 mile round trip) for my wife to drive and approve it before purchase. After the deal was done, I still needed to get the car home. One of the salespeople drove the car across town for me to my house. A couple of days after the purchase, my wife took the car back to the dealership and Sam did a great job of showing her how all the gadgets worked. If the dealership were closer to were I live, we would definitely take advantage of their well maintained service department.

Drove 5 hours to buy the car that was negotiated over the phone. When I got there I found out that they were charging me 6000.00 more than agreed upon. They lied about that, lied to me about the car being brand new, it had 5000 miles on it. The car had stains on the seats and the inside was dirty. The financial guy lied about several things, had a bad attitude when I questioned him about the price and all of the differences. When a final price was finally agreed upon (only because I was basically stuck there without a car) he was rude and made very rude comments and was hateful about it. I was there for almost 5 hours which is entirely too long considering I did all of the application paperwork the night before over the phone and the internet! Worst experience I've ever had involving sales people and I will NEVER go back and I will ABSOLUTELY encourage people to go else where!!! Hyundai needs to do something about this dealership. They not only don't deserve any stars, they deserve minus stars!!

My buying experience was quickly going south due to the attitude of Terry. Sam and Buzz stepped in to keep from losing a sale. I chose Edmond Hyundai because I purchased my 2011 Sonata from there, which I still own. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at this dealership, so when I was in the market for a new Santa Fe this was the only Hyundai dealership I would consider. I told Sam my conditions, and he kept bringing offers that greatly exceed my request. This irritated me to know in. At one point, the offer was $340 more than what I was currently paying. I again made my conditions known. He came back 2 more times with offers that greatly exceed my conditions. He finally sent my original salesman, Reed, into the office. I told Reed that I've been here for over 3 hours on some BS. I wasn't budging and Sam wasn't getting the picture. Reed understood and made the deal happen.

I went in asking for a 4wd that could tow and possible take 6+ people. They brought out a Navigator that was beyond my budget (sure, that's expected). I looked closely and noticed it had been wrecked. Fine, it was repaired well (I did collision for 3 years) and I'm ok as long as the price drops a lot. They didn't offer the information that it had been wrecked until I told the sales person it had.After telling them I was done haggling and was taking my family home, they caved on the price. I just wanted to get my kids home, but I was willing to keep playing the game if it was almost done. Then, it turned out that financing is also a hassle/haggle game. I knocked them down to reasonable numbers there and moved on to the ridiculous hassle that is the extra warranty. They guy there wouldn't tell me any specifics and just wanted me to sign. Well, I don't do that; I read. After finally dragging out of him what it would actually cost (with much convincing to drag it out of him) I was satisfied. So, three rounds down and we had the car. I drove it home, being told the financing would be handled and my title would arrive in a week or so. The next day, I decided to check out the AWD/4WD system that was promised it had, since the controls were nowhere to be found inside. They had lied and it was 2WD. When I called them about it, he said, "Well, you wanted on with 6+ seating and towing, right?" He didn't care and tried to talk about it like it was my fault... clearly it was: I trusted this dealer and didn't check for myself.Three (!) weeks later, I'd seen no title so I called them. Well, it turns out that they couldn't find anyone to finance it (my credit is excellent, it just had a rebuilt title) and I had to give it back. Three weeks I had this car and they didn't have the guts to call me, I had to call them.I'm attempting to envision how they could have made the experience worse... I think kicking my wife and/or children is about all they had left to take it any lower. I returned the car with two balling children, because they had gotten used to how nice the new car was and I had to give it back.

Was in Oklahoma city for the weekend when we stopped to see a Veloster. Sam, the salesperson, did a tremendous job in making us comfortable and thoroughly investigating the sale. Had to return home to Tulsa (100 mile trip) but was so impressed with Sam, I drove back to OKC just to buy from him!

After visiting 5 other dealerships and then two more after Hyundai I went back with confidence in my decision. The staff was never pusher like other dealerships and showed me a range of products to meet my needs. Other dealerships would show me cars outside of my desired budget or be more focused on getting me financed before I even found what I wanted. Hyundai did a great job of giving me options and encouraging me to shop around and compare. I love my new Elantra and the extended warranty.

I was very pleased with the outcome of this dealership! Though I drove off in a different car than I originally went for, I am very much in love with my new Veloster! The only complaint I would have is that 3 days after we left and had already signed the papers with financing agreement we received a call saying that our payments would exceed what we had originally agreed to pay per month.

Went to purchase a car listed online for $29,500 and the best price the dealer would offer in store was over 31,000 even after showing them the online price. This lower price was on thier own website for 29,816 and others for 29,500. This is a ridiculous scam just to get you in dealership! Salesman Neko was nice the price was out of his control.

I'm fed up with Edmond Hyundai. I've blocked their numbers and now they are Star 69'ing me so they can try to sell me another car. I have 2 fairly new cars I bought from them and will drive them until the wheels fall off. I bought both from them but that's not good enough. I will not buy a third from them, because I've been repaid by them hounding me relentlessly. The next time I get service from them I will give all 1 star reviews when contacted. I don't care if they are cold calling people or not. They are worse than telemarketers.

1. Charli in customer service called me about a vehicle I had inquired about online, and lied to me about the price. Charli told me that the price of the vehicle was actually lower than the price listed online because of their year end holiday sale.I didn't even ask about a sale price. Charli volunteered that information all on her own.I confirmed the sale price with Charli twice. She told me that Dustin Cup would be able to provide an even better price once we met with him at the dealership.2. We drove to Edmund Hyundai, only to learn that the price was $2000 higher than we'd been told over the phone.3. The manager, Dustin Cup, told us that he remembered something about the price for the vehicle being $21,999 this morning when Charli called me, but that the price is actually $23,999, and that they wouldn't budge on it. Dustin tried to play it off as some kind of "miscommunication".I told Dustin that there was no miscommunication. Only lies.4. They wasted our vacation morning.5. Dustin Cup actually managed to make my husband mad. NOTHING makes my husband mad.6. They paid for about a quarter tank of gas to "make it right".7. It's still not right. I took my car in for an oil change, was told I needed my 30K mile service and that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Thought, OK.. I need to maintain my car let's do this. Three hours later, I had to call and my car was almost ready.... no apology from my service person or anything. I missed my daughter's appointment. Spoke with the new Service Manger he indicated the service rep "knew it would take longer than the said hour and he shouldn't have told me an hour to make the sale, but sometimes that is what they do, even though they know better... really!!!! If i would have been told it was a three hour service I might have been okay with that, would have made other arrangements for my other appointments for sure. Lying to someone to get their business and setting false expectations is just wrong. I am telling EVERYONE I know about my personal experience and not to go here. So far over 800 people have seen it on my FB page and I have Tweeted... word of mouth helps others not experience this same thing. I should have went back to Hyde Automotive.. they are amazing on 10th and May.. lesson learned ... next time.

Robbie's management team was very unprepared and unprofessional. Isiah (salesman) and your personnel manager were outstanding and we bought the car because of their efforts. I contacted the dealership via phone from Kansas 7/31/15. I spoke to John Montgomery who right off the bat was both rude and short. I inquired regarding a vehicle in stock and he committed to getting back to me with his best deal. He did not. Four days later on 8/4/15, the vehicle appears to have been sold. I left email and phone number with him and have yet to hear back. I can appreciate that the particular vehicle may have already been part of a negotiation, but no courtesy notification is unforgivable. Based on my initial conversation with him, I believe that his behavior is likely chronic. Looking at other reviews of Edmund Hyundai, he doesn't fit with the experience other buyers are getting; maybe he was having a bad day.

For a couple weeks, I have been searching for a new car. During my search on TrueCare.com, I came across several deals I wanted to check out. I corresponded with multiple dealerships, but by far, Edmond Hyundai was the most attentive and upfront dealership. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and showed an example of a deal I'd found elsewhere, and they went above and beyond to meet my criteria. Instead of a used vehicle, I was able to buy a new Hyundai Elantra with everything I wanted in it within the same budget of what I was going to spend on a used vehicle. Sam Assaleh was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Even after the sale was done and I had to take my paperwork up there the next day, he made sure to continue making me a priority. GREAT customer service! This was the second time I've bought a vehicle from this company.The first time, I'd had received a great deal then, too, and had 0 issues with the vehicle during the 2 years I owned it. Had it not been for someone crashing into me and totaling my car, I would still be driving it. If/when the time comes to buy again, we will certainly be going back to them once again. Hopefully, Sam will still be there, too, as I would gladly trust him in helping us again.

Let me start with I wasn't there for the finance portion my fiance was, but I heard all about it. She went on a evening to buy the Santa Fe we picked out. It took forever to get the car, apparently the salesman took the car to get filled with gas and decided to go to Mcdonalds and get dinner also. The car was not detailed and now smelled like burgers and fries. It was very late by the time she was done. We have tried to get the car detailed on several occasions, we made an appointment to get it done with an oil change on a Saturday. When we got there it took hours for an oil change and when we asked about the detail wash it was like we spoke a different language. The new car manager came to talk to me and not my fiance and it's her car. I was not happy at all with his answer it was what he thought I wanted to here. I know it's small but it was promised to us and they did not come through. We have had the car about 7 months and it still hasn't been detailed. We are so turned off by the last visit we gave up trying. We love the car but the dealership has a long way to go. We were so upset last time my fiance wanted to go to ford and trade in her brand new car.

I will absolutely recommend anyone to Sam Assaleh, he got a car the exact car I wanted in for me from out of state and when it arrived we noticed a dent a the pasenger door. Immediately promised it would be fixed and also hooked me up with the same model car straight off the lot to drive while mine was being repaired. Sam had knee surgery the day before my car was back from the body shop, the guy came into work just to make sure the car was right when it was given to me, he was hobbling but he was there! It's been two months since I got the car in and I still receive the occasional text from Sam checking in on me and the car. Brian Finley hooked it up in the service department as well, these two were in constant contact with me and making sure I knew the status of my car a couple times per day(the body shop lost power for two days because a car took out a power pole nearby). If you have a choice who to talk to in the finance department, Michael Link is the guy to go with, extremely honest, was not rushing around, making sure I fully understood everything and was actually quite funny! Good job guys!

Where do I begin? Well I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata which I ended up returning. I'm Active duty Military so saving money is very important in my field, with that said, if you're military stay away! So back to this transaction, they have a 2013 Hyundai Sonate SE that they have on their website listed for almost 17K, if you look on their website it will say that it's one owner and clean carfax and Hyundai certified, even when you pull the Carfax in the history it says that when the dealership took ownership they certified it to where the next buyer would get the 100k 10 year warranty that Hyundai is famous for. When I was speaking with David Patel (general manager) he informed me that the car was not certified and that I could pay a certain fee out of pocket if I wanted the 10yr 100k warranty (NOGO). Secondly the car is pretty banged up with hail from some storm ago and I was willing to still take on the car if they worked on their price but the BEST they could do was knock off $300 bucks, okay passed that, I took the vehicle to get appraised for the hail damage and turns out that the car has about 8-10K worth of hail damage and when I notified the dealer of this and they still did not want to budge on price. I mean who wants to buy a car for 17K and turn around and put another 8 into it? This is the part that gets me, the saleman that I was working with actually told me to just claim the damage on the next storm?! REALLY? Needless to say, I took their car back and will purchase one from a MORE reputable dealer. I will say this though, their finance department was pretty good to work with.

My husband David bought a 2013 Santa Fe at this dealership and has been a super satisfied customer of this dealership for years now. However, I was disappointed in the finish on the 2012 Camry, which I purchased as a new vehicle. David has purchased several automobiles from Edmond Hyundai, so I had heard nothing but good about the dealership. After purchasing my Jeep Patriot Latitude in 2014...it was just not what I really wanted in a vehicle; although it did win me over to SUV's! When we first looked at Edmond Hyundai dealership a few weeks ago for a vehicle...we also stopped over at a competitor to look at Mazdas and then Suburus. At the Mazda dealership...when we went out on the lot looking at cars...not one salesman came out. The salesmen and the sales manager were all in the office...some with their phones in hand. We circled around, went back to our vehicle..My husband.David wanted to leave...I literally had to call that dealership on the phone, tell them we were standing out front and let them know we wanted to test drive a vehicle. It seemed they were a bit embarrassed, and of course, we received some attention at that point, but it was really disappointing...when they had no idea what type customer we were. Our experience with another Suburu dealership was not much better. At that point I really would have purchased a Suburu or Mazda. Of course, I realize I owed a lot on the Jeep, however they had no idea at the point we first arrived, what our situation was. My husband and I both work in the business world and can't imagine treating customers like that. I say all that, to say this. The way we were treated at Edmond Hyundai, was like "a breath of fresh air". They did not see my situation with the new Jeep loan as a burden., but quickly worked to see what Edmond Hyundai could offer me, nor did they try to just get me into any vehicle, in order to work a deal. I was upside down in my two year old car but the dealership worked with me to stay within my budget and get me into the bigger vehicle that I needed. It is still a place where you have to haggle but not high pressure and Amir, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the cars they had and stayed in my price range. I went in with a fixed budget, and they found a car that worked for me. Admittedly, they tried to "sell" me a bit, but it's a dealership, and that's their job. In the end, I didn't have to leave to look for a cheaper car (as I had been fearing), they didn't try to force a more expensive car on me (as almost every other dealership had), I didn't exceed my budget, and I went home with a very nice used 2012 Elantra. Not sleazy, and not overly pushy. Seems like a legit place to shop.

