Despite many stumbles during the sales and delivery process we bought based on value good build quality and decent price. We will wait and see if the service department is as good as they say it is. We road tested several SUV type vehicles. While the designer brands are quieter and are well built the warranties weren't impressive and the thought of paying premium for parts and service after the warranty expires is unappealing. I think KIa really needs to up their game as far as training and product knowledge. My impression is that they target a particular income segment and who in some cases may not be the most sophisticated buyer. I believe this attitude carries over to those of us who do our research and perhaps have purchased several vehicles thereby thinking that the sale will be relatively quick. While sitting in the sales cube we also overheard a very irate call played over a conference line not once but twice LOUDLY with the door open. Huh. Doesn't reinforce that you have made the right purchase. Would I recommend this dealer? Hard to say. They all love you when you buy. We will see how the service and follow up goes.

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted after researching the model and trim packages online. Was able to test drive and place an order for my car that day. Salesman was very good about keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle being delivered...and we were getting beat up by Hurricane Matthew at the time. Would recommend this dealership.

In that we all have a predetermined inclination of what it's SUPPPOSED to be like to buy a new car, but it is always nice when those predeterminations don't follow you into a dealership. I emailed Jeff Brewer at Family Kia of St. Augustine and he contacted me back with availability that afternoon. I am a repeat Kia customer and I thought I was going in for a new Sportage. (I'm turning over my Forte to my son, before that I drove the Sedona, before that a Sephia!) After a couple of test drives it turns out that a new Kia Soul was in my future. Who knew! I love my Soul! I looked at several other cars before coming back to FKSA. With the amount of miles that I put on a vehicle every year I realized that warranty on new Kia's is a HUGE selling point for me. I guess you could say that the lack of manufacturer's warranty was a deal breaker on the other vehicles in consideration.Do your homework and research the car(s) you may be interested in test driving/purchasing. There is tons of information out there and we should all be informed consumers. Save your difficult questions and challenge Jeff. I doubt you'll be able to stump him on the cars because he is really very knowledgeable!

I have been buying automobiles for greater than 40 years and usually I find the experience less than pleasing. Recently we sold our 2007 Buick and figured that we could do well with one vehicle but after six months found two cars are needed. I researched using consumers and found that Kia Soul was a good buy especially with the warranty and dependability . I noticed that Family Kia had a good rating although 30 miles away from my home. I visited the dealership on Saturday May 28,2016 and was met by Christian Smith who helped with my purchase of a Red Soul + for my wife. The experience was the Best I have had in a long time. Thank Again to both Chris and the excellent Finance Manager Nathan in restoring my trust in car buying. I highly recommend Family Kia .

Debbie Stearley is terrific!!! She helped me purchase my beautiful Inferno Red 2016 Soul. I was on the fence about trading my 2013 Optima (that I also bought from Debbie) but she helped me make an informed decision to trade and I couldn't be happier. Horrible and Dishonest! Watch Wayne when he appraises your car for a Trade-in. What a joke! It took 2 minutes ...didn't look inside...went back in ... got on the computer... checked some book value on some website and said"This is the best I can do. Take it or leave it." The Offer $10,650 on a 2015 Ford Escape SE with 19,000 mile in mint condition with tow package. KBB value $16,200. Wouldn't be soooo bad but Wayne had the personality of a Halibut and was a nasty ego maniac. Stay away. Heard their service dept. was pretty bad too. Doubt if this will even get posted.

Many of my encounters the people that I spoke with were very forward and didn't really listen to a lot of my concerns and questions it just seemed as though they were trying to get me to come down and we're very pushy. I'm a single mom of an Autistic child. That was enough to want to hold off buying a car for as long as possible. I waited nearly 12 years. My credit isn't great, but I work hard and have a steady job and stable homelife. These folks took all of that into consideration. It was a nice experience. I wasn't pushed into anything. These folks treated us with respect and bent over backwards to accomodate. I have thin credit and an antsy child. Karen went out of her way to put up with all my questions, most of which we took care of in back and forth e-mails during a 2-day period. I just brought home my first newer car, a 2012 Kia Soul in 12 years. I never expected to get this late a model. I had gone in originally for an older, cheaper vehicle. They would have been able to finance that as well, but gave me the choice of a newer model. Thanks to Karen and Nate for answering all my questions, putting up with my impatient son, dealing with my nervous endless chatter and giving us hats for all my family when the deal was done. Even topped off the tank. You are appreciated.

I drove from my home in the Tampa Bay area to work with Debbie on my new car purchase, and it was totally worth the long drive! She worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted for the price I could afford and exceeded my expectations in every way! I spoke to her over the phone and we talked about what I was looking for and by the time I arrived in St. Augustine she had an approved loan and car options for me and I was ready to go in no time. It felt more like meeting friends for lunch than buying a car! Both she and the finance manager, Nathan, were awesome to deal with and really interested in making my buying experience the best possible. My husband and I were in desperate need of a vehicle. With a poor excuse of a trade in, very little cash, and a credit score that is currently being repaired, Wayne Acosta and his team performed nothing short of magic. Wayne the Wizard, as I now refer to him as, presented me with my dream car, the Sorento, barely used, with affordable monthly payments. He literally took care of me via phone and the first time I stepped foot on his lot, was to sign the paperwork after a test drive. Fastest, easiest, most incredible way I ever experienced buying a car. I started with Orange Park Kia, where I wasn't taken seriously and was pretty much ignored when I was shopping for a car. I called up Family Kia (because its an hour from me) and spoke with Debbie on the phone, told her what exactly I wanted, if it was worth me driving out there for, and if she could give me what I wanted. She said absolutely. I made the drive and couldn't have left happier. I was treated with respect at all times from everyone in Kia. I didn't feel once like I was "just another person to sell a car to". Debbie was completely honest with me and very kind and patient. I had a auto loan already approved when I went, Darwin found me a better interest rate and a lower payment! It's even the little things, I knew I wanted another Kia, I was trading in my Kia for a new Sorento. They gave me and my son each a Tshirt, coffee mug, and keychain, and let me tell you that made the day for my 4 year old. Last time I bought a New Kia at a different location I didnt even get a keychain! When you spend thousands on a car, even a "thank you keychain" would be appreciated! Haha!! They have a play area for the kids (fabulous distraction) that makes the experience even better when you have little ones. I will be making the drive to Family Kia for my service for my Sorento, because of the people, they are all so kind and amazing!

