Great service, friendly people. Sometimes have an issue with communication. Update: Over the past few months the service here has really gone down. My daughter had an issue with her dodge dart where the key would get stuck so took it in for service twice and charged her over $600 saying oh this part will fix it or this part will fix it. After it still wasn't fix, I looked it up online and found out it was a loose wire in the gear shift. Took it back and it took them five minutes to fix it. This past week I took my car in for inspection and oil change. Dropped it off Thursday, was told it would be done Friday. Called 3pm Friday, oh we are working on it we will call when it's done. No call Friday, tried calling Saturday, no answer, closed Sunday, no call Monday, finally went in to see if it was done, oh it was done Friday. As far as buying a car, very helpful and friendly. Servicing a car, go somewhere else.

Bought a new dodge truck. Had dealer do some up grades. They put the wrong fender flares on. They insist I pay for them and said if I don't they will be taking me to court. I sent a check in for the other upgrades and left the 700 dollars out for the wrong fender flares they put on. I ripped them off and put the right ones on. Ha ha the sales man have me a brochure and I pointed to the flares I wanted. Actually were the only ones in the whole book. Low class guys in there. Don't go there.

We found a car online and called about it. The salesman was very nice. We went and looked/test drive the car. The car had things advertised that it had that it didn't have. The salesman was not knowledgeable regarding whether the car was supposed to have it or not (remote keyless entry and remote start) . We decided to buy the car anyways and things went downhill from there. We couldn't do the paperwork at that location. We had to drive up to another dealership. We were put in a waiting room and told he would come get us to do the paperwork. Forty-five minutes later we were still sitting in the waiting room and had not had any contact with an employee. 2 and a half hours after arriving at the dealership, we still hadn't even started the paperwork. We decided they could keep the car and requested the title back from our trade-in so we could leave. The salesman did end up getting the paperwork done and bringing it and the car to our house the next night. Unfortunately we wasted 2 nights getting the car. He gave us 1 key and quoted us a price of $199 to have the remote keyless entry installed. The next day I took the car to another dealership to get another :) Eric key made as on key isn't sufficient. The man there told me the car did have remote keyless entry and I should have been given a key fob. Since I wasnt, it cost me another $150 ($50 less than Faulkner quoted us at) to get the key fob and get it programmed. It was overall a horrible experience. The dealership that I took it to after buying it was more knowledgeable and answered more questions for me than Faulkner did and I didn't even buy the car from them. I will never buy a car at Faulkner again and I will caution anyone I know that is looking for a car to stay away from there.

I sent a Cars.com email request for more information on a car. I received an email from Faulkner asking if my email address was a good one for contacting me. I replied that yes, it was. I received another email with the name of someone that would be calling me about the car and asked if my cell # was a good contact number. I replied that yes, it was. I never got a call from anyone regarding the vehicle I was interested in. The next email I got was asking if I was all set and if the person had reached out to me about the car. I replied that I never got a phone call and in fact had bought the same car elsewhere.

Staff was courteous. Sign-in for Inspection was quick. I appreciate that if the vehicle was bought there, State Inspection is free. Service time (1 hour) seemed fairly reasonable though my truck was new (less than 3,000 miles). Their free coffee was good too.

We went through the storm that caused damage in East Berlin, with heavy rain and wind. I was in the lead car and she was alone in her Milan. A great job by all your people. I got a map from Barry showing the shortest way home. We were worried about traffic late Friday afternoon.

I took my 2015 Dodge Charger in for it's first scheduled oil change this past Friday (2-19-16). Later that night, I happen to notice that the reminder sticker they usually put up in the upper corner of the windshield for the next scheduled mileage recommendation just didn't seem right. After doing some quick math, it came to 2,700 miles. Not even the old thought of every 3,000 miles. The cars manual says every 8,000 miles or 6 months whichever comes first, NOT 2,700 MILES! So this morning I called the dealership, and the man on the phone blew it off as a mistake. I explained to him, I and all the people I've spoken to feel this was deliberate and dishonest. A way for them to increase their business. He offered for me to stop in so they could put a new sticker in the car. I told him, I'm not taking the time out of my day for him to just put a new sticker in my car. I will not be taken advantage of, so I will not be going back.

