EAG is the ultimate in GREEN, they recycle automobiles!!!! I have bought two vehicles from them. No problems at all. Excellent pricing, no high pressure salesmen. Reliable and honest. I do recommend EAG to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have purchased 2 SUV's from EAG and have been very satisfied with the vehicles and the integrity of the dealership. They stand behind what they sell. In both instances, I had some very minor issues with each of the vehicles that cropped up after the 30 day warranty expired. They addressed my problems immediately, fixed the problems at NO CHARGE. The sales people are knowledgeable and NOT high pressure. Always feel comfortable dealing with them. Have recommended them to several friends and family members. All that have purchased from them have had very positive experiences. EAG is a good, solid family owned small business that takes care of their customers. The business of used cars is not the world of perfection, so you better be working with people who are honest. These people are very honest.

I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from this dealer. When I called originally, they instantly explained the water damage to me and put my mind at ease by telling me the specific components that were replaced/repaired. Shortly thereafter, I test drove the vehicle with no problems and purchased the vehicle. It is a very low pressure, comfortable environment with amazing customer service. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle! Please give them a call if interested! Especially if you are skeptical of the water damage.

I flew in to buy my car and drive it back home. I had called the day before to discuss the condition and possibly make an offer. The salesperson (Capri) told me all about the car and then made me a great deal, so I put a deposit on it over the phone. The next day I flew in and they (Matt) picked me up right on time at the airport with the car and I test drove it back to the dealership (Matt is from their service department and was very knowledgeable). The car was very clean and exactly as they described it with no disappointments, so I proceeded with the purchase. All of the paperwork was done perfectly (which made things very easy back home at the licence bureau). It came with a 30 day warranty and a full tank of gas. It was 600 miles to get back home and the car performed flawlessly and I love it. Thank you Capri, Matt, Joe and Bob for a great overall experience.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought an Audi A6 from them 12 months ago. The BIG troubles started within 3 months. I called to complain and they did not want to deal with it, basically it was "already 3 months," that the only thing they could do would possibly trade it in for the 2 cars they had on the lot worth 3,000 less than I paid for the Audi both with hail damage. This was unacceptable. So with it's "salvaged title" no other dealer wanted to touch it as a trade. Within a year we replaced the timing belt, (an $1,900 job) water pump, coolant reservoir, valve cover gaskets, oil pan, exhaust pipe, brake light switch, oil pressure switch, new brakes/rotors and tires (which is acceptable) and now the transmission (which they assured me with its report that it was replaced the year before) It is now pouring transmission fluid. It has been a money bleeding nightmare. Rock told us this car was "solid" when purchased and gave us the assurance everything has been fixed and replaced by them and its a great deal. Honestly this site is stacked with fake reviews as I found out too late. Visit other sites that show you the real and honest reviews of this sham of a business. They cut their tie to us as soon as we drove off the lot.

I bought a flood titled 2009 Hyundai Sonata in Dec of 2008. They were very upfront about the title and the cost. They explained their process of repairing and experience with these types of titles and offer extended warranties since the manufacturer one was void. Great price and almost 200K miles later I am still driving happy as can be.

I walked in, no one acknowledged my existence. Went up to the guy who was sitting there not even doing work. Talked about what I'm looking for and then shouted my personal credit situation from across the room to another employee for other people to hear. Pretty much dismissed me until I mentioned cash, then his attitude changed. I walked right out the door. I will never do business with them and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Rock and Mike showed unprecedented ethics in getting my car repaired. Although they made my purchase of a 2012 Volvo efficient and pleasant (expected), the real test of ethics came when I had to have some warranty work performed. As soon as I reported the issue to them, they immediately took responsibility and got the work done quickly and properly with absolutely no cost to me. The company's facilities proved to own up to it's modern and professional image as well. I'd recommend Executive Auto Gallery to anyone in the market for a great used car.

Mike and Rock (of Executive Auto Gallery) are two uncommon businessmen with old school ethics. Aside from making the purchase of my used 2012 Volvo pleasant and easy, they immediately stood up and accepted responsibility for some warranty work afterward. It was a pleasant surprise to receive such great customer service after the sale. Executive is a great source for special used cars. Although the company's facilities show obvious modern attention to ever changing technology, the company never lost its old school ethics. Thank you Executive.

They had a Cadillac SRX listed for 15k and being in Florida I was skeptical to drive up there after seeing all the negative reviews on these guys but then I spent some time reading the reviews and noticed that most of the the neg ones were because they wouldn't sell a specific car to a person because it was sold before they got to the dealership. After being to the dealership personally and meeting and working with these guys I can tell you that I can understand how you can want a car they have and not get there in time to buy it. In the few hours I was there Mike (My sales agent) sold 5 other cars. These guys arn't sitting around for customers to walk up they are hustling to sell cars (Makes sense because it's their business) I have had my SRX from them for about 6 months. It was better in person then how they had it listed online or described over the phone and they made the whole process simple and painless (Other then the 15k for the car)Thanks Mike!

