I did extensive research looking for a vehicle before I decide to purchase a 2006 Toyota Matrix at Faulkner Toyota. Dallas T. was ready and willing to answer any questions I had via e-mail and on the phone. The website was thorough and easy to navigate. I felt no pressure to buy, just assurance that the vehicle was solid and clean. President Frank K. greeted my son and me warmly in the parking lot. While waiting for other customers to complete their transactions we relaxed in a very cool, comfortable showroom and enjoyed ice cold water, popcorn and good coffee. Everyone was friendly. Megan F. was helpful and efficient with the financing details/paperwork and made it a pleasant experience. We feel that we were treated very well and that we received a great deal with financing that fits our needs on a solid vehicle that we hope to have for many years.

Did not do the inspection and passed my windshield wiper while it had a big tear on that. When I gave feedback the service manager was rude and told me that I am not a human and also said that he does not want to do business with me.I just called them to give feedback with good intentions but the way he handled that was frustrating. After all, I have concern that they may even did not check my car at all!!!

Dallas was very professional throughout my entire buying experience. I traveled from Philadelphia to Harrisburg to purchase a mint honda accord ex-l 2007 with less than 29k. People were lined up to buy this car, but because I was first to express interest he gave me first shot at it. He could have sold this car within seconds to anyone else closer to his location but allowed me the opportunity to buy it first. Needless to say, I love my new Honda Accord. Overall buying experience was positive. Ask for Dallas to help serve you, he is upbeat and full of energy. He is excellent on returning messages.Service put 4 new tires on and new front brakes/rotors. They did the job right but missed a burned out dome bulb that I paid to fix on my own.Finance did a wonderful and knowledgeable job with all the required paperwork for State filing. Really tried to up-sell the extended warranty which was a good value, but we were not budgeted for it so declined.Clean Restrooms, Upbeat and Nice Staff, Airy and Pleasant Showroom.

I was extremely satisfied with my service. Originally I was told my job of mounting four tires, balancing them and doing a front end alignment would tack about two hours. They were done in a little over an hour and a half. They were professional and polite. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I wanted a tough to find combination in a 2015 Highlander and they spent lots of time calling dealerships and searching inventory until they found my car, which took about 1 month. Looking for a RAV4 was something we dreaded. We always hated pushy salespeople and haggling over prices. When we arrived at Faulkner, Jim Porter greeted us and introduced Khamla Saengduangchan as our salesperson. She was friendly and very easy going. Both Khmala and Jim made us feel very comfortable and treated us as if we'd known each other for awhile. They both worked with us, told us all the Toyota facts which were very impressive and before we knew it - they had all the figures for us to purchase our RAV4. I was very pleased with the entire buying process at Faulkner Toyota / Scion in Harrisburg, PA. I went shopping on a Friday night, and all salespersons were assisting other customers, The new car sales manager, Jim Porter, assisted me, and arranged a test drive, so I did not have to wait for a salesperson. I took delivery of a new Avalon the next day. My salesperson, Marianne Sarcone, was great. When she explained the features of my new car, I was impressed at her depth of knowledge of even the most arcane features of the vehicle, and she was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. She conveyed all the information I needed in a logical, progressive fashion that didn't 'overload' my brain. I appreciated that because, quite frankly, I was overwhelmed by all the tech/gizmos/electronics in the Avalon, and would have been at a loss to understand them without her. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Marianne, to all my friends and family that are interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle.

If you take your car in for a recall, expect a call with hundreds of dollars of OTHER things they'd like to fix. When it's fixed incorrectly and you take it to your local mechanic whom your trust, Faulkner will not refund you the money. Even when you show Faulkner the receipt for the same serpentine belt. Tony, the service department supervisor, wants you to dumpster dive for the part so they will refund you. Ridiculous. I'll never buy a car from them again or make an appt for a recall notice. You lost my confidence and respect. Shame on you Faulkner.

Went to look at 2 of the Toyota Tundras in the very 1st aisle of the lot, about 30' from the showroom.. Walked around these trucks for about 15 mins, no one would assist me. Walked to the showroom to find 5 people yapping & sitting in the AC. Apparently 2 of them were trainees, but that doesn't excuse the other 3. One of them finally waited on me & took me on a test drive, but left me standing at the vehicle to go grab another customer. Even tho I stated that I had a time limit & had to leave.

