I went into EMG looking for a car but wasn't sure on what I wanted but knew I needed a 4dr sedan. Junior promptly came up to me and my friend and promised to take care of me and that is just what he did. He showed me a few cars, but I fell in love with the Nissan Altima. The look of the car is very sexy. The handling is awesome. I drive a lot for work and Junior insisted the gas mileage was perfect for me. He was so right, it's far better than my old Accord. Overall this was a great experience.

I got my new 2013 BMW 3 Series from Junior and this deal was quick and easy. He showed me many cars and let me test drive a couple to see which one I liked best. I'm kind of picky but Junior was real patient and made sure I got the best car for me. They have a lot of luxury cars on the lot but my new BMW caught my eye. Kudos to the kid Junior this guy knows his stuff and didn't feel like the typical salesman. He was professional and listened to what I wanted and made good on the deal.

I came in to EMG after being referrer by a close friend because she brought her car about a year ago from EMG. I thought it would be regular car dealership and experience with lots of back and forth haggling, but low and behold I was impressed! We brought our new Nissan from Junior! He has changed my mind about typical salesman. Junior seemed to have majored in Hospitality because this was hands down the best car purchase experience I've had in my 46 years! I originally came here to et a g37 s ; with no credit they promised me they would get me in the car that I wanted . Sadly the bank thought the car was too old for me . They then offered me a BEAUTIFUL RED ACCORD ELX which I fell in love with . Once I came to pay for it , they said that it was the wrong car , that it was the same car in a different color . ( which upseted me tremendously considering my favorite color is red ) . So I was VERY UPSET. They did made me realize I am a first time buyer and that this is a great car . I ended up buying the car . I am glad that they got me in a car that was comfortable for me ; instead of being unrealistic

EMG is going to forever be the place where I buy my cars. My first car I purchased was a bmw 135i and not too long ago it got totaled. After working things out with my insurance company I went back to EMG and my sales agent Franco worked his magic once again. Initially I went with an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't really sure but Franco literally spent the whole day with me making sure that I was able to get a car that would fit my budget and something that I would fall in love with and he did just that. I'm so happy now because not only am I driving a car that I love but I also have a long-lasting relationship with an amazing dealership. I recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone who wants to get great service and great price.

I am not one to write reviews but I don't understand the low ratings this dealership has... I have had nothing but above great experiences every time I have been here. I can't say more great things about every person I encounter from the people who answer the phone, to the guys I drop my car off, my sales man Benny .. I was hesitant to switch from an Audi to BMW because I heard the service at this dealership wasn't great but I'm not sure if they went under new management or are focusing more on costumer service but I have to say the 4 or 5 times I have been here I have had nothing less then 5 star service. My whole experience with EMG was surprisingly good, from start to finish. The office staff was pleasant and understanding. I had to travel far just to visit, and they kept calling to make sure I had the address, was making it ok. The salesman, Benny, even gave me his cell number so I could ask questions after I first saw the car! No pressure to buy once I said I wanted to think about it. And when I did decide, Benny helped me arrange a lot in advance, answered every question. The finance guy, Bill, was also great, helping me get the terms I needed and even gave me some great advice (even though everyone was completely swamped that day). They found a crack in the windshield when they washed it, and EMG took care of it a week later. Benny was busy, but still answered my questions and helped arrange my windshield replacement even after my purchase. EMG really did a lot to make this as pleasant and painless as possible. It's such a huge decision, a huge purchase, I can't tell you how much I appreciated all the patient help.

Mike Ortiz is the man, he was very professional and accommodating. My only concern is when we went into the financing guys (Bill"s) office and started the paperwork process, he started out showing me two different contracts with two sets of numbers (confusing). If I had not been very aware of what the deal was supposed to be I would have gotten smooth talked into paying more for the vehicle than I had agreed upon. Bill's explanation was there was negative equity that they had to roll into the deal which changed the purchase price of the vehicle and that was the reason he was showing me two sets of numbers, that whole thing raised a red flag with me from the start.... but at the end of the day I got the deal I wanted and all is good!!! JUST BE AWARE OF THE NUMBERS AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.

The sales team of Wendy and Bennie couldn't have been any better. Long distance negotiating (800 miles) made much easier with constant communication from Wendy. They even arranged to have the BMW taken to local dealer for "checkup" before we flew up to New Jersey. My "only" complaint was dealing with the finance manager. This could have been avoided if I'd done my homework. Wendy and I had agreed on pricing and I even spoke with another person about why they couldn't lower the "prep fees". OK- I accepted the $500 fee and knew the price of the vehicle, so my wife and I flew to NJ. Bennie was waiting on us at the airport! (very nice guy)It wasn't until we were signing the final papers did I see an additional $1900 that was never mentioned in our deal. After I (almost) walked away, the "fee" was taken off. I wonder how many people would have pushed back on that "cost of preparing/repairing the vehicle". SO- Get your pricing in writing before you go to buy and you will have a great experience. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN NEW JERSEY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A PERSON TO BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They were dishonest and just plain old pirates. I went to them looking for a used Mercedes I saw on their website. Called ahead to see if they still had the car and they said yes. Spoke and text with one of their finance managers and he told me to come in to show me the car. So I drove to the dealer and met the salesperson, who walked around looking for the car. It wasn't on the lot ! So he got on his phone and contacted "someone" who said that the car was sold 2 days ago. So, I told him to show me another 2 cars I liked on their website. He looked them both up and of course they were also SOLD. Then he started his sales speech, trying to get me another car for a much higher price. Beware, they will play mind games with you! I will be filing a complaint against them with the State's Attorney General office. READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID .

