Aaron at Ewing Buick/GMC was honest, no BS, straightforward and quick to close my deal. He was fair and listened to me when I felt like my trade was worth more. He got me close to where I needed/wanted to be on my trade by figuring in my tax savings on my new truck. I have a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE43. This was my first time in. On the Saturday before, I went in to parts and bought an oil filter. We knew we were going to need some warranty work done, nothing too major, so we wandered over to Service (car was out in the parking lot) and ended up on the service drive. We were greeted by Daniel Adams who was very friendly, took us right inside, got us set up in the system and scheduled an appointment with a loan car. The drop off the following Thursday was painless and quick.. The loan car was a very nice A-class which we were thankful for. Our actual advisor turned out to be Clayton Frazier. He was very kind and professional. They took care of all of our concerns correctly, the first time. The car was washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. Thank you Daniel and Clayton for a great first experience! I have already referred someone there. I look forward to future dealings Mercedes of Plano and the Service team.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a Terrain or Acadia going into the test drive. I had an appointment for 1:00pm was promptly helped and given each car to test drive. My sales rep then discussed the next trim package up and features which I didn't know about so we went and looked at that. Provided pricing for all 3 options we looked at. Made a fair negotiation for my trade-in and was out the door by 4:30pm! Easiest car purchase I've had and the staff was very helpful.

I went out to test drive cars last Saturday with very specific objectives in mind. On the first go-round I had an awkward experience at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi; I got the cliche greasy used-car salesman treatment ( I don't want to hear about the safety features on a sporty/sports car). At Ewing Buick GMC I was assisted by Oscar Mora who had been on the lot all day since around 8am that morning. We showed up at around 6:30 pm; Oscar was very patient and understanding through my questions and test drive; I felt like he was in touch with what I was looking for and did not pull out the sweet talk treatment and try to pressure me in to buying the car. The entire experience was pleasant, laidback and smooth; I would definitely wouldn't hesitate to visit Ewing Buick GMC again next time I am looking for a vehicle. " ask for Oscar"

We were not planning on buying that day, but Wayne did not pressure us, showed us a few cars, one of which, we were really happy with. Gave us time to consider the options we had, made it easy to work with us. We made a commitment that day and finished up the deal the next day. We have younger kids and did not want to spend 4-5 hours at a dealership. This made it easy for us and easy for the kids. Was not pressuring us to get the wrong vehicle, but was very knowledgeable about the vehicles allowing us to make the decision with the right information.

Having an idea of what I wanted, I looked online and this 2016 Lacrosse caught my attention among a few others. I called and spoke to Wilson Pickens who answered a few questions I had. He offered to send me the list of option so that I would have the correct information. I called a couple of other dealerships with the same questions on similar vehicles. Though I was promised information would be sent via email, I never received them. I texted Wilson that I would come by at 1:00 and immediately he sent me additional information with a link to address. After arriving and taking the auto for a short test drive, I started the process to purchase. Wilson with his soft spoken and great manners, his big laugh, made the process easy and stress free and I highly recommend him. I never felt pressured. This was the first and only vehicle I looked at. That alone will tell you all.

Dave DeShazo made my experience easy in every way. I had done my research and new what I was looking for in a used Enclave. But I had some bad experience at non-GMC dealers so I was glad to have a real expert with me in this transaction. It was NOT what you would refer to as "a used car dealer" but more like a friend who was helping you find a car. Once I found my car the process took about 1.5 hours and I was out the door. This was my second purchase from Ewing in less than two years, I originally planned to buy my 3rd Acadia, but quite frankly I have wanted a Buick Enclave since they rolled off the line. I just never thought I could afford the luxury, plus for me the Acadia has always been a little slice of perfection. Once I found what I wanted, I did not think twice bout driving from Austin to Plano to work with this fantastic team. Many of the faces I worked with previously are now gone, which initially had me worried, but once I met Erin Lloyd, Jay and Finance Manager Javier, I felt respected as a customer, their professionalism and patience while explaining each line item cost in my transaction was fantastic. We were traveling from out of town. I was able to make an appointment on-line when my car would not start late one evening. I received a courtesy call the next morning. They honored the appointment and got my car right in. They replaced my battery, ran a 32 point check and recommended several things I needed to have checked when I got home. I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. The staff were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was clean and a pleasant place to sit.

Wayne was easy to work with, his follow up was spot on! He introduced me to the finance department and from there he continued to follow up, even on his day off. At delivery, he went over the various options on my truck helping me to better understand my truck. I should have known I would have received the worst costumer service ever when I walked in and overheard Brad Ancker complaining to another service rep about other costumers. While I thought it was unprofessional, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, especially since I've received good costumer service from other reps from this particular Buick location in the past. Today I walked in to get my air bag checked (light was coming on). From the onset, I was made to feel as though Ancker did not want to provide services to me. He informed me that my warranty was expired at 53000; however, this was not the case. I purchased the vehicle at 60,000 and had purchased extended warranty which would not expire until Nov. 2017 or till I have reached 96000. I felt as though he did not believe me because he kept repeating, "I can't find it in the system-- and it would show up here if you had it." I came in Feb. of this year and the other service rep. had no problem pulling it up. I felt helpless and almost walked out, feeling there was nothing I could do. Why did I have to convince him that I have extended warranty? I even turned to my husband and said, "Let's go." Luckily, my husband turned to me and replied, "Let me go talk Mr. Wilson, the sales rep I bought the car from." Mr. Wilson immediately called someone and provided the information for me to give to Ancker. Fast forward---- After the diagnostic was completed, I was shocked to find out I was being charged $145 for the diagnostic. I then replied, "I'm going to pay for it, but I didn't know about this." He got offended, ranting over and over again how he had explained it to me earlier. Where was I when he allegedly did this?? He said he had never had a costumer have a problem with this before. I asked him, "If you had advised me earlier of the cost, then what do you think you could have done differently so that I could have better understood you? Because we obviously had a misunderstanding in communication here. I've been here before. I've worked with Jim, and he explained everything to me. Very clearly.There was no miscommunication in our dialogue." He then replied that he would do NOTHING differently. He had "not done anything wrong"! In fact, he even added, "The only reason you didn't have a problem with Jim is because you didn't have to pay anything. Your warranty covered everything." I answered, "No, sir. The reason I didn't have a problem with Jim is because I was not made to feel unvalued as a costumer. Not only did you not communicate effectively with me, you are denying any responsibility for the lack of clarity on your end. You even tried to deny me service from the beginning because you claimed I didn't have warranty. You made me feel helpless, so helpless I almost walked out. What I know is this: you gave me poor costumer service. I walked in feeling great and now I'm walking out feeling unvalued as a costumer." He looked at me and ended our conversation with "okay". He clearly did not take pride in his job and in (what I thought was) Buick's philosophy in providing excellent costumer service.What bothers me the most about my whole encounter with Ancker is that he never once apologized for his lack of ineffective communication on his end. To make matters worse, he defended his actions and offended me with his words "The only reason you didn't have a problem before is because you didn't have to pay anything. Your warranty covered everything." He clearly missed the point. This was not about money. This was about his pompous attitude and about not taking responsibility for his actions, his lack of clarity in his (poor) communication skills. This was about how he stated he could have done nothing differently to prevent this. This is about how I felt let down by Buick. Before this encounter today, my husband and I were considering purchasing another vehicle from Buick sometime in the near future. But after this terrible experience today, Buick has permanently lost my business.