I couldn't have had a better experience while I was here at Edmond Hyundai.As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted professionally by Mr. Amir Shams. He asked me what my interests were in coupe styles and he had three already lined up for me to look at.I ended up going with a new Hyundai Elantra. It was the best choice for me in regard to gas mileage, spacing within its cabin, and of course my budget.I automatically fell in love with the vehicle when I was able to take around the block for a test drive. During this time I asked more questions about the vehicle to Amir. He was very knowledgeable in the particular vehicle and by the time I knew it I was already parking back at the dealership.We both knew that this was the car for me once I had exited the vehicle. We went back inside to discuss the terms, and I was quite pleased with the deal that was offered with the car. Amir was no where near pushy, compared to other dealers that I had worked with in the past, and was courteous to explain any other extra concerns I had prior to heading to finance.Again, I recommend anyone who plans on purchasing a Hyundai in the future to specifically go see Mr. Shams, as it was a pleasure to work with him.Thank you Edmond Hyundai ultimately for your professionalism and customer service!

We just purchased a new Santa Fe and are very pleased with the experience from the time we walked onto the lot until we drove off in the new vehicle. Our salesperson, Jimmy Haught, was very knowledgeable of the autos, pricing, and features. He listened to our needs and was very patient in showing us various options. Once we made our selection, they did not have it on the lot and found one for us that was out of state. They had the car brought in, detailed, filled with gas, and ready for us when we arrived. There was no high pressure sales involved, they listened to our budget needs and worked with us to accomplish our goals. This is our second purchase from Edmond Hyundai and we will certainly look there again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I bought the car recently in August and at the time of purchase it was told that I will be getting 3 years of oil change for free. I will be getting a card in the mail for the same which they also refer as royalty treatment. I never got the card in the mail and when I called to talk to the salesman he never took the call. I was asked to come and talk to sales manager to straighten this out. They also charged me for these oil changes on the purchase agreement and still are not offering the services. I will never recommend or go back to them even if they give the car for free now. This is one of the pathetic services I have received. Pathetic sales and post sales service. I wish I could give them 0 stars or negative stars.

I called about a specific car listed on the internet. I talked to the agent for 30 minutes with specific questions and made an appointment for my wife to see and drive the car after work. When my wife arrived, nobody knew anything about it, in spite of the fact that I was assured that they would have the car ready to test drive. After an hour, they finally located the specific car, only it was damaged. I specifically asked if there was a reason the car was listed at the price it was at, clearly lower than the norm, and the agent told me that the car was in great shape. The fender and bumper was crumpled--it was in a fairly major accident. Carfax listed nothing of the accident. The dealer has had the car since April (it's now August). The car is still damaged. After more than an hour run-around, my wife walked out. They were disrespectful and refused to acknowledge her very clear limits on price and style of car. They delayed and stalled, but she finally saw the wrecked car and a couple of other rejects that didn't fit our budget. It these people can't even tell the truth on the phone when you ask a simple question, how can you trust them with your business? What a waste.

I want everyone to know what a great experience my wife and I had at Edmond Hyundai today. We were met on the lot as soon as we arrived by Aaron who gave us a warm greeting and a can-do attitude. Aaron worked very hard showing us different used cars, Toyotas as well as Hyundai's. Aaron told us about a recent trade-in that they had and wanted to show us. This car was a beautiful Hyundai Elantra. My wife took a seat in the car and was immediately impresses with this cars looks and options. She took the car for a drive and was sold. Needless to say she bought the car. But the real catch is the way Aaron immediately made us comfortable. This wasn't your usual car buying experience. And Aaron is not the typical "car salesman". At no time were we pressured to buy, Aaron knew that if he worked hard enough, he would find the car we wanted, and we did. This is now the fourth car we have bought with Edmond Hyundai. It is a very good dealership and service facility, but if Aaron is an indication of the rest of the staff, you can't go wrong buying at Edmond Hyundai!!

This is the second time I have had an issue with this dealership and I hope no one else is having this problem or will go through the same issues I am having. I purchased my vehicle in April at Edmond Hyundai. I had the worst car buying experience that I would not wish on my worst enemy. Although, I purchased my vehicle in April I am still having problems with the dealership. A month after I purchased my car I received a turnpike violation that my old vehicle (the one I traded in) went through a turnpike and did not pay. I contacted Edmond Hyundai and was told someone probably drove it home and didn't think anything about it and the car should be out of my name soon. I went along with it because I thought since we had such a problem when I purchased my new vehicle they will take care of this issue. Well I thought wrong. I got a new letter in the mail for another turnpike violation on a totally different day than the previous violation and a bill for $25.00. I contacted the pike pass authority and I have to provide bill of sale that I am no longer the owner of the vehicle. I have no problem with that but after 3 months how hard is it for Edmond Hyundai to make sure the car is out of my name??? I contacted Edmond Hyundai and was told it takes 3 years for a car to get changed over into someone else's name. It didn't take 3 years for my car to get put in my name. The gentleman I spoke with told me that I need to send my information to the turnpike authority so they can drop the violation fee. The problem I have with this is the whole time I owned the vehicle I never received a ticket and I trade it in to Edmond Hyundai I get a violation/ticket every other month. If that is the case if the vehicle is still in my name they can give it back to me. This is very frustrating and I hope no one else is having this issue and I hope no one else has to go through the same issue. I wonder if the basketball team that does a commercial for this dealership know how they treat customers??? I will send my bill of sale to the turnpike authority and hopefully I will not get another violation for a vehicle I no longer own.

Don Staggs was my service person who helped my daughter! I live out of town in Lawton and my 19 Year old daughter has a Elentra that was overheating! I called the service dept and Don was who answered . Picked up on second ring ( that's a first for me from any service dept ever ) and I discussed my daughter was stranded . In 14 min from hanging up he had a driver from the dealership pick her up and 45 min later the car was towed in at 10:45 am! He arranged for Chelsey to have a ride to work and called me at 1:15 with a quote on the repairs. The car has 87,000 miles on it and it was a water pump issue. I gave him authorization to repair and I was expecting the car sometime tomorrow afternoon. He calls me back at 5:05 and said that he was aware she was disparate for her car back due to the fact she has no way to work as an intern with channel 9 in Okc! So he. Rushed the repair but then proceeds to explain to me their was a smal issue on the amount owed,,,, ( oh boy here we go,,, the screw job is coming was my thoughts ) well ill be damned he stated he went to the service manager and they discounted my repair bill and knocked off $43.00 less than what I approved,,,,, are you kidding me? Wholly goodness,,,, under promise and over deliver!!!! I could not believe it!!! I'm going there this weekend and purchasing a new car from Edmond Hyubdai. I asked if he could have the highest level person call me because I wanted them to know how shocked and pleased I was with them and Don!!! I was shocked again when at 7:30 pm a man named David Patel called me and I told him how pleased I was with his business and that I was going to trade her car in for a new car this Sat.... Now I was really even blown away again. He asked me what I wanted and discussed some different cars! Sent me 4 different emails and prices and trade value on her trade in! Wow wow wow! In less than an hour he had made me an incredible deal on a new Hyundai And gave me over Blue hook value for my trade( I went on Kelly blue book to see the value of my trade) and got me pre approved for the loan at 1.99% interest,,,,, u gotta be kidding me!!! Greatest experience of my life and I have bought over 15 cars from car dealerships over the years!! So I told him I would be there Sat to sign the paperwork, but get this,,,,, a salesman drove down the paperwork and left my house at 10:15 pm and I could not be more pleased! I never left my house to get a great deal for a new car for my daughter and she is on the loan to establish her credit which David Patel explained to me would be greatly beneficial to Chelsey in the future!!! So what ever you do as a consumer,,,, do yourself a favor and purchase and service your. Cars from Edmond Hyubdai and only deal with David Patel the General Manager or Don in service!!! You will be blown away as I was!

Unfortunately, I had a car break down and I needed to get a fair price on a quality, used vehicle right away. My mother had dealt with Edmond Hyundai before, heard they were offering some specials and suggested that I give them a call. She had a scheduled oil change appointment and was going there the next day. I called that morning and spoke with Jessica first, told her who I was and about my situation and what I was looking for. She explained that this was a good time to buy and that if I came down to the store, they would do their best to help me out.When I came in, I was greeted by Richard Miller my salesman who was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I identified myself and he already knew who I was and he was expecting me. Right away he was straightforward guided me towards a car that would work in my budget which was new. I gave him a little more detail of what I was looking for, we browsed the lot and found the perfect used car. We took it for a test drive, came to initial agreement on the price and went from there to finance, where Michael was friendly, courteous and helpful as well. He explained my options and that he would try to get my payments at or below what I could afford. The terms were basically agreeable with a few minor adjustments and we had a deal. I was very pleased with the overall process and experience at Edmond Hyundai, from the beginning to end it didn't take long and I was met with friendly, courteous, respectful staff and sales people. I would recommend shopping there for your next vehicle to anyone. They'll take care of you.

I get an itching for a new car about once a year. I'd gone to look for cars with my son, and saw my next new car on the lot! I was desperately considering trading in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler for a like vehicle with fewer miles. I went to several dealerships; however, I felt I was given the run around for several days. I was ready to buy a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. I brought the print out of the car I wanted with the internet price attached. First off the lobby seemed cluttered and uninviting. It took a few minutes for anyone to even greet my family and me. Finally we were greeted by a sales person who didn't appear to have it all together. I said I would like to take a test drive in the Sonata on the print out I brought in. The salesman said he would grab the keys and pull it around. After a bit, the salesman pulls around in a very basic model Sonata, not even close to the one I was looking for. I told him this is not the car I want. He said the one I was wanting was already sold. He said well jump in and we'll drive around back were I can look at the rest of the Sonatas they have. The car he picked us up in was dirty, didn't even appear new. I looked at the rest of the Sonatas in the lot and found another one I liked. The salesman said he would grab the keys for a test drive. The salesman came back 10 min later to tell me that they cant find the keys. He said he would keep looking. So my family and I sat in the lobby for another 20min while they apparently were looking for the keys. No sales person ever came to check on us. Eventually I was fed up and we walked out! We wasted an entire hour there and accomplished nothing. There was no reason for this treatment, we are a very well off, clean cut family with a nice car to trade in. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership!

I very rarely write poor reviews but this experience warranted it. My husband and I went to Edmond Hyundai after finding a car in our price range and the style we were lookig for. We test drove the car and noticed it had a lot of road noise, city streets and on the highway. When we drove it on the highway, the noise became this loud howl. My husband was concerned that it might be a wheel berring. We asked the representative about the noise and he brushed it off and assured us that "This car is known to have a lot of road noise, we'd recommend a noise mat or something if it really bothers you." We made the mistake of trusting this statement and left it at that. There was also a glitch in the door lock; everytime the car accelerated to 25, the door lock would activate. We told the rep about this and he said they would take a look and fix it.We decided to purchase the car because it was everything we were looking for. We told our salesman, if the lock mechanism is fixed, we will buy this car. He told us it would be fixed in two days. It should have taken that long but because of oversight and laziness, it took a week.All the while, the customer service was terrible. Everyone will walk up and ask you if you'd like a bottle of water, but no one will help you. Offering a bottle of water is not customer service, it is keeping me hydrated without dealing with my issues.Less than a month later, after a cross country move, we had to take the car to a service station. It turns out that the loud howling we were hearing was in fact a wheel berring. And a fun surprise was also learning that the ball joint on one of the wheels was completely shot. I saw it with my own eyes and I nearly fainted knowing that we had driven across the country with one if the wheels in such poor condition. We also discovered that there is a pretty suvstantial leak in the roof that drips onto the seat everytime it rains. Maybe it was just poor luck on our part. Maybe we should have been more proactive in determining whether there were problems with the car. It was a used car so we knew that it wouldn't be perfect but I had no idea that we were purchasing a car that was in such a condition. We spent $1200 on this car after we bought it and I'm infuriated. I've had several friends and family members ask about our car. I'm always disappointed to tell them about our experience. I personally will never recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership.