I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord sedan from EMG using their auction search service. I originally came by to test out a 2013 Accord I saw in one of their AutoTrader listings. Unfortunately, it had just sold right before I got there. I told the guys at EMG exactly the make, model, trim, color, and mileage of the car I wanted, and they had their outpost facilities search domestically for a deal at upcoming auto auctions. Within 3 days, they found a listing that matched my specifications. One week after that, the car was delivered so I could come inspect it and decide if I wanted to buy. As advertised, it was flawless... The car looked, felt, and drove brand new with 11,700 miles on it and a clean 1-owner carfax. I knew coming in that the fee for the search would add a little onto the sticker price, but after a little negotiating we arrived at a deal relatively close to kelly blue book value. I was okay with paying slightly more knowing it was certified, flawless, still had the factory warranty, and was sold by a reputable group who know what they're doing. We dealt personally with Franco (our salesman) and Juan (sales manager), who were excellent. Franco made himself available any time via personal cell, and we exchanged messages regularly during the search process. The whole staff treated my family and me well while there. We would gladly do business with them again. I highly recommend you do too if you're looking for a used car.-Ken

I called to make an appointment, within minutes I received a call back. His name is Franco, one of the top salesman in my book. He was extremely friendly. He did not try to persuaded me in any way or pressure me into any auto deals. When I went to the dealer he had the car ready for a road test. I like the car, he made an excellent offer which I couldn't refuse. I bought the car within an hour. I had an issue with my car on Sunday and called Franco. On his off day he answer politely. He advised me to come to the EMG on Monday. I was there first thing in the morning. He was waiting for me and handle the matter right away. I am still waiting after 7 weeks to have my car that I traded in to be paid off I was lied to twice that a check was sent over night that has yet to be received.i was even given a tracking number for fedex all was done was a label was created no package .I am now foster in or to protect my credit to make a payment on my old car and also the payment is due on the new car.I really want to return there car get my money back and take my business elsewhere in will not be a repeat customer nor will I refer anyone I have removed the licence plate older with the name emg from my car as I will not give them advertisement.

The process from beginning to end was haggle free until the time for negotiation & transaction. *Please refer to the disclaimer below. I would give this dealership 5/5 Stars. However, due to the final negotiations. I will only give 4/5 stars. Other than that, my experience has been good & would recommend individuals who can afford to do so to check out what they have. Also, If you are currently serving in the military: Active, Reserve, or National Guard. Please let them know & show proof via military ID card. EMG will be more than happy to accommodate & cater to our service men & women. It was bitter sweet to let my BMW go. However, it was nice to see that they treated my former car with care. Lastly, I appreciate EMG's Tokens of military appreciation! A shout out to Franco Uribe, his Supervisor, & the service team for a hospitable customer service experience. **Disclaimer**Before going out to purchase a new or used car, keep in mind, if you have a trade in. Expect to have your trade in value to be less than what your initial research entails you. This will be factored & dictated by how many other vehicles on their lot that fit the same make & model type. How many they are able to sell with in the given sales year. What your vehicle comes equipped with. Also, before visiting any dealership. Take the time to clean out, wash, & detail (if you can) your trade in. No sales rep. wants to see or handle a trash box on wheels. That is just poor business practice. Also, I highly recommend that if you have done any custom work to your trade in. Remove all or as much of the custom work as possible to return your trade in as close to OEM as one can get. ANY custom work "may or may not" increase the value of your trade in! Lastly, if you feel that the transaction is not balanced. YOU, as the customer CAN negotiate to a fair extent.. Keep in mind, dealerships are a business & their sole purpose is to make revenue! Lastly, bring a friend who has adequate knowledge of vehicle maintenance or a mechanic to look over the vehicle of interest. Spoke with Junior (maybe the only honest guy in the dealership) closed on a price after a manager approval (after they ran the credit), than the finance guy (Juan) didn't agree for the deal.. In addition, he lied stating there are "3 guys" who are interested in the car - 1 on his way from CT with a certified check and I should decide yes or no for the higher price..Guess what? It's been 10 days now and the car is still at the "liership"..Stay away.!Lies, xxxxxxxx and dishonesty.. that's definitely not the way the sell cars..