These people are ridiculous. They were too busy and I guess full of themselves in order to try and make a deal and work with my wife and I. The salesman Jake was nice but that was it. I was attempting to trade in a vehicle(negative equity) on two vehicles. I filled out the finace application, found two cars we liked and then sat back and waited, waited and waited. They just kept saying they were trying to get me the best deal possible. I never received a quote, or any numbers. They just kept saying Ryan we will let you know when we get you the best deal. Well after a week of waiting I went to another dealership(Bozard Ford). Within a matter of (4) hours my wife and I drove off in two vehicles paying roughly the same payment for two cars as we paid for the one and are extremely satisfied. Family Kia you all are a laughable joke and I will not be sending anyone I know to you.

Pleasant shopping experience - no pressure, friendly and knowledgeable. I Was in need of a another car as mine was too small for a very tall child learning to drive.I looked all over Orlando and Daytona area. I felt high pressured or buying a used vehicle wasnt important enough in most of the dealers. I found Family Kia on line and it was quite different experience- watching them with other customers, as well, they respected our needs, decisions and finances in buying a car. Was told over the phone what the price would be. Told Chase I didn't want to drive an hour in each direction. Was assured that I wouldn't be upside down on my trade. Went through True Car. Chase was not there and dealt with Jeff . Jeff told us at first the dealership could not honor the True Car price and the agreed upon price with Chase. Then when I said I would contact Tue Car he then decided to honor the price. Then he gave me a story about my trade in not being worth the Kelly Blue book value. Keep in mind it had 19,300 miles no scratches or dents and was never in an accident. He wanted to roll the difference into the payment. Needless to say we walk out and went to another KIA Dealer where it was honored on a 2015 model not a 2014 and we were given the true value of our trade in and made the deal. DO NOT GO TO ST. AUGUSTINE KIA unless you want to be ripped off and lied to.9/11/14 UpdateSince my last posting I received a phone call from the General Manager and today I received a letter of apology with a check for $100.00 for travel expenses. I must admit that I was surprised and relieved that the dealership did the right thing.

This was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Joey worked with me over the phone and via email (because this dealership is over 40 miles away from my house) to work out a very fair and honest deal. Joey was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. Not once was he pushy nor did he feed me any half truths. I was a very informed customer through the entire deal and everything that Joey did was on point. I just picked up my brand new Optima this evening and I couldn't be happier!!! Joey had it detailed, filled with gas, and had the windows tinted for me (upon request on a short notice). I got the exact car & deal that I was looking for and I attribute it to Joey's extensive experience and a desire to truly make the customer happy. I plan to refer all of my friends to this dealership and to make sure they ask for Joey. Be sure to do the same. Take it from a happy and satisfied customer, you won't be disappointed!!

I searched for a Corsa Blue Base model Optima SX that my wife wanted for six months with no luck. I did not want to pay for a loaded model with options that we did not need. I recieved a tip that Family Kia may have what I wanted and Contacted Joey Cassata their internet Manager. He did not have the car in stock but went the extra mile to get the model I wanted. In dealing with seven dealerships in six months nobody went to the trouble to help me get the car I wanted. Joey made it happen and we couldn't be happier. Jeff Brewer was very patient with me and didn't pressure me as we emailed back and forth for just over 3 months. Many others I dealt with were rude and took many days to get back to me. Jeff was able to get his sales manager to give me the rock bottom price I was looking for and I drove 3 hours to get there. The whole buying experience was great; I was in and out of financing and on my way in my new 2015 Red Sorento SX AWD. Somehow the cargo net and all weather floor mats were left behind and Jeff shipped them to me the next day. Everyone should buy at Family Kia even if they have a long drive to get there.

Jeff was quite proactive with me via text, email, and phone, compared to another dealership who did not always respond to my questions. Jeff kept me in mind, looking for the perfect fit vehicle for my budget. While I am a bit over my limit for my ideal budget range, I rather expected that - didn't want it, but expected it.I DID have to put down $358.00 more than I had been told, and there was no waiver in Pete's numbers. I expected a little wiggle room off the total sale price to adjust for the difference, but there was none.Having been without a vehicle for a year and a half, not being able to do some things I wanted to do, I am relieved to have some freedom now. The financial impact has yet to hit, but feel that I was guided to the best vehicle for my situation and I am grateful for Jeff's persistence!

