I have been looking for a used car for the last few weeks since mine was totaled. I stumbled upon this dealership and spoke with Mike. He was VERY helpful, honest and informative. I've not been treated this well at ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP thus far. Although I did not find a vehicle on his lot that was in my price range, I would HIGHLY recommend him! I WANT to buy a car from him and I'm hoping they get more inventory before I HAVE to buy somewhere else. He took the time to explain things I needed to look for and what to inquire about when buying a used vehicle. He did not try to pressure me in any way to buy one from him! I have always bought my cars from big name brand dealers that advertise on TV and have massive glass show rooms. So when I came to look at a BMW I saw online and pulled into the small lot, I was immediately skeptical, almost turned around. Best decision I have made in purchasing car history not to turn around. Not only did I buy the BMW, I was treated with the most respect and honesty I have ever had by a dealership. The term "car salesman" does not apply to Mike, one of the owners. He treats everyone like a friend, he's honest about everything, and answered calls well after hours frequently for me as we worked to get issue with my trade in car's car fax report fixed. Not only that, but the bank I financed from cut my check for an extra $500. Mike could have cashed it, taken my down payment and been $500 richer and no one would have known. Instead, Mike immediately notified me, and changed my amount I was putting down to accommodate for the extra money the bank mistakenly financed me for. Not many people would do that. Next time I buy I will for sure go to Mike and Evolution Autos first.

Evolution Auto is small sales office. My dad and I came here, snaking our way up US 31, just to look around and a few hours later, I left with a better, newer vehicle. Mike was really nice and really easy to work with. He's not like the salespeople you find at some of the larger dealerships in town where they practically hold you hostage all day as you try to negotiate. The lot is small but that's okay. It's not overwhelming like larger lots. The prices are reasonable and Mike is willing to work with you and isn't going to sell you something that he knows won't work for you. He doesn't play games and that attributed to my overall buying experience.

As a result, the financial process on the bank's end took a little more time, but Mike from Evolution was phenomenal at working with us through out the entire process to make sure all went smoothly. He followed up immediately with any questions via phone and email. At closing, He is also ensured that we had all copies of documents to make registering our vehicle at the DMV as pain-free as possible. Found the car that met my criteria at this dealership via an internet search. Appreciated ample opportunity for an extended test drive. During delay in purchase while awaiting financing this dealer was very accommodating and did stay in touch on the status of the car's continued availability. Believe I received a fair deal with outstanding customer service.

Very pleased with my experience. The car was priced fairly and they offered the CarFax report without even having to ask. They also provided extended warranty without marking it up by a huge margin. Good looking car at a fair price with an initial warranty period. Great experience overall.

Very personable, honest, and easy to talk to. Made the process extremely easy and comfortable. Gave us a thorough inspection of the vehicle, showed receipts for all improvements and repairs made to vehicle. Provided the carfax report and answered all questions we had.

I pulled in at about 4 in the evening. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I asked quickly. Financing was easy and within 2 hours I was signing paperwork. Mike was incredibly friendly, he worked with me and the finance company to help me out. He definitely made the difference for me. I plan on buying here again in the future.