Honestly the best buying experience I had. I went in to see a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo and Franco was there to help with all my questions and concerns. I recently purchased a 2003 evo 8 from Emg. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by lavale ( he goes by Junior) whom helped me drive away with my dream car. The process was painless and no haggling involved. Although nervous I would be approved due to my lackluster credit rating, he made the transaction go through. I was prepared to put a lot of money down as these cars are worth more than their nada values. When I got in I was immediately impressed by how clean the facility was and how professional the staff were. I was able to purchase the car I wanted and Franco helped me in a way the I wasn't even able to imagine. We worked hard to try to get me the best deal and he definitely came through. Well today I visited EMG auto sales I was looking at a pre-owned AMG Benz. I drove out from bucks county Pennsylvania- roughly 60-65 miles I got there spoke with a sales person The sales person seemed ok basically just wanted to sell me the car ASAP I really liked the car but they would not let me test drive The car.. it had well over 100k on it But the sales person said "the dealership doesn't allow people to test drive AMG's" I was ready to buy the car if I drove it an really liked.I really liked it from just hearing it run an looking it over it looked clean. But bottom line is I couldn't drive it I felt brushed off I drove near two hours to see the car. I do not recommend them at all !!!

My brother purchased his first car with EMG and it was discovered that the oil pan was cracked as well as the bolts stripped.when asked to replace the staff refused to consider the issue and forbade us from speaking with management attesting a policy that managers do not speak with customers regarding these issues. In my opinion, anyone looking for reliability, accountability, and customer service ought to avoid this place outright.

I purchased a 2008 Mazda Tribute from EMG on 8/8/2015. I walked into the Jersey City location and worked out a $1,000 deposit on this car, I didn't have the $ so they let me sign a promissory note for $1,000 that was due 9/1/2015 upon a check I was awaiting. I have yet to pay them the $1,000. On 10/8/15 my ENGINE SEIZED ON 1/9 EXPRESSWAY & I was almost in a very bad accident because of this. I immediately called EMG and they couldnt careless about me or my situation. I was greeted by Lenny from Jersey City location on the phone and his first words after hearing my situation was "Oh Nicole, what happened to the $1000 we aren't going to register you until you pay us that". Very nice, considering I was almost in a huge accident and crying on the phone. He told me I can tow it to their Avenel location but I would be responsible for all repairs because I bought an as is car, WHAT?! But how the xxxx did my engine seize (WITH NO OIL BEING IN THE TANK BEING THE REASON!) when your salesman told me the car had just been serviced with and oil/filer changed, brakes& rotors changed. My sticker for my oil change still shows another 1,000 miles till service needed. & I don't drive much at all. There was never an oil light or check engine light to ever come up. I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE IN WHICH THEY KNEW HAD PRIOR ISSUES, A LEMON!! Also, while overlooking my sales agreements for any warranty info, I came across another lie, they told the bank I am financing w/ that I put a $3800 deposit on this car, THAT IS UNTRUE!! I signed a promissory note for $1,000! They frauded the bank to get me an approval and sold me a car that they knew they could take a lose on. I immediately called the bank & they told me EMG sent proof of $3800 deposit in form of receipt, funny because I have voicemails in which they admit to not registering my car until I pay them $1,000 on 9/11 proving that they never had a complete amount of $ like they are telling the bank they received from me. They never registered my car until this Friday, 10/16. Over 2 months from being paid by my bank for the vehicle, and thats only because I called last Weds questioning this whole thing again & letting them know I was calling a lawyer & Lennys answer was IDK HOW THE DEAL WAS WORKED OUT WHEN YOU GOT THERE, WE HELPED YOU GET IN A CAR THOUGH. Yea into a car you knew was a lemon & took advantage of a young girl buying her first car, lying to me & involved my name in a fraudulent act w/ a bank! I will be pursuing legal matters against this dealership. They are a bunch of frauds and everyone should steer very very clear from this place!!!!! The car needs a completely new engine is wont even turn on. $4500 in repairs!! Beware!!!!!!

I purchased a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago and it has been a nightmare. I was told no one had ever smoked in the car and when it was delivered it smelled like an ashtray. I specifically asked if it had been smoked in and was promised it hadn't. I purchased this car from out of state and had it delivered. The mileage from the signed sales agreement was also 2,500 miles different when it was delivered. The rear sunshade was torn. I let the dealer know this the day it was delivered and was pawned off to service then back to sales with no word from them in the last week. Save yourself a major headache and don't buy from them. There were more issues but those are the main ones. I mainly worked with Sam on this car and he hasn't been helpful at all. It also took them two weeks to send the title and they didn't send temporary tags. The Better Business Bureau is now handling this. They also charge $1,300 on top of the sales price as dealer fees and advertised the vehicle was still for sale three weeks after I bought it.