On the way home from the dealership after buying the vehicle, a piece broke in the cooling system. The next morning I called the salesman and that afternoon a tow truck picked up the van. A few hours later the service department called to say the van was fixed and cleaned up and ready for us. Still too early to say that there are not more problems but seems to be ok for now.

I test drove four different cars. One was the Subaru at Faulkner. I also drove a Rav4, a CRV and an Escape. The sales reps were all good but the explanation about the car by the Faulkner rep was more complete and simply stated. Unhappy that our car with 35,000 miles needed a new gasket, but not the dealers problem. Kind of weird that the service advisor had to walk me to the cashier and stand there with me in silence for about 6 minutes while the 2 other people in front of me were checked out. Where to start? Had to take vehicle in three times for the service department to admit there was a bad tire monitoring sensor on our vehicle. Took same vehicle in for an oil change. Ten miles later check engine light came on and no oil on dipstick. Towed vehicle to same dealership and they said the gasket failed. I really question this but whatever. They were to send a shuttle to pick my wife and two children up. Guess what no shuttle arrived. Rude service advisor sent driver to wrong location. Her excuse was she isn't from the area. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I have written this dealer off of my list. Please be careful dealing with this dealership.

Where to start. Took six months to get title for vehicle due to faulkner's errors. Had to go back 3 times to get issue with tire repaired. Faulkner changed oil in vehicle which led to a nightmare. They said o-ring to oil filter failed which led to oil leaking from vehicle same day as oil change. No customer service what so ever. Buyer beware purchase at your own risk. Service advisors are rude and and lack customer service.

I've generally had good experiences purchasing previously owned low mileage vehicles in the past, partly because I begin searching before I find myself in a bind which in turn allows me to be selective. When I recently began looking for a reliable all or 4 wheel drive SUV type vehicle for my son to take to college in the fall, I decided to put out feelers via the internet in order to minimize the leg work since my free time is extremely limited. I never expected a salesperson to show up at my office with a vehicle meeting my specific criteria, so that I could " see if I might be interested". This was the second time I went to the dealer. The first time was about 10 years ago. We couldn't come to a deal. So one month ago I wanted a Ram truck. Looked on line to see what trucks were out there. Found a truck I wanted at CVM. I talked to Bob Hennion on the phone. He had me come down at 6:00 pm to meet. Well when I got there Bob was to busy to help me. So he put me with Steve Troutman. I got the feeling that they really didn't want to help me. They came back with there offers on the truck and the payment was to high. They were trying to charge me the $1000 destination charge. This is all ready in the price of the truck. I wanted to drive one of the trucks. So I had to ask. they put me in a truck that was different then the one I wanted and I couldn't drive it very long. Steve wanted to go home. This is one of the worst dealers. I will never go back to CVM again. I did get a new Ram truck from E-town Ram.

Ian took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the price range I wanted to stay in. He took extra time after his shift was over to stay and continue to help us look at the vehicles we were interested in until we decided on the one that we finally purchased. Ian also took time to help a friend of mine that was also looking for a car. Ian shows a lot of interest in his job and isn't pushy like I have experienced at other dealerships.

One morning while shifting into drive from taking my child to school, my van's gear shift knob came off in my hand. That was a first. I put it back on and was able to drive home, although it was very loose and not affixed. I called Kate Reed and told her my unusual story. Kate is aware of my husband's medical condition and that I must have our van in order to transport him and his chair. She told me to bring it in ASAP and once I was there it was discovered that the allen screw had come loose. Todd put it back on for me and in less than 15 minutes I was happily on my way home. My experience with CVM Dodge was awesome. Not only did I find the ultimate car I wanted but, my salesperson Tracy was exceptional. She had to get my car from another dealership because someone else was buying the same Dart. She sent two people to western PA to pick up my car the same day. I didn't have to wait for it. The customer service I received from everyone there was 1st class. Tracy also made sure I understood how all the electronics on the car worked before I left. I would definitely buy another car from Tracy and the CVM Sales Team! Incredible experiencemy kids even want to come back whenever I get it serviced so they can play with the dealers 3 dogs! Friendliest place to do business I will tell all of my friends.

