You were a great help, answered all of our questions and made sure we left satisfied! Joe Rosario from finance was a great help as well! Getting us down to a great interest rate and making sure we were comfortable with our Dailey finances as well! And Anthony the manager of the dealership was wonderful as well having a great team that takes great care of their customers! We will definitely be back. The service provided to my family was the best service we have had in years and it was satisfying not to feel pressured in something we weren't comfortable with. We knew we wanted an SUV but where not sure which make or model we wanted. We looked at Ford Explorer, Nissan Pathfinder, Mazda and the Honda Pilot. We decided on the Honda Pilot. We went to Eskridge because other family member had used the dealership and were pleased with their experience. We also decided on Eskridge because of the free oil changes for as long as we own the vehicle. Since we retain or vehicles for 10+ years, it was a great incentive.

Bought a used Honda Fit from Dan Shawn today, financed by the dealer through a local credit union (they beat the deal my own credit union offered me!). It was a very positive experience all the way around. Dan answered all my questions in more depth than I expected, was never in a hurry, very relaxed and pleasant. Everyone I talked with was friendly and helpful, no pressure or hint of manipulation tactics. I got a very good deal on a previously leased vehicle that is clean as a whistle. The finance manager, Brandon, was a really nice guy to deal with and we laughed a lot while I was signing my life away - not really, though because I got a good deal :) I'm a single senior woman and often dread dealing with sales people in any business because they have a tendency to stereotype us, so I was very pleasantly surprised to have such an easy and comfortable time buying my car. I highly recommend this dealership!

I was impressed. We looked at several vehicles and Steve was great. He answered all of our questions about the different vehicles and pointed out the Carfax that was in every vehicle. Once we decided on a vehicle, the finance department walked us through everything very quickly. I was looking for a secondary car as I travel a lot. The Honda Accord Sport is a perfect choice. Quiet interior, spacious, excellent leg room, smooth ride. We just recently leased a new CRV from Eskridge and dealt with Scott Derrick. Scott was very professional and helped to finish the leasing process in a short amount of time. I just went to get my engine checked. When I asked about the timing he said "I don't know, it could be one hour or three hours" as if my question was crazy. I know that it's difficult to predict and also time consuming but as a customer I just wanted an estimated time. After 3 hours of waiting I went back in to the garage to check on my car seeing that I was the only customer left from the ones there that morning. He said they were still driving it around and confirming what they believed was wrong. After another 30 minutes I checked again only because I wanted them to know I had to leave shortly to an appointment and that's when the person helpng me was on lunch break. So the main issue is the way I was treated after I told them I did not want them to work on it just yet. Before I left I asked him if the repair was covered under warranty because everyone I called suggested I inquire, he was very put off, grabs my receipt, looks for a second and hands it back, walks away and says NO. There were no real intentions of helping me as a customer. I wish I had gotten his name to include in my complaint because he did not care about his customers. My reciept says Hunter but I believe that was the first guy. 3 1/2 hours and $100 later, I did not appreciate being treated that way. I called another Honda dealer afterwards and they were more helpful over the phone and I didn't even pay them anything.

Cyndi was amazing, extremely friendly and knowledgable! She was helpful from the moment we spoke with her on the phone before we drove to the dealership. Cyndi had 2 Pilots pulled up ready for us to look at and drive, one was even running warming up for us! She answered all of the questions we had and worked very effectively with us to ensure that the process was easy and quick. Cyndi Took our offer to Kim, who agreed to the offer and got us off to finance as soon as possible! Ash in finance was easy to work with as well. I'm in the military and after being stationed overseas for ten years straight, when we returned stateside the first thing we needed to do was purchase a vehicle. I contacted Eskridge because our flight was landing in OKC and I saw they were located near the airport...so it was a convenience thing. Little did I know that I had picked the perfect place to begin the buying process. After talking to our sales rep Cyndi Reyes for only a few minutes she was off and running to find the vehicle we were looking for. We negotiated a fair price via email and the process went so smooth we elected to purchase a second vehicle at the same time. Cyndi sought out a car that matched exactly what we were looking for and had it waiting at the dealership when we arrived less than a week later. Did I mention that she went WAY above and beyond and picked my family up at the airport and took us to the dealership with all our luggage? Talk about customer service! You just won't find folks like Cyndi and the great team at Eskridge who do business the way you expect to be treated when making a major purchase like an automobile anywhere else. I highly recommend Cyndi and the Eskridge Honda team to anyone looking to get into a new car or truck...you won't regret it. Bought a new 2009 CRV in June 09. We decided to buy the $1475 5 year 100,000 mile warranty because if it was not used, Eskridge would refund it on the 5th anniversary. Not one problem in 5 years. In June 14 went into the finance department and was told the underwriter had gone out of business .... BUT .... Mr. Eskridge had committed to repay everyone who'd bought the warranty -- they did!!! Unbelievable, and what a great experience. Rudy, the salesman, was exceptional...and Brandi in finance proved to be an honest and trustworthy representative of the company. We'd strongly recommend Eskridge (as we've just done to our family).