I called and spoke to sam he was really funny over the phone and made me feel better about coming in all the way from PA to new jersey for a car. Honestly from the moment I walked in to the second I drove off with my new car I felt like I knew these individuals for years. The hospitality was incredible. Jose really made the car buying process so easy for me. He kept his words when he told me that I would leave happy. The finance staff got me a rate that completely shocked me. Jose was 100% honest and straight forward with me. Came in late after work on a Friday to check out the car and not one employee made a complaint about having to stay later. Next day when I arrived to pick up the car they told me 4 customers came and wanted to purchase the vehicle but Jose held the car for me. The amount of respect I have for him is off the charts. These guys are the biggest thief's ever, they show you retail on a car i.e on 2006 EVO MR retail for $28.995 and a discount of $5.000 or so called special selling price for $23,995 with 84.305 miles on it. They are out of their minds. A car that old with that many miles if it was in excellent conditions sells for $21,000 at best. The one they have, in the condition its in shouldn't sell for more than $19,000 at best. I really recommend if anyone does decide to go there, do your research on what it should be selling for i.e. kbb, edmonds, truecar, which also offers a price guaranty in some cases also ask to see what they paid for it and **check Galves recommendation** since that's what they use to buy your trade and get a price for what the can sell it for, and don't buy in to there bull... advertising ploys. Also take your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle, carfax and etc. If they give you a hard time report them to the BBB and take your business somewhere else. I am definitely reporting them to the BBB its just highway robbery plus there shading reputations doesn't help. Not to mention most of the 5 star reviews are done by employees there.

The team is OK the buy/sell process was easy. They advertise cars that are sold, so if you are far from the dealer I do not recommend making the trip over to EMG. I bought a used car that had some problems and we agreed to get them fixed before the final purchase. They said that every costumer is family to them and that my problem was going to be resolved. Few months later, multiple trips and numerous phone calls they still haven't fixed the problem I have.

Read other reviews before you go there. Their inventory is INCORRECT and they charge more than listed price. I was charged $1,300 for Dealer Services which I didnt agreed to pay. Not only that, I was advised to lie on my income to get a loan. They sold me a Nissan which had a bad transmission. I took the car to a Nissan Certified technician and he confirmed that it was a fault transmission. I called and worked with Ron, who doesn't keep any of his promises. So, after all the stress and lies from them I still have a bad transmission and now I have a personal lawyer handling the case.

I drove from Boston to look at a couple Subaru WRXs- a car difficult to find with low miles in good condition- but EMG had 3 for me to check out. I was impressed that my sales rep, who I initially contacted via text message after looking at a different Subaru on their website, stayed in contact with me for several days as I considered whether or not to make the almost 5 hour trip to NJ to look at EMG's stock. The quality of the vehicle I ended up test driving and purchasing is impeccable and I'm also satisfied with the warranty and coverage offered to me at purchase. Ultimately, EMG struck me as a premium dealership specializing in used luxury and sports cars, most of which were more expensive than the Subaru I came for. But I liked this- it made me feel like I was buying a high quality sports car in a professional , classy environment- an experience contrasting starkly with many less-than-appealing used car dealerships. Nice 360 service. Also liked my sales rep a lot. Would recommend this dealership to others.

Being a woman made me skeptical to inquire because I didn't want to possibly deal with the nonsense of an undesirable deal. My experience was total opposite. Called about a 1999 Firebird they had on Friday. We were told it was available and was in excellent shape. We drove over an hour with a trailer with the plans to buy it. When we arrived the boys, yes they are boys, working the lot told us they don't have a 1999 Firebird. I looked around and finally found it in the back lot with other vehicles that were not the high end cars they had up front. In the window of the car was a sign that said "Not for Sale". The boy didn't know why it was there and didn't have a clue what was going on. He comes back and tells me they just got the car. We found this car on Craigslist and the listing was on there for 2 months. We started to look the car over and found the front right fender dented, rust on the rear left quarter, and scrape on the right quarter, Heavy damage to the under side and severe rust under the hood by the engine. This place is a shady dealership and I wouldn't go there again. Read the reviews they are clueless and all show and no go.

Don't drive far to look at a vehicle. You ask online if a vehicle is available and you're told yes. When you arrive you find out it was sold 2 weeks ago and they'll tell you what they have coming in. What a fun 300 mile round trip. Also don't bother speaking online. Apparently it's a automated system or 1 of the 2 male salesmen acting like a female. Who does that?

bought a 2008 sti there, and spun a bearing in the motor in 4 days. I wasn't worried too much since I bought their premium warranty package, but as it turns out they just kept pushing me off for weeks and putting the blame on one of the other managers that "wasn't there at the time" . turns out they were refusing to buy a motor for my car unless it was a dirt cheap junk yard motor and that's why they were pushing me off, and on top of that, once I started complaining the warranty company cancelled my policy and refunded my money. so at the end I paid 25k for a car that blew up in 500 miles, had to deal with 3 different managers because none of them wanted to take responsibility and all of them continuously lied to me, and now have no warranty on my car since they cancelled it after they realized they would actually have to pay for something. worst experience I've ever had buying a car, and the worst part, I know I'm forgetting a lot of things since this happened almost 2 months ago. sam I am is the only person there worth dealing with

