My experience with them was good at the beginning. I priced the car on 8-27,2021 with 30 day tags so I took my car last weekend because of my right and left turning and they said they would order the part and it will be in on Tuesday and talk to Gino and said he had order the part and he will personally call or text from his phone and I can keep in contact with him directly. It’s been a week and they don’t answer no phones or nothing. It started good but now it’s going bad and I am reading all theses reviews and I am seeing what’s happening to me. Car dirty not a full tank of gas. I just want my car fix the right way so I don’t need to keep driving almost 2hrs to get there. It’s crazy I had to do this. I may get a call or a response because I been calling for a whole week and the caller I.D is real because they don’t pick up the phone at all. When I took the truck to get it fix, it didn’t get looked at until almost 2p.m in the afternoon and I was there at 10:30 in the morning and everyone else had there car in the air and I was there before everyone and it still didn’t get in the air but suppose to order my part and like I said it wasn’t never and my understanding that Gino didn’t know nothing about it but he suppose to contact me directly and haven’t heard anything and like I said they not picking up no phones at all. Today is September 21,2021. To everyone in the world since I put a bad review on here they not fixing my car because the owner is mad but in the review he say that someone going to make a appointment but it was total different cause I owe them 650 of my balance but they not going to fix my car. So if anyone on here we need to get together and my number is (202) 855-2721to do something about the bad business that they doing to customers. No manager didn’t want to get on the phone at all. Bad business.

These guys are slimy. Called to inquire about a car and they were reluctant to show it to me or even quote me a price through email. Told me the headliner was in great condition (it had multiple bubbles/sags). They hung up on me after I asked about their doc/processing fees. I'm sure they will see this and and leave a hostile reply too. Seems to be their move when other people have left negative reviews.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could and I haven’t even bought the car yet. Ahmed has been super helpful and transparent in communicating prices and figuring out a payment setup that works perfectly for me. We are on the verge of a deal, thanks to him!
