I wanted to leave a quick review. I met with Kenneth a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to lease a vehicle. He showed me the Jeep Cherokee (which I was there for) and the Nissan Rogue. I was leaving town the following day but took his number to reach out when I returned. I visited a few other dealerships when I returned and got an offer that I communicated to Kenneth to find out if he could beat it. He told me it was a good deal and I should take it, which I did. I was very impressed with Kenneth because he was honest with me and didn't beat around the bush. Anyone would be lucky to do business with him!

I have always wanted a jeep and on a Monday night I decided to go look at one! My family and I were familiar with Executive since my cousin and brother had both bought jeeps from them. I had an awful experience with my last buying car experience and right away I knew this one was going to be different. I wasn't pushed to buy anything but made to feel accommodated. Our sales man, Timothy Velez, was extremely helpful. He listened to all my wants and went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted. I got to walk away with a brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee! He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easier. He even has checked up on me and asked if I had any questions about the vehicle. I didn't feel like I was just another sale but a valued customer. So thank you executive Jeep for a great experience.

I bought a car from this dealer as Executive Nissan was offering free Lifetime oil change. It was dealer offer and was not offered by Nissan.Today I came for my free oil change and service advisor Jason told me dealership discontinued the offer.. I asked him I was not informed. And he said it is Nissan decision.. I said I was offered by Executive it was not from Nissan .. Then he said Executive has made that decision..At last I end up paying 35 bucks.. ( I still don't understand the meaning of their lifetime!!!)They will offer you bells n whistle when they want to sell a car but that will change any time without notice..Stay away from them and don't believe in any offers offered by them during sales.. It will change anytime after the sale is done..

Im not good at these kind of things but felt the NEED to share my beyond amazing experience. I came in looking for a bigger vehicle that was safe, reliable, and most importantly could tow my horse. After a horse back riding accident a few years ago, I needed something that was comfortable and safe on the road, and being a girl, obviously stylish. Luckily I met Lauren, a young, savvy sales associate, and together we narrowed my search down to basically the best car in the show room (not surprising at all). With a budget in mind, Lauren and Steve the financing guru, helped me get my payments down to my comfort level and gave me exactly what I was looking for for my trade in (Lexus IS sport). I walked out that night with my keys and new car and went straight to the barn. I never thought I'd get rid of my Lexus since it was my dream car, but I handed those keys over so fast and walked away easily.When people say hassle free, no gimmicks, I never believe them, and even to me I still can't believe it, BUT its true at this dealership....they truly made buying this car as quick, easy, and fun as possible (even playing my favorite songs during the process). If you are looking for a jeep or nissan, you would be foolish not to come here first....trust me HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

I write this review after not to slander this dealership but to shed light on how they do business. I leased a 2014 Nissan Altima after it was determined that my 2004 Nissan Maxima was in need of very expensive repairs. The sales person that I worked with was very helpful and was able to get me in to a car with the payment that I was comfortable with. My issues with this dealership came after I returned to inquire about buying out my lease. I wanted to purchase the car outright since I had to move unexpectedly and i was sure to go over the mileage allowance. Instead of assisting me in financing the car, the new sales person and Manager (Phil and Frank) tried to get me into a new car. I repeatedly explained to them that I am not interested in leasing a new car and just wanted to purchase my current lease. Since I turned down their offer for a new car, they have completely ignored me. I have called many times and left messages for both gentlemen. I have also visited the dealership twice to speak with either and they refuse to speak with me. Instead of coming out of their offices to talk to me, they send other sales people to tell me that they are on lunch and on vacation.I have referred several friends to this dealership based on the initial service that i received and this is why I am completely disgusted in the way I am being treated because I do not want to buy a brand new car.