Customer Service horrible !!! Salesman horrible !!! Finance Department horrible !!! So my brother just got back over seas and wanted to help me buy my new car. First they lured me in with some $1800 off the sticker price SCAM. You need to either be a college graduate, active in the service and some other stupid thing.Oo and you have to qualify for all three lolThey also lowered my credit score by running it over 6 times!!! But I didn't find out till after I bought the car. My salesman (who I won't name because I believe I'm a better person then EMG) came off as a great guy, willing to help out a car enthusiasts and got along well with my family. I traded in a 2013 kia optima in perfect condition and very low miles, trade in value was over $17,000 but they only gave me $13,500??? Already frustrated I was hoping they would lower the sticker price and monthly payments. They did even budge. Just to show how crooked they are. We finally agreed on $312.00 a month and when I got my first bill it said $312.95... Really? Hoping I made the right choice when I left the dealer. A few months later I realized I wasn't able to change the tire caps because the previous owner put after market ones so I couldnt put any air in. I called my salesman and told him the problem he stated "I know what your talking about, I remember us and the other salesman guys laughed about it" ..he told me to bring the car in the next day so I can make an appointment? I couldn't wait to make an appointment. I needed air in all my tires because of the winter cold. So I took it over to the honda dealer to get one fixed. Cost me $160. I called my salesman and of course he didn't pick up. The receptionist told me xxxx give him the message. After a few attempts of no one calling me back. I finally took the drive to see him myself. He said he would have "no problem " refunding me the money I paid to get the TPM replaced.Long story short. Every time I called my salesman he would sound annoyed over the phone to hear from me. Everytime I called he would never get back to me or "wouldn't get my message" Finance Department said they would call me back right away to handle this matter. Never did till I called myself. They said the damage to the car wasn't their fault. And that they did me a "favor" for changing the other 3 Tpms. But they can't refund me the $160 at Honda even though I needed the car to be fixed ASAP. I needed to take it to them they stated even though I needed to make an appointment. Basically I got screwed over financially with their scams and their customer was just horrible and I never got my refund after I was promise by the salesman I would! So if money isn't a issue and your leaving out there in a new Lexus. Then by all means they will teach you BETTER.But if your an average Joe looking for a good car with great customer service, you won't get it from here. IF I CAN RETURN MY CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS I'LL FINALLY BE A HAPPY CUSTOMER. STAY AWAy !!!

I am extremely pleased with this dealership, and especially pleased with the salesman who assisted me, Kenneth Cruz. I purchased a 2011 Audi S4 about a month ago and Ken really bent over backwards to make the deal possible. The car was already listed way below the actual market value but was still a little bit above my budget. Realizing that he would make virtually no money off of the deal, Ken still adjusted the price to meet my needs. Also, I drove in from VA (about 4 hours away) and Ken was more than happy to pick me up from enterprise rent-a-car knowing that enterprise actually had the obligation to drive me. Once we arrived to EMG, the car buying process was very smooth and Ken was extremely professional and worked efficiently and quickly knowing that I had to drive back 4 hours throughout the night. For those of you looking to buy a car at EMG, I highly recommend that you do business with Ken Cruz. Ive also worked with Paola (trying to get my registration and plates straightened out) and shes good to go as well.P.S. Some of these other reviews talk about how they've looked at cars here and was interested in the car (but didn't reserve it) and the car was sold shortly after. People, if you really want a car, you need to reserve it. A business would TANK if they sit around and wait all day for you people....get your xxxx together.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Drove 2 hours to go look at a car listed at 27,999. They then said if we were to make a deal we would have to start at 30,000 and work our way down! Then while looking at another vehicle in their lot we noticed obvious body damage and paint work, when we asked about the car fax on said car they said it was clean! What a lie! As someone with 10+ years in body shop work I can tell you now that that car was worked on! We were starting to get frustrated once we caught them in their lie and demanded to speak to a manager. We gave a gracious all cash offer including their $2000 "dealer fees" (my xxx) and sent Kalvin to fetch a manager. We heard Kalvin ask for a Mark and when Mark was unavailable we got Vinny. Vinny came over, sat down, and right off the bat declined the offer, didn't even give a counter offer, and then when we refused the $30,000 he asked us to leave! Never in my life have have I been treated so rudely! For $1000 all they give you is a 30 day warranty and an attitude! Their location is terrible with only one entrance and exit and they're located next to an "adult novelty store" and "lingerie island"! STAY AWAY FROM EMG AUTO!!!!!

