A last minute request to my salesman allowed me to drop off my vehicle at lunch for an important oil change while I was given a loaner to return to work. After work I returned the loaner and picked up my vehicle for same day service. That kind of service will bring me back for my next vehicle.

Very friendly. When I walk into the dealership I feel like I am visiting friends. Vince always bends over backwards to answer all questions, find the best deal and never forgets me after the sale. I am a repeat customer and have referred many friends to your dealership. One has purchased 5 new vehicles in the last 6 years and they are very pleased. Vince never makes me feel stupid or like I am asking for too good of a deal. There is never any pressure and just a lot of honesty. It is so nice to walk into a dealership before and after the sale and see the same smiles. Will not buy anywhere else! Amanda is wonderful. I was given an estimate of 741.00 to get repair work done on my truck. I waited on the vehicle because I had no other transportation. I was there at 6:45 and was out at 2:00 When I went to pay for the bill the amount was much more than the quote. Amanda then seen that they added a lot more items in the repair than the quote included. I did not have the money. I had already waited on my income tax to get the repairs done. But Amanda fixed it all and I only had to pay the amount that my original quote was. Anytime that I have went into Quick Lane Amanda has been just great. You have a real asset in her as an employee.

In May 2013, I bought a new 2013 F150 EcoBoost from this dealership. My salesman was Josh Carlile. I would characterize my buying experience as friendly, smooth, fair and expeditious. I was noticing a clicking sound when i started the vehicle up and then it would go away after five or six seconds. We drove over from Tyler with no appointment made. Met with Tressia and explained our problem. She went to work immediately to resolve the problem and had our car in for service within 20 minutes. Tressia kept us updated on the progress and what the problem was. Inside of two hours we were out and on our way home. I have sometimes waited two hours for an oil change at some dealers. Vince Mullins sold me my 2012 Explorer. When I had problems with a warranty issue with Ford, Charlie went to bat for me, and the dealership went 50/50 with Ford on the repair. Last week I opted to trade in my Explorer for a gently used Mustang, and Vince made that deal so pleasant and easy. If you want a Ford, this is the dealership to choose!

I bought a used truck there and it was a good experience. The sales people, business office, and the deal were great. Here's the deal, the salesman said bring the truck back in and the first oil change is free. I went back and all of sudden my salesman (who isn't there anymore) didn't put the oil change on my deal or record. I go to the Service Desk and they remember me but they are to busy. They asked me to go next door to Quick Lube and the lady said fine, took my info, and all of a sudden she said Fairway Ford saw nothing in the records. You talk about being embarrassed. I felt everyone thought I was just trying to get a free oil change. I just left and won't be back.

Quick Lane installed a used engine in my pickup. The mechanics were very professional and changed out the engine in a timely manner. Matt Simpson kept me updated on any parts that needed to be replaced, so my pickup would perform at the best. Great Job!!!

This was the most satisfaying car experience I have ever had, I dealt with your salesman and after a short period of time I purchased the vehicle with my original offer and there was no running back and forth to other partys about the sales price. Fairway went above and beyond the type of service I am use to. I couldn't get anyone to come and change my flat and he came on his lunch time to help me. I don't know anyone else who would have done that for me. I purchased a new tire and will continue to have my oil changed there. It's good to know that you can depend on these guys. They do a super job. I am referring to Matt Simpson. He is a guy who will do whatever he takes to help his customers. I will pass the word in the community about this five plus star service.

We live in Tyler, but purchased our 2012 Ford Explorer from Fairway because of the price and the excellent treatment we received during the process from salesman Vince Mullins. We had an issue with the leather on one of the seats shortly thereafter, and that issue was resolved by Charlie the service manager fairly and promptly. Yesterday I took the car in for routine maintenance. Since I came from out of town, I was provided with a free rental car for the day. The staff was helpful with several little questions I had about the Sync system and showed me how to resolve them.

The leather on the passenger seat of my new Explorer began to peel, but Ford twice refused to replace. Charlie at Fairway went to bat for us and after repeated tries, got Ford to pay half of the cost to replace the seat. Fairway paid the other half and re-upholstered the seat for us. I bought my 2002 Explorer new from Fairway and after 141,000 miles I still love it. You can buy a car from any dealership and get pretty much the same price. The difference is in the way customers are treated at Fairway from the first day of purchase and for me through 10 years of TRUSTED and very friendly service. If it's broke they fix it if it isn't they don't. I trust Theresa, Charlie, Billy, Chuck and the rest of the the service department to keep me rolling untill I fall in love with another new vehicle that I can't live without. Just had some work done and it runs like a new one and after the cleanup they gave it, looks like a new one too!!! Of course the place is pretty much a mess right now but I bet its gona look spiffy when all the construction is done. I love Fairway Ford.

I came in for an oil and filter change and looked at tires while I was there. After pricing a few, I decided on a set to order. Although I later found out that they had been mis priced by a couple hundred dollars in my favor,they stood by there price and sold me the tires at their loss. It means alot for someone to keep their word even at their loss. They earned my return business with that example of integrity and honesty!

Trouble - engine ran rough very suddenly. I took it in immediately - diagnosis - cam bearing burned - hard to know why - my extended warrany paid for a rebuilt engine at only $50 deductible. Fairway got right on it and had my vehicle in 8 working days. A rental was paid for by my extended warranty, too. If I get my similar fuel mileage back (18 hwy), I will be very happy. Fairway even detailed my Expediton when they returned it to me. JR

Had to take my 2010 Explorer in because the air conditioner was making a horrible sound. While there, got the 60k mile checkup. They were very nice and tried to make the visit as painless as could be. Couldn't believe the compressor wasn't covered after only 2 years, but they gave me a good price for repair and the checkup. Have done business with them for years and will continue to do so. Thanks.

I droped of my 2010 F-150 to have minor things checked out and oil changed. Their service department checked the truck from front to rear and gave it a clean bill of health. They even gave me a car to drive till the next day, (uncommon now days). Overall I coudn't be satisfied wth the service at this dealership.