The car we were looking for was in the service area being inspected for certification. So we ran errands and he called when the car was ready. Negotiations were pleasant and professional. Deal got done quickly and painlessly. The finance manager was great too. Randy spent a huge amount of time with us getting OnStar transferred/set up and making sure we understood how instruments and electronics worked. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

General warning - do not trust this service center. They are highly skilled at positioning every repair as necessary and making you feel stupid for even questioning it. In short, I will never bring my car back here. I am tired of their whole service center and their business practices. As an example, I brought my truck in for an inspection. The adviser talked me into purchasing 3 new wiper blades to the tune of $90 because his tech wouldn't conduct the inspection without them. News alert, according to the Texas DPS a rear wiper isn't part of the inspection therefore not necessary to replace. SA conveniently never mentioned that. And wipers need to be in good working order, mine were just fine. So much for free inspections. I will gladly pay for every one now to avoid dealing with this service center ever again.I hope the $100 was worth losing a customer over.

I had my vehicle inspected recently and was told I needed my tires rotated. I took my car into Ewing Buick this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. When my name was called, I proceeded to the cashier, paid and found my car waiting. All good, right? Wrong!!! When I arrived home (a 45 minute drive) I glanced at my receipt and saw in small type: no rotation, could not find wheel key. HELLO!! It was right there in the center console. Even if their service technicians were too stupid to look there, all they had to do was ask me - I was there at the dealership. So I wasted my entire morning and didn't even get the service performed. Poor, Poor, Poor communication.

I came pre-approved to buy one of three 2015 Lacrosse's I'd found online. They were very fairly priced and had all the features I wanted and more. Wayne spent a few hours with me, looking at each one, test driving, and explaining features; no pressure, patient, and knowledgeable. All 3 cars were in excellent condition and GM certified. I decided on the black Lacrosse, and only sat in Wayne's office for 10 minutes before starting the paperwork and documentation. I traded in my 15 year old worthless Chevy for $500 and was satisfied with that. Finally I met with the finance manager to sign all the documents. His desk became a large tablet which displayed each document in very large readable text. Signatures using a digital stylus took maybe 15 minutes. We spent maybe 10-15 minutes going over financing options and warranties and we were done. Wayne spent another 30 minutes explaining the OnStar and Sirius options, how the keys and security work and I was on my way. I spent more time with the cars than I did in the office - a huge win. I would buy another car from them because they were fairly priced, and easy to work with.

I didn't have to wander the parking lot to get somebody to approach me or try to help me. The dealership had the vehicle cleaned for me before it was even presented to me. I say all this great stuff about this dealership, without even mentioning that they are moving dealerships in the very very near future and there was not even a sign of that; no mess anywhere, up to date technology, and most important of all "An OUTSTANDING SALESMAN'. I had the wonderful opportunity of dealing with Mr. Robert Turlington. I would definitely go back to this dealership for my next vehicle, even considering the fact that it is by far NOT the closest to my home. I actually traveled one hour to this dealership, traveling approximately 40 miles from my home; and let me tell you "I would do it again". That should be suffice to explain the great experience I had at this dealership.

I live in Memphis and was having all kinds of trouble finding the SUV that I want for a reasonable price. I found a Honda Pilot that was perfect at Ewing Buick. This was by far the best car experience I have had to date. I went in with my trade in and already knew what vehicle I wanted before I got there. The used car salesman, Wayne Holten, came out to assist me and immediately got the vehicle I wanted so I could take it for a test drive. Once I had decided that this was the car I wanted, we went inside to get everything started. They appraised my trade in and had an estimate for what it was worth within 20 minutes. They also already had several options for me as far as payments went for my new vehicle. It was painless and very easy. Once we had agreed on one of the options, they walked me next door to take care of the paperwork. Once they had called us back, we were done with the paperwork in about 30 minutes. I could estimate that I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half to two hours. How would I describe your dealership: The best customer service I have received when purchasing a vehicle and the fastest and most efficient service a person could ask for.

Everything was going well until I closed the deal. A day after that I was told by my sales person that they needed more money. When I called to speak with the general manager of the dealership I was basically called a liar and a cheat.The papers had already been signed and my check for my down payment had been cashed. I had an issue with my transmission cable on my Pontiac G6 which I felt was related to the 2012 recall work that was done. Brad Ancker, my Service Advisor, assisted me in working with General Motors in getting the repair done under warranty. Brad was very helpful, honest and was looking out for my best interest as he has done for the past 6 years. I appreciate his determination to provide excellent customer service. He consulted with his boss, his lead technician and reviewed the work needed himself because he knew I wasn't happy with the repairs needed and cost. He also provided me direction in contacting General Motors in the event I wasn't satisfied with his repair quote. Which I wasn't and so I called GM. GM, Ron and Brad worked together in getting the repair done under warranty. It really made my day!!!! I am now even more likely to buy from Ewing Buick and GM in the future due to the excellent customer service. Thank you, Brad, for always looking out for what is best for your customers.