I entered your dealership pre approved for my loan, knew the car I wanted, knew the "market price". All I asked was not to have my time wasted. I walked Steve straight to the car I wanted, told him I was willing to take it home that day. I met Jeff in passing as he emphasized he was the "boss". From here everything went down hill. My they offered the car for $2000 under sticker which was still 4000 more than any of the other dealers were offering. They had to play the "ill talk to the boss" game. I went to my car and retrieved the number from the other dealer on a car not optioned as I wanted and they got to $900 more that them. I was ok with that, you got to make some money. I offered to finance through them if they gave back some for the profit they would make off that and they denied making money from financing.....LIES... We all know you do. But hey you had the car I wanted, I was willing to play. Then the games really started, I asked about the military and vw rebates. OH,you already included them. I asked how Steve how he knew I had a VW and he said he saw me drive in and added it in already. i asked him what color my car was, or the type, or even where I parked.... He chuckled and said "you got me there". Which to me sounded like I am a liar trying to steal from you.I got those rebates added then came the we will give you book for your trade. They offered me four thousand under book. I asked what book that came from they didn't know... And they have a VW dealership right there. Really... More wasting my time. Having had it with lies and deception, I left. They called and offered a few more grand on the trade but by then I was willing to pay more for the car from a more reputable dealer. You have a good product, why all the old school snake sales games. imagine what they will do to your mom/dad/daughter/son when they try to deal their if they are not weary!I am sure you will take this comment down on this sight that obviously provided only great reviews, luckily I have saved this and will repost it over and over

My wife and I were traveling from Florida when I experienced a check engine light. I used my code reader and found it was the EGR valve. The hotel found your dealership. I called and spoke to Kate about my problem. She told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. They confirmed the problem and quickly replaced the valve and updated the PCM. About an hour and one half later we were back on the road.My thanks to Kate as she was very helpful to us. Marie and Bill Saitz

I walked into CVM Dodge one day with my heart set on a Ram. Tim Long came right out to the lot and talked to me about what I was looking for. He helped me look at the inventory of Rams and what they could get for me. After finally realizing that that truck was not the best idea as far as gas mileage, I came back the next day looking for a new Dart. I met up with Tim again and told him what I was looking for now. Tim took me out to the lot and looked at all of the Darts that they had. He was very professional and knowledgable. He gave me the option of ordering one I wanted or looking to see if other dealers had one they could pick up for me. Tim looked immediately and found the exact car I wanted in Maryland. He did reserve it for me; however, the dealership in Maryland sold it out from under us. Before I even knew about them selling it, Tim hurried up and found another Dart exactly like it in New Jersey. Once the car was delivered to CVM, Tim answered all questions I had about the Dart. He walked me through everything including features of the car, warranty, how to go about logging services to the car, etc. Any questions he could not answer, he immediately found out and answered them for me. Only being 19 myself, Tim did not try to take advantage of me like I knew other salesmen would try to. Also, after all of the salespeople I have met going with my mom to buy her cars, Tim was one of the best. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Even after I drove off the lot, Tim checked in on how the car was running for me and if I had any questions. Ed Post was the next employee I met with for all of the paperwork involved in buying a new car. He was also very personable and professional. He made me feel good about buying this car, even though I was spending all of this money. Ed worked with me on getting my payments to where I wanted them and got me the best warranty possible on the new Dart. Overall, my experience at CVM was very good and I would recommend Tim and Ed to anyone I know.

Our first time going to a dealership to buy a car. Always stayed away from dealerships because of typical car salesmen, Mike was the complete opposite. He wasn't pushy, was very helpful and pleasant. We didn't feel the need to haggle prices because after looking at so many cars, we knew they were giving us a great deal right away. We got a very fair price for a trade in and the salesman actually searched the car and saved us a few things we forgot in the car. Overall, just an amazing car buying experience. We couldn't be happier and would recommend CVM and Mike to anyone looking for a new or used car.

On our trip to Florida this past week towing an RV with our 2007 Dodge Ram we experienced major steering problems on a Saturday morning. We called around to find an open Dodge dealer and found CVM Autopark, and had our truck towed there. Wil Hudson of the service dept and his staff had the problem diagnosed as well as some other potential problems by the time they closed at 1PM. They then ordered the needed parts early Monday morning and had the truck ready for our pickup by mid-morning on Tuesday allowing us to continue our Florida trip. To say that Wil went above & beyond what we ever expected is an understatement. Rarely have we ever received such incredible service. Way to go Wil Hudson and the rest of the CVM Autopark service staff for a great ending to a stressful time!