Words simply cannot express the level of incompetency in every department in this dealership. I came here on a Sunday afternoon looking to trade in a Jeep and get into a more fuel-efficient vehicle. I told the salesperson I wanted a used Grand Cherokee and the first thing out of his mouth was how awful of a vehicle they are, "except the new 2016 ones." We then walked over the selection of used GChs and I asked which was the cheapest. I was told "I don't know." So I pointed to each GC on the lot and asked its price; each time I was told by the salesperson "I don't know." In order to not snap at this salesperson for having zero understanding of his job description (I don't think I'm asking too much for a salesperson to know the price of the cars he sells), I pulled out my cell phone and looked up the prices of all the used GCs on Executive's website. I picked out my top contender, and we took it for a test drive. While waiting for the manager to price my trade-in, I noticed a used Mercedes on the lot, and asked the salesperson how much it was; I'll let you guess what his response was. Once again I pulled up Executive's website, and saw that the Mercedes was listed for much below its FMV and asked to take that one for a test drive. The Mercedes was immaculate, and so I asked to crunch the numbers for that car.Once I got the price back for my trade-in, I signed a contract to purchase the Mercedes and left a $5,000 deposit. Since it was a Sunday, we couldn't close the deal that day. I was promised by the salesperson I would get a call Monday morning from the finance manager to schedule a date to pick up the car.Well, on Monday at 5:30PM, I had heard nothing from the dealership, so I called and asked to speak to the finance manager. I was told he was "busy with clients." I asked that he call me back that night, as I needed to pick up the car by Wednesday. Around 8:00PM, I received a call from the salesperson letting me know that the finance manager was still "busy," but that he would call me first thing Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon rolls around, and unsurprisingly the finance manager never called me (I should add that I brought in my own financing, so obviously the finance manager wanted nothing to do with me, since he wouldn't be getting his commission from running my credit 10 times to get financing through one of his banks). Once again I called the dealership asking to speak to the finance manager, and I received his voicemail. It's rather inexcusable that he couldn't take 5 minutes within 48 hours to call a customer who left a $5,000 deposit on a car. Finally, around 1:00PM, a sales manager called me to ask me all the questions in which I already provided the salesperson, so that he could start the process for us to pick up the car that night. An hour later I called him back to tell him that my husband couldn't find the registration to the trade-in car, and to make sure we could still pick up the car without the registration. Obviously I never received a call back.When I went to go pick up the Mercedes, after leaving work early and sitting around for an hour, the finance department realized there was an issue with the title to my trade-in vehicle (which they would have known about before I wasted my time and their time that night had they called me back when I said I couldn't find the registration), and that they couldn't do the sale.All the while, the GM is just sitting in the back office, despite being fully aware that I was fed up with the deplorable customer service and knowing that his finance department was having issues closing the sale; naturally he didn't even come introduce himself, because he must be fully aware that his entire dealership is a joke.I finally asked for my deposit back, because if their sales department and finance department is this unprofessional when I'm trying to give them money, I can only imagine what they would treat me like when something on a car I bought from there broke down. My calls and emails were completely ignored. So I showed up the dealership to ask for my deposit back. I was greeted by an eye roll from the salesperson and was told I would "eventually" get my deposit back. I refused to leave until he put it down in writing that my $5,000 would be refunded. I watched him write down the request along with my credit card number and give it to the back office. Two days later I get a call from the dealership letting me know that once I provide my credit card number, it can refund my deposit. Sadly, I was not shocked by this call, considering not one single person did anything: (1) the proper way; and (2) when I was told it would be done.Do yourself a favor and drive to Branhaven in Branford to avoid unprofessional, incompetent service and to save yourself the headache. I will NEVER step foot at this dealership again, even if it offered to give me a car for free.