I sought a heavily discounted vehicle, as advertised in the national Buick promotions on TV, for my spouse. Since she was not with me, we quickly reviewed all the current options and available programs. One particular car stood out, which I considered as a good selection for her. After a thoughtful presentation of the features, followed by a pleasant test drive, I inquired about price and financing. After being baited by another GMC dealership "they-who-shall-remain nameless" and chasing a mirage for several hours, I was more than a little jaded, so I did my research online, decided that a good percentage of the reviews I read were legitimate. I especially liked the angry folks on yelp, it takes a truely pissed off person to write a review. However, the appealing thing about these angry reviews was the genuine response from the dealership with an appeal to make things right with the angry posters. After several phone and email exchanges, I was contacted by Darrell, pronounced "Da-rell", after my previous experience, all my spidy senses were on high-alert for a slick-talker, especially when I heard the distinctive NY accent. Then Darrell delivered the impossible news my ears were bleeding to here, "I have some good news, we have your car and an approval", at a rate I am too excited about to mention aloud much less type for fear it's a dream and I might wake up. So, I travelled over to Ewing, the showroom is not as flashy as some, but nice, and everyone I encountered was friendly and looked tired for the last day of the month, which is a good sign. Darell, my salesperson was extremely nice, very knowledgeable on the product, GMC Acadia and very patient. Naturally, after reading all the "what not to do at a new car dealership", I resisted the urge to take a test drive and kept my Acadia drool to a minimum, until I knew my trade offer and sales price and encentives were genuine. I did give myself away a bit when I admitted to wanting an extended warranty, I just knew I would not be able to afford it, and although after markets are less expensive, I wanted it inclusive in the finance, set and forget. I am a previous Acadia owner from the first model year, and my baby is particular and incapable of tolerating cheap, unknowledgeable, off the road maintenance. We needed the best, bumper-to-bumper! After a few hours, I drove away from Ewing in my shiny new GMC Acadia, in complete disbelief that I had walked out of a new car dealership without that awful remorse when you feel like you just got beat. Lol. It was an amazing experience and when I get ready to upgrade to true Luxury, the Buick Enclave Tuscan, I will drive from wherever I happen to be in the U.S. to come back to Ewing. Ewing is apparently a portal to Hogwarts, because Joe Ensey, the finance manager is a freakin Gryffindor magician!

Bought a 2007 Mercedes S550 with 33,000 miles. The sales person assured me the car had been thoroughly checked out including a diagnostic test of the engine. Was told this dealership had very high standards and if a car did not meet theses standards they would send it to the auction rather than place it in their inventory. After driving this car for less than 150 miles the engine malfunction light came on. The authorized Mercedes Benz dealer I took the car to said the Ewing Buick GMC diagnostic test should have revealed the engine problem. The only answer this dealer gave me was you bought the car "as is."The estimate for repairs is $5,473. I would think more than twice before buying a car from this dealer.

The time that Darrell and Michael took with me was more than a typical salesman usually takes with any customer. Worked with sales associate for several hours Friday 1/2/15 for purchasing a new gmc Denali. Associate was very helpful but car could not be located that day. So resumed process on Saturday 1/3/15. When it came time to work with the two managers on duty Saturday 1/3/15 for trade in and purchase price, the entire experience changed. Not helpful. Actually kind of rude. Horrible trade in value for my car. Out of any normal range. Car max, and TWO other local dealers offers were much higher. They were trying to make 4k+ profit immediately with my trade in and on top of that, they were not negotiating at all on the purchase price of the car. Very insulting given that I had been at the dealership for at least six hours in two days and was looking for a long term deal with the dealership. The two managers NEVER introduced themselves so I never got their names. The absolute worst buying experience I have ever had, not because of the sales associate, but the managers. I will take my 75k purchase someone else.

I knew what I wanted, did my homework and we were able to get to the deal much quicker and did not waste each others time. It was a great experience ! Ive been servicing my 2010 Buick Enclave with you for over 5 years. My extended warranty recently expired. I recently took the car in to diagnose and repair whatever was causing the check engine light to illuminate. My service representative called the next day informing me that Id somehow damaged the exhaust system causing a leak and destroying both 02 sensors. He explained that to do this kind of damage would have required that I had hit something hard underneath the car. He also explained that the only way to repair it was to replace a significant part of the exhaust assembly. In addition to this, he told me I had a right front boot leaking and recommended I replaced the entire front axle. The total quote for the repair was $2,600. Something didnt feel right about the exhaust issue and asked for a second opinion from a 3rd party service company with whom Ive had several good experiences. They agreed that what Buick was telling me sounded suspicious. I called my Service Manager at Buick and asked him to put my car on the lift and show me the damaged exhaust. I was in Ewing Buick's service garage when they put my car on the lift, and was surprised by what I didnt see. No visible damage to the exhaust at all. The Service Tech then told me a different story than the Service Manager explaining the issue was due to a barely visible rupture at a weld point. He then explained that he found the rupture using a soap & water test, and this rupture caused both of my 02 sensors to be destroyed. I couldnt see the rupture, and I have a close up photo of the area he was referring to. I asked the service technician and his colleague if this rupture could be repaired via weld vs. replacing the assembly, but they firmly recommended replacing the entire unit. I sensed that Buick was taking me for a ride so I asked for my keys, explaining politely that I was going to take my vehicle to a 3rd party for the repairs. Buick charged me $125 for the diagnosis. After performing a number of tests including smoke and soap, the 3rd party service company did not find any leak and only 1 02 sensor needed to be replaced vs the 2 Buick quoted. The 2nd 02 sensor was fine. Regarding the leak, I even shared with them the picture I took of the weld where your folks were claiming the leak was so theyd have a place to focus, but there was no leak there. For my leaky right front boot, they replaced the axle with an aftermarket one. My total bill was $784.56 vs. the $2,600 Ewing Buick quoted me.Ive been a great customer for years, paying for nearly every recommended add-on service that was recommended to me by Ewing Buick. But given all the evidence, it is hard for me to believe that their Service department didnt mislead me and wasnt trying to gouge. It sure does leave a bad taste in my mouth. And paying $125 for the bogus diagnosis that Buick said would cost me 3x more in repairs than it actually ended up costing somewhere else doesnt make me feel any better. Ive spent an awful lot of money with Ewing over the 5 years I've owned my Enclave, but its hard for me to see how I'd sign up to do it again.

