Terrific buying experience. I first contacted Jose online to check on a car he had listed. I made the drive from Texarkana and he had what I was looking for. He allowed me to look around without hovering and pressuring me. When I decided on one, we sat down and worked out the details like two friends making a deal. I was in a difficult situation, waiting on insurance to pay off my totalled vehicle. Jose was very patient, we kept in contact as I worked all that out. The day my loan went through he offered to deliver my car the next day! No funny business. Straightforward, honest and kept his word on all aspects of our deal. Jose went above and beyond what he had to do to sell a car! Usually, I take all dealerstuff off my car but I'm leaving the Edwards plate frame on! Great job...well worth the drive to Dallas!

They have been great and nice fair prices great deals and unlike other places their customer service has a friendly and personal Touch to it that you just don't get anywhere else and to be honest this is just from my experience with them going up there for my girlfriend and her mom and as a matter of fact when I'm ready to go get another car which seems like that might be here soon this is going to be the place I go and I don't hand out this kind of Praise lightly so when I say it you know it means something

I bought a Toyota Camry from here a few months ago and really liked my experience. The car was in good shape, for the year and mileage. I got to look it over (under the hood, in the wheel wells, and under the body, etc.) without any bother. Test drive was good, and the price was competitive. There wasn't any negotiation on price since the car shortage has made it a seller's market. But it was nice that there wasn't any back and forth between this guy and two other guys, in another room, and all of them pretending to be your advocate. None of that kinda-of-nonsense; just you and him and the numbers. They told me the car bought at auction and turned around on the lot and sold 'as is'. I thought being told that was pretty transparent, and I appreciate being told the business model. Local financing was a decent rate, but my bank had a slightly better rate, and I was pre-approved. So, what'cha gonna' do? When they received the plates, they called me to confirm the mailing address. He didn't need to do that; it's a nice touch. The next time I'm looking for a used car, I'll see what they have for sure.

Man this is a great place to buy a vehicle at, my wife found the car she wanted we talked to jose about a price and he was able to help us out and point us in the right direction. Got us in and out the door same day with her new car. Great service, great prices, and great cars!! cant go wrong with them. Will be my place to recommend for now on if anyone is looking to buy a cash car or finance one.

I had researched used cars for months, prior. I found that Edwards Motor Co. had the car that I wanted on their lot. I live in North Dalla (52 miles, away). From the first phone call, with Jose, the dealing has been up-front, courteous, honest, and fair. He answered all my questions, before my visit. And, at the time of purchase he showed me the clean Car Fax, the maintenance history. Also, Jose showed me that the features of the car were in working order, and that all the fluids were filled. The process was as easy as possible. I drove away satisfied and confident. I would recommend Edwards to anyone interested in buying their next used car.