After working with Paul for a short period of time, Carla Scott began helping me.She was detailed, accommodating, and relaxed, she made the experience great. I walked away with a NEW Hyundai Sonata having more than I could have imagined inside of a car. Everyone was pleasant to work with throughout the process. It was a late night by the time Id went thru financing with Mike and he was still upbeat and jovial. The greatest part of my experience was the after sale. Carla sat in my car with me and pointed out certain features and how to use them. She answered every question pertaining to the operation of my new car. It was evident that she loves what she is doing. Id recommend Carla Scott to sale a car anywhere on anyday, she takes care of her customer.

I will never purchase a used/new car from Edmond, Hyundai. I live in Edmond, OK, and I am again in the market for a new car or will be shortly, but will not go to this dealership for anything. I had visited this dealership to look at a Used Hyundai Sonata that I had found online. Here, I was approached by Jeff Broyles to help me find this car on their lot. Oddly, Edmond, Hyundai did not know where the vehicle was at that time. Sold? Loaner? Different lot? They did not know, but Jeff guaranteed that he would find this car no matter where it was. I allowed 24 hours to pass and then called to follow up on its status, but Jeff was out of the office, so I left a message with the receptionist to call me back. Once again, I allowed 24 hours to pass and then called Jeff's cell phone and left a voicemail to call me back. To this day, I still have never received a phone call back from Jeff on the status of that used car. Unfortunately for Edmond, Hyundai, I went from the used market to the new market, and I have already purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata just last week from AutoMax - Del City. I guess it was a blessing in disguise.

From the minute we walked in the front door, we felt welcome. The staff friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our business and purchase. Darrius, our salesman, was so up beat and positive through the long process. We were offered refreshments several times, and even when we declined, Darrius brought us snacks and cold water. We were difficult to deal with, I'm sure, due to our budget, but Darrius and the office didn't give up on attempting to get us to a payment we could manage. At one time, he told us he had 5 guys working for us!!! When we finally got to finance, Michael Linn, was very patient and helpful. He explained several things to help us to fully understand the process. Darrius introduced us to many employees that we will definitely see in the future when we have our oil changed and come for regular maintenance on our new Elantra. It helped so much to know where to go when we visit in the future. Everyone in that area of the business took time out from their very busy last day of the month - and on a Saturday - to say hello and to wish us well with our new vehicle. I had difficulty finding the site on which to post this comment. I appreciate Sam giving me good directions. We will definitely recommend Edmond Hyundai to everyone we know that plans to buy a vehicle and even if they don't plan to buy. Keep up the good work guys and know that we appreciate you very much. Carla was honest, straight to the point, and extremely helpful. She did not try to put me in something i could not afford. I explains to her that my credit wasn't the best and she did not give me that look like "why waste me time" that i had received from other sales people. I was looking for a replacement car, calling multiple dealerships. Many people only had a surface level understanding of the cars I would inquire about. What really got me excited was when I talked to "Scotty". Regardless of the question I asked, she knew the answer in detail. Her product knowledge was the best I've experienced. She promised that if I gave her a chance, she would work for me to get the best deal possible and she did just that. Trust is not a common word used to describe car salesman, but her demonstrated efforts caused me to do just that. At the end of the day, we were not able to work out a mutually satisfactory deal to purchase a car which makes this review even more impressive. Most of the time we just look at the results and ignore how you got there. In this case however, I can't do that. Just because I didn't purchase the car doesn't take away from the exceptional caliber salesperson she is. If I'm looking for a car, I will call Scotty 1st. Thank you Scotty!

My husband and I went into Edmond Hyundai hoping we could find a slightly used, reliable vehicle for me. My previous vehicle had close to 300,000 miles on it and, with my new job as a Kindergarten teacher about 30 minutes away, I was hoping for something that would keep me safe on the road. I did my research and found that the older Hyundai Sonata is one of the best used cars under $10,000, which is right where we wanted to be price wise. I was hoping Edmond Hyundai would have something available and I am SO happy they did! Scottie helped us the whole way. She searched for a vehicle that would work for us, made great conversation during our test drive, and helped us get the vehicle and fees into a price range we could handle. She was so kind and fun to work with! Everyone else we encountered was also great---offering water bottles and even invited my husband to partake in some lunchtime Popeyes chicken! LaDan is a wonderful lady whom I fell in love with she made sure I was happy in every step of the way. I was so impressed with the dealership I brought back my mother and brother to purchase the car and truck that they where in need of. This is a bait and switch dealership. We literally agreed to pay full price on a used car. We did not ask for one single fee or penny waved. From start to finish we were there for over 4 hours signing papers and waiting on someone to become available to finish the transaction. We sign the papers and go to write the check and the Sales Manager, Sami Neal walks in and says they are not selling us the car because we weren't financing the car with them. Because we weren't financing with them, the deal was off. He said he did not have to sell us the car. He tried to tell us that we 'definitely said we wanted to finance' with them. I'm sure that when we told Ladan Taheri, our sales person, that we would pay full price and in cash, she did not think that was unclear. I have the paperwork to prove it. I have never heard of a dealership turning down a full priced cash offer on a car. They are promoting falsely advertised prices to get peoples attention but are not selling at those prices. They are scamming people out of their time and money. This should be illegal.

I had previously financed a vehicle through Drivetime and I had the opportunity to go through another dealership to get my next vehicle, if possible. I sent out a few feelers on dealership websites and was contacted by Shy Davis from Edmond Hyundai. After explaining to him my concerns about dealerships and my credit history, and the type of car Drivetime was offering me, he convinced me to at least give them a shot. (Plus, my parents had previously purchased through Edmond Hyundai.) When I pulled up Aaron McPherson was the first person to approach me. He was very friendly and immediately told me about their up front and honest policy, and promised they wouldn't do the thing where they get you in a car and call you a week or two later to ask for it back because they couldn't approve financing. That stuck out to me because I hadn't mentioned to anyone about how that had happened to me a few years ago, which is why I went to Drivetime and why I was hesitant to try out a big dealership. I ended up test-driving a high-end vehicle near what I could get at Drivetime to see the difference in payments, etc. between the two dealerships. However, the one I saw online wasn't available and I became hesitant on if I would be able to get financing on the vehicle I test drove. After explaining what I could do on payments Aaron was able to make it happen, which he was very confident he could do from the beginning, which was nice to hear. Aaron definitely made me feel important and respected my decision for a vehicle. A little while later I met Lincoln, who was doing the financing. He was great, friendly, funny and gave me tips on working on my credit and even some tips for the vehicle I purchased. I explained my worries with Lincoln regarding dealerships handing out cars and then asking for them back, and that I wanted to make sure financing was secure. He assured me that he certainly didn't want to have to take the car back and if he had concerns he would let me know. After getting a soft approval that same day, he called me the next day to let me know he could get financing and was very friendly and reassuring with me. Although I'm still waiting on that all to finalize (and I do realize I'm being overly cautious about the whole financing) my experience with Edmond Hyundai so far has been nothing short of amazing and I'm incredibly surprised that they were able to get me into the car I wanted, not just any car on the lot. Everyone I worked with Shy, Aaron, and Lincoln made the entire process effortless and fun. They've definitely changed me perspective of car dealerships, so far, and I'm very thankful for everything they were able to do for me.

My friends have been telling me about the new Hyundai cars and said they liked them, considering the new body styles and the warranty the brand has to offer. So I thought I would give it a try. So I head up to Edmond Hyundai and I did not even get the chance to get out of my car before Aaron had already slithered his way to me. As I met Aaron, my first impression was alright but he did not even really introduce himself properly, i kind of just read his name tag, he seemed like he was just in it to get my money from the get go, I wanted to go see the Elantras. i tried to keep a calm demeanor because that is just the person I am. After awhile I really just wanted to speak to a manager because i was highly considering buying that day. Any time i wanted to speak to a manager he did everything but, and insisted that he basically had manager qualifications, instead of getting mad, I decided to take my business elsewhere, As I walked off the lot, I overheard one of the salesmen talking to their customer about dealerrater.com in which I decided to take my problem to this, instead of taking it up with a manager, I don't know if Aaron is really a manager but if he is DO NOT BUY FROM EDMOND HYUNDAI!!!

I had a bad buying experience when buying a new car. The sales person and the finance person were dishonest and took advantage of the fact that I needed a car right away and I had some credit issues. After the purchase, they instructed me to give them a 10 when I received a survey about my purchase. I felt like they should have thougth about what they could do to get a 10 during the buying experience instead of trying to guilt me into giving them a 10 at the end, so I gave them some honest feedback in hopes of improving their customer service. The day after I completed the survey, the sales rep called me yelling and cussing me out for giving them a less than favorable rating. This confirmed how unprofessional this dealership is. I haven't had any problems with the car yet, but I would recommend that you go to a different dealership if you are shopping for a Hyundai.

I received an email stating they wanted me to trade up from my current vehicle. I purchased a 2010 Smart last year & my ONLY complaint with it was no room for multiple passengers. Being a mother that enjoys outings with the younger girls, I was somewhat restricted with both riding with me. I figured it wouldn't hurt to see what my options were. I told. Justin what I was interested in (Elantra) & he didn't try to sway me from my choice. Sunroof meant higher priced car so it wasn't as important. Test drove one & due to my budget, I went home with a new 2013 Elantra. Hugh counseled me on how to improve my credit score. I feel I got a really good deal & would greatly recommend them.