I was dreading the whole process of finding a new car, trading in my present car and negotiating a purchase price. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by one of the salesmen who listened as I explained what I was looking for and some of the research I had done pertaining to this particular model. I was very impressed by his attention to details and his perception that I liked to purchase "high end" vehicles. (I was trading in a 300C). While on vacation in Florida we found it necessary to replace our car. We had visited several different dealerships before we went to Family KIA. Joey Cassata greeted us immediately upon our arrival and was friendly without being overbearing. We explained the type of vehicle we were looking for and the need to be able to register the vehicle in New York State. Joey knew immediately that we needed a vehicle that met the California or 50-state emission requirements. He showed us where this information was indicated under the front hood and the KIA vehicle met that requirement.They did not have a vehicle on their lot that had the extras we were requesting, but Wayne located one to be delivered to St. Augustine within a day. Joey let us take a similar 2014 Sportage so that we would be able to continue our vacation safely while awaiting prep and delivery of our vehicle. He even helped us transfer our luggage! HORRIBLE! Sold me a used mini with known issues. The night I left the dealer the mini broke down in middle of freeway! Bald tires and known issues they do not want to make it right! Do not buy a car here. Jeff was horrible and everyone I have dealt with here. I gave this rating based on the excellent service I received. I signed up via internet and received a responce from Joey Cassata in less than an hour later. I also received a follow up call later that afternoon from Joey making sure I received his email. I had not completely made up my mind to buy a new car and I told Mr. Cassata this and he was very kind and asked me to just make an appointment at my leasure to go over options. It was about a week later when I finally made it into the dealership and of course I was welcomed with open arms. I bought a car several years ago and I can tell you I did not have this experience. This was by far the best buying experience I have had in a car dealship. Mr. Cassata went over everything about the car and the servise department throughly. I walked in to day test drove the Kia Soul and left with it within a few hours. I can't say enough nice things about Mr. Cassata, he knows the value in proper treament of customers. I was also inpressed with the other staff members everyone was kind and very helpful. I would reccomend this dealship to all my family and friends. We were actually at another dealership when we heard the advertisement for Family Kia. The dealership we were at was giving us a weird vibe to say the least. Called Debbie Stearley on the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgable. We were given information over the phone by Debbie through Wayne Acosta that was very attractive to us. Drove down to St. Augustine and when we arrived at Family Kia we were greated with warmth and made to feel at home. To our surprise, after dealing with other dealers in the area, what we were told over the phone by Debbie and Wayne was exactly what was done when we got there. The showroom is brand new and looks really nice, and they had cool water and coffee for us to drink. Would also like to say that Nate in finance did a great job with a professional attititude helping us understand what all we were signing. The standard features of the vehicle are unbelievable; Electronic steering (no more messy power steering fluid), It has Sirus radio, and just too many neat features that come standard. You would never think that this was a $17,000 care it looks like a "million"...I came to Family Kia of St Augustine because I got a prompt response from Joey Cassata to my inquiry, and he understood exactly what I was looking for; economical but classy product with a payment I could afford. It is my experience that everyone there at Family Kia were experienced and professional and we even got lunch, tee shirts, hats, Coke products, just about anything we wanted.If you are considering buying a new "mini SUV", this one makes others pale in comparison. We have been to other dealerships and have always left with the feeling that we either paid to much or we did not get exactly what we wanted. Today was the third vehicle we have purchased from Family Kia of Saint Augustine. I am sure all the sales people are great but we always ask for Joey Cassata. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and I hate the bickering back and fourth trying to get what I want and what I want to pay. Joey makes it easy. He gives us the best deal and the best financing. My wife and I met with Joey Wednesday because I was interested in the Kia optima. I got such a great deal and the service was so good I decided to ask what I thought would be impossible. Can we bring my wife's Kia Sorento that we just purchased from Joey less then a year and a half ago and get the same vehicle but the up graded 2014 model. He was able to do it. We went from a 2013 Kia Sorento with the four cylinder to the V6 loaded and walked out with just about the same payments. We went in with the intentions of buying one vehicle and left with two. Joey Cassata is the internet manager and we will continue to buy our vehicles from him. I am not sure who got more excited this week. Everyone was awesome. Less than five minutes after I made my online inquiry, Joey called me and said he would make himself available that afternoon if I wanted to come in. I was greeted with a smile from everyone, including some pretty big hamsters. I filled out some minimal paperwork to get started, and shortly thereafter, we went outside and there was a beautiful black Soul. We checked it out inside and out, and then went for a ride in the best handling vehicle I had ever driven. I had been in my current vehicle for over a quarter million miles, and was given a generous trade in allowance while they went to work to get me the best finance deal available. I had the top finance manager "Bob" who was not only professional, but very nice and explained everything and made sure I had a full understanding of the process. I even got to meet the dealership owner who introduced himself by his first name "Richard" and asked if everyone was taking good care of me. I really didn't expect to drive out of there in my dream car, but I DID! I am so proud that Kia is a corporate sponsor of the Georgia Aquarium, and Marineland Dolphin Adventure here in St. Augustine, and highly recommend the dealership and a Kia, especially my new Soul! Got a new Kia Rio from Joey and the buying experience was great. I was actually without a car and unable to get there. He drove a hour up to Jacksonville just to pick me up and take me back down to the dealership. From there we went straight to a test drive and I loved the car. After that we worked out the finances and he got me a low APR with the very little credit I have. They had a computer issue after that, that caused a few hour back up. To make up for it, he got some dinner and offered me some too. Over all was a great experience and he took care of me.

I recently purchased a 2014 Sorento from Family Kia of St. Augustine. Peter Steigerwald was the internet specialist that responded to my internet request. Peter was a courteous, professional and low pressure. He responded to all of my inquiries relating to the car specifications, pricing, incentive etc. Pete is not the typical new car salesman. He told me from the beginning that he would do his best to secure the vehicle that I requested and come in with the best price that he could. Well, much to my surprise, Pete did exactly what he said. He did offer the best deal over 6 competitors. He never used high pressure tactics or deceptive sales techniques to close this sale. A true gentleman and a man of his word. What usually turns out to be the worst part of the new car buying experience is entering the Finance office. This is when the pressure gets kicked up a notch or two. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case. Cheryl Castaneda, Finance manager, was great. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Informed me about extended warranties and a few other offers. Once again, very professional and courteous. No high pressure or arm twisting techniques. I would highly recommend Peter when you are considering a Kia purchase.

It was pouring down rain when we went to Family Kia of St. Augustine one saturday morning, and I was greeted in the parking lot by salesman Jack Parsons. He guided us to a a parking spot because the facility is currently under construction and he met us at the carr with an umbrella. We spoke with Jack Parsons for a few minutes and let him know what we were looking for in a vehicle and what our budget was. Jack had enough product knowledge to make a couple of suggestions that eventually led us to the vehicle we wanted. Once we decided on the 2013 Kia Soul we headed inside to hash out the numbers and options.This step of the process was a breeze. Jack Parsons along with the sales manager, Wayne Acosta, let us know about every discount and rebate we had available to us. Jack and Wayne treated us with respect and put us in the vehicle we wanted at a price that was more than fair. However the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, and wouldn't be there for 17 days. So Wayne Acosta and Jack Parsons of Family Kia were more than happy to loan us a quality vehicle to use until our new Soul arrived. My boyfriend and I arrived at the dealership on a rainy Saturday to look at Kia Souls. As we pulled in to the dealership Jack Parsons met us in the parking lot with an umbrella. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. He started with presenting us a base model, rather than trying to sell us on a top of the line car. After we did some thinking we discussed the options and color we wanted, they didn't have it on the lot, but they had one on the way. We went through negotiations with no hassle, and we were able to get a payment that we could afford. While our car was being shipped Jack arranged for us to drive a new Kia Soul off the lot to use until ours came in. This was a big plus because we live over 40 miles from the dealership and the car we were trading in was not running right (they will accept trade-ins that are older, and not in perfect working order, plus they can tow it). Wayne Acosta was also helpful in the negotiations and rebate process. When our car arrived at the dealership Jack Called us to come get it, and it was detailed and had a full tank of gas. We finished the paperwork, and we were off... Two happy customers in their first brand new car!! Thank you Family Kia!!