The Ewing Dealership is in a tough position because the quality of both the GMC and Buick products we have owned are so poor. However, we unfortunately bought both an Acadia and Enclave at the same time in 2009. Had we known the number of design defects inherent with these cars we would never had purchased either of these automobiles. The Enclave was picked up today with a bill of $1,400 for replacing motor and transmission mounts again for the third time and axle problems. On a car, which in the last five years has been driven to the grocery store, mall, school and soccer practice. The driver would be described as ultra conservative. But on three different occasions motor mounts have been replaced on this vehicle. The last time was about 90 days ago when the front motor mount was replaced and now the rear and transmission mounts need to be repaired. It is already apparent the motor and transmission mounts are of a defective design. Especially based on the number of mounts replaced on both cars. But, there should be a level of competency by the dealer to recognize the problems when they replaced the front ones 90 days ago. There should be a level of competency by GM to replace the mounts with a product of better design when the original part is clearly a defective design. We currently today have vehicles with over 200,000 miles (Toyota) and my Ford SUV which I've owned for nearly 4 years with over 115,000 miles and none of these have had a motor mount replaced. In regards to the defective axle bushings caused by the lack of lubricant. This is very unusual since these parts are typically designed in most cars to perform well beyond our mileage. Both of our GMC and Buick cars have been serviced at this dealer, but it is clear in this case the parts failed or the dealer failed to perform a proper inspections along the way to discover the issue before it became a more expensive proposition for us. The experience with the windshield leak on the Acadia was the last straw. Clearly a factory defect, requiring the replacement of a corroded fuse box on the car which initially we were expected to pay for by the dealer. After the leak was fixed, it ended up leaking again at the same spot at the windshield. When my son drove the car home from college the first time to have it fixed the part was still not at the dealer. GM finally came through on the repair, but only after way too much haggling for a complete design defect chronicled all to well on the internet. With the consistent repetitive failures in all these cars it would seem at some point you would take a more proactive approach to the service of these vehicles. But that would require admission of responsibility for poor product design and execution all through the process. It is clear the CEO, Board of Directors and Senior Management have very little concern for customers who are on there 4th and 5th GM owned vehicles. Which is why we bought the Ford Expediton and did not purchase another GM vehicle. By the way, my Ford Expedition is not a high design product but it performs. It performs as it was designed and hasn't cost this consumer any unexpected problems. At this point how could we recommend your product when all we get is excuses for flaws, because it was inherent in the design of a luxury product. Bottom line, you don't know luxury. I have bought from that Chevy dealership on 35 in Carrollton, the Chevy dealership in Richardson, plus all three Dealerships on 75 as well. No complaints to speak of. I walked into Ewing GMC on the 28th of August wanting to look at a specific vehicle. I had spoke to Wayne the night before so he knew I was coming. He had the car sitting up front in the shade ready for a test drive. How great is this. We didn't have to wander the lot and we didn't have a dead battery when I turned the key. Top notch customer service. I like the car. We talk turkey with no running back and forth between me and the manager. He countered my first offer and I agreed to his offer. Off to finance we go where the guys got me a great interest rate. Over all a two hour process which is ok with me. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped. I'll just say I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. 2 years of free scheduled maintenance was included with my car. I can't wait to check out their service department. If it's anything like sales, I'll be very happy. I think Ewing May have just gained a customer for life.

Brad Ancker is a professional and courteous assistant service manager. When he couldn't duplicate our Acadia's intermittent remote start issue at his shop, he helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. Turns out it was due to low fuel (disables remote start), which looked even lower with the car sitting on an incline. Brad's and Ewing's overall level of support is what I'd expect from the Mercedes-Benz dealer next door to them. But we didn't have to buy an $80K GL-450 SUV to get it!

Having purchased 5 Pontiac Grand Prix in the past from Sewell in Dallas, I lost confidence in their sales and service with my 2008 purchase. Ewing has provided service on my 2008 Pontiac for the last 2 years and when it came time to give up on the last of the dinosaurs that GM made, Ewing made sure that I knew they wanted my business. They allowed me to try several different loaner vehicles to decide which vehicle was a fit for me. Suzanne discussed my options with me and found out what I really wanted in a car, what my needs were, what I could afford, and what I would enjoy driving. We decided on a 2014 Buick Enclave, then her job became even more of a challenge. I am a numbers person, so the cost of the vehicle was extremely important. My husband and I were shopping for a new car for our expanding family. We found a GMC Terrain Denali on the new inventory part of Ewing's website. When my Lacrosse was totaled, Mike in the body shop asked me what car did I have in mind. I knew it was time for me to purchase a SUV but I didn't know which kind that I would be interested in. Mike immediately referred me to Suzanne. Granted, I always loved the personality of red heads, they're so lively and upbeat, but Suzanne was down right Awesome! She made my experience I pure delight :) I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave fully loaded without tv screens, just as I wanted. The dealership had the color that I wanted, heated seats, double sun roofs and the third row that was highly needed. My purchase was made in 2012 and it's currently 2014 and I'm posting this review. That's how wonderful Suzanne was. I still thank God for this purchase, for my 'Body' Guard Mike in the body shop, for Suzanne for her love and expertise and for Lawrence for fully explaining everything to me! My car was totaled on the freeway just before Christmas 2013 with me and my 2 children in the car. I had no money, not great credit, no trade in and I faced possibly being upside down on my current car loan. I was referred to Wilson by my insurance agent. When he gave me Wilson's name and number he assured me "Wilson would get me taken care of". I called Wilson and I expected a hassle, hard time or even a hint of discouragement from such a NICE dealership. I thought no one would work with me except the "tote-the-note car lots". Wilson worked with me while I was at work and found a couple of cars he thought I would be interested in. In the end I chose the one he assured me he would sell to his own sister. I was in a terrible loan with an interest rate at almost 19% when my accident happened. At the time I was also an uneducated consumer. By the time I left Wilson and Joe in Finance I felt very educated. They explained the car buying process to me in great detail, answered ALL of my questions, and even explained how and when to refinance for a lower rate than they had already given me and in the (very) near future. I test drove and LOVED a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. It is well equipped and has nice mileage for a good price. I was being charged in total over $24,000 for a 2006 Chevy Malibu with a lot less options and had 92,000 miles on it when I took ownership!! Talk about a lesson learned! I am grateful for my insurance guy sending me to "ooooo MR. WILLLLLLLSON"!! I did not forget to finish telling you the details about my AWESOME DEAL at Ewing with Wilson, but if I told you everything........well you know the saying. :)Happy Holidays

Ewing replaced a broken side cushion in the back seat ad I was happy with that. But last time I took my car to Ewing I had them take the Ewing emblem off the back of my car but whoever removed it left behind a noticeable residue. I mentioned this when I dropped my car off this time but Ewing's buffer was not in that day. I'm frustrated because Ewing should not put a "Ewing" emblem on a car if they can't take it off properly the first time.