I went in on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was D. Reed whom was nice during the purchase of my vehicle. When it was time to visit the finance department I worked with Lincoln Moore who was awesome. He made me feel like he wanted to help me with the best financing he could get me. I am very appreciative of Lincoln. However, before I left the lot I pointed out to Reed that one of the rims on the car was bent which I felt was a safety hazard. Reed told me he would have the service department to fix it when I brought it back in on the following Monday for them to change the tires. The dealership kept my car until Thursday. I returned to get my car and noticed the rim was moved from the front of the car to the back. Reed told me to he would set up something for me to come back on Monday, he never called me so I went to the dealership and Reed was not available so I spoke to Ladan whom was very nice and got a supervisor for me which I think he name was Hasan(not sure of spelling). He told me he would take care of it no later than Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I gave them until Friday to call but no call. I called Reed on Friday and asked if I could bring my car and he told me "no, not today". He then said he would call me back. I drove to the dealership anyway because I felt I was getting the run around. When I got there I spoke to Sammy who was also nice and helpful. I explained to him what happened and requested the rim be fixed, which he seen my concern and he came out to see the rim. He had me to wait while he made a phone call to verify if they had a rim. I asked him if they could just switch one from another car and he told me no, they couldn't do that. In the meantime I guess he told Phil why I was there and he came out of the office and made the comment "I don't take demands from people" like he was upset. I didn't want anything for free I just wanted the rim replaced. Sammy did tell me they found a rim and they were waiting on it to come to the store. He did offer me a loaner but when I spoke to Reed he said the rim was coming from Council Rd which was not that far from the lot so I waited. I was at the lot from 11:30-4:30 until they said they delivery person is in Norman waiting on another car and they didn't know when he would get there. By this time I was frustrated and I was talking to my fiance on the phone he asked to speak to Sammy which he only wanted to ask Sammy a question and I guess Sammy thought he was fussing. I told Lincoln that I was leaving and he asked if everything was taken care of and I told him the rim was not there yet. He went to talk to someone and in the meantime, Phil came in the office and told me he didn't have to fix the rim because it was a used car and it was sold as is and he wasn't going to change it if he couldn't get another rim from another place. I think that intimidated more because I wasn't wanting anything for free I just wanted a safety hazard fixed and I would be happy and because Reed nor Hasan had set up anything like they told me they would do. If they had set it up in the beginning all of the confusion would not have happened. Lincoln had me to speak with the parts manager Cheridan and she explained she would make sure the rim came in and set up an appointment for me the next day. I went that Saturday morning and spoke to Cheridan who seen the old rim was broken instantly as she walked up to the car pulled my car back and I was out in no time. That was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Lincoln did offer to redeem the store which I appreciate. I do appreciate the ones that helped me finally get this resolved. Upon, finding this advertisement online about a 2010 Infinity G37, I immediately dialed the number. A gentleman named Paul picked up the phone and took my info. I disclosed my intentions of wanting to finance this particular vehicle, and he said he would speak with his manager and get back with me. Sure enough, Paul did exactly as he said, and called me back with great news "my manager said we can definitely get you financed for the vehicle, however the monthly payment will be more than you anticipated." I was pleased with the follow-through and honesty of the sales person, so I agreed to come in and take a look at the car the next day.The next day, I went in and the sales associate I spoke with earlier was feeling under the weather that day, so a sales associate named Carla assisted me. She came in and politely introduced herself. I returned the greeting. She told me Paul had given her my info since he couldn't be there to assist me that day. She went back to consult with her manager, and came back with her manager aside her and they informed me that I couldn't get into the 2010 Infinity as I originally anticipated, but could get me into a HYUNDAI brand vehicle. I very much loath HYUNDAI brand vehicles, and I openly expressed that to Carla and her manager. I was upset due to the fact of the information I was previously told. Carla calmed me down, empathized with me, and assured me she would NOT put me in just ANY car, but rather a vehicle that was dependable and affordable at the same time. She could see my frustration, and she pinky-promised me she would make me smile in the end(that's not something ANY sales person has ever done...the pinky-promise is the promise of all promises). I took her word for it and left skeptical for the night.The following day(day 2 of my initial search), I went back in to see Carla, and she said I have great news for you. She said "we are going to put you in a 2014 Sonata" (when previously, they wanted to put me into a 2009 HYUNDAI accent). I was excited and smiling as she had promised. I agreed, and we went for a test-drive, and she gave me a real 1 on 1 talk about life, finances, and "crawling before I walk" all while explaining the features of the car. She was amazing and blew me away with her expertise. The test drive ended and I came back in to see the financial department, also known as the dungeon of doom. I prepared all my documents with Carla, and she put everything in order for the financial manager. I met Phil the sale manager, and he was just as polite and courteous as Carla. I felt very comfortable and confident in my purchase. After waiting in a room for approximately 10 minutes, a gentleman by the name of Hugh-Michel came to retrieve me, and brought me into his office(which smelled AMAZING by the way). He welcomed me, and professionally had small talk with me while getting my documents in order. He confirmed all my information, made a few jokes, and kept the transaction moving at a nice pace. He took the time to educate me abut improving credit, told me what I was doing well, and what I can work on within the next year to improve my score significantly. I took many notes and felt like I went to class for an hour. I wished someone would have informed me on this enlightened information prior in life. It was very useful not just for a car purchase, but for life in general. The numbers were punched and I painlessly purchased my first vehicle on MY terms. I was ecstatic. I will forever be grateful for Edmond HYUNDAI, and the personnel(from the sales department to the financial department) for understanding my frustrations, calming me down, assuring me, and confidently executing a professional service as a company. The reason I am giving the rating of excellence is due to the superb quality of service I received. I came to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Richard who took time to get to know me, my interest, and my requirements for a car before showing any cars. I appreciated the respect Richard showed to myself and my requirements for my car. In addition, he was upfront with me about the ups and downs of each car and the effects that they could have on my insurance. He was able to lead me to several good cars for myself and I ended up with a car I am quite please with. Then, in the financing area, Hugh proved to be a friendly upfront person with font of knowledge in finances and credit. He took extra time to explain how everything worked for me in terms of the car, my credit in general, and how to take care of my finances. He explained the timeline of what I would need to do in securing the car and made sure to make it as easy as possible for me to do so with my schedule. Justin was conversational during test drive which is not common. Hugh was great he was able to keep my payments where they needed to be, but made sure I had all the coverage I needed on my new used car.

On 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to EDMOND HYUNDAI to see about trading in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. We had received a letter from another Hyundai dealership offering us a really good deal if we traded in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra (or something comparable). So we took this letter to EDMOND HYUNDAI because we live in Edmond and figured we'd try to give them the business.First, they insulted is by saying we paid too much for our 2013 Elantra when we bought it at another dealership, despite the fact that they had a brand new 2013 Elantra (same as mine) on their lot for the SAME price that we had originally paid. We even showed them the AD! To ad further insult to injury, they only offered a low dollar value on the trade in, once again telling us that we paid too much for our 2013 Elantra (our trade-in) and also that our car had depreciated THAT much in just a year.I was stunned and asked them why then, should I buy another Hyundai if they depreciate THAT much in just a year. Then they told us that Hyundai autos hold their value the best out of all cars, but they COULD NOT explain to us why ours had depreciated THAT much. So, I offered to buy the new 2013 Elantra on their lot (that we showed them), that was the same sale price as my 2013 Elantra originally, for the amount that they said my 2013 Elantra was currently worth...you know, I figured since they (Hyundai cars) depreciate that much in value in just a year, why not? Or even a number close to what they valued my trade-in (a 2013 Hyundai) at currently. They refused, and once again told us that we paid too much at the other dealership for ours, despite the fact that we paid the SAME price for the SAME car that was currently on their lot. Essentially, what they were telling me was that Hyundai cars hold their value really well, just not my Hyundai apparently. None of this made sense and we really felt like they were trying to take advantage of us and give us the run-around. I felt tremendously insulted, too, that they continued to say to us that our current 2013 Elantra was not worth very much and then that we paid too much originally. They wouldn't cut us any kind of deal on the SAME 2013 Elantra on their lot currently (once again, which we showed them), which was being offered at the SAME price that they told us we paid too much for. Furthermore, they wouldn't come down on any other cars either, asking us to finance WAY more than what we paid for our 2013 Elantra. Next, they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to insult, bash and attempt to diminish the reputation of the other Hyundai dealership where we bought my 2013 Elantra initially. It was incredibly unprofessional and very, very tacky.Regardless, we left EDMOND HYUNDAI and went to the OTHER Hyundai dealership (that EDMOND HYUNDAI kept referring to negatively) and they were courteous, professional and honest. They sold me a brand new upgraded 2014 Elantra for the same price that I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and gave me a really great value on my trade-in (the 2013 Elantra). They EVEN threw in free window tinting and 5 free oil changes. We were so happy and satisfied, that the very next day we went back to the other dealership and bought another car (my wife got a brand new upgraded 2013 Santa Fe). They (the other Hyundai dealership) were the very definition of terrific customer service, the exact opposite of the customer service we received from EDMOND HYUNDAI. They (the other Hyundai dealership) really cared and listened to the specifics that we were looking for and then they went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal possible.Now here's where it gets creepy. The next week, my wife wrote up a review of the terrible, awful service that we received at Edmond Hyundai. Yesterday, April 9th, she got (2) phone calls from the Sales Manager, who asked her to take down her review. He told her that he had dealt with the "sales problem" internally, that it was supposedly fixed, and that now she should take the review down. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. That is the very definition of what not to do! We didn't create this problem, YOUR (EDMOND HYUNDAI'S) SALES TEAM DID. EDMOND HYUNDAI WAS RUDE, TACKY, UNPROFESSIONAL, INSENSITIVE AND COMPLETELY OUT OF TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS. Both my wife and I are former military (Air Force/Marine Corps) and my wife is a disabled American veteran (Gulf War). We have three children. My point being that we spent a large part of our life in service, and we are not out to make life difficult for anyone. In summation, THIS EXPERIENCE AT EDMOND HYUNDAI WAS ATROCIOUS! At the very least though, I hope the Sales Manager learns from this experience that asking a customer to take down a review, is not the way to conduct legitimate business. Especially calling my wife, I'm still a little puzzled as to why I wasn't called, considering the fact that it was my car.Anyway, we will not be returning to Edmond Hyundai and we are telling all of our friends, military and otherwise, to steer clear (no pun intended) of Edmond Hyundai. My next step is going directly to Hyundai and making them aware of this experience.

We drove from Tulsa and ran into a little confusion regarding a certain vehicle. Sam and Sammy went out of there way to make sure that we were taken care of. Everyone I dealt with at Edmond Hyundai was extremely helpful and friendly. I wasn't looking for a new car, but unfortunately some trouble at the Service Center with my 2010 Genesis Coupe put me in the market for one. The sales and service associates were only interested in making sure I was satisfied with my experience at the dealership whether it meant purchasing a new car or repairing my 2010. Sam was very knowledgeable about the 2013 and 2014 Genesis Coupes and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Carla and Phillip were also great to work with and made me a fabulous trade-in offer and gave me a great price on a brand new 2013 Genesis Coupe. I decided the 2013 was the best option for me! They had the car ready to go and even gave me a full tank of gas! Nick in the Finance department was very friendly and great to work with too. Since my purchase, Sam has continued to be available to answer any questions I have! I will definitely go back to Edmond Hyundai for my future Service needs and the next car I purchase! My experience was great, very quick and easy. However one of my requirements was my tag title and tax to be added into my loan. This was missed by my finance guy NICK PETERSON. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE OR HIS PARTNER LANE. But the GM DAVID PATEL CAME TO MY RESCUE! He had this problem corrected the same day I brought it to him. I would very highly recommend him!

The staff cut the price of the vehicle I purchased three days after I signed the contract and taken the vehicle home. T.J told me that he would do what it took for me to get the car I chose, and he did just that. We had heard a lot of commercials on television about Edmond Hyundai, but had never visited the store until the 18th of March. We had looked online and saw they had a pretty large selections of Hyundai Sonatas, so we called the dealership and spoke with Robert Dolan. He was very polite and told me that they had a couple limited models in stock, so we decided to drive up and take a look. We arrived and were met at the door by a couple sales persons. They all were very friendly and dressed nice. Once inside the dealership we found it to be very clean and hospitable. We located Robert right away and we looked at several cars. Robert was a class act. He was very polite and informed on all the workings of the models we looked at.I finally decided on a particular color that wasn't in stock at the dealership (2014 pearl white hybrid limited with tech package). Robert went to his manager and they found a model like I wanted and were able to do a trade for the car.Once we located a car we sat down and crunched numbers. I hate this part of all car deals, but Robert was very understanding and patient with me. We got pretty close, but had to get the Manager to come in and make my payment exactly were I needed it. My car buying experience at Edmond Hyundai was very pleasant. We were given a loaner car to drive until my car arrived,which we were told could be anywhere from one to two days. Robert called me at 3:30 the very next afternoon and said my car had arrived. The dealership had the car detailed inside and out and filled with a full tank of gas. It was exactly as I had requested.I wont hesitate to go back to Edmond Hyundai again, or recommend it to anyone who asks.

I was in the market for a new vehicle before starting a new job. I was looking for a good car at a good price that would get great gas milage. I narrowed my search down to the Kia Optima and the Hyundai Sonata. I went to the Kia dealer first and was very put out by the lack of effort put into the deal. I then went to Edmond Hyundai I had already called in and spoke with the GM (David Patel) I explained my situation and he was very reassuring that he could take care of my needs. My wife and I arrived at the Hyundai store and were promptly greated and asked if we needed to see someone. The got us with Mr. Patel and he then handed us off to Tilden U. Jones. Mr. Jones was amazing. He was not pushy, he asked all the right questions, and also went above and beyond getting me the exact car at the exact price We were looking for. Mr. Jones explained all the features of the car to us in amazing fashion. He had the car cleaned and gased up waiting on us right when we got out of finance. We were shown the parts and service departments and lounge. He explained the warranties and all the perks of going with Hyundai. I will strongly encourage my friends and family to go to Edmond Hyundai and see Tilden he made me feel like a friend not a customer.

I had my very first car buying experience here, and was nervous of not knowing how the process works or being taken advantage of, but that was not at all how this place was. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable and had no problem taking as much time as I needed to explain every step of the process, and a few times re-explaining until I fully understood. No pressure, several times I was told something like "Look, this extra option is available if you want it, but if not that's ok too". I loved that.The salesman Richard was a fun guy to be around, he gives off a very down to earth and honest vibe, and he's very funny! He seemed to genuinely care that I was very happy with everything, and waited far past when his shift was over to follow me to the gas station to fill up my tank in the freezing cold, then called the next day to make sure I was still satisfied. On a related note, my father had previously gone in to pick out the car I wanted and negotiate pricing... and I humbly applaud any man who goes head to head with my dad when negotiating a sale. So to all the employees I didn't meet that got that experience, Bravo!Will definitely refer people there and return for future car needs.