Vehicle is great, Dealers don't know what they are doing. Ones tells you it comes with this, this, and this. Ones says they don't know, ones says it was took off to get it in your price range. Then trys to take you to parts for you to buy it out of your pocket. So if you buy something from them I would advise you to make sure it has everything you want before signing the paperwork.

made deal over internet with their call center she accepted my offer and we drove 80 miles and they claim their is no denise lemon and I also talked to her on the phone I have a Nissan titan but had no trade in it cost me 50.00 in gas and in good faith I asked them to reimburse me for it they refused watch this shady dealer beware people and on the way home got the same kia for the price I offered family kia when I got home their was message on my machine they would take my offer shady is a nice word for them

We were in the market for a new car after our daughter totaled our SUV (hoped to get a few more years out of it). I had done a lot of research and thought that KIA had really improved their product and their warranty is second to none. We drove on the lot and were greeted by Tom Neidel, very nice guy. I have purchased many new and used cars through the years and always dread the process comparable to going to the dentist. Not here, we told Tom what we were looking for and he immediately took us out on the lot. We found a car we liked and test drove it as Tom explained all of the features of the car. We were satisified and went inside to close the deal. This is always the hard part, well I have to say there were no hard sale tactics, no switch outs, no back and forth and then lets bring the Sales Manager over to close the deal. We got exactly what we were looking for, payments, terms, etc. No hard pressure tactics in the finance office, they offered some options and if you declined they moved on. I have to say was one of the more enjoyable car transactions that I have ever had. I recommended a friend to Tom and he went and purchased a new car also. We have used the service department several times since we purchased the car and have received exceptional service each time we have been in.

We began our experience over the phone with Chris Ferguson and the next day we drove from Lake City, FL to St. Augustine, FL with the sole purpose of looking at a car Chris had recommended as fitting our needs. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. It was the ONLY car I test drove. I didn't need to see anything else. Chris and Darwin were very friendly. They made what is usually a very stressful task fun and exciting. Their honesty and efficiency is not something car buyers can find at very many dealerships. My wife and I filled out an online inquiry and the dealership responded very quickly. Debbie Stearley contacted me by phone and suggested that she could help me find a new car to fit my budget even though I told her I was upside down in my present vehicle. She went to bat for me with the dealership manager and was able to find me a gently used vehicle that not only fit what I was looking for but fit my budget as well. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The whole process of purchasing this vehicle went very smoothly with no pressure or stress. I told Debbie what I could spend and she found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. My wife and I could not be more pleased.After two days of thinking I bought a car from Family Kia I have my old car back. It seems that a signed contract with this dealer is not really valid. The dealer called me back to pick u[ the car I thought I bought after thier required inspection and told me that the terms of the deal had changed. The monthly payment went up to a price that I had already told the dealer that I would not pay.Be carefull doing business with this dealership, you can walk out with a signed contract only to find out later that the contract can be broken.

took my car in for a squeak in the rear seat and a trunk that did not close flush. It was the second time my car was in for the squeak in the seat and I am grateful that it was fixed this time around, it was a latch on the back seat causing the noise and the noise is completely gone now. As for my trunk not closing flush a water test was done and no fluid was leaking into the trunk. I would like to say thank you to Daniel and the technicians for taking good care of my car.

Every time my wife or I had our cars serviced Dan was always attentive, friendly a real pro. As a service adviser for 11 years myself for Adamec H-d I do know and appreciate good thoughtful service. My first experience at your service dept was the exception. I took my car in for a warranty recall and an oil change. After two hours in waiting room a service advisor(not the one who checked me in) says no one told me you were my customer till now. An hour later I was on my way. I went in to trade in my 16 year old Daughters Chevy Aveo for a 2012 Soul. I have one too! We are sold on Souls and this is the dealership to buy them at!!! They treat you wonderfully and will get you a fantastic price and if you have a trade in will make sure that you are treated right with the trade as well. Don't think about going anywhere else but here if you want a Kia. The finance department, Bob is a pleasure to work with they work to get you the best deal, from all their hard work with that last time I was there purchasing my last Soul, 6 months ago this purchase my interest rate was 2 points lower. I was stuck in quite a dilema last week when I traveled across the state to vist a friend in Spring Hill. I had just had an oil change on my 2004 Passat which only had 86,000 miles on it. On SR 19, my oil light came on and very shortly the "STOP-SHUT OFF ENGINE" light flashed before my eyes. I stopped immediately and contacted AAA to come and get me and my dead car. I was fortunate to be towed to a wonderful auto repair shop where they informed me that my turbo engine was damaged and repairs would be quite expensive..possibly in the thousands. I had bought my car in the hopes of getting well beyond the 100,000 mile mark, so you can imagine my disappointment when I heard that news. The car was repaired enough for me to hobble back to Palm Coast, with the advice:"Dump the car as soon as possible!" I had not planned on buying a new car at this time, on a holiday weekend, with guests arriving the next night. I spent the next day on-line researching cars, reading all the reviews about different manufacturers and models. It seemed that there are so many new cars since I bought my car 8 years ago, and it was very confusing. So, because I trusted my mechanic in Palm Coast, I asked his opinion about the cars I had been researching. He said,"If you want a good car that will last..get a KIA" and go to Family KIA in St. Augustine if you want a great deal. I was not familiar with KIAS, so again I went back to the internet and researched them. I was pleasantly surprised about the very good reviews the Optima had gotten and the positive reviews about Family KIA. Many saalesmen from different dealerships called me looking to sell me a car, and until Chris Ferguson called, I had the same pit in my stomach I always have when dealing with car salesman. It always seemed like such a project buying a new car. I talked with Chris, explained my situation to him, and he asked what kind of car and options I was looking for. I was stressed at the time he called, as I was trying to get a ride to the Jacksonville airport to pick up a friend. I had no workable car, and it seemed everyone had left town for the holidays. I was getting panicky about my predicament and he then suggested that if I could get a ride to St. Augustine, I could pick up an Optima from him, pick up my friend and keep it for the night to see how I liked it. And, he stressed, if it was not the car for me, there was no obligation to buy it. I am originally from Connecticut, and never in my life was I ever allowed to take a test drive without a salesman with me, and NEVER have I ever been offered a car to keep for the night. Needless to say, I was very impressed. To make a long story short, I loved the car, decided to take it and the rest is history. Chris got everything together for me, showed me how all the great features worked, did most of the paperwork and within 24 hours I went from being carless and panicky, to having a great car with more options on it than I ever had in any car. Everyone at Family KIA that I dealt with, and especially Chris, was very friendly, helpful, informative, and most of all efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car at a good price with no high pressure tactics. When I decide to get another car, I will defintely return to Family KIA.

After trips to other dealers, we found that they were unwilling to meet our specifications or price and even went so far as to say we only have a manual in stock but your new teenage driver should learn to drive one anyway when we were looking for an automatic model. Joey latched on to our specific needs and after a week and a half of searching for our high-demand vehicle, he was able to locate and deliver EXACTLY what we were looking for at the EXACT price. When it came time to deliver our car, the dealership exceeded our expectations on a quick and unusual transaction process in order for us to surprise our daughter with her new car. It was clean, ready to go and we found nothing on inspection that needed attention. With a full tank of gas we were ready to cruise!Family Kia has kept in contact with us since the sale to make sure that we are still happy and satisfied customers. I cannot endorse this dealership highly enough and would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member looking for a new Kia!