Early January I went to executive Nissan to shop for a pre-owned car. A 2014 nissan versa note SL in excellent condition with low mileage (4,640) was my vehicle of choice. The price was $14.989 at this time. I was ready to purchase the vehicle cash but was informed that I would have to change my out of state drivers license before I would be able to purchase the car. The process at the DMV took 10days. Having obtained my drivers license I drove back to the dealer, who informed me that the vehicle would be still available. Arriving there the sales person I dealt with found the car in the shop. The back end was taken apart and several scratches deep into the metal on the roof and at the back driver side door were visible. The sales person told me that those scratches had been there when we previously test drove the vehicle, which definitely had been not the case. 4 weeks later I was informed that during the time between test drive and 10 days later some employee at the dealership drove through a closing garage door and broke the antenna and caused the damage to roof, trunk door and side door. The car would have been back from the body shop and should be ready for purchase again. After driving again 40 miles to this dealership I found the vehicle with a new antenna, but with all scratches uncared for. Corrosion was setting in and the price had been lowered to $14000. I questioned Gary (one of their managers) what was going on with the vehicle. I wanted to know, if the vehicle gets fixed or if they intend to sell the vehicle as is? He just said I should wait for his sales person I was dealing with to clarify the situation. The sales person said the fix would cost around $800 at a body shop and offered I could buy the vehicle for $13000 or the fix it up and buy it for $14000. No compensation for the trouble to come out to a damaged vehicle. To finish the struggle I offered to take the vehicle as is for the $13000, if they throw in a set of winter tires. They counter offered with $13000 and two winter tires as the vehicle is a front wheel drive. After that I walked and feel good about my decision as this dealership seemed to lack totally of customer service. Also a lack of honesty seems missing in regard to clarifying how the damage had been done and reporting it to carfax, which still shows a clean record.

I purchased a used Nissan Altima several years ago at Executive Nissan and had a great experience and loved the vehicle. The service department and staff were always a pleasure to deal with. I purchased another Altima elsewhere last year, but have had it serviced at Executive due to their spot on customer service.Recently I came in to see a new NissanJuke that was advertised on their web site. I dealt with Rich D'Andrea and also Rafael Zablan. They tried their best but I did not make a deal on that day. Several days later, after doing some research, I came to the conclusion that Rich was offering me a good deal. I contacted Rich and we discussed my offer. We then made a deal but the Juke I had wanted was sold due to the low price and my procrastination. Rich, being a great salesman, told me he would find me the exact Juke at our discussed deal. True to his word he shortly found me the identical vehicle. I then dealt with Jesse Brissette, in finance, and found him to be very personable and easy to work with. Overall this was a very pleasurable car buying experience. The staff that I dealt with, especially Rich and Jesse, were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I am planning on purchasing another Nissan in 2015 and will certainly be coming back to see Rich and do that at Executive Nissan.