I began my search for a very specific Challenger at a different dealer and was dissatisfied. Having purchased an Outback at CVM for my wife (a positive experience), I decided to give them a call. Jon Sundell and I began a lengthy process of finding me what I was looking for and was unusually conscientious in keeping me updatedsomething I GREATLY appreciated. There were several setbacks and delays, none of which had to do with CVM. Jon also worked very hard to offset these issues by finding me outstanding savings in rebates, helping to make an expensive (for me) and life-changing purchase almost easy to accomplish.All of the staff we worked with were helpful and easy to talk to and we greatly appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. It was actually essential given that both my wife and I were needed to sign paperwork. We brought all 4 of our dogs and multiple members of the staff visited with them and helped us.Ive had a single service experience since my purchase and Doug Smith has been an excellent, capable representative who is also very conscientious in returning correspondence. Its not often you feel this comfortable making such a large purchase but I would recommend CVM for either a Subaru or Dodge and Im sure their Volkswagen staff is of the same caliber.

I only had to have an oil change and annual vehicle inspection completed on my vehicle. I was also having some issues with one of my keyless entry keys, having to use my spare all the while. Doug Smith set it all up for me, informing me also of a free rental car to add to my convenience. Upon arrival, service was prompt and friendly, everything you would hope it to be. The rental car was wonderful. The next day when I picked up my vehicle, I could tell it had been shined up for me, which I very much appreciated! Doug did some research on my key and showed me there was nothing wrong with it at all, just some technical info I did not know. I now know how to use it properly! He also saw that there were still some "spots" on my vehicle so he had it washed yet again! What service! Wanted your team to know that having someone like Doug is a true asset to CVM. Overall my eperience at CVM was a great one in part to Ed Post. I wasn't aware of it at the time until we signed the paperwork but he worked hard in order to get us a better interest rate on our loan. My husband and I's credit has taken a hit in the past few years due to some financial setbacks and he was great in obtaining the best rate he could get for us at the time. We were very appreciative of his extra attention. And hemade signing the paperwork fun ! I cannot say that I would refere or utilize the same salesperson with a future transaction. I feel that I knew more about the car and all of it's features than he did at the time. His idea of showing the car to me and my husband was to give us the keys and to walk away from us. My husband opened the hood and all the doors and looked over all the gauges while Mike was nowhere to be seen. We were left outside with the car for about 15 or so minutes before he joined us and then turned us over to Ed. The car was also not detailed the day we picked it up and that was pretty disappointing to me. The tires were dull and the windows were dirty. You can see the spot where the info sticker was taken off of the windshield. There is even a handprint on the interior above the driver's side door that was there when we took it home. And if the car supposedly was washed.. It was not done very well at all. Other than that because of Ed Post I would return to CVM for another purchase but would definately choose another salesperson. The sales manager was great to work with. The accessories I requested to have ready when I picked up my custom ordered Ram 2500 Outdoorsman were not there. They comped me by providing brown in place of the black floor mats I wanted for free. Once I made the 100+ mile drive home and began adding accessories, I noticed the left rear quarter panel was bent bad behind the rear wheel. It looks as though a chain or strap was used incorrectly during transport. Overall, their desire to make the customer happy up to the sale was good. The price was lower than expected and very fair. I would recommend CVM to others.

On June 6th we were traveling from Philadelphia to Oak Ridge TN trailering boats. The brakes on the truck went on the PA Turnpike so we got off in Carlise where we found Cumberland Valley Dodge. We arrived at 1 PM and explained our situation to Kate Reed who from the beginning was very understanding of our situation and did what she could do to help the repair. The truck ended up needing parts they did not have in stock but without hesitation ordered them asap. The amount of work needed was a full days work but Will and Kate worked together and with their mechanics to jump on the job and have it completed by 7 PM so that we could be on our way to Oakridge. Both mechanics stayed after their shift was over to help us in our difficult service. Each time we were given bad news about the repair Kate made sure that it was followed with good news. Getting us back on the road at 7 PM allowed for 75 high school students to compete in their rowing competition. Will and Kate run a top notch service department, along iwth the mechanics. All worked together and made for a very horrible experience lined with a good ending. We can not thank the two of them enough.