Best auto buying experience we have ever had. We found the vehicle we wanted on line and called Joey to let him know that we were driving down from Jacksonville. After we decided to buy it, while we were waiting for the final paperwork, Joey took us back outside to our vehicle and explained in detail all the features and how they worked. He even set up my cell phone with the blue tooth. Joey was great! ....very straight forward, no pressure sale tactics, and fair. I will be telling all my friends that going to Family Kia of Saint Augustine is well worth the drive. I just re-read what I wrote and think it sounds like a commercial, but this is how I really feel about our experience there. If you don't live in Saint Augustine, take the time to drive there and visit Family Kia before you purchase anywhere else.

On 2012 Sorento although the service staff is friend, I had very bad service experiences. These 4 different service items took numerous returns to the dealer ship to fix as follows:1) dealer installed wind deflector - after installation, I had to bring the car back two (2) more times for them to get it fixed finally. On the 2nd, the tech argued with me it was correct. When I showed the service writer the issue, they say they had installed the brackets reversed, it was corrected. (Good thing I figured this out - the dealer should have!)2) dealer installed trailer hitch - after installation I had to bring the auto back again and show the dealer that had to correct the heat shield at the muffle and the hitch wiring was loose and not installed and shielded. The instructions that came with the hitch was not followed.3) foam weather stripping on the windshield - after delivery of the vehicle, I noticed foam weather-stripping push out from the windshield and coming into the cabin. 2nd & 3rd return trips yielded the tech trying to stuff back under the trim. After we called Kia, they advised the repair was not correct - that the dealer had to pull the dash to repair. Appt was made, car back the next day. Update: windshield chipped by rock caused replacement by independent glass repair. When the windshield was removed, we found that the weather-stripping was not repaired only stuffed back in. The windshield tech attempted to correct like the rest of the windshield. To be continued - another call going into KIA.4) right low-beam headlight not working - after repair we were told loose wire. After 3-days, the headlight does not work again. Here we go again. I have placed a call to the Service Writer and Service Manager. As of several hours later - no return call.I cannot understand why this dealer cannot install it or fix it right the 1st time. Not only does return trips proved to be a bad customer experience, waste time, and Ill bet; causes the dealer unnecessary expense that they should not bear by doing it correctly the 1st time.

Searched their web site for both new and used Sorentos on a Saturday morning, exchanged a couple of e-mails with Joey Cassata, went to the dealership in the afternoon and drove home in a 2012 Sorento the same afternoon! Our salesman, Joey Cassata, was/is awesome! We knew we had some credit issues and explained them to Joey right up front. He never batted an eye and treated us like royalty throughout the entire purchase process! I've been back to Family Kia to purchase a few accessories and had them installed ~ the people in the Parts and Service departments were wonderful, too! The reason why recommending this dealership would be so terrible is because THEY ARE TERRIBLE.I worked with them for four days, and they told me on three different occassions that I was approved through a bank. They also had me pick out the vehicle that I wanted and what color and cleaned it for me and also filled the tank. I brought all my documents to them on Saturday and gave them everything they asked for and everything was good to go they told me. Yesterday, comes around hardly no communication but in the morning my sales guy told me that I was in GOOD HANDS and everything would be taken care of.By 6pm that night, he wrote me a TEXT message and told me that He was so sorry but the sales manager had the deal all wrong and I was NEVER approved but at 4pm I was approved so not sure what the heck happened at all but I know for one thing:DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM!!!!! I have had a bad experience with a kia dealership before and they knew this and assured me that they were different. Turns out they are no different than the rest of the kia dealerships out there. My grandfather was going to go to them to buy a vehicle too, NOT ANYMORE. I would rather get a tooth pulled than to be LIED TO on a number of occasssions, and to have no communication with them. Dishonestly is something that I do not take lightly, and I will never return to this dealership EVER!

I cannot say enough great things about Family Kia or our sales rep Jack Parsons. We had really done our research and look at every brand of new vehicles. I knew I wanted the Optima front the start. Having a fully loaded vehicle with a great warranty and great price, I knew this was the car for me. I went to Kia in Daytona Beach (which is where I live) and I was sadly disappointed all around but most with the sales guys. I started calling surrounding area Kias dealers. Mostly I got the same response. Until I spoke to Jack Parsons!! We have wonderful on the phone and followed up with any questions I had. And even when I called in the middle of their busier time, he made time to call me back to let me know he hadnt forgotten about me or my questions. I took this as a sign of honestly and someone I wanted to do business with. So after Jack got everything done, down to the price I was trying to achieve, we made the trip to St. Augustine. And now I am the happy own of a 2012 Kia Optima. I could not be happy with the service and making the trip it was all worth it. Jack Parsons made me a happy lady! Thanks Jack.

I went to Family Kia on Feb 18th, 2012 after being contacted by Joey Cassata on Feb 17th. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and processed the paperwork, by 3:30, I impressed to Joey I had to be to work at 4:00 p.m. and to stop detailing my vehicle and I would bring it back on Sunday the 19th for detail and the gas filled. When I arrived on Sunday at noon, Joey and I rode to the gas station to fill up my Sorento and the tank was full, but the gas guage was reading a 1/4 tank, Joey then informed me that the fuel sensor would have to be replaced, so he gave me his Optima, thinking my Sorento would be fixed by Monday, I drove the Optima back to Family Kia on Monday, Joey then informed me that a part had to be ordered and overnighted and he would deliver my car on Wednesday, cleaned and filled with gas, after Monday, I did not hear anything until I called on Wednesday, Joey did not give me the status of my vehicle, but then transferred me to the Service Department so I could hear the status from them, after 12 minutes on hold, listening to the Red Carpet Service and customers are #1 I hung up the phone and called back to talk to a manager (Steve), Steve informed me that my car would be ready Thursday and Joey would deliver my car. On my way home from work at 2:30 Thursday, I received a call from Kevin (in the service department) saying my car was ready and Joey was off that day and would deliver my car Friday...I waited until 7:00 for a phone call, then I called Kia and Joey said my car was ready and did I want it delivered that night or wait until Saturday, I told them if my car wasn't delivered by 10:00 a.m. Saturday, I would be back to retrieve my trade in and they could cancel my contract. I received my car Saturday Feb 25th after 11:00 a.m., once the driver left, (which was a service guy) I noticed that 154 miles were on my car and the car had not been detailed, tape was still on the windows and the carpets were not cleaned and the car was spotted. NOW... a car that supposedly was in the shop all week waiting on parts would not have 154 miles on it, not to mention they had 7 days to get the car detailed. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. If communication would have been a factor in this situation, I may not be so sour, but I had to make all the calls. Joey was a very nice guy but his salemanship lacks concern for the buyer.