The buying experience at Executive Jeep Nissan was, dare I say it, pleasurable. I never thought I would say that about a car purchase. Ralph Pomeroy , my salesman was great. Patient, informative and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. And on top of that, I think I got a great deal. They throw in free oil changes and car washes for the life of the car, and it doesn't get sweeter than that. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. A few months ago I began looking for a used Jeep Wrangler that was only a few years old. Finding one in my price range with what I wanted in a Wrangler was proving to be a very difficult task. I was starting to think that I was never going to find one but I decided to try going to my local dealer, Executive Jeep Nissan, and talking with a salesperson. The first person to greet me with a smile as I walked in the door was Carol. She was absolutely excellent to work with and did everything she could to get me in the Wrangler that I wanted. I never would have thought that I would be driving a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I felt so comfortable talking with all of the sales team members here and they were all willing to do anything it took to make me feel comfortable with my decision. Carol introduced me to Dave who was very helpful with the build and design process of my new Wrangler. Once the order was in I was very anxious and they had patience with me throughout the entire process even when I showed up unexpectedly to see what the status was. What an amazing experience!!! This is the first time I have ever purchased a brand new car. First and foremost I want to thank my salesperson, Carol. I highly suggest that you go see her if you are even contemplating purchasing a new Jeep. She was patient, sweet, knowledgeable and hard working. She made it happen buying my dream SUV,a 2014 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk! At one point Carol was busy and another salesperson by the name of Rich came on a test drive with me and he was so cool I felt like we were friends haha. I'm still in disbelief. I also have to give the sales manager Dave a shout out to making it happen for me! Then comes the dreaded part of signing all the paperwork with the finance person. Well guess what.....that went smooth too! Jesse, the finance director, had me in and out of there in 5 minutes! He was professional and once again I was shocked to not be stressed out. In the end Carol and I took a beautiful picture in front of my new Trailhawk and Donnie, another amazing employee of Executive Jeep snapped that pic for us. Executive Jeep in North Haven have definitely just gained a customer for life. If it seems like this is a fabricated review believe me its not. I don't have one negative comment to make. I own a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Recently the airbag light came on. As this was a safety issue I thought I should have it looked at as soon as possible. I called Executive Jeep Service Department and asked for an appointment as I would be waiting for the repair. I was given an appointment the next day first thing in the morning.As I did not purchase the vehicle there I did not know what to expect.Upon arrival A gentleman greeted me and took the Jeep into the service area and directed me to a service advisor - Jason Meyer. he was very friendly and explained there was a recall on the Active Head Restraint system and this may have been the problem. I was also informed if it was anything further the time involved would be two hours as this was a safety issue and the whole system would need to checked. I was directed to the customer service area. About twenty minutes went by and Jason came out and informed me that although they had done the recall the issue was a module and would have to be replaced and the system fully checked out. They had the unit it stock and would get right on it.While waiting I noticed how clean both the service area itself was as well as the dealership as a whole. Within a hour Jason came our and informed me the vehicle was repaired;safety checked and looked over for any other issues. Fix right the first time and quicker than I thought. There is no doubt in my mind this is a First Class operation and will be my choice in the future for service and sales.I would recommend Executive Jeep in North Haven to anyone.

This was my first time buying a new car and I was very uneasy about the whole experience. I had only gone to one other place and needless to say it was a horrible experience. I wasn't expecting much when I walked in to this place, but was blown away by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I worked with Brian Jacob and he was beyond what I expected. Kept waiting for two hours without being given a price for the Rogue we wanted. Required my car registration and later my car key to assess its trade-in value. As we went to leave because we were tired of waiting, we realized they kept our key.I believe this was part of their keep them waiting scheme. As i was walking out the door, we were finally given a price, but we kept walking.If we had that price 90 minutes earlier, it would have been a sale.Frank seemed to be a nice guy. He was new at the job. I don't want this to harm him. But he was learnig the business, the cars but, unfortunately,learning their system.

We were shopping for a used Nissan Altima for our 17 year old son and wanted to purchase it from a dealership so we could feel comfortable knowing the car was safe and in perfect working condition. We had previously purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Executive Jeep Nissan and it was a very pleasurable experience and we purchased our vehicle at a great price. Therefore, Executive was the only dealership we considered when searching for our used vehicle. Our salesman, David Izaguirre was very polite, not pushy and was very patient in showing and allowing us to drive both a new and used Nissan Altima. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars that the dealership sold and fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of buying new verses used. At the end of our visit, we told David that we would need a little time to decide between buying new or used and he was very understanding and did not press us for a decision. After we made our decision we contacted David and he immediately started the necessary paperwork so we could pick up the vehicle as soon as possible. On the day we picked our vehicle up, we also met with David the Finance manager who was also very pleasant to work with and fully explained all of our financing options as well as the benefits we were receiving by purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. The whole experience was very pleasurable and professional. There is no question that my next vehicle will be purchased from Executive Jeep Nissan in North Haven, CT and David Izaguirre will be the salesperson that I contact. I have complete trust in him as well as the entire staff at Executive. I will recommend this dealership highly to anyone I know who is interested in buying a new or used vehicle. I recently purchased a new Nissan Versa from Executive, and though I typically refrain from writing reviews, my experience was such that I felt compelled to due so this time! I had done my homework and knew exactly what I was looking for, and Executive, (salesperson Craig Amaro in particular) accommodated me completely. I had an appointment at 10:00 on a Saturday morning, and by about 1:00 I was driving away in my new car. This would not have been possible if Nissan had not decided to produce a quality basic car, if Executive had not chosen to stock a base model, or if the sales staff had not been so organized and efficient. I greatly appreciated the fact that no one tried to talk me into options that I didn't want. They were savvy enough to respect my wishes, both in terms of the car I wanted and the time I hoped to spend completing the process, and I was thoroughly impressed!