Was told that if i get approved for each loan bank they process i would not get a hard inquiries on my credit report and they did 5 different banks! my score just got deducted by 11pts, that hurt my score a lot! BAD COSTUMER SERVICE either even the manager yells at me just because for denying the offer and telling me "after all the processing time we went through?". What kind of dealership is that? I must say in my honest opinion that my experience at this particular location was absolutely awesome. The staff are genuine and down to earth, especially my salesman Jonathan. He made me feel comfortable within the first 15 minutes of my endeavor. He is openly honest which builds trust with no only myself, but I'm sure a lot of customers feel the same way. He was straight upfront and was extremely helpful in educating me on making the "right" purchase. Bottom line, I felt safe dealing with Jonathan. Bunch of crooks, ZERO STARDo not go there, found a car on cars.com, called spoke to Jose , he bugged me for few days asking me when I will come to test drive it.After a week I decided to drive there from NYC to see the car , spoke to Jose to make sure that the car not sold , he swore that it is mine if I like. Took off work and drove there with traffic took me two hours, once I got there, Jose turned out to be the phone person who bugs customers with his calls, then he took us to another smart A....s to tell us "the car was sold but we have many to choose from"old stupid tricks, now I understand the one star reviews.Save yourself the headaches and do not go there or give them your business.again bunch of crooks.

I don't know what is up with this dealership. You enquire online on a vehicle and the first thing they do is say give us your phone number and we will call you. If I wanted a 100 car dealers calling me I would call them, that is the whole point of the internet service apps. They have yet to answer simple questions, like why a 1 year old car had 3 owners. Yes it seems obvious as a problem, but they seem like scammers when they pretend you didn't even ask the question. There are many warning signs with this place, better to shop elsewhere....

Stay away from this dealer. Very shady business practices. The advertised price online is NOT the price of the vehicle. The actual price is $3,500-$4,000 more than the listed price. They deny, deny, deny when confronted about that to the point of the sales rep saying my financed amount was only $8,000, sure enough the statement comes and the financed amount was $12,000. Reggie's response, "Well there's a bank fee in there". Music blasts inside the dealership like it's a nightclub. They run your credit through 17 different financing companies, leaving numerous "denied credit" entries on your credit report. Check the bumpers of the cars for damage as the lot is packed so tight the sales rep backed my car into another car before the test drive (no I didn't buy that one). Reggie shoves paperwork in your face so fast you don't have time to even read what you are signing, you NEVER get a copy of your contract. They told me I could post date my down payment check for 2 weeks, which I did and they still cashed it the next day. Any question about the sale that you have and you are told to contact the bank, the bank then tells you to contact the dealer. Because of their deceptive business practices, a car listed on their website for $12,000 is going to cost me over $20,000 because the real cost was $15,500 plus 25.99% interest. Most places I know ask "How much can you put down?" EMG tells you "this is what you are putting down". Save yourself the hassle and a lot of money and stay away!

this place is horrible, walked in here just to check out some cars and they tried to push me hard into buying one. sales manager was VERY AGGRESSIVE towards me and the sales rep tried to scam me into putting in a down payment even if I haven't decided to buy yet. I was in need of another car and my Toyota had seen better days. So I saw an ad on Craigslist for an 04 Infiniti G35 6spd. I had been shopping around and this was the car I was looking for. Instantly the dealer catered to my needs and convinced me to make the 1hr 20min drive to check the car out. Needless to say I brought it the same day. Frank went out of his way even giving me his personal number and sending me pictures ahead of time. The service was phenomenal and the price was great!!! I LOOOVEE this car!!!! The staff is professional and friendly and not pushy they accommodate you in every way and will get you approved for a loan even if your credit isn't in the best shape and you have been denied by other banks. This is my third time trying to describe my experience at EMG. First of all I would like to say I've never had such great experience buying a new or used automobile. Mr. Franco and all the staff were very helpful in making my choice of buying a used car a very pleasant one Mr. Franco was very through in helping me make a choice that am still very happy with today. he broke down all the option between a BMW and A Mercedes. and walked me through all the steps explaining everything all the way to the end. He then turned me over to the Finance officer (Reggie) Who assisted me in getting the best finance available for the automobile that I wanted. Bought a 06 Range Rover Sport Supercharged last year which it was advertised as a vehicle that passed all the inspections provided by the dealer and was working a 100%. I was promise that if i would take the vehicle the same day they will do all the repairs necessary since on the test drive i found the door lock remote not to be working, Rear entertaiment system not working, very bad brake pulsation and front end clunking. When i got home i looked at the EMG web site pictures of the vehicle and noticed that carpets, tools on back includind jack was missing. I called the dealer and asked them if they forgot to put all the accesories back on the vehicle the sales person told me the vehicle didnt come with those accesories i had to print all the pictures and bring it back so they can do good for it. Had to drive back to the dealer a few times requesting the repairs as i was promise and the accesories. After 3 weeks having a dispute with the seller and manager they asked me to drop the vehicle for repairs. One week later i pick up my vehicle and for my surprise only the brakes were fix. According to the sales person and the manager they didnt have any knowledge of all the other problems at that point i asked them to put everything in writing for me which they did. Five months later went back to the dealer and they didnt fix or do anything to take care of it. The manager stated he will call me back within 2 weeks, now 8 months later i just hired a lawyer and started a process to sue the dealership. Stay away from RUSS MACHOLL the General sales manager and RENATO the sales person all they want is to get you to sign paper work and drive home, but whatever they promise you is just a big lie. Until today i still having heard from them still driving the truck without door locks or entertainment system and had to do the brakes again that supposely they fixed for me.