Joey was very helpful in all aspects of my new car purchase. He explained everything to me very clearly and more importantly LISTENED to everything I needed: I safe, reliable car that was good on gas and had 4 doors; he knocked it out of the park. I was immediately impressed when I visited the dealership with the wealth of experience there, the people seemed to genuinely care about and ejoy their work and their customers, it wasn't just a bunch of young kids trying to rip you off just to earn a fat commission check. My credit wasn't the greatest and they managed to find not one but two lenders when I've tried several times in the past several years and not even gotten one offer! Joey even stayed late on his wife's birthday just to make sure I was taken care of and had EVERYTHING I needed before leaving the dealership. The people at Family Kia seem truly committed to above and beyond service with the hope of potential future business and as far as I'm concerned as long as the car works out for me, the service was exceptional and I will definitely be recommending Family Kia to my friends, family, and coworkers for their automobile needs.

I inquired about an add on the radio for a "Guaranteed" 6000.00 trade in on your vehicle no matter what shape it is in. (Mine is in Great shape) I inquired online. I received an e-mail from Joey telling me to call him. I called asked for Joey and Chris intercedes the call. I gave him my information he said give him 20 minutes and he would call me back. No call back. I emailed joey and he gives me a spill about customer service and ask me to come in and see what my options are. I don't live in St Augustine so I need to know my options and whether or not they can help me before I drive that far. The next day I call ask for Chris he claims he tried to call me back,( No I have caller ID there were no calls from Family Kia.) He discussed some options with me and said he was going to do some checking and call me back in an hour. I waited ...no call so I called again asked for Chris and some guy with an accent told me Chris was out for the day. I explained I had just talked to him a little over an hour ago. He said well he just came in "temporarily" and he took my information and said someone would get back to me. I let him know I would be stepping out to pick up my children from school. I got home, had a missed call and when I called back I told the receptionist I wasn't sure who had called me back but I was originally talking with Chris.She said Chris was with a customer. Hum and supposedly he was out for the day??? Sounds like a little dishonesty here. I know that car salesmen are not the most honest people in the world, but hey a little common courtesy would be nice. If you can't help me at least have the decency to let me know. I will NOT recommend anyone to your facility for business. By the time I called back for a third time I got a hold of Joey my attitude is pretty much ruined and I decided I rather not do business with this facility. Not to mention the fact the 6000.00 "guaranteed" special doesn't specify that it is on the 27000.00 vehicles only. No I do not recommend this facility.

My family has purchased 4 cars (all new) from this dealership (Soul, (2) Sorenta's, Spectra and 3 (all (Soul, (2) Optima's from other dealerships inFlorida. I recommend them all the time. The owner, office ladies, & other staff is thegreatest. I just got rear-ended and the front of the other car (Chev-Cavalier) was amess and all it did to my Kia Soul was broke the license plate frame and scratchedup the bumper around the license. As hard as I got hit I figured the whole back wasmashed in. This just verifies that Kia Soul's are great in crashes.

The feeling was very Relaxed and friendly at the dealership. Every person that we spoke to made us feel like we were valued customers and not just numbers.Tony (our sales person) was very informative and guided us through the process to make the purchase easy. When I first came to Family Kia in St. Augustine, I was a little skeptical and a little guarded. My first car had been a 2001 Ford Focus which I had bought used at a buy here, pay here establishment in 2009. This buy here, pay here establishment assured me of the vehicle's dependablility, its durability and above all it's LONG LASTING capability. One Year and six months after owning this vehicle and, ironically right after paying it off early, it broke down and left me completely immobile. when confronting the very salesman who had sang the cars praises, I was told that it was not his concern, and more or less, too bad, so sad. The only comfort I had was that I was no longer a first time buyer and the car credit I had earned would help me in getting a new car. That comfort lasted right up to the moment I was notified that they do not report to credit bureaus . WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. As you can imagine, I was very put off at that idea of having to deal with another crooked salesman who only saw me as a means to up his paycheck. So there I was, a twenty-one year old college student working as a waitress in a recession, and on top of it all I was considered a firt time buyer. When I arrived at Family Kia, the first person to approach me was Jack Parsons. He was friendly and very up front with me about the limitations placed upon me by my age and employment. After learning about my situation, he showed me my options and discussed in detail everything he was trying to accomplish in order to secure the car that was right for my needs and funds. Jack Parsons fought for me to be financed without a co-signer, he argued my capablitly to take on the responsibility of a new car, and the fact that I deserved to have one. While this war was waging on, Family Kia gave me a loaner car so that I would have a means of transportaion to which I was very grateful. After I was approved, Jack Parsons sat me down and asked me what I wanted in a car. Two hours later I had it in a white 2011 Kia Forte EX. It was perfect, everything that I had asked for. It even had a moon roof and alloy wheels :] I cannot tell you enough how Jack Parsons has changed my mind about sale associates. He was not just professional, he was personable and involved in the experience with me, not just a mere onlooker. I felt like my success at Family Kia was his as well. I can't tell you how great it was to be treated like an end, instead of the means to something else. I owe a huge thank you to you Jack Parsons and to Family Kia, You really did make me feel like family. <3

Plain and simple Family Kia is the only Kia dealership that I have found that is 100% upfront and honest about the deal they are offering. They didn't say one thing over email/phone/advertisements and change the deal when we arrived. My family lives in Orlando where we have a handful of Kia dealerships and we chose in the end it was 100% worth the over 200 miles around trip because of Family Kia's outstanding customer service and their honesty with final cost of the vehicle (which by the way was the best price we were offered). We just purchased our optima ex yesterday that Eddy tracked down for us and we absolutely love it. We would recommend Family Kia to anyone in the market purchasing a new vehicle regardless of their location in Florida...it is worth every mile. When I walk through the doors at Kia the first person to approach me and my husband was Jack Parson, I was only going to look and ended up buying because of his style. He is a true people person!!! He walk me and my husband through everything, Jack Parson work with us on the amount we wanted for our buick for a trade in, he was back and forth and never lost his smile even when we were a little sceptic. Eddy Hackney was a very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful salesman who was in no way pushy (which was definitely nice). He did everything he could to help us find a car we would love, and to my surprise we did! We went to Family KIA just to browse the used car lot, when Eddy introduced to my father and I the 2008 KIA Sorento we just fell in love with the car, which I ended up buying later in the week!! Not only did he help us find the vehicle, but he serviced every picky detail me and my father found wrong with the suv (which was not much). My only complaints were that the car reeked of smoke, there was no key remote and the hood needed a new paint job, and Eddy took care of everything free of charge! He even supplied a loaner car while they were servicing mine! My favorite part about the deal was they extended the warranty from 60k to 100k!!! which was definitely a big deal for me since I have to drive back and forth from college. Overall I absolutely LOVE my new KIA Sorento and would most definitely reccommend Family KIA and Eddy Hackney, and already have twice this week!