The reason why I visited Ewing Buick in Plano in the first place is because I had such a negative experience at the Buick dealership in McKinney, which by the way has very poor customer service and there were times when I just wanted to poke my eyes out it was that bad!!! The dealership in McKinney was the first dealership that I had visited when I started my search for an Encore. I had test driven an Encore there and really liked it. Well they didn't have the Encore with the color and features that I had wanted but they promised to get me one from a sister dealership. Well I wasted an entire week of my time dealing with them which included 2 days on a Friday and Saturday of just me sitting around waiting for them to call me to come do my paperwork and see my car etc. What was frustrating is that I was the one who had to keep calling them asking for status updates. In the end they were never able to get me the Encore they had promised but they promised me for the 5th time for me to give them just one more day and they will have it blah blah. I was beyond frustrated and fed up with the Buick dealership in McKinney that I decided to take my business elsewhere. As soon as I walked in the doors at Ewing Buick in Plano, I was immediately greeted by Kevin St. Louis which was nice because at the McKinney dealership nobody greeted me after I hung out in their parking lot looking at Encores and then I had to go inside and ask someone if I could test drive an Encore etc. So my first impression of Kevin St. Louis was great. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went to go get keys for me to test drive. While I was waiting for Kevin, the sales manager Larry Hallman also came out of his office and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Not only does Ewing Buick in Plano have more inventory to choose from but they also have better customer service. The best part is that they also had the Encore that I had been looking for. Larry and Kevin not only took care of my new car needs but they also made me a much better deal than McKinney had offered me. They also made me a great offer on my trade-in vehicle so how could I refuse??? I signed my paperwork and drove my new Encore home that evening!!! Kevin even told me to come back the next day so that he could get my new car washed and detailed since the service had already closed etc. The next day I dropped my car off on my lunch break and Kevin put me in a loaner Encore so that I could get back to work. When I returned to pick up my new car after work, Kevin took 30 minutes to show me the different features of my Encore. He programed the blue tooth iin my vehicle to my phone and he also called OnStar in my vehicle so that I could do the welcome introduction etc. After becoming familiar with all of the buttons and controls in my Encore, Kevin made sure he had answered all of my questions. He told me to give him a call anytime if I ever had any questions. I drove away a very happy and satisfied customer. I've had my new Encore for 2 weeks now and I just love everything about it! I'm so thankful for Kevin and Larry.....because of them they turned my bad car search experience into a positive one! I will always recommend Ewing Buick in Plano to all of my family and friends!

After buying a truck a couple years ago at this dealership, I decided to go back for a second car. I was looking to trade one of my vehicles, but after visiting with two different vehicles, it is evident the sales management is not interested in paying fair market trade in value. The pricing of their new vehicles is good compared to market, but I was able to get significantly more for my trade elsewhere. I would recommend to anyone with a trade to go somewhere else as this dealership undercuts fair market value by almost half. Then I received the standard garbage about values not being accurate. Of course it's somehow accurate on their inventory, just not mine. It's not a fair practice and I would steer anyone clear of this dealership!

My service advisor, Steve Fortner at Ewing GMC, is always efficient, professional, understanding and caring to assure my needs are met. When the problem with my 2003 GMC Envoy was determined to be a failing alternator, and could not justify the $900 plus cost for the part and labor, I then planned to purchase an after-market alternator elsewhere and install it myself. Steve pulled the paperwork together from the additional service I had done, and suggested to me that if I were to go purchase the alternator, they would install it for me at a savings of nearly $500! I appreciated his thoughtfullness and offer and was very pleased with that solution. I now have a new alternator with a lifetime warrenty and a much more reasonable price and didn't have to spend what would likely have been an entire day for me figuring out how to install it! I questioned some information that Andre Moore had given me during a prearranged purchase of a used car. It was in regard to licenses plates, and what dealers have to do verses individuals. I was meet with a very sharp and defensive response of which Andre Moore basically told me I did not know what I was talking about. The conversation actually got pretty heated for a minute or so in front of Kevin St. Louis's office on the sales floor. (Kevin was great!) I had looked up my question on the TexasDMV.gov web site but Andre refused to even consider my response, and continued in a loud and demeaning voice to berate me. I have never been treated more rudely at a dealership. I am amazed that Andre is employed in a customer relationship type position. I would have left immediately but it would have messed up the new car deal my cousin had set up. We were lied to about that deal as well but that is another whole story. I have already told several friends what happened and will continue to do so. I can assure you I will never step foot into another Ewing dealership.Sherman Burns

I went to this dealership because they had a car on their lot that I saw on line and liked. When working on the deal with them they offered me more of my car than other dealers had. I was a little shocked, the car I went to look at had been in a accident and showed on carfax and they disclosed that. So I found another car on their lot. After signing the paperwork and the deal is done, I have never been treated so aweful. I had some problems with my purchase from them. The used car dealer told me that the deal is done and it was my problem now. The GM called me and apologized and said that what ever needed to be fixed would be if I would give then the chance to fix this issue. I took my car back up to them and left it there for almost a week. The GM went on vacation when they called me to pick it up. It still wasnt fixen and the manager they left in charge said that I would need to take it to another dealership b/c they couldnt fix it there. I called and left a message for the GM and almost 2 weeks later still havent heard anything back from him. I have bought 12 cars in my short driving... I will never do business with Ewing GMC again. I feel like I have been cheated. So if you want to be treated like your no good after the paperwork is signed and have to fix the problems yourself shop here. But If you want to be treated like you matter go somewhere else.

The sales, management, and finance team at Ewing were all excellent to deal with! We got a great vehicle for an excellent price, and they made the entire process enjoyable. We traded in a vehicle as well and the entire experience was completely no-hassle. We didn't have to play the game you have to play at some other dealerships where we had to haggle for a deal or fight for an honest answer. Everyone was completely up front with us, very pleasant, and found us exactly what we wanted for exactly the right deal. I will definitely do business wit this dealership again. My family bought our first car from Wilson about 2 years ago. The transaction was so smooth and stress free that when time came to purchase another we gave him a call and told him what we were looking for and a few days later we were driving our brand new 2013 Terrain. I had to make a trip across Texas the next day, and I had an expired Inspection sticker. It had failed inspection earlier in the morning. Tim was able to get me in and clear it up. I was also grateful that he decided to look over the vehicle and found several things that needed attention. Since it was a company vehicle, I did not know anything about the condition--Expecially the brakes--I am so glad you all did look it over, and were able to get everything done the same day. The drive across the state was a pleasure. it would be worth it to drive back to Dallas everytime I need servicing

When we were trying to select a vehicle, the salesman was very intent on getting us the vehicle that my wife wanted. He could not find her first choice. She then chose another color and he found a model that she wanted.He showed us various discounts and rebates, but he did not discuss actual price.After we had finished the financial paperwork and had taken the car home, I had some financial questions. I called the dealership, but the answers I got did not satisfy me. I then did some research and got information that did satisfy me.Our overall experience was very good; however, two things bothered me: (1) we were not told when we did the financial dealing that one of the discounts we thought we were getting wasn't available, and (2) we were not told the cost to get the vehicle from another dealership.