THE GENERAL MANAGER CALLED MY HOME AFTER MY COMPLAINT WITH HONDA TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND ONLY REFUSED TO OFFER THE SAME FREE OFFER THAT WAS GIVEN TO OTHER CUSTOMERS, ONLY TO LEAVE ME MORE DISAPPOINTED THAT I EVEN BOUGHT THE CAR THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE THINKING ESKRIDGE WAS A DEALERSHIP THAT GAVE THE SAME RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER THE SALE AS THEY DID BEFORE THE SALE AND HE DID NOT AND HE DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO DO IT. Michael Fister provided exceptional customer service. In fact, this was by far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. I inquired about Hondas at Battison Honda and Fowler Honda and disliked the experience so much I considered making a decision to purchase a Toyota. Purchasing a vehicle is typically a stressful experience; however, Michael Fister made the experience very pleasant and comfortable. He was excellent about following up with me via phone call and actually remembered who I was and what exactly my needs were. Michael was very thorough while explaining ALL of the features of the vehicle. He even told me to call him if I ever have questions. He personally showed me the features and reviewed the manual with me. I am completely satisfied! I would recommend Michael Fister to EVERYONE I know. We had sold our motorhome so was ready to buy a new car, we were not sure whether to buy a 2014 car. We already have a 2008 Honda CRV with low mileage. We called a couple of individuals with Hondas for sale but were too late, they had already been sold. Buying from Eskridge Honda was truly a pleasant experience. I recently took interest in purchasing the 2014 Honda Civic EX sedan in silver with mud guards, body side molding, tinted windows, wheel locks, and a trunk liner. I also had a set price which I was willing to spend on this vehicle. There was no "guess work" in the vehicle and upgrades which I desired to purchase. The first dealership on N.W. Highway kept steering me towards the 2013 model and waffled on pricing. They never could get a set price. I spoke with the manager and he left me sitting while he went to find me a "better deal". After 15 - 20 minutes of sitting and looking like a dunce, the manager never returned, so I departed the dealership feeling agitated. Why should buying a car be more difficult than figuring taxes or buying a house? Then, I decided to visit the Honda dealership in Edmond on Broadway Extension. This, too, proved to be a mistake. After telling the dealer what I wanted, they introduced me to a vehicle with extensive hail damage, offered me deals on the 2013 models, and flip-flopped all morning on a price for the 2014 Honda Civic EX. I was finally told there was no such car available in the area, there are great deals on the older models, and we couldn't reach an agreement on price. Hello? Hello? Were they not hearing what I, the consumer, wanted? Were they really not going to close the sale, even if it meant doing a dealer trade? Could they not have. told me at the beginning that the car I wanted wasn't available and they weren't wanting business enough to make it happen? I felt "played" by this dealership. Getting worn down by the overall car buying experience, I went home, had lunch, and decided to call Eskridge Honda. Salesman, Michael Fister, answered the phone and from the onset seemed friendly, helpful, and eager to assist me in the purchase of my new car. Mr. Fister was attentive to my inquiries and took note of the car and accessories I was wanting to purchase. He listened and got it right the first time. Within minutes and two return phone calls, we had a deal. Mr. Fister didn't try and sell me a car with hail damage, or a 2013 model to get it off his lot. He sold me exactly what I wanted. There were no high pressure gimmicks, or flip flopping on price. We agreed that I would arrive at the dealership in 45 minutes and the paperwork would be ready. Mr. Fister greeting me at the door of Eskridge Honda with a smile and friendly handshake. The paperwork was ready, and all the accessories were correctly listed on the documents with the correct agreed upon pricing. Andrew, the Sales Manager, stopped by the office to introduce himself and to make me feel welcome to the dealership. Andrew shared with me about some cool apps that can be interfaced from the I-phone to the Honda. He also said if I ever had any questions, I could drop by the dealership at any time and he would be glad to assist. At Eskridge Honda, there was no pressure, no gimmicks, no games, and no flip-flopping on price. I was made to feel at home and felt truly appreciated as a valued customer. They even sent me away in a brand new courtesy car to drive until my new car is ready for delivery. Eskridge Honda is a huge cut above the local competition. You will find their staff to be friendly and to have integrity, while attending to the needs of the customer. Buying a new car doesn't have to be an unpleasant experience. Go to Eskridge Honda, ask for Michael Fister, and see for yourself how truly satisfying it is to do business with Eskridge Honda. My wife and I own a local business. We met Michael Fister away from the car dealership. When I mentioned that we were looking for a used van, Michael started talking to us about Eskridge Honda. I told him I would never go there because we had a very bad experience with one of the managers in the past. Michael said there had been some changes, and he assured us that if we came down to Eskridge it would be a different experience. Because he did not come across as a typical car salesman, my guard came down immediately. We trusted him and decided to give Eskridge a second chance. Michael was a tremendous contrast to any car salesman I have ever met. He is transparent and more like a good friend trying to help you. He was straightforward and honest about everything. In March 2013, I purchased my new Honda Civic at Eskridge. Immediately after entering the building, Michael approached me, ready to be of assistance. I found him to be so helpful, it made the experience so much nicer. So . . . . when my new 2013 Honda was recently involved in an accident, it was totaled out, I knew I wanted another Civic just like it. I called Michael, knowing he would completely take care of my situation. He was extremely sympathetic and helpful. I wasn't disappointed. It is such a breath of fresh air, in today's society, to receive good customer service. Period. Michael is professional, while also being warm and friendly. My husband surprised my with my CRV for my birthday, he worked with Michael Fister who was excellant. He let him bring it home to make sure its the one I wanted and had the option to change it. My vehicle was totaled in the May 2013 tornado/storms in Oklahoma. I have been driving a rental and now I'm ready to purchase a vehicle and not have the burden of paying for a rental. A mutual friend of me and Tracy Trice referred me to him, which he is in the Finance Department of Eskridge Honda. I went in on a Saturday (July 13, 2013) and was promised that he would call me back on Monday, July 15, 2013. Well, Monday came and I never heard from him. Later on that afternoon, I placed a call to him and got his voicemail. I called our mutual friend and she also placed a call to him, both at work and on his cell and got voicemail both times. Never heard back from him on Monday at all, nor did she. I called again on Tuesday morning. Finally recieved a call back from him on Tuesday afternoon stating that someone had lost my paperwork and I had to give him the information over the phone while at work all over again, because my credit application was missing. Imagine that! It's bad enought my credit app was missing, but it has all my personal information on it and "IT'S LOST!" Again, he promised that he would call me back. Today is Thursday, July 18, 2013, Tracy has NOT called or returned my call or our friend's call that referred me to him. The only professional in this situation has been our mutual friend, Meshelle. Not only has Eskridge lost my business, but Meshelle had 2 more that she was sending to Eskridge. Guess they don't like making money! I will NEVER do business with Eskridge, nor will I EVER refer anyone to them. Tracy, thanks for wasting my time and costing me additional rental expenses!!!!