We just purchased a 2011 Soul to go with our 2011 Sorento. Why would we have two new cars? Well, it's because of Jack Parsons at Family Kia. I'm reluctant to call him a "salesman" because he is so much more than that. Basically, he asked us what we wanted and then went to extraordinary lengths to see that we were not only satisfied with our purchase, but actually felt good about the entire experience. Like most people, I'm not particularly thrilled about car shopping. But working with Jack on these two purchases has been a pleasure. In addition, Darwin was helpful with all the paperwork involved in buying a car and when an error occurred it was settled in our favor even though the dealership could have voided the sale and required us to come in and fill out all the paperwork again. If you look in our driveway, there's no doubt that we are a Kia Family -- and appropriately, that's due to Family Kia. If you want a Kia, just go there and ask for Jack. You won't be disappointed.

The process of getting our new Sportage took some time but that was due to their current inventory not including a vehicle that we wanted, color, options, etc. We provideed our requirements to our salesperson Debbie Stearley and she went above and beyond with what seemed like a search of the entire state for what we were looking for, she was able to find the right vehicle at a different dealership. Once she was able to get us the vehicle we wanted, we were able to finish the deal within a day incluing getting the vhicle from the other dealer, prepping it and completing all of the documentation with Darwin, the Finance Manager. Overall, from our prospective, the staff at Family Kia works hard to get the customers what they want. They are professional, courteous and friendly. We are not necessarily the easiest customers to please but these guys have earned our loyalty, so much so that this is now our second purchase from them. This is truly a FAMILY relationship for us.

I purchased a new Sorento LX AWD from family Kia and was very happy with the overall car buying experience. When I was driving my Sorento home from the dealership I noticed it pulled slightly to the right. I live 40+ miles from the dealership and needed to get home to go to work or I'd have taken it back at that time. I called Darren in the service department (I'd been introduced to him after I bought the truck) and he asked when could I come in. In short I went to the service department and explained the issue. Clive, one of the Master Technicians at Family Kia, took the truck for a drive, noted there was some pull and put it on the alignment machine. The truck was out of specs (possibly due to trailering it up from 350 miles away). Clive zeroed it out and got everything in the green. He and I test drove it together and noted some residual pull, he explained that it may be the tires. At this point I'm thinking "the tires? what?". He said he'd was going to switch them and see if helped, I was a bit skeptical but he is the Master tech. After a quick ten minute wheel switch, we were back on the road, with no pulling to the side! Clive you ARE da man.. Frank finished up my paperwork and after paying a bill of , , nothing, I was back on the road. Thanks for taking the time and helping me get it just right. You guys (and gals) are consumate professionals and I can easliy see why you have a top rating. You've made a customer for life.

I recently purchased a 2011 KIA Rio from Family KIA and traded in a pick-up truck that I wanted $13,000 for in trade. There was a $1000 rebate that day as well. When the salesman (Tom) came back to me with the trade-in amount, he told me they were giving me $13,000 for my trade in. Later I asked him if he added my rebate and he said yes. I was very satisfied with the deal they gave me. When I got home, I discovered that the rebate had actually been added to the trade-in value to make the $13000. Later that evening Tom called me to see if I was happy with the car, and I told him I was happy with the car but I had found that the rebate had been added to the trade-in to make the $13,000, not $13000 for the truck plus the $1000 rebate. He said he could have misled me and that he would go to his boss to see what he could do. I had already signed the contract, they did not have to change any part of it. Tom called me later and said I needed to come in and see Scott in Finance. When I got to the dealership I discovered they had gone the extra mile for me and corrected the problem. Ms Stearly was consistently friendly, helpful and informative and professional. She provided excellent clear and accurate information. My husband and I had many questions about Kias. When we asked 1 question to which she didn't have the exact answer instead of guessing she immediately made a call to insure that her answer would be accurate. Ms Stearly found that delicate balance between being ready to answer questions, providing convincing arguments about the car in which we were interested but never crossed the line to being "pushy", domineering or impatient with us.Ms Stearley's helpfulness didn't end with closing of our sale. Several weeks after we bought our car we had a Service related issue. Not only did Ms Stearley help us to schedule the Service appointment, she also called after the scheduled date to be sure that everything had worked out for us.we are imporessed with the Family Kia Dealership and have already recommended it to several friends. There was no fake, flashy attempts at "salesmanship", but only an open and honest approach to finding a realistic solution to our automotive needs. Hands down the best sales experience I have ever had; we weren't treated like a number or quota, but with a nice union of personal professionalism. If he doesn't meet you on the lot, walk through the center showroom door, head straight back to the middle desk and let Tony help you find what you need...When it came to signing the deal, Wayne Acosta not only beat his initial quote but then proceeded to find us a lower rate and payment two more times over the next couple of days! Imagine that, a car dealer arbitrarily finding and then surprising you with a lower payment two more times AFTER you sign a deal for a car!Not a typical dealer. St. Augustine Kia is probably the worst dealership we have ever dealt with!! Totally misleading and not truthful about the deal. Instead of being honest, they had us going back and forth over and over again. Then preferred to try to shuffle the papers in front of us instead of being forthright with honesty. We walked out of their dealership and they coerced us back and then didn't honor their contract. Salesman was too busy showing pics of her dogs that she didn't have the contract completed right on their side and then tried to scam us into a completely different deal. Then didn't even have the professionalism to apologize or admit their mistakes. They cheated & cost us several hundred dollars. We highly recommend avoiding this dealership!!!

