Brian did an excellent job of finding me the right vehicle at a reasonable cost. I understand the market is limited but he was able to work with me after my GMC Terrain needed significant work done to the engine. Mike and Anna also did a great job of taking me through the process. A week after purchasing the SUV, an oil leak surfaced from a manufacturing defect and I lost 3 quarts of oil within a week of driving the Buick Enclave home. Ettleson's service was able to find me a loaner for 24 hours and able to make the repair quickly. I have recommended the dealership to two different people in the past two weeks. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Ettleson over the past 30 years. I will certainly continue the tradition.

Sales team was great, but the service team is not the best. Tech had attitude and acts like we are a inconveniencing him. I will not come back to this location until they fix their attitudes. We are paying customers.