They have a wonderful showroom and tons of hail salvaged vehicles which are fixable and lots with low mileage. The only thing they didn't tell us is that the cars are R titled and they wanted to trade us for a 2010 vehicle with low mileage in excellent condition even up. We were to pay extra for warranties etc.

Lists salvage vehicles without disclosing as such, up front - leaves it up to the shopper to have to figure it out. Case in point - $100K Ferrari they are trying to sell that is probably worth around $65K on a salvage title, VIN ZFFEW59A350143174 (google it yourself and you will see...) Stay away from these people.

I bought a Audi Quatro Wagon at Executive Auto Gallery,4825 Lehigh Drive, Walnutport, PA 18088 in October, 2013. We stopped at their dealership 5 or 6 times before this car came in and we always felt welcomed no matter what. The staff could only described as true gentlemen, good for their word. Please note that the third party e-mail service is not reliable, they never received my e-mails, I cannot imagine how many customers they must have lost because of that service, so call if you want a response and ignore the negative reviews below about the non returned e-mails, it is the server. We did not know the car only had one key , and they were gracious enough to get us a second key made for us. There was a noise in the brakes a week after I bought the car and no problem, they gave me a loaner car so we could drive to Newark Airport , park, fly , and by the time we returned, the car was fixed and the brakes were perfect. I was never made to feel like a burden for any problems or questions, they always seemed happy to fix any problems. I think very highly of Executive Auto Gallery,4825 Lehigh Dr. in Walnutport,PA becuase I can trust them, I feel like my business is valued, and I feel like they want me to be happy with them and the car I bought. I don't know about anyone else, but this is how I like to do business.

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and have been pleased with the attention and the service - not to mention building a great relationship with the owners and employees. Two recent situations come to mind. 1) I was the victim of a hit and run and rear bumper on my Lexus LS430 was damaged. After the insurance company made their award based upon a quote from another dealer. Executive did the job for $400 less. Quality perfect, paint match perfect. 2) The second situation was mindblowing: My passenger side mirror was damaged in a parking lot and the insurance company refused coverage. Lexus of the Lehigh Valley assured me it was not salvageable, definitely needed replacement and wanted '$580 installed' to replace the mirror. Pete at Executive said, "What do you have to lose; we'll take a look at it. Bring it on up." When I got there Bob and Pete both tried their hand (personally) at reseating the mirror assembly. Then Joe came along and they all suggested, "What the xxxx, let's have the body shop look at it." Joe drove the car to the body shop adjacent the dealership and within about 15 minutes returned the car with the mirror in place, fully functioning directional power, good as new. They refused to accept any money for the repair, mentioned that someone in the body shop was able to fashion and fit clips that had been damaged, and that they were happy they could be of service. I was stunned. They saved me $600, pretty much tailor-made the repair and with no fanfare whatsoever said there was no charge. Far as I'm concerned these guys walk on water.

I have dealt with E.A.G. for the past 25 yrs & bought 24 cars from them. The sales staff is always courteous, professional & knowledgeable, and their technical staff has never met a problem, that they couldn't diagnose and repair. Over the years, I've had very few problems, and these were addressed in a timely matter; sometimes, even after the warranty had expired. This is definitely a quality organization, who go the extra mile for their customers . They specialize in repairing water-damaged cars, and I would definitely rank them as the "servpro" of used car dealers- "like it never happened"

I really think that some of the negative reviews are left by people that really don't pay attention to what they are told by the dealer. When I called on a vehicle they had advertised, the first thing the salesman told me is that the vehicle was water damaged, but they had replaced the electronic modules and any other parts affected by the water. Check them out, they have been doing this for over 33 years with very few vehicle complaints.

My husband and I purchased a 2nd car from EAG on recommendation from family members. We were not disappointed. Yes, we had to wait a short amount of time until we were waited on. Yes, it took a little bit of time to get some information on the cars we were interested in. Yes, it took some time to close the deal. However, since my husband and I are not under the illusion that the world revolves around us and we understand how sales and retail works . . . every bit of time it took to drive away in our vehicle was worth it. We have had to take it back for a few minor repairs and every time we were greeted with kindness, courtesy and respect. One should always do their research on any dealership before making a purchase. There is nothing hidden about where these cars come from. We look forward to the next time we are in the market for another vehicle . . . EAG will be our first stop.