My sale person or expecting sale person was Jose and he treated my wife and my self like nothing soon he knew we had to go trough some special financing.the first time I had him on the phone,he was rushing to get my business .he sent me the Credit application. I sent him it iback.he came back to me and said that I might need some money Donne for the 2009 escalade I was trying to buy.he asked me $500 up front to be able to start calling some banks .that suspicious !i gave it to him.we were mid-day on Friday .he processed to call me in a couple hours.i waited 8hr .when I called.they told me that he was gone for the day.with all my credit card and my social information? I was nervous .i asked to talk to am other sale person.it was a lady.she processed to call me b4 they close.she did not.i emailed Jose on Saturday to complain.he said I have to be be patient because ,with my credit,I HAS to convince bank.i had to call him on Monday at 5pm and tell him that Carmax just approve me!!!

Reliable and stand by their word. If there is one person that makes this dealership awesome its Lennin. He's the salesperson you need to go and ask for. Highly recommend this dealership. Seriously! What a scam! I called the dealership a few weeks ago and I wanted to schedule an appointment to test drive the Tacoma. I was told the truck was sold a few days ago, but they had a few other Tacoma trucks for me to test drive. So I agreed to drive over an hour to see their inventory. The VIN is 5TELU42N66Z198576 is listed just about every day- check out Craigslist. Because they wasted my time with every truck I wanted to test drive, I make it a point to call them to check on the status of a different truck. Eventually, I will ask about the truck I listed with the VIN above and I will get a different story. Oh- the truck is still here but we have a deposit on it. They use certain vehicles to entice a call and then the xxxx suckers give you the snake oil! RUN FAR AWAY!

I called yesterday before I went to work at 10am and asked if a 2006 TL was available which i was told it was. I called at 2pm as soon as I got out of work before I took a 1 hour drive up to avenel and asked if the car was on the lot and was told yes it was. When I get there I looked around and no TL I even looked in the garage and no TL. A salesman comes out and I asked where the TL was he told me it was sold Saturday. Then I look at a Lexus and find out the price online aka financed price reflects a $3500 down payment. So they lie about inventory to get you in the door and they lie on there advertised prices. Stay away!!! Never seen business conducted this way at a dealorship not that they are the only ones. Btw I bought an 2007 TL at open road bmw today with Ahmed.

They sold me a 2008 Land Rover LR3 claiming that it was covered under manufacturer warranty. It had several problems, which surfaced after driving for 500 miles. They delayed the service to go past the 30-day period. After which, they asked me to go to LR Dealer and claim warranty. When I went there, LR dealer pulled the report and the warranty expired before I bought the vehicle. Then I went back to EMG. They did not treat me well and I was literally thrashed out of their showroom, as I was complaining in front of their potential customers. Their finance manager is 101% unfriendly and very rude. Service Manager and Sales Manager just talk and don't serve. Do not fall in to their good talks while they try to sell the car. They are BIG LIERS.

I am not sure how this dealership has these high ratings. We shopped online and saw a very nice Buick Enclave that was listed with a little over 69,000 miles on this dealer's website. We wanted that particular vehicle, so we called and spoke to a "Sue" and was told the vehicle was there. We called the night before to confirm that the vehicle was there, we were assured that it was, same thing Saturday morning before we drove in, we were informed the car was still there. This customer rep named Sue didn't care, she lied to us all they way, she had no character and no integrity.We drove 2 hours from Delaware and lo and behold we get there and there were 3 enclaves but not the one that we specifically drove there for. We started to leave, but Lenny convinced us to at least check out the other three enclaves. Needless to say we didn't get the vehicle from them, they lied to get us in but they lost a customer plus, many more future potential. Instead of dealing in integrity, the people at this dealership played too many games and they used deception to get people in!! I wouldn't use them or refer them to anyone unless its to steer them away.