Kenneth won't waste your time. I test drove, bought a car, traded a car and was on the road in about 2 hours. He's right to the point, and even admits when he doesn't know something you might ask him. After purchasing a CPO LaCrosse from Ewing, I had some trouble with the battery. He was the first person to call me when I filled out the service form online. And, he helped make sure I was taken care of expediently. Ewing provided a loaner car while servicing mine, which is above an beyond what I was expecting. Thus far, this has been the best dealership experience I've had. Ewing is focused on it's customers. There web site says guaranteed lowest prices and complete customer satisfaction. They have failed in both realms. They have refused giving me back a deposit after I received a better price. Spoke at length to Andre the sales manager. They did have a car sent from over 100 miles away which was their reasoning for not giving me back a deposit. Amazing the cost was exactly 500 for them to do this . There take on this was they made a deal and they held up to their end of the bargain so come get the car. I called first thing in the AM to stop the car from coming guess these guys dont have cell phones.Oh I will add one more thing I made it clear to my salesman Kevin that I was from the East coast and lost half my house to the hurricane as well as two cars. I guess after losing 50% of all my familys belongings Kevin and Andre figure what's another $500 bucks. Thanks Guys your real gentleman.

I would recommend the dealership because Ewing was the only dealer willing to let me test drive cars and had sales people wanting me to come see them. I originally went wanting to see if the Mercedes was a car I may wish to purchase this go around, but once I decided to not do Mercedes and go Yukon, I had a call from Tony Thomas within minutes from leaving the Mercedes side. My sales guy at Mercedes appreciated the reasons I felt I still wanted to stay with Yukon and immediately called Tony with GMC and had him call me. Tony continued for the next few days to contact me and really wanted to assure the sale. I called a number of dealerships trying to get information on car availabilty and test driving to help me decide what car was going to best suit our family needs. I told every dealer I spoke with I was going to purchase a car by the weekend, Ewing was the only dealership that had any desire to sell me a car!!! Tony was polite and continued to contact me after he got off work and on his day off to see if I was liking the Yukon and wanted to offer me any kind that was the best fit for me. I love it and am recommending Ewing to everyone I know in the market for a car. Hands down the experience here did not compare to any other dealership. The selection is amazing, the way the set up is when you walk in is very inviting and spacious and you are greeted with a receptionist the minute you walk in. Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. It tops the chart on all the key factors: variety in selections and inventory, service, follow up, and desire to sale cars!

Tony had done such a good job of showing me how to use all the features, Robert's job was easy!Randy was very helpful with explaining what specifically the GM standard warranty covered and didn't cover as well as what the extended warranty did and did not cover. I was not interested however, in purchasing the extended warranty, but Randy continued to push it until I had to decline for the 5th time. While I can appreciate persistancy, 5 No's is too much. Really.

I came into the dealer about 5 weeks before taking possession of my new truck on April 27th because we had to order it. It was very clean and comfortable. I was told by another friend who had recently also purchased a vehicle and he suggested talking and working with Suzanne. I purchased a new 2012 GMC Terrain in April 2012. Two months later I was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. Trust me, those 5-star crash test ratings are true. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car buying experience I have ever had .I bought my first new car in 1965 so this was not my " first rodeo ". From the time we shook hands till the delivery of my GMC Terrain it was a truelly great experience.Robert went out of his way to get me every discount & savings that he could. Just brought out new car home last night! Tony first contacted me through my internet submission re: a new Acadia. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had on any car purchased in my life. The employees mentioned above dealt in a VERY honest, friendly and no funny business.There were several opportunities for them to overcharge me but they did not do it in any of the circumstance. It is difficult to find a sales organization that is willing to deal in such an honest fashion.The financial department DID NOT use any of the strong arm tactics that I have grown to expect with car dealerships. They made offers for other warranties but did push when I rejected them.They will be top on my list when I purchase my next car.

I purchased a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Ewing. I worked mainly with Robert Turlington but also worked with Suzanne Koerwer on one visit when Robert was out of the office. I had been doing research and looking for about 6 months before my purchase. When I narrowed down my selection to a Lacrosse I emailed five area dealers requesting a quote. Ewing Buick was the first to respond. I set up an appointment to speak with Robert Turlington. I had been very specific about what I was looking for in my email to the five dealers. I knew from looking on Ewing's website that they did not have the car with the equipment I desired in stock. With the 2011 out of production, I knew I could not order it from the factory. I did know that two existed in the area in other dealers stock. One was a demo. Robert showed me what they had in stock. When I told him I really wanted a car with different options and color then what Ewing had in stock he suggested we go back to his office to see if he could locate one in the area. He found one at a dealership about 30 miles away and stated that it was a dealership that was easy to work with on doing dealer transfers. I told him that was the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told him I wanted some time to think it over and there was no pressure from Robert to sign an agreement to purchase the car that day. I waited until the next afternoon to return to say I wanted to purchase the car. Robert was courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Suzanne was easy and friendly to work with when I dropped by without an appointment to initiate the dealer transfer process. Suzanne called Robert, who was out delivering a vehicle to another of his customers, to ask if it was OK for her to assist me. Robert and Suzanne (along with another salesman named Randy) seem to work well with each other and help each other out to ensure customers are helped without having to make a return trip to the dealership.Ewing did the dealer transfer and had the car on their lot the next afternoon.The car did not have tinted windows, which was one of the items I wanted. Ewing had the tinting done before I took ownership of the vehicle.There was no heavy pressure during the financing process to purchase anything like extended warranties or such. Robert took time to explain the features of the Lacrosse to me. He also setup my Bluetooth phone connection with my cell phone. Suzanne even helped with removing the fingerprints from the window tinting process. There seems to be a very cooperative spirit within the sales group at Ewing Buick rather than a cut-throat attitude that seems to prevail at most dealerships amongst the sales staff. A nice added bonus is the Ewing Edge-added service agreements for free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years.Overall, I would rate my experience at Ewing Buick as being very satisfying and recommend others to do business with Robert Turlington and Ewing Buick as well.