Where do i start.... OMG ! After tons of car shopping I finally was approved for a cute lovely Hyundai Sonata here at Edmond Hyundai. I'm so glad I worked with Sami, hes the reason why I drove off the lot. I did research online and was referred by a friend to these guys. I was told to talk to Sami and he got everything token care of. I told him what I looked at online and he had the car up and ready for me when I pulled into the dealership. Paperwork didn't take long, they made comfortable while I waited for my documents to be printed.There was a minor mark on my passenger seat looks like a chocolate stain, I let Sami and LaDan know and they took care of it. I truly recommend these guys they were so friendly and genuine. Love everything about my experience today. Thanks guys a lot !

I did research online and found a vehicle that I wanted. I came into the dealership on Saturday and was offered/shown everything other than what I wanted by a different sales manager. I ended up leaving the dealership without a vehicle. I recieved a concerned call from Charlie on Monday morning after he had realized that I had been in that weekend. (I asked for him but was given someone else, so I assumed he wasn't there). I told him about the vehicle that I wanted and what they offered me instead. He told me to give him 5 minutes and he would call be back. He called me back and let me know that I could get the vehicle that I wanted and what time I could come in. He ended up getting called into a meeting just before I was to arrive, but he called to inform me that Ladan would be there for me and that she would take good care of me. AND THAT SHE DID!! When she greeted me I told her of my prior experience and she said not to worry, that she would treat me as if I was her own daughter. I've never experienced such kindness buying a vehicle! She went over safety features and EVERYTHING! She also stayed with me throughout the entire sale! Once everything was done she was even able to get Charlie on the phone so that I could thank him personally! There's only three words to describe Charlie and Ladan "THE... DREAM... TEAM!!!" I got the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted, and the customer service that I felt I deserved! Who could ask for anything more?!? I am sooo grateful to Charlie for making that follow up phone call and actually LISTENING to what I wanted! THIS MAN CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

I traded my 98 crown Vic for a 04 Mazda approximately three months ago and have now received a letter from the department of public safety saying the crown Vic was impounded by Shawnee police in October and it gave me the name of the impound lot. Now I received a letter from the turnpike authority saying I'm blowing through the turnpike without paying. This is the crown Vic I traded in at Edmond Hyundai months ago but they apparently never put it into their name because I'm feeling the brunt of whoever is driving my old car.

We purchased our sonata from here in February of 2013. We loved the "above and beyond" sales and customer service we received so much, we bought an Elantra for our daughter the next month. She was pregnant with our first grandchild and we wanted the peace of mind that comes with having a hyundai. Our saleperson at that time was Ladan and to this day I still get letters from her asking if there's anything we need and. We were having our Sonata serviced and started looking for another vehicle. TJ and Hasaan did everything. I had a checklist of things I needed in a vehicle and they found it for me. The 2013 Santa Fe! Not only do we love Hyundai, we love buying from Edmond Hyundai. From sales to service this is hands down the best dealership we have ever visited. It must be, We have bought 3 vehicles from them in less than a years time! After visiting another dealership and being asked to wait while not one but two sales people asked me to wait while they went to help others who came in after me. As I sat in their waiting area I saw the Edmond Hyundai sign across the street. I called them and adviised them that I had credit issues but wanted a new car, they gave my phone call to T. J. who told me to come right over. Never once did he make me feel like I was a bother or give any indication I wouldn't be able to get into a car. How to exceed expectations? Simple. Following procedure. I took my car for the Stop Lamp Switch Campaign and for the regular car service. After 2 and something hours they returned the car without any description of what was done to it. While driving down to Oklahoma City I realized that the Cruise Control was not working and the "Next Service" sticker on the windshield was not updated. I drove back to the dealership and realized that the Stop lamps were turned on even though the car was off. After approximately more than 10 minutes, George brings back the car saying that they had done the stop lamp switch job wrong the first time; increasing the risk of a crash if I may add.The next day, I realized that the Windshield water pump was empty. Whats funny is, that on the Multi Inspection sheet they marked it as OK. They clearly lied.Following the MPI process they would have caught the Stop Lamp Switch issue as well.They did such a poor job that they did not send me a survey email for the car inspection done on July 12th. Overall, this tells me that Edmond Hyundai is completely unprofessional and irresponsible for not following something so simple and basic as the Multi Point Inspection. So now I'm wondering, did they really do a Tire Rotation inspection?Maybe I should have marked the tires to prove if this inspection had been done. Although they are pretty good at charging though I'll give them that, after paying almost $80 for a poor car service. But no worries, I'll just go somewhere else and warn other families'

I would like to tell you about the experience our family had at Edmond Hyundai. My son purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 21, 2013. The purchase of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience. The sales associate Anthony Gonzalez made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. Before we went on our test drive Anthony brought us each a bottle of cold water which was very appreciated since that day was very warm. By the time we got back into the dealership everyone was offering bottled water and making sure we were being taken care of. This kind of customer service is not usually common in car dealerships others should be taking notes.A week later after buying the car we have experienced a problem with the electric fan in the cooling system. The fan has quiet working. I called a couple part stores to see if they carried the replacement fan for this vehicle and was told since the car had the towing package the part had to purchased thru a dealership. I proceeded to call several Jeep dealerships and found the price of the part was quite pricey. After this discover and that we only had the vehicle for just over 1 week I decided to call the dealership and explain the issues we were having. I knew that the vehicle was purchased as is and had no warranty but felt with the experience at dealership and there strong customer service that was portrayed during the day of the purchase they might help us. I talked you the Used Car Manager, Charlie Boles, explaining to him that electric fan motor in the cooling system had quit working just over a week since my son had purchased the vehicle. My question to him was if we could possibly purchase the part thru Edmond Hyundai at the dealers cost. He asked me the details of the price and where I found the part to be purchased and told me he would call me back. Within 15 minutes he had me called back with a price and told me that Edmond Hyundai was taking care of part of the price of the part as well. This was very good news since the price of this part was straining our monthly budget. Charlie and Edmond Hyundai have gone well over our expectations and we greatly appreciated all their efforts. We would recommend Edmond Hyundai to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle new or used.Schasteen Family

Whether its poor communication or intentional, I had not just one bad experience, but two. I'm still trying to figure out how they screwed me so bad with my eyes wide open. Their words are all the right ones. Their follow thru is awful. The call backs take a long time if you get them. Ughhh. I could go on but it's a waste of my breath!

I went to this dealership to look for a new car since mine had been totaled out I walked around for about 10 minutes before someone even spoke to me and my boyfriend. Once we started looking at cars the sales men essentially told us that we would have a hard time getting approved for any vehicle we looked around at several vehicles we decided to take our business elsewhere since the sales man was really rude. I went back to the first place that I had went to and got a car that I love and their staff was substantially nicer and worked with us and did everything they could to find us something we would love! I honestly would go to David stanely before I would ever think about coming back to Edmond Hyundai and absolutely despise David Stanley! Worst experience I have ever had to say the least!!!!

Made a sales agreement for Edmond Hyundai to dealer trade for a 2013 Veloster Turbo with Ultimate Package on Monday 6/17/13. Signed paperwork in finance office even though I had pre-approved financing through my credit union. I had to sign the paperwork to enable the dealership to trade another dealership for the car that I wanted. I was told by finance guy that my car would remain "AS IS" until new vehicle showed at dealership and I had signed over the title to my car to Edmond Hyundai. I was given a loaner Veloster to drive that reeked so bad of smoke that we had to drive with the windows down. I had to vacuum out cigarette ashes, spray Febreeze and clean the door handles from sticky stuff before I could drive it to work the next morning. when I got home, I saw that Norman Hyundai had the exact vehicle I wanted. The next morning I received an email from Mary thanking me on my purchase. I let her know that the loaner was dirty and she wanted me to bring it back. I told her about the vehicle in Norman, and she said it would be no problem to get it and they would have it that evening so no need to bring loaner back for another. Well, I got no notification of trade and I text salesman TJ. I received a text that he would contact me when he got in at 9:00 am the next morning. So I called dealership and asked for TJ, he was with someone; Nathan, he was gone; and Mary, she was gone. I asked for another Sales Manager, I got Hasaan. He told me I would have to call back tomorrow, "BECAUSE HE WAS WITH OTHER GUESTS"!!!! I did not receive a phone call the next day from TJ and got one from Nathan at 3:00 pm on Wednesday 6/19/13 saying that they were having problems getting the vehicle. These vehicles with this package are hard to get. No other dealer would trade with them. I told him I had told Mary about the one in Norman, he said he would call. He did and they would not trade. I decided that they were never going to get a car so I told Nathan I was going to come and get my vehicle. He agreed. When I arrived at dealership, my vehicle was in front. I opened it with the extra key and I noticed it had been detailed, my 13.1 half-marathon sticker was gone, floor mats were in the trunk, an inventory sticker was on the front windshield and the tag was gone. I put my things inside and locked it. I was met by Nathan at the door with the extra key and title. I asked for the locking lug nut lock, the paperwork that I had signed in finance and the tag. He went to get a copy of the paperwork. I was told that TJ had the lug nut lock at his house and I said he needed to get it NOW. He left to get the lock and Nathan looked for my tag. I asked why the vehicle had been touched and told him I was assured by finance guy it would not be touched. He said that was not true and I should not have been told that. TJ brought back lock and tag could not be found. So, now I have to go and get a new tag/decal ($13.50) and waste more of my time and produce a receipt for them to reimburse me. REALLY!!!!!! Do you not trust me to go and get a tag. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!!!! And "not a sorry for your time and troubles" or anything from any person at the dealership. I believe that they knew they were never going to get that vehicle and that I would settle for something else, especially since they already had mine ready for the Used Sales lot. VERY ODD??????

When I received a mailing from Edmond Hyundai saying I qualified for a new car, I was skeptical. I called the dealership and spoke to Courtney Ford. I had had bad experiences with dealerships before, so I told Courtney that I was not coming to the dealership until he had the approval in hand. He ran my credit and spoke to his sales manager and called me back (in less than 10 minutes) and told me he had the approval. Still skeptical, I went down to the dealership on my lunch break. Courtney showed me the cars that were in my price range and I fell in love with the Hyundai Elantra. I took it for a test drive within 10 minutes of being at the dealership. At previous dealerships I had been there for several hours without even once taking a test drive. Everyone there was so friendly and kept offering me drinks. Because they knew I was there on my lunch break, they even offered to order me lunch!Needless to say, I ended up buying the Elantra and I have not regretted it for even a moment. Courtney called me several times after my purchase to make sure I was happy and that everything was going well. Now when I bring my car in for oil changes, Courtney always stops to say hello. The entire experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. I will be buying all future cars from Edmond Hyundai!

This is Why we chose this dealership. We had been researching cars and there were several SUV brands I was interested in. I had been to several dealerships and test drove cars only to be told that I couldn't get the car I wanted in the price range we could afford (even though their T.V ads promised they could). Edmond Hyundai popped up on one of my internet searches as having a used 2012 Kia Sorento with very low miles on it, which was the SUV I had decided was the right one for me. I went to their website and saw they belonged to a program called Vet-Cars, a group of dealerships committed to treating US military vets with the dignity and respect they deserved. My husband is a veteran, so I decided to give them the chance to impress me. Boy am I glad I did!!! I met Richard Dolan and made it very clear what our budget was and that there was no room for negotiation. Richard and the finance team got us into the car we wanted at the price we could afford with no haggling! How refreshing is that?!! My overall experience was really good. I dealt with Zach throughout the process and he was very friendly and helping. Customer service was phenomenal. I was even given a car to drive for few days till my car got shipped from another dealership. They gave me time to look at the car and and make my decision. I never felt like they were pushing a sale. It was hard for me because it was first time i was buying a new car so i was given time and space to drive several cars and decide. Everybody was helpful and friendly but Zach was the best.

i came into contact with the dealership in a different way than usual. it just happened that the managing director of edmond hyundai accidentally bumped into my mini cooper. the door was dented in. he accepted that it was his fault right away and explained to me that if i'd bring my car into his dealership that he'd repair it and give me something to drive until it was done. all i got was his name and phone number. he seemed like an honest guy so i didn't get his insurance or tag number or anything. later, i wondered if i'd been stupid. the next day however, i called david and he again said to bring the car in. i did, and he loaned me a 2013 sonata and even gave me money for gas. he called at least 2 times to update me on the progress. he explained that he didn't think it would look right to just patch it so he ordered a new door. one week later, he called to tell me my mini was ready. when i went to pick it up, it looked great and they'd even washed it up. the fact that he had fixed the car was great, but what impressed me the most is they courtesy he and his staff gave me. my car is important to me, but what is more important is being treated with respect and dealing with an honest person. anymore, you're not able to trust just anybody, but david patel is a man of his word. after i picked up my car, he still called to make sure i was happy with it. at this time, i'm not looking to buy a car, but if i know of anyone that is in the market for one, i'd surely send them to him and his friendly staff. i was very pleased with the quality of the work, but even more so with the trustworthy and friendly service i received from edmond hyundai...