I don't know how this place got such high ratings! I went there to buy a Porsche Cayenne. At first everything was cool. I took the thing for a drive and noticed that the HUD lamp was out. You know, the thing that tells you if you are in Drive, Reverse, etc. Obviously, can't really drive without that info so I said I would consider buying it if that were fixed and I could get a Porsche shop to look at it. They agreed. Hat's off. They drove the car to the Porsche dealer themselves like they said they would. I drove (3hrs) with a check in hand to pick the car up when the Head Mechanic at the Porsche dealer said that the thing needed at least $5,000 in repairs. They had to know this beforehand because the repair cost was EXACTLY what $5000 leass than what other dealers were charging for this car!!! They just wanted to hand me junk that they didn't want to repair. If they had been upfront with me I wouldn't have felt so negatively about the experience.The "sales manager" sasid that they couldn't find the right repair parts on ebay and there was no way he was going to repair the HUD for $3000. Other repairs that were needed (4x4 system, electrical system, new tires, and associated smaller repairs). The list was as long as my forearm according to the Porsche dealership. Avoid the hassle and stay away.

This was my second vehicle I have bought from EMG and my experience the second time around was definitely better than the first! I purchased a few cars from other stores in my past and had bad experiences with cars breaking down. To later findout the car was a lemon, with no help from the selling dealer. That's not the case here with EMG they have there own service department and back there cars up with a limited warranty the exceeds most, my knowledge is based on since workIng at a Honda store myself. I was able to trade my last vehicle to pick up a BMW 535XI and there finance department jumped through hoops and my salesman Freddy stayed after closing hours to make sure that I was taking care of and driving off in my newer vehicle. I will be purchasing my future vehicles from this store without any hesitation and keeping Freddys number on speed dail.

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Omar and the rest of the EMG team was to my wife and me. We needed a car and we are experiencing financial difficulties and had a very limited budget. Omar and his financial team took their time to listen to us and worked very hard to get us into a car that was far better than expected. The story should end there but with in an hour after taking the car the "check engine light went on and couple of days later the trunk latch broke. I stopped in with a few questions regarding a Honda Civic with no intention of purchasing just yet, when I was approached by one of the sales reps by the name of Omar whom was very nice. I had been looking for a vehicle for about a month and decided to got to EMG Auto to see their selection. I am usually quite skeptical about car salesman because I feel like they do not have my best interest at heart and are more interested in just making a sale. Then we met Freddy Bautista. He was great, honest and quite knowledgeable about every vehicle that we test drove. He wanted to make sure we were truly happy with our purchase and put us first. I trusted his judgment and my husband is now considering trading in his car at EMG and working with Freddy again. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes Benz C300 with Freddy and could not be happier with the service we received. The staff at EMG was friendly and embraced us as soon as we walked in. My wife and I have been shopping around for over 3 months looking for a R-class. She is very picky and knows what she wants. We have spent all our evenings and spare time looking for a vehicle for her. We came across an ad for a 2008 Mercedes Benz R350, with everything that she was looking for. We went to emg auto sales and were very impressed with the atmosphere. It was different than everywhere else. The car was and looked exactly as described. It was a deal since we walked in. THANK YOU EMG AUTO SALES!!!! NOW I CAN ENJOY MY EVENINGS AND MY WIFE GOT WHAT SHE WANTS.

I was treated in a professional way from the minute I walked in the door. The environment is very friendly. I was assisted by Freddy who helped me through the entire process, he has the patience and the knowledge to help me out, since I arrived without any particular preference regarding a car maker or model just looking for a sedan or a compact SUV. Once Freddy showed me the inventory I was blown away. After looking at many of the cars and SUV he just saved the best in my case for last a 2008 INFINITI EX35/JOURNEY AWD in which I felt in love with. They worked a trade in for me that allowed me to buy a Pre-owned 2008 vehicle. I'm very happy with the decision I made, I think my smile is noticeable each time I'm driving my new car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm from Reading, PA and had been searching for an x5 bmw 07 or newer. I looked for the best prices and it seem like NJ was the place for it, but after visiting about 5-7 dealers I found out that Maybe i needed to change my options. I almost went with a range rover at a different dealer but then i decided to go check out EMG before selecting the range rover and there I found the Infiniti M35x, my eyes were set on this car and the person who helped me was really friendly, I told him that me and my friend were hungry from driving around so much and not having time to eat. Fredy the sales person took us to a spot to eat while test driving the vehicle and would not let us pay for the food, he paid himself. I though that was a nice thing to do. Well after negotiation for about 4-5 hours even after they had close the shop we finally got a deal on that car. I had my car for about 14 days now and i'm in love with it I got it in the color that I was looking for Black Exterior with Brown interior fully loaded. Even today I was still being contacted by Fredy to check on how the car was running. The car Ciggarret lighter is not working, but they told me to bring it in and they'll fix it it's probably just a fuse. Aside from that everything works great, I just wish that my car had an Aux and Ipod connection but i'll figuered something out for it, the six cd changer and XM radio makes up for it.

The sales associate Benny was very helpful and concerned with helping us get what we were looing for. Do no have one complaint for the sales team. They were extremely helpful with financing and eager to assist us in staying within our budget I highly recommend this dealer. Great deals with a staff that is very educated on the cars they sell.