I have purchased from this dealership 3 times and have been extremely pleased each time. I shopped online ahead of time and knew exactly what car and features I wanted. They had the exact car I wanted on the lot. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and we were in and out quickly. To start - I had wanted a Yukon/Tahoe for many years now and was fortunate to not be in the position of needing a new vehicle. I have spent many hours looking at Yukon vs. Tahoes, details, options, prices, reviews, etc. I went into this experience knowing exactly what I wanted. We initially went to another GMC dealership 6 months before coming to Ewing but was completely put off by the pushy sale antics of the other dealership and walked away. We finally came to Ewing after using the GMC online tool to build my ideal Yukon and finding a close match at Ewing. Upon arriving at Ewing I found that the Yukon in question was a demo - not a bad thing, but not for me. Kevin took us on a test drive and searched the area inventory, but we didn't find anything that matched what I was looking for. Kevin knew upfront that I was specific in what I did and did not want in my vehicle, that I had done my research and he never tried to sell us on anything that wasn't right for us. After realizing that the vehicle I was looking for didn't exist, Kevin and the sales manager asked if we had thought of building our own vehicle - selecting everything we wanted without including the features for which we had no desire. Eureka! We took all of the details home - a variable checklist to use to design my perfect Yukon - to think about and make sure we were making the right decision. The next day, we were back with Kevin, ordering my perfect Yukon - no pushy tactics, pressure, nothing. Less than 3 weeks later (we were told it could take up to 12 weeks) we got the call that my Yukon was in and ready to be picked up. We easily worked out a fair deal on our trade, good financing terms, and since we were Credit Union members we received discounts without any tough negotiating. It ranked up there with the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The best part was getting exactly what I wanted - without having to pay for what we would never use - and Kevin was the perfect person to help us!

Susan and Tony both were genuinely friendly, extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and addressed all needs during the entire transaction. The entire sales negotiation was low pressure, final price agreement was fair, and even the Financing Process (final transaction) exceeded my expectations and previous experience. From first contact ( a friendly HELLO and firm handshake) to drive away in my new truck....START to FINISH was completed in an unexpected short period of time. Since then, I've had numerous follow-up calls from both Susan and Tony, to insure that I was completely satisfied, and that all was well with my new truck. I had THE BEST car-buying experience I have ever had at Ewing Buick in Plano. This is our sixth new vehicle and have never been treated this well and it was all due to Suzanne Koerwer at Ewing. Outstanding service and customer support by Randy Harp and the accounting department.Better idea of available incentives which turned out to be whofully inadequate.As a 24 year military retiree and Viet Nam combat veteran I expected a minimum incentive for my service. My USAA and credit union membership also did not receive incentives.This was not the fault of Mr. Harp who made every effort to accommodate these items.I fault GM for failing to recognize my sacrifices to our country.

Suzanne and Ewing, came recommended by some friends as being a very helpful when purchasing a new car and we found this to be true. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had given Suzanne some ideas about what we like and didn't and she was ready when we got to the dealership with a couple of good options. When I bought my new GMC Terrain, I went to approximately 10 different dealerships that day and each dealership made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of. My last dealership of the day was Ewing GMC/Buick and from the time that I put my car in park I was greeted by Kevin St. Louis with a smile and an extended hand. I am a tough woman and made him work for my money but he never let me down through the entire process. I let him know from the moment I arrived that I was looking for a deal that I couldn't say no too and that is exactly what I got, I purchased my GMC Terrain that day. I even received phone calls from him after I purchased my car asking if I was completely satisfied and if I needed anything. It started with their smiles... Suzanne Koerwer-New/PreOwned, Mario Perez-Sales Mgr and Brian Carpenter-Finance were all so friendly I felt like I was part of their family or we'd known each other for years. Suzanne is absolutely contagious. While getting to know me and showing me trucks she professionally took brief phone calls and met with other guests quickly addressing their needs. Each time the conversation was upbeat and pleasant. This kind of customer care is what we all want, so I decided to buy my truck that day if they had one. I even made the conscious choice to let them find a truck for me should I have to. Of course I wanted a truck to fit my needs & budget and although there was several that I would have bought, Suzanne knew I really wanted to be on the lower end of my budget, so Suzanne asked Mario the sales manager what he might have coming in. Mario greets you with a genuine concern that makes you feel like he's your brother. Our conversation was light regarding my needs & budget. He knows his inventory very well and he described a truck that he had just received that seemed like a very good fit. We laughed about him being able to build it the way I wanted it. Suzanne took me to the truck and it was the perfect truck. We sat down and worked on the budget details with ease in regard to anticipated interest rates and monthly payments based on my credit. Yippee, I was buying a truck!!! How quickly I forget about all the documents that are required to purchase a truck... ugh, yet when you have such a pleasant experience, filling out the paperwork is somewhat exciting. Of course I had done a little homework so I felt good about what to expect from the finance department while I waited. Brian must have gone to the same school of politeness and confrontation as Dirk Nowitzki. We talked about our families, jobs & hobbies. Of course I knew we would get around to the extended warranties, etc. So when he told me what the warranty protects and it was my choice. I asked why you dont press me for it. He said the important thing is that I'm comfortable with my choice and understand what I'm getting for my money. Wow that was a first. But the biggest & best surprise of all was the interest rate was a half point lower than I expected.WooHoo and with a warranty!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Ewing GMC. The sales people I dealt with via the internet and in person were very helpful and courteous. Randy Harp was very patient with my wife and I as we dealt with our two children that accompanied us to the dealership. The staff was very fair and did not ever put any added pressure on me. Randy spent time showing us the various controls on the vehicle to assist us with the transition to the new vehicle.From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly and in a professional manner. I also enjoyed working with Brian Carpenter in the finance department and Brian Potts in internet sales. Both gentlemen answered my questions in a direct manner and were very patient, knowledgeable, and were a pleasure to work with. A wonderful experience overall at Ewing GMC.....we may need another vehicle in a couple years, and based on this experience, we will look at Ewing first.

What a great car buying experience. Top notch people. Robert Turlington and Bryan Potts were such professionals, and not your typical car sales people. No pressure or sales gimmicks. We came armed with a lot of information, they presented facts and options, and worked to get us the best deal and the car we really wanted. They didn't try and sell us one they had just to get it off their lot. They were willing to check all of Texas and into Oklahoma to get "Our" car. I can't say enough about the whole buying experience, it was really great, such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a GMC/Buick in the north Texas area.

Kevin was great to work with. He made my car buying experience fun and hassle free. He had extensive knowledge of the Lacross and answered all my questions. Initially we were not ready to purchase a car that day. We had looked at all of the major car companies and test driven at least one car in each. I was debating between a Lacross and another car manufacturer. We went back to Ewing to drive the 4 cl and 6 cl Lacross again. Kevin was very patient with me he even let me drive on the freeway which is something no other dealer let me do. That was important because we were looking for a car that would be comfortable for travel. Kevin asked questions to get the car that was perfect for me including what options were important and what options I did not want. When he told us of the incentives available and therefore the actual price we would pay, it was an offer "we could not refuse". Upon delivery of my car, Kevin went over all the bells and buttons of the car, set me up with OnStar and set up my bluetooth. He introduced me to my own service advisor who will take care of my service needs. This is the second car we have purchased from Ewing. We have found the staff always very accommodating and knowledgeable. Kevin St. Louis is one of their shinning stars.