We bought our used Dodge Ram 1500 from CVM and it had aftermarket decals on the truck bed. The decals became brittle and began peeling. I called the service center and spoke with Doug. He was very friendly and told me to stop by whenever I had a minute and he would check it out. When I arrived he promptly looked at the truck and resolved to have the decals removed "free of charge". He made arrangements to have it done that afternoon and had a driver take me back to work and picked me up promptly at 4:30. When I got the truck back it was detailed and looking brand new. Kudos!

One of the main reasons that I continue to service my cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do have alternatives to CVM. My family loves the Dodge Caravan and will probably always have one in our family and your Service Dept personnel, especially Kate Reed, is the reason that we will always maintain our vehicles at CVM as well. I trust Kate and the folks she works with in your Service Dept to identify my maintenance needs at the time my vehicles are in the shop. I don't worry about getting charged for things that are not required. I keep my vehicles for approximately 10 years so maintaining them is very important to me. Therefore, finding a friendly and trustworthy Service Dept Staff is very important to me. Even when my company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its high level of customer service (Kate, Wil, Doug) and timely service. It is not often that you can call a dealership your favorite place to have service performed, but I highly recommend CVM. I previously owned a Lexus IS 250 AWD but was in the market for a new type of vehicle....preferably a 'performance' car. I really love vintage/classic cars and since 'Vanishing Point' is one of my favorite movies and stars one of the most famous vehicles of all times....THE DODGE CHALLENGER, I couldn't help but want one when Dodge came out with the new line. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!!! I went to a few other dealerships that were closer to my home and/or I was already familiar with and received substandard service at best! That all changed the moment that I picked up the phone and called CVM. I was able to set up an appointment that same day and when I got there, I was welcomed to the showroom by Jon Sundell and was introduced to Jesse Lee. Jesse was able to show me exactly what I wanted and was able to answer my long list of questions. I worked w/ Jesse on getting the right price for my trade in and they were able to show me incentives that I was able to get that no other dealership mentioned. The only problem was that I was looking for a very specific style of car and color and they were hard to come by. That did not stop the men at CVM...they called around to every dealership within 100 miles and were able to locate my car and had it quickly shipped to their showroom. Amazing service through and through!!! Forgot to mention...each time I was there I had my children with me and they were so excited about the dealership, they didn't want to leave! CVM has a customer for life!

FIRST I would like to say that I went to the dealer ship just to look around to see what they had and look around for jeep libertys unaware that they delt strictly in dodge. I seen some dodges that i thought were very nice and a step up from the jeep libertys i got out of my vehicle, and I did not have any sales men walking up to me trying to sell a car to me right away they gave me all the time I needed to decide then approched me. Jeff Lang was our sales man and he was personalble and helpful at no time did we feel pressured! He help us fing a car that we liked at a great price and we drove it home that day. First off I usually network for everything I do and buy. Not this time. After meeting both Bob and John at an event being held at Wal Mart in Mechanicsburg...I thought I would give them a try and see what my current truck was worth. We had previously purchased a dodge minivan at Hondru Dodge in Elizabethtown...can't say we had the greatest experience and I doubt we will be going back. After coming to CVM w/no intentions on purchasing a new truck, just looking and to see the value of my current truck...I walked away w/a new truck that should meet my needs for a while.(towing a new camper trailer, dogs, kids etc) I was very shocked at how I was brought into the Sales managers office to go over the value of my current vehicle and the deal he laid out for me for a new truck. Very little negotiations to be made. Then going through the finance department w/Ed was a pleasant experience. He actually made it fun to sign all those forms. As a side note, they worked with me as I purchased a cap from another business and helped me with that process. I have had the vehicle just over 24 hours but I can say I walked away feeling very good about the overall experience. That is saying allot as I myself was in insurance sales and customer service for over 19 yrs...very hard to please me and with customer service like this...my wife is already thinking of a new Dodge minivan from CVM.Thank you,Burt and Stacey Stocktonas well as Brian, kelsey, Bryce and Colin plus 3 dogs, Titan, Greta and Maya.