I walked into this dealership lured by the false advertisement on TV. They were recently hit with hail damage and had and advertisement running on TV saying that you could get an Elantra for as low as $149 a month, "own it". Selling price on the Elantras was $12K. Anyways, I went there to check out what it was all about. I was expecting to be attacked by a bunch of car salesmen upon arrival, it actually took good 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there, so my wife and I decided to loom around the lot to see how bad the damage was on the cars. When a sales representative finally showed up he asked the same questions you are asked in every dealership: how can we help you?, what do you have in mind? what do you drive right now? when do you plan on purchasing your next car?, etc...I told him about the TV commercial and that we wanted to see how bad the damage was on the cars; we also told him a friend had just recently bought a brand new 2013 Elantra for a great price with no hail damage and the rate he got was somewhat good; his payments were around $280-290 a month and I wanted to know if the hail damage on the cars was going to make the price even better than that. We walked around, found a car with the least hail damage on it (which was still PRETTY BAD) and we said we wanted to know about a good deal on that car. He asked the question: "if I get you a great price, would you buy it today?" to what I replied "only if it is a no-brainer, a really great deal that beats what I've told you about". The guy asked for my information and said he needed to enter me in the data base and run a "soft" credit inquire; I was reluctant to give him my info and told him I would not. he insisted so much that it would NOT HURT MY CREDIT, that I finally gave in and gave him my info. HUGE MISTAKE.From here on everything went from bad to WORSE. The seller came back with 2 plans (A and B) with either 1k or 2k down-payment and monthly payments between $340 and $360. He also said, I don't know for how long the payments are going to be, I don't know your score, I don't know many things because this was just a SOFT credit inquire... I said thanks, but no thanks, I don't like the cars, the hail damage is too bad, you can't beat the deal my friend got, you don't even get close to what he got (and I understand everybody gets different deals based on many things). I stood up and offered to shake his hand before leaving. The guy just wouldn't shake my hand and let me there standing like an idiot for good 5 second while he was calling his sales manager. My wife and I are walking out and they get on our way (literally). And start asking me what they need to do to get me to buy a car. I insisted there was nothing they could do, I just didn't like the cars nor how pushy they were (and I have seen pushy seller but these guys.... OMG.I would strongly recommend people to STAY AWAY from these guys. BTW, they add a package to all their cars which makes them more expensive (whether you want it or not... they all have it). They put PULSE system, tinted windows and a pint treatment (Which I wonder how effective it is going to be with all the heavy dents from the hail).I came home and tried to forget about the bad experience with these guys and just told my wife not to worry about the inquire because they said it was a soft one. Well, .... IT WAS A HARD INQUIRE... I just got an alert from my credit monitoring company saying I have a new hard credit inquire and immediately called the sales manager who had called me yesterday after leaving the dealership and left a voice-mail asking me to call him back. I called the guy... rudest person on earth, won't give his name, said he calls every person that has been on the dealership so he has no clue of who I am even after telling him the whole story. I wanted to know why the had run a hard credit inquire when they said they would not. HE HAD THE GUTS TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT.... This is the only company I have given my info too in 2 years as I have been trying to improve my score. This is outrageous... they LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE (and then over the phone). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... BEWARE.I will know have that hard credit inquire for two years and when I'll really end up buying the car I want (within the next two months) that number will only go up.... I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER right now. Go to any other Hyundai dealership in Oklahoma City Metro area BUT Edmond Hyundai.

Within 5 minutes over the phone, he was able to take our information, give us the best pricing, and our car was delivered to us in Dallas the next morning (clean and a full tank of gas too). Overall the experience was great but at the end once all the paperwork was complete and it was time for Eli to go over the summary of our car we were rushed out the door and asked to come back another day to go over everything and get our second set of keys. We live in Mustang so that is a 15-20 minute drive out of our way so that part I am very unhappy about. Also there was a stain on the stearing wheel that I asked about during the test drive and asked to have removed while we were finishing the paperwork; this was not done nor was the removal of all the plastic from the seats and the latch for the trunk is not attached, very sloppy job of getting our car ready to take home very unhappy to have to go back to get all of this taken care of. I think if we had not has such a good buying experience aside from this it might make me think twice about recommending or purchasing another car from this dealership.

I called on a car that I was looking for my 16 y/o son. He had a limited budget. The car was sold but Richard asked me what I was looking for. I gave him a specific limited list. Within a week he called me to tell me they had gotten a Toyota Rav4 in. It was a 2001 and Richard worked with me to get it in my sons' budget. They allowed me to take the car to Norman so my mechanic could look it over. The dealership even split the cost on the necessary repair. I have always dreaded looking for cars and dealing with sales people but changed my mind with this dealership. They made it easy and dealt with me in a fair and honest way.

This is definitely one of the best dealerships I've ever purchased from. They are super friendly right from the start. Always accept their beverage offer unless you want to be asked by everyone who passes you if you would like a beverage. :) I got a great deal on a 2012 Veloster and then turned around about 9 months later and traded it back for the Turbo (got a great deal then too). Their cars are awesome and the people there are great. Oh, and there service department rocks too. So friendly and professional. After one of my first visits, I noticed a scratch on the inside of the passenger door. I couldn't really prove that they did it, but they trusted me in that I hadn't had any passengers in the car yet (which was true). They fixed it without issue. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

I greatly appreciate the courtesy and efforts in which Richard Dolan made to put me into a new car. I started shopping for a new car on a Monday and by Friday evening I was pulling away in my new Sonata. Throughout the week, Richard kept in touch but never once was or did he hound me like you would get from some of these other dealerships. Not only was Richard a class act, but so wasn't everyone else who assisted in the process. Even employees who had nothing to do with helping me were extremely courteous. I will definitely be going back to Edmond Hyundai for my next vehicle purchase as well as recommending people to go see Richard because I know that they will be in good hands.

Our salesperson Ladan Taheri contacted us after we had inquired about a new vehicle online. When we got there she had selected (per our specification) a beautiful new Hyundai Sonata. She greeted us warmly and offered a test drive. During our test drive she told us all about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We returned to the lot and she made sure we were comfortable. The dealership was buzzing with sales people and customers. All seemed quite happy. despite being so busy we were always made comfortable and wanted for nothing. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I went into the dealer just to look for a reasonably cheap car to buy my daughter. I didn't have a lot to spend but Cameron took his time with me to test drive cars and show me the options just like I was buying a brand new car. Then they worked with me until we could make a deal I could manage. I was so impressed, never felt like my purchase was not big enough or that I was not as important as any one else in there. The service was amazing and I can assure you our next car purchase we will start here as well and I doubt have any reason not to buy. These people were professional, friendly and accommodating. My wife and I received an invitation from Edmond Hyundai in the mail to come in and upgrade our Elantra we had previously purchased from them. Mr. Eddie Stutson was the salesman who served us. He was very professional, candid and listened to what our needs and wants were. When we seemed to hit a bump in the road he immediately brought in his supervisor Mr. Rob Powell. He also listened to our situation, without hesitation or haggling. We really appreciated that because that is not normally the case in a car sales experience. They got us the model and options that we were looking for at a great price that was in our budget. Friendly and sincere are the best words I can find to describe the manner in which Mr. Stutson and Mr. Powell handled us in our car buying experience! When it came time for the financing part of our new car Mr. Jimmy Haught was very patient and answered all of our questions. Mr. Haught gave us some valuable information about an option that helped lower our interest rate significantly. Again "professional", "courteous", and "friendly" are the reasons we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and continue to do business there. Thanks again fella's!!

My friend and I went up to see used cars. She was ready to purchase until we got there. The vibe when we pulled up freaked us out. There were 7+ salesmen waiting around and slowly started getting moving closer and closer to her car like vultures waiting for their prey. The first thing they wanted to do was run her credit. There was not a reason for that yet since we had not even decided on a car. The car we drove up to see was literally sold 30 minutes ago but, they have another one that is we could see. This SVU had the passenger side door panel falling off and hail damage (something was wrong with the paint), but they wanted $2000.00 dollars more than the pristine limited edition model we drove up to see. Can someone say bait and switch?Then it came to talk pricing they were trying to tell us that this was a clean trade. It was fair good condition. No they can prove it was a clean trade by showing us the CarFax, but then they wouldnt bring the CarFax which to me verifies that there really was something wrong with the car. The salesperson was rude, told me to shut up, and said I was a ridiculous little girl who did not know what I was talking about. This is when I became upset. The sleaze would not even shake our hands when we left. I do not know which disgusts me more. How rude they were or how comfortable they were about ripping off a struggling single mother.

I visted the dealership on 09/29/12 with my brother. I initially showed up interested in the Tucson's. When I arrived my brother and I roamed the lot looking at several cars, opening the doors, sitting in the vehicles etc. SEVERAL employees noticed us, but not one said anything. We decided to enter the doors of the dealership and stood waiting for at least 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence. Keep in mind their was an office full of salesman who were playing "Paper toss" with the trash can. Eventually "Cholly" approached us and worked with me. I found a vehicle that I really loved which ended up being a used GMC Terrain AFTER Cholly determined that I didn't want a new car and would not lease one. "Cholly's" son came out with the key for us to test drive the vehicle. His son whose name I cannot remember was very nice, personable and repectful. When we met in the office to negotiate I was glad I had my brother there because the initial deal they were trying to offer me was ridiculous. In the end I feel that I received a fair deal. Cholly agreed to postpone my first payment to 90 days from the purchase date. I get my paperwork in from the bank that financed me and my first payment IS NOT 90 days from the date as Cholly had promised. I called Charlie for two days with the promise of a return call after he looked into it. That never happened. I called the third day and Cholly transferred me to Sammi in finance. Sammi promised me a return call. That never happened. I called back the next day and was clearly a lil frustrated, I was given David Patel the manager and told to look at my contract. The date is on there (Which was very light and barely legible) and told there was nothing they could do. Sorry, maybe you can refinance it and change your date. Up to this point I had been for the most part fairly pleased with my service, but now I'm upset. Customer Service is clearly not an issue once they already have you signed for the car. It appears that no one really cared that I was promised something that they did not deliver on. Funny thing is I was set to take my Mother to this dealership tomorrow to shop for a new vehicle. I know the generalizations that car dealerships and salesman have, but I expected better. We will NOT be shopping for any vehicle at this dealership.

My Edmond Hyundai Experience.On Saturday, September 29, 2012, my son and I came into Edmond Hyundai to see if it were possible for us to trade in our current car for a better one. I had spoken with Cholly Boyles earlier in the week and he encouraged me to come in and see him. This is my 2nd experience with Edmond Hyundai, the 1st being about a year ago when I bought my Nissan Altima. Cholly Boyles was my salesman at that time as well, and as far as I'm concerned, he is about the best salesmen Edmond Hyundai has. Cholly turned our car-buying experience, which can be both scary and tedious for those of us who have financial challenges, into something pleasant and doable. He maintained a demeanor of assurance and positiveness the whole time and treated me with dignity and respect from start to finish.And, if that were not enough, he turned me over to Justin LeMaster in Finance who was equally respectful, calming and easy to communicate with. Many times the initial person customers deal with is nice enough but then when turned over to someone else, that next person is not as friendly; this was not the case. What was particularly noteworthy was that although the transaction was conducted primarily with me, both gentlemen, especially Cholly, went the extra mile to give my son respect and make him feel significant. That meant a lot to me and much more to him.The result is that we drove away with a car that was beyond what we could have ever asked for. We came thinking that the best we could hope for was to just possibly get something that was in better condition than what we had; however, we left with a brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring that my son slept in Saturday night because he loved the car just that much.Well, as you can see, I'm a talker. So, I will close by saying a thousand thanks to you, Edmond Hyundai, for actually being who you say you are in demonstration as well as in advertisement; thank you for proving the statement "good customer service is a thing of the past" to be false; and, thank you for having men like Cholly Boyles and Justin LeMaster as front-line representatives; to me, they are worth their weight in goal.Emma J. Great salesman, no high pressure finance man, made the deal in 15 minutes, went to do the paperwork & was there less than a hour; had more than 10 people ask us if we wanted something to drink; won't hesitate to recommend to someone else or make them the starting point when looking for our next car. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai. I was able to find a car that I liked and make the purcahse. However, that was two months ago, and I have still not received any paperwork or information on the car or my financing. They do not communicate with me or return phone calls. I cannot believe that I am having this much trouble trying to PAY for my car. I have stressed to them the importance of my receiving this information, and I have been told that it would be mailed to me, and then that someone would e-mail me the information that I need, then that someone would even bring my paperwork to me (as I live two hours from the dealership). I have been told three times now that someone would be delivering the paperwork to me, and when no one shows up, I call and no one returns my call.So, now, not only do I have an expired paper tag that they have failed to replace, I am also driving a vehicle that is depreciating in value. As much as I would love to not start out being upside down on a vehicle, it seems as if I have been given no choice.I will never purchase another vehicle from them again, and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone I know. I would much rather pay a few more dollars for better customer service and a dealership that communicates better than this.