I had just come from the Lincoln Dealer when I stopped in at Buick to see Randy Harp. The rep at Lincoln was knowledgeable but somewhat arrogant. I found Randy to be very pleasant and relaxed. He explained everything and we did a test drive. I liked the car and we came to a reasonable price. I like Buick. My first car was a 1939 Buick Special in high school in 1954, solid black like a gangster car. We had great fun with it. Great car. I own a 2009 Buick Enclave and we like it very much. I bought the same color LaCrosse as our Enclave and now have a matched set. I don't like pushy or arrogant sales people. Randy Harp is none of those. He was just the right person to sell me a car. Great personality, and excellent salesman. Randy was very helpful and as he promised, he remains helpful. I feel that I can count on him. I live near McKinney where there is a Buick dealer but I am glad that I bought my car from Randy and Ewing. I am more that willing to make the drive to get service for folks I can count on.John L. I was on my way to the Jaguar dealership just further down the road, but I turned into Ewing Buick, because I saw this car and just knew this could not be a BUICK and it turned out to be the BUICK LACROSSE. My uncle always told us, if we ever buy a car make sure it was a BUICK, because he had a 50 something BUICK ROADMASTER (A TANK) and this care could run, was dependable, and road pretty good for a big car, to me. And I wanted a place that had some African American Salesmen and when I drove up to Ewing Buick, yes here come the brothers "CAN WE HELP YOU SIR" and I was going to the Jaquar Dealer. They were very helpful. When my initial car purchase fell through, (because of hail damage to the vehicle in transit to the dealership) I was very disappointed. I don't trust to many people when it comes to service. If Steve calls and has a concern about something that needs to be done, I know it is legit. My wife and I have purchased several cars between us over the years. Hands down, this was the most enjoyable new ca purchase experience that we have had -- ever. Randy was very patient with us and took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in a new vehicle and also to explain what options were available that met our specifications. We also explained that we were considering two other makes of vehicles besides the Buick LaCrose, namely, the Hyundai Genesis and Lincoln MKZ. He encourages us to explore the other vehicles and even gave us a contact at a Hyundai dealership for us to visit. I understand now that he was not worried about the competition because the Buick LaCrose would sell itself and ultimately end up being our choice. He was right. There were no hard sell tactics and he worked with us to get us the bottom-line price we felt we wanted to pay. It was a win-win situation all around. We also were impressed with the GM with whom we also spoke during our negotiations. Again, it was a very pleasant sales experience. Because our vehicle is so new, we have not had an occasion to bring the car in for service wo we did not rate those questions.

Over the last ten years, we have purchased SIX vehicles from Ewing and have been Completely Satisfied in every aspect of ownership. From Sales to Service, we have always felt very comfortable when doing business with them. The facility is fresh and clean, which helps put my wife at ease. She has said that the Ewing Dealership doesn't feel dirty like some others we have been to. Four of the six have been hers, one for our Daughter, and one for our Son. Wow! Lori is top notch. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I drove in until the time I picked up and left with my car. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions and addressed all my issues. In addition she recommended service work to improve my gas milease and it worked! I love my enclave - the service I received when i took it in for a oil change was impeccable. Lori's attitude and love for her job was apparent. The price that I paid for the oil change was competitive with any oil change shop and what I received by going to the Ewing dealership was exponentially more than what I would have received at a low price oil change shop. The work doe on my car was timely and Lori communicated with me throughout the process. My next oil change will be at Ewing Buick and any service work I have will go through Lori. I have purchased several vehicles from Ewing and have always been treated wonderfully. The service dept (Brad Anker) has always been my service writer & has always given me the feeling that he has my best interest in mind. I have nothing to say but thanks to him for always taking excellant care of me. The few equipment problems I have experienced with my 08 Buick Enclave have always been handled to perfection. I do not like the car buying experience and both Robert and Randy made it seamless and a pleasant experience. They were candid, clear and concise and made me feel comfortable...knew the product, knew what I wanted and helped me get there! They explained all options I had but didn't use high pressure tactics.Great job!

Randy Harp was our sales associate. He was wonderful. Very informative without being pushy. He explained all of the features in as much detail as we wanted without overloading us with sales tactics. Brian Carpenter handled F&I and recommended what we needed instead of trying to push all of the products. He did a great job of balancing informing us of all the options without shoving things in our face. The overall experience was great. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ewing and will be back for our next car. I would be glad to work with both Randy and Brian again.

The overall five rating is well deserved at the Ewing dealership. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Ewing and both experiences have been OUTSTANDING. The environment is very friendly, no pressure to buy and everyone goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and knowledgeable of the vehicles you are interested in purchasing.I would like to call out Randy Harp for going beyond working with Kenn to find every incentive available for our car/truck purchase. It is not often that you will find two Sales people work together like Randy and Kenn. Randy stayed late the first night to pull all dealer incentives available and engaged with us again the next day when we closed the deal. Randy spent a good amount of time working with my wife to show her all the features in her new car. Randy did not have to do this since it was not his sale and was being pulled away from the sales floor that directly influences his bottom line.Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Ewing or specifically Kenneth Foster or Randy Harp as go to people in the Car sales business.Regards,Regards,Vince Prado

Would NEVER - EVER recommend this dealership. The saleswoman was rude, the receptionist was playing videogames on her cell phone when I entered the facility.The other sales staff were all busy, even though no one else was in the dealership.The sales manager told me that as a buyer that I think that I have some sort of entitlement and that I don't. That was quite enough for me.Strange, bizarre, rude and horrific experience.

The air conditioner went out on my car. I was going out of town, so I left the car at Ewing Service and was told the repair would take one day. Five days later when I returned and picked up the car - the air conditioner did not work! I returned the car and had to wait an additional 12 days for the car, had to get myself to a car rental place to rent a car (they refused to drive me) and was told when I got there that the car rental place would have picked me up. Guess what's broken again... right, the air conditioner. I sure do NOT want to go back there but cannot get to any other dealership. (The car is still under warranty).

I brought the 2001 Grand am in for a starting problem. they decided that the PCM (computer module) was suspect and recommended replacement. We agreed and the repair was done to the tune of 520$. The problem re-surfaced within 24 hours and when we called were advised that the part was no longer there and we would have to pay for the module. <br><br>We took it to a local mechanic that found the problem within 30 minutes. It was the ignition swith module that was damaged and this cost us 350$ to fix. The problem is resolved but it cost 520$ and a trip to a local mechanic to identify the real problem. <br><br>They were very polite as they explained there was nothing that they could do to compensate me for the part they replaced that wasn't broken. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service and their response to the situation.
