Had my wife take car in for 4th recall. My wife asked an employee at the service center to look at the back tires. He informed her they were fine. After getting car back she took to get tires rotated and was told the back tires wer showing wire on inside of back tires. The tire place put on rack and tried to align and discovered not enough camber adjustment. took to another place and was told the same thing. Now car has 2 new tires and changed camber adjusters. Total $1,000.00. The car has 16,250 miles on it. Don't know if I can afford to drive Ford Escape and buy tires at this rate of mileage.

Amanda is wonderful. I was given an estimate of 741.00 to get repair work done on my truck. I waited on the vehicle because I had no other transportation. I was there at 6:45 and was out at 2:00 When I went to pay for the bill the amount was much more than the quote. Amanda then seen that they added a lot more items in the repair than the quote included. I did not have the money. I had already waited on my income tax to get the repairs done. But Amanda fixed it all and I only had to pay the amount that my original quote was. Anytime that I have went into Quick Lane Amanda has been just great. You have a real asset in her as an employee.

I was noticing a clicking sound when i started the vehicle up and then it would go away after five or six seconds. We drove over from Tyler with no appointment made. Met with Tressia and explained our problem. She went to work immediately to resolve the problem and had our car in for service within 20 minutes. Tressia kept us updated on the progress and what the problem was. Inside of two hours we were out and on our way home. I have sometimes waited two hours for an oil change at some dealers. I bought a used truck there and it was a good experience. The sales people, business office, and the deal were great. Here's the deal, the salesman said bring the truck back in and the first oil change is free. I went back and all of sudden my salesman (who isn't there anymore) didn't put the oil change on my deal or record. I go to the Service Desk and they remember me but they are to busy. They asked me to go next door to Quick Lube and the lady said fine, took my info, and all of a sudden she said Fairway Ford saw nothing in the records. You talk about being embarrassed. I felt everyone thought I was just trying to get a free oil change. I just left and won't be back.

Fairway went above and beyond the type of service I am use to. I couldn't get anyone to come and change my flat and he came on his lunch time to help me. I don't know anyone else who would have done that for me. I purchased a new tire and will continue to have my oil changed there. It's good to know that you can depend on these guys. They do a super job. I am referring to Matt Simpson. He is a guy who will do whatever he takes to help his customers. I will pass the word in the community about this five plus star service.

We live in Tyler, but purchased our 2012 Ford Explorer from Fairway because of the price and the excellent treatment we received during the process from salesman Vince Mullins. We had an issue with the leather on one of the seats shortly thereafter, and that issue was resolved by Charlie the service manager fairly and promptly. Yesterday I took the car in for routine maintenance. Since I came from out of town, I was provided with a free rental car for the day. The staff was helpful with several little questions I had about the Sync system and showed me how to resolve them.

The leather on the passenger seat of my new Explorer began to peel, but Ford twice refused to replace. Charlie at Fairway went to bat for us and after repeated tries, got Ford to pay half of the cost to replace the seat. Fairway paid the other half and re-upholstered the seat for us. I bought my 2002 Explorer new from Fairway and after 141,000 miles I still love it. You can buy a car from any dealership and get pretty much the same price. The difference is in the way customers are treated at Fairway from the first day of purchase and for me through 10 years of TRUSTED and very friendly service. If it's broke they fix it if it isn't they don't. I trust Theresa, Charlie, Billy, Chuck and the rest of the the service department to keep me rolling untill I fall in love with another new vehicle that I can't live without. Just had some work done and it runs like a new one and after the cleanup they gave it, looks like a new one too!!! Of course the place is pretty much a mess right now but I bet its gona look spiffy when all the construction is done. I love Fairway Ford.

My husband and I always use Fairway for sales and service....Yesterday was routine service which is always available at times convenient for working folks. The car wash is a definite positive. Then on the sales end Shane is the "man"...he will help in every way possible. After we were hit by a drunk driver he helped get me in something comparable to my previous car at the price I could afford at a very difficult time for me.

I came in for an oil and filter change and looked at tires while I was there. After pricing a few, I decided on a set to order. Although I later found out that they had been mis priced by a couple hundred dollars in my favor,they stood by there price and sold me the tires at their loss. It means alot for someone to keep their word even at their loss. They earned my return business with that example of integrity and honesty!

Nope not happy with them! Was supposed to buy a new 2011 for sell price because they where moving in the 2012 but when we got home and looked through the paper work all the hidden fees and set up we still paid full price. Nice job on sill getting your cute of the deal!

Wife had the kids in our vehicle and was having trouble with the battery. Service and repair department helped her out, checked the battery, determined she needed a new one, and replaced it and got them back on their way as quickly as possibly. Couldn't ask for better service.

Trouble - engine ran rough very suddenly. I took it in immediately - diagnosis - cam bearing burned - hard to know why - my extended warrany paid for a rebuilt engine at only $50 deductible. Fairway got right on it and had my vehicle in 8 working days. A rental was paid for by my extended warranty, too. If I get my similar fuel mileage back (18 hwy), I will be very happy. Fairway even detailed my Expediton when they returned it to me. JR

Had to take my 2010 Explorer in because the air conditioner was making a horrible sound. While there, got the 60k mile checkup. They were very nice and tried to make the visit as painless as could be. Couldn't believe the compressor wasn't covered after only 2 years, but they gave me a good price for repair and the checkup. Have done business with them for years and will continue to do so. Thanks.

I droped of my 2010 F-150 to have minor things checked out and oil changed. Their service department checked the truck from front to rear and gave it a clean bill of health. They even gave me a car to drive till the next day, (uncommon now days). Overall I coudn't be satisfied wth the service at this dealership.