I bought a 2013 Altima from Craig about a week ago. And even though there were no rebates or discounts from Nissan Craig and Carlos were able to make it fit into my budget. I love my new car, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The application process was easy, and the payment and finance rate I was quoted by the General Sales Manager was accurate. No games, no gimmicks. Just a great price. The delivery went smoothly. My salesman Don was very knowledgeable, and took his time going over the vehicle with me. Jeff in the finance department presented me with some great insurance and warranty options without being pushy. The entire delivery process took less than 1 hour. We went into the dealership today for an oil change. ( we always travel to Executive to treat our vehicles.) The man helping us (can't remember his name, but he's a big Giants fan) was so nice and helpful. We were going to wait in the lounge, but decided to talk to Don in the showroom since he sold us our Rogue, which we love, but we are out growing it. We found Don, and told him our needs. We left there with a new Pathfinder. Don was so helpful to meet our needs and help us with decisions. He is so kind and patient. We also had our 17 month old daughter. Needless to say, she was running around like a maniac. But, the kid room has plenty to play with. One salesman stopped and gave her a balloon.Everyone from the guys in the service department to the nice young man who washed my car, and Don who sold us the vehicle, thank you. You all made the tedious car buying experience so easy.

Upon entering the dealership I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and handshake. I was undecided on the type of vehicle. After the salesperson spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the different models we decided on a Nissan Rogue to test drive. I thought the Rogue was perfect for me. He also took the time and showed me the facility and explained how the service dept works. We negotiated the price of the Rogue and settled at what I thought was a very good price. From the minute I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly smile, and Stephanie took the time to listen to me and find out exactly what I wanted. She even took me out back to look at the color choices when I thought I was sold on silver until I saw the eggplant color!!! We walked through the service department, I have never seen a department so clean. The managers were very fair and we worked out an awesome deal. I resently came to Executive Nissan because a co worker of mine purchased a car there and recomended that i go there and talk to a salesman named Craig Amaro. He had no idea who I was or had never met me before we sat down and began discussing my wants and needs in a new car. He listened to every word I had to say and we landed on the Nissan Murano. After driving the car for the first time I knew that we picked a great car. I took my new Murano home the very next day. I worked with Kyle on the sale end and he was courteous,friendly and did not push me to make a decision like so many other sales men do. He always responded with an informed and correct answer to every one of my questions.I was then intorduced to Jeff who did all my financing. He was such a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated an understanding of exactly what I was looking for and his knowledge about the protection options blew me away. Class act!! What a great experience! After a bad experience with another dealership in the area I came into Executive and was shocked at how fun and easy the whole process was! I was quickly greeted by Marykate, who really listened to me and helped me find the perfect car for me. There was no back and forth there- the manager Carlos came right out and spoke with me when I had questions. I left that day with a brand new car and am still as excited as I was the day I first pulled away in it. I definitely recommend marykate for friendly, no pressure, above and beyond customer service.