i first met jeff when my mom bought a xterra from him and i just liked the way he treated us that time. from right then an there when i was ready to buy a new vehicle i was going to go to cvm and have jeff as my salesperson. just last week i decided i wanted to look for a new vehicle so of course i went to cvm and had jeff. when i walked into the place jeff greated us we got right to work trying to find the right dodge nitro at the right price. not only did he find me the perfect nitro he got it for me at a great price. the whole time i was at cvm jeff made me an my mom feel very welcome even to the point of making my mom a fresh pot of coffee cause they were out an it was very late in the afternoon. it was a completly different feeling at cvm, cause a couple month ago i was looking at jeep liberty at sheivley motors an i didnt get the same respect up there as i did at cvm with jeff. sheivley motors i think were looking at a 21 year old an thats why there finance guy didnt try as hard as ed post did. so thanks to jeff and ed for a wonderful car buying experence. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect. Most dealerships I had visited all they saw was a kid. I am 29 but look about 20. The staff was able to see that I had a sense of humor and I love that about people. I was introduced to Jeff and we started looking at the Dodge Journey which was the reason for the visit. He showed my the CUV and then we test drove. After some time and number crunching we settled on a price, but I still wanted to think about it. I ended up going back the next day to sign the papers. It ended up taking too long and I had to go to work. With out signing the paperwork they let me take the car for the rest of the weekend and then I went back Monday. Monday I signed the paperwork had the the one thing I wanted looked at, looked at and I was on my way. As I was driving I realized the problem wasn't fixed it was the wheel alignment. The problem was fixed when I went back that Wednesday. I am very happy with how the dealership and all the people did everything they could to make me happy. My last little worry is that my other car loan has not been paid yet. CVM is looking into that now. All in all I would definately go back to them for my next vehicle.

Jeff was accommodating from the first day my wife and I met him. On that first day, I explained to Jeff, that we were merely wanting to test drive a Charger and a Challenger for a future purchase once I returned from an approaching deployment to the middle east. Following our test drives, Jeff gave us the only 2011 Charger brochure they had in the show room. Since I received a promotion and will more than not likely deploy now, my wife and I returned a month later to begin working out the numbers with Jeff for the purchase of a Charger. My main focus on this purchase was to get the car I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. Jeff was patient enough to run at least three payment plans for us on the Charger and an Avenger. At the end, We walked away with our 2011 Dodge Charger Rallye. My wife and I love it (even though it's white). It was Jeff's dedication to his job and the high level of motivation and friendliness that made our experience enjoyable.

i first talked to jeff on the phone in regards to a red jeep wrangler that they had on their used car lot he had told me that it was manual not automatic an i had told him i was looking for a new(used)car and he was willing to find me someing in my price range. he told me to come down to cumberland valley motors in june 2. i was on thir website and i seen that they had a relly nice 2007 nissan xterra that was at a pretty reasonable price. so when thur june 2 came i went to cumberland valley motors and when i pulled into the lot there were two salesmen standing there and one of them walked over and asked if there was anyting that he could help me with an i told him i was looking for a jeff lang and he said that was him i was talking to. i told him who i was an he knew right away that we had talked on the phone as soon as he greeted me we walked inside and right away he asked if i wanted any coffee or a water which i thought was very nice of him. i then told him that i seen the nissan on their website an he told me that was a nice car. and then he stared the work with the fineance guy to get me off the lot in the nissan xterra. jeff was a very nice guy you could tell he really took pride in his job and was one of those guys who really enjoyed wakeing up in the morning to go to their job so he can help people like me

The personnel there were not pushy at all, very accomodating to our needs, and provided us with a fair sale price on the vehicle we purchased.You can't ask for much more than that.Additionally, even after the sale was achieved, the financial person was able to receive a lower interest rate from the bank, thus allowing us to more easily afford an extended warrant and Xilon coating.A good experience overall.

Bob Hennion and the entire staff at CVM was exceptional!! This was our first experience with CVM and we were pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy that we were met with. We have purchased at other (larger) area dealerships in the past and have always left with a sense that most of the salespeople would just as soon be selling shoes, cell phones, or time share condos. The staff at CVM was very thorough and it was refreshing that Bob knew everything about the vehicle that we looked at and eventually purchased. In contrast, our last experience at "the other dealer" was much different. The very, very young salesperson could not answer our questions and we caught him making things up a few times. Shop at CVM!! You will be pleasantly surprised.

