All would have been good if the vehicle was as described. In the ad it said that the vehicle had good cold air. It was cool on the day I bought the vehicle so I didn't run the air but the next day when I needed to use it the ac compressor didn't work. When I called I was told that I bought the vehicle as is and they would not repair it but if I wasn't happy I can make the 5 hour trip back to the dealership and return it. Not very professional.

I had been looking for a truck for a while and just couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. I finally found one on CARS.com and gave the dealership a call. I spoke with one of the sales people at the dealership about the 2002 Silverado they had for sale. I told them that I would be down that same weekend to check it out, and if they sold it or had anyone interested in it to let me know. So my wife and I made the 2.5 hour drive from Birmingham, AL to Buford, GA to see the vehicle. It was exactly as described and in amazing condition. The vehicle drove perfect and the sales people were amazing in answering any question I had about vehicle. I would recommend the service, quality of vehicles and customer service of this dealership to anyone. It takes alot for someone to drive a long time to just check out a vehicle, so the fact that we drove from Birmingham to Buford means alot in the trust this dealership instilled in us just over the phone. Amazing service and amazing vehicle!

JR was honest and direct on his evaluation of the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the car was exactly as described. This was my first car purchase from a dealer. I was apprehensive because everyone tells you that car salesman are the worst. These guys changed my opinion. Rob was great, knowledgeable about the cars, and was courteous and swift with the process. He got all of our credit info and passed it onto JR who is the manager. He contacted the banks they work with and we got a pretty good rate for the car we wanted and the terms we wanted. Can't complain at all with the financing. They let us take the car out for a long test drive, about 45 minutes. We loved it, but wanted to at least try another, and we did. Shorter test drive cause we knew we didn't like it as much. Total i think we were only there about 2-3 hours including the test drives. Much quicker than we expected. I told them I would be back soon to buy another used car from them. Their lot is full of nice looking used vehicles. And the office is full of professional and courteous salesman. Thanks again guys! We love the car!

My wife and I were looking for a nice, well-maintained, low mileage, late model luxury car. Having lived in the Hall/Gwinnett/Forsyth county areas all my life I've notice Ewing Motors many times in the past. They always seem to have really nice looking vehicles for sale. However, I had never stopped to look at any of them, and generally bought new cars, or used cars from traditional name-brand dealers. After looking around, my wife decided that the Infiniti M37 on Ewing's lot was the one she wanted - she test drove it while I was out of town on business - she's smooth like that. :) I always dread the car-buying process. It has traditionally been confrontational, took too long, and I generally came away with a 'bad taste in my mouth', as the saying goes, feeling taken advantage of and just plain fatigued. I am happy to report that every single step of the (very short) process was as friendly, no-pressure, honest, and forthright of an automobile purchase experience that I've ever had, or ever even hoped to have. Rob was very helpful to my wife the day she drove the car initially, and when we went to purchase the car after I got back to town, J.R. Ewing handled the transaction from start to finish. The final sales price of the car we bought and the value he gave for our trade were both fair (I know - I did tons of research beforehand). He was polite, friendly, spoke of his family in a genuine way - not as a sales gimmick as some folks do, and seemed like a very nice guy. And he was efficient in processing the paperwork and was able to get us on our way in short order. I promise - this is a real review from a real buyer. And I can say that I can only hope to have such a pleasant experience the next time I buy a car. I truly believe that it will be possible if I am able to buy that car from Ewing. I will recommend Ewing as a fair and friendly dealer to anyone I can, and really can't say enough about how nice the buying experience was. Our many thanks! I recently purchased my second vehicle from Ewing Motor Company. I shopped around at other dealerships and car lots, but when it came a making a purchase I would not want to do it anywhere else than Ewing Motor Company. In both instances I had a good idea what I wanted, luckily with Ewing Motor Company it was only a matter of time before they had what I wanted on the their lot. This last vehicle purchase I came in a little before 6 pm on Friday night and drove out with a new to me car by 6:35 pm. Michael stayed a little late to get me in the truck that I wanted that evening. There are a lot of good dealerships out there, and I know/know of several people in the new and used vehicle business. Ewing Motor Company is the only place I will buy a vehicle and the only place I will refer a friend. Great place even greater people.