Went in looking for a used car and drove away with a BRAND NEW CAR! It still had the paint protective plastic on it. Purchased a 2013 Sonata SE. The dealer I was introduced to was Sam Clay, he was very very helpful, and turned me out of an upside deal with my car at the time, to a great deal and easy payments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Edmond Hyundai for there great selection, and friendly staff. I don't know how many times they asked if I wanted something to eat, or drink. Overall great experience! Extremely proud and happy customer.

I will never return to this dealership! Not only did they sale us a vehicle that needs several repairs but they tried to sell us a warranty that we did not ask for and after agreeing with it the finance guy told us that it would cover all repairs. Come to find out it only covered the engine and transmission. For $1500 extra dollars we opt out of getting the warranty. Beware of these crooks. They will take you for all you have!

The salesman who I had spoken to on the phone wasn't available, but Lane Renfroe stepped in and handled everything superbly! From start to finish he was as friendly and as thorough as could be. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH EDMOND HYUNDAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Edmond Hyundai included a $44 Personal Information Recovery Plan (Identity Theft Protection Service) for $1970.50 to the price of the used car I purchased from them. Edmond Hyundai inferred that this Identity Theft Protection was being provided by them at no charge and then they charged me $1970.50 for the service. When I tried to cancel this service Edmond Hyundai said they were unable to cancel the contract. When I contacted TRI-PAC to cancel the agreement I was informed Edmond Hyundai has to cancel the agreement. TRI-PAC also told me that they sell this service for $44 a year and usually the dealers provide this as a free service to their customers. At this point Edmond Hyundai has lied twice to me. I want to warn future customers of Edmond Hyundai to be aware of their dishonest practices and be very careful to read over all the paperwork before signing the contract. This charge did not show up as a charge on the contract it was buried in the other paperwork as an "Accessory Add ON". This company is dishonest and anybody doing business with Edmond Hyundai needs to be aware of the deceitfulness of the company. To date Edmond Hyundai has refused to cancel this agreement and refund the money they added on my vehicle. Other Edmond Hyundai customers might want to check their paperwork and verify they too weren't charged an outrageous amount for "Accessory Add On".

I visited Edmond Hyundai today and was pretty disappointed. After walking the lot for 20 minutes not one salesman asked if I needed anything. Eventually, I had to approach three salesman leaning on a truck in the shade. Two of them walked off when I walked up. The remaining one acted like talking to anyone was an inconvenience. I asked if three cars from the website were on the lot...he said all had been sold. So between not being able to keep their website current to what's actually available and a sales staff that seem to melt if they hit the sun...I'll be shopping somewhere else.

This was absolutely the most horrible car buying experience ever, and I truly hope that these reviews are sent to the dealership. I went to Edmond Hyundai to buy a new car. I saw one advertised on TV that had some hail damage for a certain price. Got to the dealership,spoke to the salesman, Eddie Stutston, told him what I had seen and that I would like to see the car. He said that he wasn't even aware that there was an ad listing any car for that price, but that he would check and see. He came back 30 minutes later and said yes, they did have them, but that they only had ONE left. He checked the stock and VIn number's and went to get the keys. My husband and I drove the care and loved it. Got back to the dealership, told Eddie that we wanted the car started the sales process. In the middle of it, Hassan came in and said that there had been a mistake, that the car wasn't for sale at the advertised price, that Eddie had brought me the wrong car. Since I liked the car, we went ahead and made the deal (I was still giving "honest human error" a thought). We came to a deal, signed the paperwork and left. A FULL WEEK later, the finance guy, Sami called and said that the bank had rejected my loan because they couldn't do all the things the dealership promised. We needed to come in and sign more paperwork that would cause my payments to go up $30 per month. I thought "this sometimes happens", and signed the new paperwork. THEN, 3 WEEKS LATER, they called back saying that they didn't know that my trade-in wasn't paid off and we had to come BACK IN to sign more paperwork so that they could pay my trade-in off. My payments would go up another $45 per month. When I told them that they had signed for my trade-in and they had already screwed me over on 2 previous occasions (by now I have tossed the "human error" theory out the window) and that they were stuck with the deal that they made, they told me that they were going to send a "recovery vehicle" after my new car. Rather than dealing with anymore drama, I took the car back to them and got my trade-in back. BUT WAIT... it doesn't end there. My trade-in wasn't as it was when I took it there. They took the CD/DVD player out of my trade-in and put in a radio that doesn't work. They also removed the floor mats, one of the tires that was replaced was so bald that there were threads showing, the windows no longer roll down, and there is something wrong with the steering. When I told them about all of this, the only thing that they would accept was the radio. They told me originally that they would re-imburse me for it. I could expect to see a check in the mail in about a week if I would bring them a receipt or if I could find a comparable on online and bring that in. I did the next day, and was told No, they wouldn't re-imburse me for it, that they would just go buy one and give me the new one. That has been 2 weeks ago and no one will call me back, nor have they gotten me my radio. MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I tried to contact them via their live chat on the internet and all the person could do is have a salesperson contact me. They could not give me any information at all over the live chat. I wonder what the point of having this service is? I tried calling the dealership three times in a row and was unable to talk to a sales person. It always rolled over to voicemail or disconnected me. I was shocked because this is the first time I have tried to contact this dealer about information about a particular car. I haven't done any research about this dealership, but I know that I will not be contacting them in the future because it seems like nobody wants to help me. Oh well.

I was assured I was approved, so I made the THREE hour drive. I got there, and it was like a bunch of Frat boys hoopin' and hollering like clowns,and the dealership was filthy. I was shown several used vehicles that were either junk, or were totaled from hail damage. After waiting, I was told my trade was not enough, and I needed money down. I left, (and will never go back AGAIN)and went to Automax Hyundai where it was a more "adult enviorment". Don't waste your time with these fools.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman was friendly, the service department is good but the sales managers will leave you feeling not only like you've been defrauded, but even violated. They will you promise you just about anything to make a sale but when it comes time to sign the paperwork, the price, warranties, and any agreements will either be absent or are subject to dramatic change. Hopefully, you will be so emotionally invested at this point that you won't be able to will yourself to walk away from the deal. The finance department will make the increased price and extra cost for warranties that were promised as part of the deal affordable by finding you a lower rate than was promised and extending your term so that you can make the payment. Won't be buying a car here again.

This experience was by far my best car buying experience ever. Mr. Samuel Clay found me a car within my range with the exact roominess I needed for my family. I arrived at the dealership expecting to be there all day to finalize my purchase, but to my surprise they had me in and out in time to enjoy the rest of my day. My initial visit was a breeze, finding a vehicle was a breeze, finance was a breeze. What really stood out the most for me as a woman and a mother is that Mr. Clay treated me with respect and was not condescending. Male carsalesmen that I have dealt with in the past tried to sell me on the "fru-fru" accessories in the car, i.e. the stereo, the mirrors, the color. we my wife and i entered the dealership about one on dec. 12th to look at a used car we had seen on line. we were met by ed stuton while in the lot and we pointed out several cars that caught are eye, but didn,t see the car shown on line. he went and got keys for the cars we had pointed out then started searching for the car we came to see. he found the car and we liked it and one other, he invited us inside to see were we would be with both cars finacialy. It was the most pleasent experance we have had to purchase a car Ed is a true proffesional when it comes to customer service we felt like we were spending time with a friend not a car sales person. We also recieved the same treatment from the finance man mr.Saunny Gamble. I spent my working life in auto delerships as a mechanic then service manger, I,m very used to how they run and this was an exceptional experiance. W,ell certinly recomend this dealer to are friends. You know what I bought a 2007 Sonata in 2006. The sales person was great. The finanace person I worked with was an arrogant fool. I agreed to a monthly price and part of that price was to include heated seats and installation of said seats. Instead what I got in the monthly price was a $2500.00 extended warrenty that I was not even made aware of. Stupid me I was the one who signed on the dotted line. I never got my heated seats, and was told "oops sorry" not part of the contract. Fast forward to 2011 got a great experience with Bob Howard Dodge, and an amazing trade-in price on overpriced Sonata. Advised by Bob Howard finance department that the $2500.00 warranty that was conveniently added to my Sonata loan could be cancelled for partial refund. Bob Howard Sales person called David Patel to confirm, and Mr. Patel said yes, no problem. On 08/25/11 go to Edmond Hyundai wait over 50 minutes to cancel warranty and meet with Bruce S. who treated me worse than I have ever been treated. I have a disability and went to sit in a chair that was broken and almost fell over, even said "whoa" before I fell back, and he was too aggrevated to even notice I was struggling. Then he filled out the cancellation form, and then abruptly handed it to me. When I asked him about the refund, he said I would get it from the financial institution that my loan was with. I advised him that the loan was paid, so I said how will I have a guarantee that I will get the refund and he raised his voice and said "call the bank". This then started a shouting match, once he closed the door to be as he said "very blunt with me". Long story short, when Bruce asked me leave, he saw me struggle with my balance and my crutches to get up from the broken chair. I asked him to open the door, and he shouted back "Oh NOW you want MY help". I was devistated that someone would watch me, someone with a physical disability struggle, and when being forced to ask for his help, turn around and angrily rub it in my face. I was ashamed and embarrassed. As I was leaving sales manager Hassan took the time let me vent about what had happend, and assured me he would address the situation.Bottom line...Sales team Great...Car was great...Finance representatives are deceptive, lying arrogant and discriminating fools. Buy there, but DO NOT FINANCE THERE!!

Early on there was a miscommunication which resulted in us receiving a car that was different from the one we had discussed on the phone. The dealer was willing to work out the problem and we eventually got home with the correct car. This dealer always has the best deals and polite and understanding sales people. The salesman kept giving me the run around and trying to sell me something I did not want. He sent me the rudest email you can image in a professional setting, claiming I wanted all the bells and whistles but didn't want to pay for them and that my problem was my credit - in all caps with exclamation points. I complained to his managers and none of them responded. A very unprofessional encounter. I found exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted with no trouble getting financed through Bob Moore Mazda. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Turbo Feb 11, I took to Edmond Hyundia for the 3K mile oil change. The technicial left the oil cap was off, which I found after a 150 mile trip the following day by the Large amount of smoke coming from under the hood while driving. While on vacation I replaced 3 1/2 quarts to show close to full on the dipstick. Took the vehichle back to Edmond Hyundai to get the engine cleaned, another oil change, and hood liner (which was still dripping with oil 5 days later) replaced. After a 5 day business trip which I drove the car, I had smoke rolling from underneath the hood again; this time it was a oil drenched strip of sealant which the adhesive had let go and was hanging and laying on the exhaust manifold. While tieing up this strip I found a 8 to 9 inch screw driver tool used to replace the roof liner laying by the battery under the hood.So, not only with the possiblity of ruining the engine with driving without or low oil, today I had a good possibility of the car catching in fire with a oil drenched piece of foam hanging and laying on the engine manifold. To make it all worse was the High possibility of the screw driver tool either falling and lodging into the engine belt system or even worse falling through the engine and either punchering the gas tank (nice explosion) or bouncing behind the car and causing a fetality of others. I explained today to the service manager that it's a shame when you purchase extended warranty which should be for self assuance, but now expect it will be needed to protect myself and the vehicle from the certified dealership for Edmond Hyundai's mistakes. I purchased the additional plan for maintainance to be performed at the dealership to protect myself against this type of stuff happening from a jiffy lube, quick lube, etc.... I'm definiatly rethinking my decision to both purchase the car and entrust the dealership certified technicians to perform basic maintanaince.

We were met the minute we pulled into a parking space by Sean Miller, who was able to answer any question we had. He was very professional, friendly and knew his product. We had a test drive in a Sonata Limited and fell in love with this model. We wanted a color (camel pearl) of Sonata Limited that was not in stock; however, one was located and we were told that it would be in in a day or two. Because of local storms the few day became four days before it was at the dealers. Sean kept us informed of every hold-up and we picked up the car Saturday morning, May 28, 2011. The finance managers we encountered were very professional, too. In our 48 years of purchasing automobiles, this was the best experience we have ever had.