The incredible customer service and welcoming attitude from the entire dealership was certainly a unique and delightful experience. I was interested for a vehicle I saw on their website and I inquired about info about the car as well as availability of the car. The next day I received email saying the car was available. Two hours later I received an email saying the car was now under deposit. I called David Jones back at his request and he verified his email that the car I was interested in was in fact under deposit-he told me the car was in finance and had been for two days and it was possible the car may become available. He told me he may know that evening and that he would call me to let me know the status. I waited and waited and waited for a call hoping that the car might become available. I waited all night and never received a call telling me the car was sold or available. The next day I emailed David jones asking about the car and asking if he could look at his inventory to see if there was any other cars in their network the same as the one I was interested in or others I may be interested in. I received an email response after some time that read the car was going home that day with the new owner. Nothing else !!!!! No comment or info regarding checking his inventory or anything. Guess My interest in buying a vehicle was not important to him! I'm so glad now the car was sold because I went to Branch Toyota and I am now driving the car I wanted at a better price - Everyone I dealt with at Branch was Awesome-!!!!!!!!! Thank You! I have been trying to cancel an added on contract for 4 months. Every time I call I am directed to someone's voicemail. I have filed, in person and through fax several times, paperwork to cancel the contract. The company has yet to receive my cancellation notice and each time I call to ask why it hasn't been submitted, they have no recollection of the papers I had previously filled out. I was completely taken advantage of when I first bought my car. The man who I signed all my paperwork with rushed me, stating he "wanted to leave at 3". This dealership is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had transactions with and I will never buy from them again. I will make sure everyone I know does not come to this dealership either.

Had a very negative experience with this dealership. After we'd agreed on a deal and a price for a vehicle, we signed a contract. When we went to sign the final paperwork we learned that they altered the original contract AFTER we'd already signed it - by changing the deal and increasing the price. Even worse was that when we questioned the discrepancy they refused to take responsibility for the 'mistake' and would not honor the price that was originally negotiated. In addition, the manager was disrespectful, implying that we were ill-intentioned, and trying to take advantage of them by insisting they honor the original deal. In the end, we walked out. Despite a phone call a few minutes later offering a half-hearted apology and conceding to the original deal, we declined. We do not want this kind of an operation to be supported by our money, and will take our business elsewhere.

Sales rep very personal - gave me test ride - back at showroom I asked that he not waste my time or his, but to give me his best price. The sales/financial manager comes strutting out the back with a proposal of $100.00 below sticker price. I asked if that was the best price He then asked me what I was paying for my current car I said it doesnt matter because we are not talking about that car I stood up to leave and he asked me what I wanted from him and he told me to sit down as if I were a dog I walked out of the dealership - after a half hour or so he emailed me a price that was in the ballpark he should have given me in person - The deal was tainted and I continued to negotiate with a dealership that had the same product but where I was treated respectfully.

They are nice to you when you first come in, but if they don't have what you are looking for they will never give you your money back. I wanted a specific Wrangler and they said they could get it. we negotiated and I left them a large deposit. They couldn't find it and I asked for my money back. They told me no. "We spent a lot of money trying to find the car." I would stay away from all Executive stores in CT. I can say they are all just as bad. Crooks is a good word here.

I bought a used car (May 05) from Executive Jeep and it had a 60 day 3,000 mile warranty. I had problems right away,and called them and they looked at the car and told me it was nothing. But now when my transmission goes in Jan. 06 they claim i never had the car in before December. I had a belt replaced in June (so they said at the time) - shorthly after I bought the car that they said was a recall belt. But now service says that never happened!!! Why would I lie about that? I brought the car in 2 more times complaining about squeaky breaks and some weird sounds in the transmission. Also the seat handle was broken. I have the old handle that was fixed!!! But they claim they never did the work.I made a mistake of trusting Ecxectutive Jeep and never remember getting a receipt when they fixed the first problem. The fact that they claim I never showed my car until December 05 is very suspect. Even the sales person who sold me the car remembers me coming back "2-3 times". Lesson learned!! But $3,000 out of my pocket and counting!!! Get everything in writing and STAY AWAY FROM EXECUTIVE JEEP. Just the fact that they claim I was never there until December makes me think something is very very fishy with what is happening to my car. The Jeep from Executive Jeep only has 40,000 miles and the transmission needs to be replaced and I'm taking the car to my old mechanic, but I'm betting the brakes are bad too. I think Executive Jeep in North Haven is a bunch of crooks! And I hope one day some one catches them in their tricks!Patrick