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ewing Motors. When I first arrived at their dealership, Rob and JR took the time to understand my needs and wants and worked to help me find the best solution. They did not try and "sell me" a truck. They actually provided me a lot of information and had a consultative type of approach. Their pricing was very competitive and they had very affordable financing options. Finally, when it was time purchase the vehicle, they made that process effortless and did not try and sell me a bunch of add-ons like warranties. The next time someone in my family needs a vehicle we will go to Ewing Motors and if they do not have the vehicle I am looking for I will ask them to find it for me.

All the folks here are Top-Notch people, I dealt with Rob, Marty and JR and they all went beyond my expectation. I went by one evening right at closing and they let me test drive the truck, offered to stay late but I had somewhere I had to get too. They were very low pressure which I truly appreciated. I was able to work the deal out over the phone the next day and simply went to pick the truck up was in and out in 30 min. JR had the finance paperwork ready when I got there. NO hidden or junk fees. Doc fee was already built into the price so no surprises at the last minute. I would highly recommend Ewing to anyone as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Great Experience. I live 450 miles away from Buford, GA in southern Indiana. We exchanged pic and agreed within 300 dollars of what I was wanting. Very nervous about driving there and not seeing what I expected, not the answer. JR took pictures of any scratches and I got to GA and saw exactly what I was expecting. When it comes time to buy again I will look at JR again. It is well worth the drive.

It is not too often that I can say I've had a pleasant experience buying a car. I, personally, would rather go to the dentist. However, I can say that dealing with Marty, JR, and the rest of the staff at Ewing may have restored my faith in the car buying experience. The relaxed, family atmosphere was a welcome change. Little things like being able to take a test drive without having a salesman in the car talking the entire time and being able to ask questions without having the salesman continually look at a cheat sheet all left an impact. After searching for a couple months they got a car that was what we were looking for. Then, even the purchase process was easy. No pressure to buy additional warranties, fabric protection, paint protection, just a straight-forward sale that felt more like a conversation than a transaction. I would certainly purchase a car from them again.

After not finding what we wanted at the large dealerships we took a chance with Ewing Motors in Buford, GA.. The car we bought had all the options we wanted plus being in excellent condition. We waited six months to write this review to make sure the car would not break down. Our regular mechanic assured us that mechanically it in is in great condiion and loves how it drives . So do we. Took the car on a 800 hundred mile trip with no problems. As you can see we are very satisfied customers. Ewing Motors is a great place to buy a car. I recently was searching for a specific vehicle and found one that I liked at Ewing motors. After going to numerous dealerships including Jim Ellis Chevrolet which was terrible service, I came across Ewing motors and decided to give them a try. Immediately after the first greeting with "rob" I felt at ease. He allowed my mother and I to test drive the car and to take it to our mechanic to ensure there were no problems before even signing anything. The financing Manager "j.r." Was thorough in his explanations as far as the process of paperwork. Everyone there was very laid back and professional. Courteous, respectful and trustworthy. I have mentioned my experience with them to everyone I know because it was that great of an experience. Even my mother told them that she has been around a lot of car salesmen and they are the first that she has come across that actually are trustworthy, they do not have anything to hide! What a wonderful experience, I was so nervous by the whole idea of being attacked and having to stay all day and being a female I thought for sure I would be taken advantaged of. I was so wrong!! What a bunch of great guys !what ever car I wanted to test drive,, no problem, if I wanted to test drive it again no problem, any questions, no problem. I decided on my Honda Hybrid 2008, (Rob made sure it had a full tank), it was such an easy and quick process, not the whole day and no back and forth.JR and Rob were so wonderful and I'm glad I went to Ewing and I probably will again in the future.They left a definite impression that all car dealerships should follow. I have always purchased vehicles in the past from traditional branded dealers because I was skeptical of buying from "local mom and pop dealers." I must say that I am extremely pleased with my buying experience at Ewing Motor Co. All of my emails were quickly responded to before ever going to the lot by Michael Jr. One we arrived at the dealership, we were given a quick tour of the truck we were interested in looking at and told to take our time going over the truck and taking a test drive. Michael handed us the keys and told us he would see us when we finished. Upon returning approx. thirty minutes later from our test drive, we were told that our financing was approved and ready. We spent approx. 20 minutes inside signing the paperwork for the purchase. This was by far the shortest amount of time that we have ever spent at a dealer purchasing a car. The only thing I would like to have seen done differently, would have been to not left the lot with a truck and only an eighth of a tank of gas. PC12312011