Our family has now bought two used cars from Executive Auto Gallery and we have friends who have bought multiple cars there. We are thrilled with the way we were treated and the cars we bought. They stand behind the cars they sell, and according to our friends...one who bought 5 cars there...and one whose extended family bought more vehicles that that...there has NEVER been an instance where they were not very pleased with the service provided...both during the sale and for years afterwards. I know that we will, in the future, return to EAG when we are ready to purchase that next vehicle.

Myself and my family have been buying cars from EAG for the past 12 years. I can honestly say that we have not had any of the problems that others describe in the other reviews. Yes, the cars are flood or water damaged, which they are very upfront about. However, EAG has been in the business of purchasing these types of cars for a long time and know what is quality merchandise. Do you honestly think they would be in business this long if they were selling lemons! Reputation is everything when selling cars. We have had very positive experiences with the cars purchased, as a matter of fact, our family is currently driving 5 cars purchased from EAG and our friend just purchased one last week. Will definetley buy again!

If you plan on purchasing a vehicle from these guys please be sure to do your homework. Majority of their vehicles are flood loss/salvage vehicles that were declared a complete loss. A quick search of the VIN on a government website reveals this. They don't show you the carfax as they want to get you into the dealership first.Just be really careful when dealing with this dealership

If you are going to sell MOSTLY flood and salvage title vehicles.. have the honesty and respect to list that in your posting. Do not make people call first and then have that explained to them. It's a waste of your time and theirs. If you want to sell these second tier vehicles that's great, but at least be clear about their condition in the advertisement. Thanks for wasting my time with these shady business practices.

All there cars are within a few hundred dollars fo a car that was not toalled by an insurance compay of a normal car. You cannot finance thier cars as they ALL have SALVAGE and WATER DAMAGE ON THE TILES- "R or "W". BEWARe of this outfit as you have to ASK it has a clean title which I was told yes then to find out when financing it that it had a "W" and the bank wouldnt give me a loan on it becuase they said its a junkyard car that the insurance company had totalled and they fixed it. Just BEWARE- its YOUR money and for the price you can go and buy a car that has no "R" or "W" and get the value you desire and what your paying for.

I have puchased a total of four (4) vehicles form these guys. Thus far I have encountered only minor problems with any of the vehicles purchased. Even when not covered by warranty they addressed the issues and pretty much "jumped right on the problem" and to date they have also corrected the issues whiich in my my case were at no charge. I have saved an immense amount of my money by purchaseing through them. Very friendly and fair but I am also realistic about what I expect in a trade situation. I would highly recommend especially if you do a true comparison of what you are getting for your hard earned money. I think they are great and also my very temperamental and fussy wife will not eaisly allow me to make a purchase elsewhere as she loves these guys and that is really saying soemthing for her to be so positive. Drove many miles out of my area to look at a car, got the keys, could not drive it because there was no gas in it. I liked the vehicle and told Pete I would be back in two days to drive it. Pete called me back the next day and gave me a price on my trade-in, said he would leave the information and the particulars on the deal we agreed to, so that if he was not there when I came back, his co-workers/family members would be aware of everything and there would not be a problem. When I went back, two other "family members" were there and when I explained my dealing with Pete, they went on for a half hour degrading my vehicle, stating that it was probably salvage, R titled, at one point he was comparing it to an ATV??. They also degraded Pete (their uncle) laughing and stating that was typical of him and he made a mistake and there was no way they were going to abide by what Pete stated. They also said they could not find the information that he left for them and could not reach him on the phone. I told them to check the carfax on my vehicle. At first they were hesitant and when they did get the carfax report that came back certified/clean, they then proceeded to degrade carfax and said they were nothing but a joke!I have bought, sold and traded in many vehicles in my life and I have never experienced anything like this. These two guys had as little class as anyone I have ever encountered and acted in a completely unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was trying to call this dealership this morning and they were having a problem with there phone system. I finally emailed them explaining that I was trying to get through and to please give me a number I could use. I included my cell number on the email as well. At 11:38 I did get through and talked to Pete about the vehicle. I asked if it was still available and he sais it was. I also asked if he had a car fax on this vehicle which he ran for me at this time. I told him my son got off work at 3:30 and we would be coming down which would be around 4:45 because of the distance to travel. He said no problem he will be there. We even negotiated a price so I could bring the money as well. After picking my son up after work we drove the distance to meet with Pete to purchase the vehicle. We walked into the dealership and asked for Pete that he was expecting us in reference to the vehicle. Pete was with customers at the time and looked up and said oh, "we sold that this afternoon!" Than adds insult to injury and says I have a Honda that was just traded if you want to look at that while your here, followed by his two other associates trying to push other vehicles that were available. I can't believe the work ethics displayed here. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! I see where the old saying comes from "acting like a used car salesman".