Let me start by saying anyone that knows me knows that I know what I want and have an incredible drive to get it. In other words I am quite difficult to please. I looked online for awhile at new Kia Souls. When I decided it was time to contact a dealership I put my information into the system. Elena contacted me right away and was very professional with her message. (I was working). Steve contacted me a few hours later to follow up and was very accomodating without being pushy. He was very laid back and I really enjoyed that. I went to the dealership that night and although Steve had stepped out, he had already prepared Peter to be there and ready to assist me. Peter was fantastic and greeted me by name. He was very patient when I was being thorough with the cars and ready to work magic with Wayne (the finance manager) when I told him I was ready to get some numbers going. The entire process was super quick. Everyone from the guy dilligently cleaning with a mop and bucket to the guys that work the magic numbers back in the offices (Steve and Wayne especially) were incredibly friendly, laid back, and very professional! The dealership was immaculate and you can tell they take pride in their work! Wow! I purchased a vehicle that they didn't have in stock so they loaned me one that was on their lot until my vehicle came in. These guys really went the extra mile when the Soul I ordered didn't move from another dealership quickly enough. They understood that I had to drive a "loaner" longer than I would have desired and even threw in an extra that I had inquired about previous to the sale for the trouble! How Intuitive!I can't stand walking into a dealership and feeling like I can't breathe due to a swarm of sales people that are trying to convince me to buy something I don't want. The difference between me and others is I will actually tell the dealership or sales people that I don't appreciate the treatment and walk. Thanks to the professionalism displayed at Family Kia I am the proud owner of a new Kia Soul. I also have lower payments than buying a used car at another dealership.If you are considering buying a new car you will be in good hands with these professionals! Give them a chance, really. This dealer tried to hide additional costs to the car of nearly $5000.00. Also, would not honor the advertisement that was listed in the St.Augustine Record. Dealer fees of 700.00. Very high, other dealers fees in the same area are under 400.00 Walked away and will never be back. Beware of slick talking car dealers.

We where very well treated by this dealership. got a good deal on a 2010 forte SX sedan equipped as wanted. we where treated politely, courteously, and professionly by our saleman Antonio, finance manager Wayne and Steve the general manager. Only one small problem was a slight delay in locating the exact car we wanted. Steve stepped up to the plate,got on the phone & computed and within 24 hours found the exact car we ordered. He even loaned us a brand new Kia to use for 2 days while his crew went and got our car. Picked out a used car and agreed on price. It seemed like an easy process until time for close of sale. There were stalls with my request for an independent mechanic checkup. Each time I requested a revision to the contract there was a change made to offset it. When presented with the new contract the requested revision was pointed out but not the other item(s) they changed. Five minutes of paperwork took all day. Succeeded in wearing me out and ripping me off. Paid way too much in hidden fees and did not receive agreed to service report.

I contacted Family Kia, St. Augustine, FL 32086, telephone 866-808-0542 on 08-03-09 and Sales Associate Peter Olson answered. I discussed with Peter about a new vehicle internet ad Family Kia was running on their web site. The ad was relative to a new 2009 Kia Sorenta LX that was just under $17000 after all offers, rebates, and incentives. Peter stated there were several LX models in stock and more were expected soon.I made an appointment with Peter to visit the dealership and take a demo ride in the LX. The fifteen minute demo ride went well, however on the 25 mile ride back to Jacksonville, FL, where I reside I found the drivers seat to be extremely uncomfortable for my height,long legs, and a severe lower spine injury that I have suffered with for years. The drivers seat could only be adjusted so far and the head restraint adjusted to its' rear most position touched the back of my head in a most uncomfortable manner. Inclining the seat slightly to the rear was not a resolution because I would have been improperly positioned for the seat restraints.Also, not present on the demo ride but was present on the ride back to Jacksonville was a bad shimmy in the front end when the brakes were applied under normal pressure from a speed of 60 MPH braking to a stop. My impression was something was going on with the rotors and/or brake pads or other maintenance problem.I immediately telephone General Sales Manager Steve Ladrido and apprised him of the situation. I further requested to "unwind" the deal and be allowed to retrieve my trade-in back primarily because of the severe pain the drive in the LX was causing me.Steve advised that shouldn't be a problem but he would need to consult with Richard Stoff the dealership owner and Steve would call me back. A short time later as promised, Steve called and said my request was granted and I could return to the dealership. I said thank God Steve my back is killing me. The front-end situation had I not requested to unwind the deal was going to be addressed by Sevice Technitian Darren Johnson first thing the following day. Peter was very apologetic about the maintenance situation that developed for reasons not known and also expressed concern about my back.Upon arrival back to the dealership, Steve quickly, friendly, and kindly with a pleasant smile worked out the administrative process to unwind the deal and as a result, it was as if I never came into the dealership on 08-03-09. Steve said he and Richard were not going to keep a customer in a car that didn't work out when that customer had just purchased the vehicle minutes ago. Steve further advised that there weren't any hard feelings on the part of the dealership. How often does a dealer work with a customer like this? Not that often! Family Kia was really a pleasant exception to the rule.I give the dealership high marks in all areas and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Kia brand and a dealer that is "Family" and customer oriented and isn't "just" in the business for profit or the bottom line. It is a rare thing in these tough economical times to run across a man like Richard and Steve and I am forever grateful and appreciative for that. "Spendid Behavior!"

Walking in i was greated in a nice professional way by Joe Cassata. He was friendly and welcoming. He realted well to me and my situation and understood where i was coming from when talking about other dealers trying to pull a fast one on people and he was far from a scam. I was extremly happy with my visit to Kia and left with good intensions of returning to make the deal final. He found what i was looking for and assisted in whatever my needs were. Recently I came to Family KIA looking for a soul. I met Joey who was a tremendous help in the process. He was very well informed and educated me on all the benefits of having a soul. I drove a stick shift and an automatic. After my test drives I chose to go with the soul in alien green. I'm very happy with my purchase! The process was stress and pressure free! They were very helpful and very friendly. They worked with me to stay in my price range. My only 2 complaints are that they stated they would put in new floor mats and they gave us used floor mats and secondly they were supposed to clean the vehicle after taking it for a few days to add the floor mats and Sirius Radio and the vehicle was not cleaned. We had to have them keep it for another few hours to clean it. Other than that, everything was great! The customer service in Sales and Service is fantastic.

Joey was an excellent salesperson. I never felt pressured, but at the same time he did not blow me off like I have experienced at other dealerships. He is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles as well as other competetor's vehicle's. I recomend Joey on the highest level.

Typically buying a car is a hassle and dreadful experience, but Joe made it easy going and stress free. We came into the dealership just looking and he was able to find a vehichle that suits our family. He was very patient in explaining all the processes involved and answering our all of our questions. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated like I was someone special. Joey took the time to explain all the features on the different vehicles I was looking at. Steve and Wayne both worked hard at getting me the best rate on a loan that they could. I have been back into the dealership a couple of times since buying my 2007 Rondo and everyone takes time from whatever they are doing to greet me. I have never in my life been treated so well from a car dealership. They truly do have "Red Carpet" service. I love the vehicle and the dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Debbie