There was only one issue that I had and that was that we were told a monthly payment that was not correct. It turned out to be a few dollars more, however, my wife and I have had bad experiences in the past with dealers who lied on that point.

Worked with me on price, so that I could get into the vehicle I wanted. He stayed until after 2000 hours helping me and doing paperwork. All the staff did. Offered food/water while waiting.I only wish the truck was cheaper. After Dodge receiving a bailout and in this economy, trucks and vehicles in general should be reduced. When people on the assembly line make more per hour putting a part on than someone with over four years of college/training, it gets frustrating. Huge dealership buildings, CEO multimillion dollar yearly salaries, etc., just add to it..

We were on our way to Florida from our home in Madoc Ontario Canada when our truck broke down on Hwy 81. We made it into a truck stop and then browsed the yellow pages for a Dodge dealer. We found and called Cumberland Dodge and we were very glad we did. We had the truck towed over to the dealership and then they shuttled the rest of my family from the truck stop to the dealership. They gave us "priority" service in putting the truck right up on the hoist to discover the issue. They ordered the parts and told us it would be ready by noon the next day. They even shuttled us to and from a near by hotel. What great service. We were off on our vacation 24 hours later, they were true to their word. A HUGE thanks to Kate and Will for their great personal and professional service. Kate and Will kept the atmosphere light while still delivering a professional service. We were far from home and still had a long way to go for our family vacation and a break down was not in our plans. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like regular customers. When we pulled out of the parking lot, we did not even think of our vehicle causing us any further issues. We were confident in the service that was performed. I have been going to CVM for service since 2002 when I bought my Dodge Caravan. I have never been disappointed in their service on my vehicle that now has over 115,000 miles. Troy, Will, and Kate have always been truthful with their estimates and always right on target with what is wrong. If I needed an appt. that same day, they could usually fit me in. Overall, they have done an outstanding job with my vehicle. I truly could not be happier with their service. American industry is not known for great service ~ but, CVM truly is. Also, I couldn't be happier with my Dodge Caravan 2002. It has run really well, and the repairs have not been out of the ordinary. Again, they delivered performance at a value price.

From the moment my grandmother and I walked into the door we had nothing but welcome and warmth from this company. I was looking for a new vehicle and the receptionist, Tammy and Kate, from parts and service steered me in the right direction by introducing me to Mike Schell. He listened, actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and then took me out to the lot to look at the Dodge Caliber. I had been to 4-5 other dealerships over the past few days and the customer service I received there was well less then par so I am sure I was not a jem right off the bat to Mike, sorry. After he showed me the car and the specs and informed me of them, he suggested that I go for a test drive and that me grandmother go with, and ride in the front passenger seat! He was very knowledgable about the car being able to answer all questions asked to him, while looking at the vehicle and driveing it. After the test drive we went back into the dealership and sat at his desk and talked numbers, then he went to his boss Jeff and they talked numbers. That is when Jeff came out, and god love him for being able to come into the situation as a third party and introduce himself and just completely put all nerves and worries to ease. That is when Jeff and Mike suggested that I take the car for a test drive for the weekend to make sure it was something I could see myself in. Well I took it for the weekend and loved it, one problem though still had to talk numbers.Went back to the dealership to see Mike and we taked numbers then he went to Jeff and talked numbers. Everyone during this whole process, this was my first time buying a new vehicle, was very easy to work with and I felt that I got a good deal....nah GREAT deal!!!! Throughout sitting at the desk and waiting for information to be faxed/approved/filled out the other sales personnel was very funny, charming, and personable.So, today was the final day to sign the paperwork. I dropped the car off to get detailed, they shuttled me to work while the did all the work. They cleaned it inside and out and even topped off my gas. After they cleaned it and I returned to the dealership Mike (who came in on his day off :) ) introduced me to Ed Post (Business Manager) who walked me through the financing and paperwork and showed me different warrenties and coverages. We talked about gap insurance and he as well like Mike and Jeff was very informative and knowledgable. After all paperwork was signed it was time to get the keys.We went back to Mikes desk where he went over all the important paperwork, about the warrenties and how to keep them covered by getting oil changes and tire rotations and so on, as the dealer book instructs. Then he walked me out to my car and showed me all the final bells and whistles of the car and to make sure I understood how all the necessities worked and where the were located, 4 ways, lights and the Sirius radio, haha. They topped off the gas tank and I was on my way home from there.I went from last Tuesday to having a blown motor in my old car, (which by the way the are towing for me from the garage). To looking at many cars and dealerships to be exactly one week later in a brand new car that makes me happy and makes me feel safe and comfortable. I will return for future purchases (not any time soon, I LOVE her (yes my new car is a her) way too much to even think of letting her go). I will recommend CVM to as many people I know and will tell them that anyone in the place is nice and seems great to work with, but if I was them i'd see Mike Schell.

