The staff at Fairfield Hyundai did an excellent job making my car buying experience a pleasant one. They were very helpful and knowledgeable they knew I was ready to buy a car and focused one making the deal that was best for me. The salesman at Fairfield, Alec Dewar, was very nice. It was just a short time from when we arrived at the dealership that we were going home with our new hyundai. He was very polite and made me feel comfortable and not rushed to do everything. The showroom was also very clean and bright and that made the whole experience more enjoyable. As with all purchases, it's buyer beware. Do your homework. This dealership has some very nice employees. But that doesn't mean you should trust them to do everything in your interest. They are in business to make money, not make you happy. They will try to do both but you're number two. That's true of any dealership. I am very satisfied with my new car.

Fairfield Hyundai exceeded my expectations when it involved the previous LTV on my trade in. Hyundai, military rebate, 10yr/100k mile warranty, salesman who knows answers and know where to get the right answer if he was unsure. The sales manager took the extra long time to find me a loan and the best % rate i can get based on my credit. I am so amazed as to how they got me into this awesome car. With all my questions and credit and trade in, they made all the numbers understandable to me. What a great experience I had buying my very first NEW car! Than you!

My salesman took the time with me that I needed to convince myself that this was the car for me. I have always owned Fords and had plans to purchase another Ford until I stepped onto the Hyundai lot. Matt took the time to explain all of the vehicles features and also allowed me thinking time because leaving Ford was not easy for me. My experience with Fairfield Hyundai starts back in 1994 when I purchased my first new car, a Hyundai Scoupe. I loved that car but unfortunately lost it in an accident. My second vehicle was a 1996 Elantra. After that I tried a few different brand cars, but returned in 2011 with my partner to purchase a new Elantra. In 2013 we traded the Elantra in on a Veloster and I also purchased a Genesis. Just recently I traded the Genesis on a new Azera and we still have the Veloster. It's been great to see Hyundai grow into such a great brand and Fairfield Hyundai has been along for the ride. Today they have a great modern building, down-to-earth sales staff and excellent management that always make it a point to come talk and and make sure customers like me are always happy with our vehicles. The service department is also exceptions, always getting our vehicles in quickly for oil changes and any routine maintenance. Our cars have been reliable and haven't needed any warranty repair work. I highly recommend Fairfield Hyundai to anyone interested in a new vehicles. You simply can't beat the experience.