I noticed the Sonata in this Pacific Blue color and he took us for a drive and then let me drive. He explained all the bells and whistles on the car. We purchased a 2003 Toyota Camry from this dealership. Terence and Nathan went above and beyond their service to us. Terence promptly sent pictures and conducted a follow-up phone call the next day. Nathan inspected the car for us detailing over the phone the condition of the car inside and out since we live out of state. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase this car and we were thrilled when we saw the car. The car was everything that Terence and Nathan described to us. Thanks Terence for the full tank of gas. I just purchased a 2005 Toyota 4Runner from this dealership today. And although I am pleased with the price agreed upon for the vehicle, I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service. But, before I tell you about this experience, I want to share my experience from my last two vehicle purchases. I purchased my last two vehicles from two other local dealers. Of course all of the sales staff was nice, but they remained that way from the beginning of the experience all the way until I was walked out the door to my new car by the salesperson. Somebody from the dealership transferred all of my personal belongings from my trade-in to the new vehicle, while paperwork was being processed. And both times, I left the sales lot with a full tank of gas in the vehicle. My experience at Edmond Hyundai was quite different. My salesperson was a gentleman by the name of Eric Butler. Mr. Butler was a pleasant man, but he is trying to sell me a car. At times throughout the process, Mr. Butler was extremely confused about the basic mathematics of the transaction. At one point, I had to explain to Mr. Butler how negative equity is added into the asking price of the vehicle. This is something he should have known. Of course, I was offered something to drink, or a snack, but BIG DEAL! So they give you a couple bottles of water that cost them $.13 a bottle. I am looking to spend thousands of dollars on a car. Once we got down to negotiating a deal, another guy by the name of Bryce Rhoads enters the picture. I believe he is a sales manager. Since I was doing the majority of this deal on company time, I had to do some of the negotiating over the phone. At one point, I was told by Mr. Rhoads that he would call me back in 20 minutes to let me know if they had accepted my offer. Mr. Rhoads never called me back, but Mr. Butler did, an hour later......when he finally got to work and there was a message to call me back. Eventually, an agreement was made, but not before I was pressured to let them try and finance me, irregardless of the fact that I had already secured financing. I signed all the paperwork in the afternoon and was told that when I came back in this evening to get the vehicle to call them first and let them know I was on my way. I was told that they would have the vehicle waiting up front and that I would be in and out in just a matter of minutes. Of course, when I get to the dealership, I was asked to wait in an office for my salesperson, who was busy with another customer. At this time, Mr. Butler's helpful attitude was gone. Now don't get me wrong, he wasn't unpleasant, but now that the deal was made, there was no need to continue the "I am here to help you" charade. He still seemed distracted or confused about closing the deal. Instead of making a copy of my insurance verification, he photocopied the business card of my insurance agent. I had to point this error out to him. When he asked for the keys to my trade-in, I told him that I needed to transfer some belongings to the new vehicle. He tossed me the keys to my vehicle and told me to pull it around the front and start transferring my stuff. When I asked him where the vehicle was parked, he decided it would be easier if he just went and got the vehicle himself. At this point, I have been at the dealership for almost an hour. Before I could leave with the new vehicle, I still needed to give some documents to the finance dude. When the guy finally comes over to me, the first thing I noticed was the size of the face on his wristwatch. This thing looked like a a tub of butter with wristbands. Dumb!! The guy was young and strutted around with a very arrogant attitude. Also, he never even introduced himself. He just asked for the paperwork (which was the document that got them paid), thumbed through his file for a second and said I was free to go. Not even a "thank you for your business". When I left, nobody walked me to the vehicle and nobody even thanked me for deciding to do a business transaction with their dealership. Oh, and the vehicle that I purchased only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. My trade-in had a full tank! Clearly, this dealership is only interested in one thing......your money! Once a deal is reached, you are no longer important. Even though I know I got hosed on my last two car deals, at least the guys made me feel important throughout the entire process. Now, I am probably not going to lose any sleep over the way I was treated at the end of this car buying experience, unless the damn thing starts breaking down in a couple of weeks. I feel that if the car is not a lemon, I got a pretty reasonable deal. But, based on the way this deal was finalized, I will probably never buy another vehicle from Edmond Hyundai and I certainly won't recommend them to anybody else.

When I boutght my new 2007 Accent from Edmond Hyundai I was naieve. I had a 2002 chevy pick up that was worth 6,000 for a trade in. I owed 3,000 on it. The reason I bought this car was because me and my wife had just had a baby. About three months after I bought the car it started breaking down. The car broke down 3 times in a year with the same problem each time. On the last time the car broke down I wanted to talk to the store manager Mr. Patel. I brought a tape recorder with me because when I had bought the car they told me the car was $12,000 when I asked if there was anything I could do to get the price down they said they would give me a $500 discount for active duty military. Then they told me that THEY would pay off the rest of my loan on the pickup I was trading in. Well they didn't. They added the $3000 to my balance on the vehicle. So at this point I didn't trust them. When I spoke to Mr. Patel I requested that they give me a new car with no additional charges due to the vehicle they sold me being unreliable. Mr. Patel said they could sell me another vehicle and my payments wouldn't change. I then told him again what I expected and also said that if I didn't get what I wanted then I would get a lawyer and file a lemon law lawsuit and that I didn't want to take it that route. Mr. Patel then stated that there was NO lemon law in Oklahoma. I then told him that there was lemon law in Oklahoma and that I had recorded him lying once again. Mr. Patel then told me to leave the premeses. I asked him why I had to leave. That I was not making a scene or using abusive language and that I just wanted what was fair. Mr. Patel then told me to leave again without explanation. I then asked him how I would get my car that was being repaired at thier service area. Mr patel said they would bring it out front. After waiting for about 10 min. for my car I walked to the service area to get my service records from each time my vehicle broke down. As I was in the service area Phil Wartley approached me and told me to leave. I then stated that I would leave when I got my records. He sated that they would mail them to me. I then said that I did not trust them and would get my records and go. Phil then walked to me and bumped my shoulder telling me to leave. When I told Phil that if he touched me again I would file charges on him he began to cuss me out and threaten me. I then left but tryed to call to get the General manager's phone number. They stated that they could not give it to me and hang up. Phil then called me on my phone and started to threaten me verbally saying that he was going to call my commander and that I would be hearing from thier lawyer. The lawyer for Edmond Hyundai then sent me a letter stating that if I do not stop calling and "harassing" Edomd Hyundai then they would sue me and call the cops on me. Then when I went to a website to file a lawsuit for lemon law, they assigned me the lawyer that represented Edmond Hyundai. After all of the crap that Edmond Hyundai put me through I just went to Eskridge Honda and bought a used car which they gave me an EXCELLANT deal. They even gave me more than what I owed on the Hyundai. Edmond Hyundai is VERY UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL, IMMORAL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SHADY, MISLEADING, COWARDOUS.... every bad word you can think of. DON'T GO TO EDMOND HYUNDAI!!!! They are the devil.

Broadway Extension Edmond, Ok 73013 (405) 478-8777 This was an Internet sale and the sales rep. was Michael McPherson. We were very clear to Mr. McPherson that the SUV not have any paint work.Mr. McPherson assured us that their was none. We then bulled an Auto check that indicated that the SUV had been in an accident at one point and that it also had a theft history. We then called Mr. McPherson and informed him of our findings. Mr. McPherson was shocked he guaranteed us that the SUV had no paint work and he had been with the company for 5 years and was confident of his experience. I did tell Mr. McPherson that if I received the SUV and it was not right that I would complain. I receded the SUV a week later and it had paint work on the drivers side rear door and on the quoter panel. No way this could have been an over sight the clear was pealing.I contacted the Sales Manager Nathan Glaban and explained the situation he did tell me that the SUV was only $4000.00 with high miles and we understand that but it would have been a deal had it not had paint work , Mr. Laban told me that he would get back to me after speaking to Mr. McPherson. It has been a week now and still no call. We understand that the SUV is a used vehicle this is my business I ship cars over seas and the only stipulation that my customers have is that the vehicle have NO PAINT. I am stuck with this SUV because of a LIE. someone wanting to make a sale at any cost.I am a very unhappy customer

OK, were do i start? My husband and I went on on April 18, 09 to purchase of first new car. when we got there we was greeted by a salesman. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him that we needed to be able to keep our payments within a certain price range. We found the 2009 Elantra and I fell in love with this car. We then went inside and sat down to discuss our options. He left to talk to the manager and came back with a couple of options. We decided on the 60 month option and he had us sign the worksheet that he wrote on and sent us to finance. We sat with the finance department and of course they offer you all the extra warrenties. We asked him if we took the extended warrenty would the the payment change or the length of the loan change. He told us the payment would go up alittle but not the length of the loan. My husband asked him three or four times throughout the conversation, are you sure and he said yes. So we agreed, signed the paperwork, and left with my new car. Then last week we get our payment books and the loan is for an extra 7 months. So I called to talk to the finance guy and he was at lunch so i left my name and number, couple days later, no call, so i called a couple more times and still no returned phone call. Then my husband and i went down there thinking maybe we could talk to him. Well of course it was his "off" day. So we asked to speak to a manager. Well we were told that he had already left for the day. We asked if he had a General Manager and he actually told us that he lives in Florida and we cant talk to him. We spoke to another person in the finance department and explained to him what happened. He told us that he wasn't there so he cant not speak on the other guys behalf. He told us that the loan had already gone to the bank so there wasn't anything he could do about it. He asked us what exactly was it that we wanted. My husband said we just want you to "make it right" He told us that he would have to talk to the mananger the next day and asked me to call him back around noon. I called him back the next day and asked him if he had talked to anybody. He put me on hold for a few minutes and then got back on and then asked me "what exactly do you want us to do?" I said just make it right. I know you cant go back on the loan but at least make it right. He asked me again and I told him it shouldn't be about what we want them to do it should be about what they want to do to make it right. He then put me on hold for a few nore minutes and when he came back he changed his attitude and said you know you signed the paperwork, the loan is at the bank there really isn't anything that can be done. By then I was amazed at the run around we were getting and said you know what forget about it. It's apparent that nobody cares that we were done wrong and nothing is going to be done about it. I told them that we will not ever buy another car from them, we will not bring my car in there for service and will NOT recommend them to anyone!!! He started acting like he cared and said no we dont want to lose your business let me see what I can find out and I will call you back. Can you believe, I have yet to receive that phone call.

We were victims of Spot Delivery Scam and financing fraud. The dealer was the most unethical, unprofessional and unlawful that I have ever experienced in my 40 years of car ownership. We lost our trade in, the car we were "approved" to purchase and thousands of dollars in CASH!We now are forced to hire an attorney and hope to prevent others from being robbed by these crooks! BEWARE! PLEASE!

Worst buying experience in my life.My family went in looking for an 2007 AWD Limited Santa Fe, which was unavailable at the dealership. They tried to sell us a FWD however I was taking none of the "Oklahoma doesn't require an AWD" talk. I test drove a FWD and the dealership was able to locate an AWD in Texas. They brought a price to the table, which we assumed was the MSRP of the car. They gave what appeared to be an excellent deal on the car and so we decided to take the deal and the dealership said that the car would be here in 72 hours. I came home and found out that the car's actual MSRP was much less than what they said it was. I called the dealer and asked where the extra charge was coming from. The salesperson was unable to give me an answer.A few days later they call us telling us to come in and they would "try to come to a deal," however, all they tried to do was reason that the price that we were paying was good, telling us that the extra charge was coming from the freight charge (and later they told us it was the service charge for cleaning the car). Also, the car never came to the dealership in the 72 hours that they said it would.We sent a letter stating that because the car has not come in the 72 hours that they were breaking the terms of the verbal agreement and therefore we would not be buying the car. Also, we stated we wanted the trade-in car back in it's original condition.A few days later they called us and basically told us that we had to pay for the car before they would bring it to Oklahoma and because we haven't paid the 72 hour deal was invalid! Eventually, the sales manager, Phil, said that they would take us to court if we did not make good on the deal. Now, not 24 hours later, they tell us that we can come and get back the trade-in car.When we got there, the sales manager and the dealers all treated us as if we were the wrong doers. When we asked what happened to the emblem of the car, the sales manager told us to get out because he didn't want to talk to us anymore. The general manager wouldn't even see us!! In less words they told us to get off their property or they would call the police.