I was out driving around looking for a new car, had stopped at about 8 dealerships within 2 days and was becoming more and more unsure about what I wanted. I wasn't sure if I was even ready to buy. I saw a 2008 Infiniti G35s that I had to see. I went in, talked with JR and I couldn't have had a better experience. He was the FIRST person I'd spoken with that wasn't trying to push me into something I didn't want or need. He was extremely helpful in assisting me figure out exactly how much I could afford to spend. At some point I believe he even said, "whether you buy it from me or not, I'm going to find you a car." That attitude is what made me return the very next day to buy my car. I will never buy a used car from anywhere but Ewing Motor Company. My girlfriend was in the market for a new car, and should be there right now signing the paperwork for her 2010 Carolla. This is most definitely not your average used car lot. Thank you SO much to JR and the rest of the Ewing Motor Company staff.

I would recommend Ewing Motors to anyone, not only will you get a vehicle that is clean inside and out, but a vehicle that has been through all check points. My wife and I have purchased our last two vehicles from Ewing Motor Co., and will continue to purchase from them in the future, despite the fact that we live a couple hours from the dealership. We have been very pleased with the quality of service, the ease of the buying process, and the quality of the vehicles (one of which we've put nearly 100,000 miles on since purchasing from Ewing, with no issues). We were also very pleased with the amounts we paid for both vehicles, and I'm absolutely sure that we could not have found a better deal in either case.

This dealership was recommended to me by my friend ! He spoke highly of the staff and knew their cars were right for our price range. We were greeted on the lot immediately upon arrival but were not pressured to make a decision by the sales rep. The trucks on the lot were fixed up and shining. We settled on a 2009 Silverado. I had been shopping around for monthes for a Porsche Boxter S when I came across a few in Atlanta. The car was nicer that I expected and my salesman was so helpful. I was looking to trade my car and I got much more than I expected for my Mustang GT on trade and the Porsche Boxter S was priced really good. I tend to lean towards working with private sellers due to the hassle of the people you tend to deal with at dealerships but EWING was a breath of fresh air. I knew what car I wanted from their website, when I got there it was in great shape (unlike many other used dealers I've been to), and JR Ewing worked with me on price to leave me a happy client (clients go back, customers are transactions) who has nothing but great things to say about Ewing. I make it a point to tell people where I purchased my C70 and to make sure they give Ewing a look. Best car move I've ever made was meeting JR. No need for cars.com, autotrader, or Craigslist anymore... Save the time and the frustration and check out Ewing.

We have bought a truck and then returned and bought a suv from the Ewing Motor Co. This is by far the best place to buy a vehicle. No pressure, you don't get attacked and pressured into buying. Rob Kunis, was who approached me first. I had hopped out of the car really quick just to browse and check out the prices. He did not attack me with questions making me feel uncomfortable. He stood back and watched from afar and offered to grab the keys to the car I showed interest in. I loved that! I was attacked and talked at, not talked to at the previous dealers I had visited on the same day.I felt more at ease and not pressured when Rob gave me "glancing space." Michael Ewing Junior was the one handling my loan. He was very upfront, honest, and genuine which is very refreshing to find in the automobile industry. He worked with us and made it easy and I felt like he was working with me not against me. Ewing Motor was able to answer all my questions by e-mails and/or phones without any delay. They were VERY always available for me, cooperative. I even have the personal cell number of the owner's son. Can we call that a legendary service ? I think so !!! They found me a car inspector that did a tremendous job (detailed report and 16 pictures). I can't wait to drive my Mercedes !!!
