I drove 1hr and 40 min to look at the rav4 there. I got a negative experience right from the start, but thats would be a long story. I took the rav4 for test drive and found there is a lot of squeaky and vibration coming from the back, humming sound coming from the front wheel hubs. When I looked around, I found engine gasket was leaking, the brake pad and rotors needs to be changed in near future. I am not a mechanic by profession but as a hobby I do lot work on cars including some engine works. So I knew what I was talking about.When I negotiating price with Terry, he sounded very defensive. I didn't think his offer was good. So I started give him reasons why I wasn't happy with his offer. Started with wheel hub and brake then he rudely interrupted me, saying there is nothing wrong with car. and then he kept talking over me, repeating there is nothing wrong with the car. As a customer, I came there to inspect, negotiate, and possible purchase a vehicle, Not to argue with a salesman in a childish manner. Since he won't let me make my point, I didn't see any reason to keep talking with him. Customers will try to get best deal as they can and if customer find flaws in your product they will use it to negotiate, ignorantly denying the problem doesn't help you with sales. This is my experience with one salesmen, 'Terry "Big T" Johannes.' I do not speak of other salesmen or the owner, of this establishment, as I haven't talked with them.

Buyer beware. ...No Carfax on any cars or trucks. ...bought a car....a month later the transmission went out. AVOID!

Love my Bonneville. I was looking for a car for a month, went to the big dealers, small dealers and private parties and ran across Extreme auto. Talked to Don about the car and he described the car to me. I drove the 65 miles and it was exactly what he said and was very happy. No high pressure sales pitch, beautiful car, reasonably priced and friendly. They do stand behind their cars no questions and no hassle. The only thing I regret is not finding them sooner. I will be back to buy again. Thanks Don and Jeff !!!

Was having trouble buying a car. went to extreme auto in Wautoma and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they great for the service but they gave me a great deal. And still to this day haven't had to stick a penny into it!! highly recommend these guys for anything you're looking for.