Great Experience! We came in looking at the car we knew we wanted but didn't want to buy that day. Our Saleman, Craig, was awesome! He was funny and made our experience buying a car enjoyable. He wasnt pushy and had no Intention of pushing us into anything. He offered to show us the numbers and rates and we ended up buying that night. He even stayed after hours to take care of us. I will continue to buy the rest of my cars from Eskridge. They do things right and other dealers should take.

This is my second new car in 4 years and I just want to say that I wish my first purchase was as memorable as this one! Pam Duckworth is an excellent sales representative who answers all of my detailed questions- she is a fountain of information. I had never filled out an online quote form to avoid unnecessary spam, however I am amazed by the great customer service provided from the first phone all to the follow up questions after signing the contract. We were under pressure for time and the process was quick yet informative. I am so thankful to this dealership for their wonderful service and my new Honda!

My sales person, Michael Fister, was wonderful! He was very considerate and understanding of my first auto purchase as a widow. He was helpful and not pushy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach to helping me with my purchase. The funny thing was, I went in to have my oil changed, and came out with a brand new 2013 Honda. And even that decision was a no-pressure approach. Other dealers should take lessons from the Eskridge Family on how a car deal is done. I hope he is there when I make my next purchase. Thank you, Michael, for all your help and not pressuring me into a sale. I think Michael would have walked away before making a pressure sale. He will sell many cars with his sales approach. Michael has contacted me a couple of times as a follow-up wanting to know how I was doing with my car, and checking to see if there was anything else I needed that Eskridge could take care of. He was also available to answer my questions after the sale. Eskridge Honda went above and beyond my expectations making my purchase possible.

I am very pleased with Eskridge Honda. I just made my 3th car purchase from them. My first two were planned purchases but this last purchase was this last week. I went in to have my Odyssey serviced and I was looking at the CR-V they had on the showroom floor. Then Michael (my salesman) came up and was talking to me about the car I was looking at. He asked me if he could give me some figures on the CR-V and why not, I was going to be there a while anyway. I did not feel any pressure from anyone at the dealership, but they gave me there best offer and it was good enough that I did buy the car. I have a cousin in the car dealer business and she told me I got a REALLY good deal. Eskridge is going to take care of you even after the sale. I wont buy a car from any place else. We have always been extremely happy with Eskridge Honda's Sevice department anytime we had to bring in our Civic. When it was totaled in an accident, we started looking at new Honda Pilots and test drove one at another local dealer. The salesperson was ok but didn't seem engaged or enthusiastic about selling it to us so we called Eskridge to see if they had the model we were looking for. Lucky for us, Michael Fister is the salesperson we were referred to! He made the whole experience a breeze! He answered all of our questions, took us on another test drive, and even stayed late to make sure we got everything we wanted in our new Pilot.