I've been going to and recommending CVM Dodge for years. Their entire staff is always very friendly and courteous. Everyone from the receptionist to the garage staff to the owner greets you with a smile.When buying our vehicles there we were never put under any pressure to do so. The sales team only answered questions we had and the entire decision was left up to us. That was a pleasant change from previous experiences we had with other places. The prices we were given have always been equal to, or better than competing dealers.The ONLY reason they were given a "good" rating for quality of work by me instead of "great" was because of two very small issues I had. Once after a tire rotation they failed to notice one tire was quite low on pressure and another time an oil filter worked it's way loose after a change causing a small leak but these things happen and both of the problems were immediately fixed and they apologized over and over for the inconvenience. All of the other work I had performed there was done correctly.Dodge in general needs to update the information on their website in order to fully educate buyers on what's actually available to their customers. The dealer literature book had VERY different information listed than the website did once i got there. That's why i listed the answer to the "optional" question below.It would also help if they actually had tv commercials for ALL the vehicles in their lineup. To my knowledge they have NEVER had a single commercial for an Avenger since they came out in 2008. They might sell more of them if people knew they made them in the first place!!

Doug Smith in servuce is very professional and cares about the customer. I have dealt with this dealership for many years. I started going to the dealership when Ed Ullom ran it before he retired and now is daughter runs the dealership and he was one of the reasons I went there. An honest straight talking man who knew what he was talking about. That some atsmosphere still exists today.

I have always loved this dealership since I purchased my van here in 2006. My wife also purchased her van here in 2008 because she observed how well I was treated when I would come to the dealership for service. I like the fact that the owner's office is near the service desk because Monique has her finger on the pulse of what really goes on. She is usually within an earshot of any issues.

I've bought two cars from CVM and am soon going to buy my third. I've worked with all three of the above employees and have been impressed with their friendliness. I mostly work with Doug but they all have explained any repairs required in a language that I could understand. Their new oil change service is especially convenient. I give them 5 stars!!!

This is my third lease/purchase from CVM in the past six years. Some of the staff has changed, but the professionalism and courtesy have not. During the course of my three purchases I have never felt pressured in any way to do something that I did not feel secure about doing. Keith was my salesman for this latest purchase and he was very sincere and helpful. Ed was my business manager for the third straight time. He is always a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgable and helpful in getting the best deal. I would recommend CVM to anyone for a new or used purchase or lease.

I had purchased a 2004 Dodge Dakota from another dealership. When I was feed up with the service of the other dealership I called CVM to have my service done. My first experience was with Kate who did ask if I had bought my truck from CVM. Even though I told her that I had not she still treated me as if I had bought my truck there. For the past couple of years I have had my truck serviced every 3,000 miles always dealing with either Wil or Kate and have never had any problems with my service or the customer service. Due to the great experience that I had at CVM my wife looked at CVM when she was ready to purchase a new vehicle. We are now both owners of a Dodge vehicle and look forward to many more great service experiences.

I have been a customer with CVM for 6 years. The sales and service staff have always been curteous and willng to provide answerss to any of my questions. Wil and Kate in service have been especially helpful over the years with any problems that I have experienced with my Dodge (there has not been that many, though) I would definitely recommend CVM to anyone that would be in the market for a new Dodge or just wanted to get excellent service.

I will NEVER, buy another automobile, new or used...from any dealership in my area than Cumberland Valley Motors!