We bought our 2005 Prius from them and Marianne was very good and helpful. After a few years, the car needed new tires and we were recommended a set of Yokohamas by this dealer that had a 60,000 mile warranty. We bought the tires from Faulker and had them regularly rotated and balanced. Those tires lasted only 35,000 miles and I bought a new set of tires at Goodyear, where the car was being inspected. I took the tires back to the Toyota service department and Tony Weikel, service manager, agreed that they did not pass inspection (two tires were just barely legal for inspection). He said they would submit a warranty claim, but it would take 60 to 90 days for it to be processed. After waiting this really long period, I called back and was told that Yokohama said that two of the tires were still good, and there would be no warranty refund. I pointed out that there own service rep had measured the tires while I was there and they agreed with Goodyear. They basically said that it was too bad, but Yokohama was the responsible party, not Toyota and I would have to take it up with them. I pointed out that they needed to stand behind the products they sell and even called Frank Naylor to complain about the lack of warrantee service. He basically said, "Too bad, you didn't buy new tires from us, so no warrantee refund." I finally got them to agree to giving me $100 store credit (the actual refund would have been over $200). The next time the car needed routine service I went there and they took the opportunity to sell me on having the front rotors turned ($75 per rotor) because "the Prius doesn't use the brakes that much and the rotors get rusty and can become pitted if we don't turn them to remove the rust." What a crock. I am sorry I got duped. Don't buy tires from them and be very careful using them for service.

I have probably purchased over 20 cars (new and used) from dealerships in California, Florida, New York, Maryland, and now Pennsylvania. Most experiences have ranged from the good, to the bad, to the ugly. My experience at Faulkner Toyota Scion in Harrisburg, PA was by far the most positive and rewarding car buying experience I have ever had...to the point that I have to add "GREAT" to the list of good, bad, and ugly! To understand just how nice it was working with Faulkner Toyota Scion, you have to know a little about what led me there. I was trying to work with a local Toyota dealership near my home on a Saturday, but was having such a bad experience with their salesman, sales manager, and business manager, that my wife and I were beyond frustrated. They tried to sell me a model I did not want. They wanted me to explain what was wrong with the one they had and what was "important to me." I don't know how I could have been any clearer - "We would like a 2013 Sienna SE with the SE Premium Package in Mica Grey or Salsa Red and then Silver, Black, or white as last chances." They finally caught on and found the vehicle I really wanted at another dealer outside the local area. I am a bit familiar with the dealer trade process and was not expecting anything too difficult or out of the ordinary. They came back and said they could deliver the vehicle no later than the next Monday or Tuesday. We then went to the business manager to finalize all the paperwork. I signed a contract with 0% financing for 5 years - not a "deal sheet" but the actual financing contract with the VIN and all. Monday came and they were "still working on getting the vehicle (here)." Tuesday afternoon came and I had my wife call to see if it was in yet. Come to find out they couldn't deliver the vehicle because they didn't own it! They never got an agreement for a dealer trade from the dealership that actually owned it! That was enough...we were done with that dealership. Fast forward to my wife and I trying to locate one on line bingo! Found one in Pennsylvania about 2.5 hours away. But they had a better asking price. I made the call and spoke to Marianne, their Internet Sales Manager she was fantastic! Very helpful, professional, and one of the most knowledgeable reps I have ever spoken to. I drove to Faulkner Toyota Scion in Harrisburg, PA the next day. In the end, I got exactly what we were looking for, at a better price, with the same 0% financing. They even gave me a better offer for our trade in. I was in and out of their dealership in just a couple of hours to include assessing my trade, doing all of the sales paperwork, and even applying the Xzilon protection. Not to mention they had even applied beautiful pin-stripping to the van at no cost as a thank you for travelling so far to make the purchase. And most importantly, my wife could not be happier! I cannot say enough great things about Faulkner Toyota Scion of Harrisburg, PA, its employees, and their pricing. I have not stopped talking about this purchase and dealer since I finalized the deal and drove away with a great vehicle (2013 Toyota Sienna SE), at a great price! I dont care how far you may have travel, you owe it to yourself to contact Faulkner Toyota Scion and see how they can help you get the car, truck, or van you are looking for! I researched a 2013 Sienna SE on cars.com and sent an inquiry through the site. About a few weeks later on Feb 26th, I received a quote from Adrian Hennessy for a significantly low price and it stated that I had two days to purchase at that particular price. Well, I emailed and then called several times and finally got a response of "oh it was an error". So, I asked the best price of the vehicle and it was only $3k off MSRP. I was actually going to drive two hours from VA to go up there, but I had a feeling it was sent to get me there versus a truthful quote. I will just say that if you live far away, don't bother believing anything they say or send. They are the opposite of their quote below. Having seen their ad on tv with special sales, I went to the Faulkner website to browse. After seeing many cars that peaked my interest, I did my own math and decided I would take a shot at a new car. Let me say that I have had issues in the past and would rather have my teeth pulled than buy a car. I clicked the option to request info. I told them in general what information I wanted and that I did not want a lot of sales talk or hassle. Marianne Sarcone got back to me the next day. When i gave her more information, She replied back immediately with not only what I wanted but at a better price than I could have hoped for!!! When I arrived the Prius was washed and waiting for testing. Marianne took her time showing me all the bells and whistles and made sure I had an understanding of the car since I had not owned anything like a Prius. The paperwork was easy as they do most of it on computer now. As she was reviewing information with us after the test drive, all the financing papers streamed in for our signatures one by one. I got the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, with a great financing rate, dealing with only ONE person!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Thank you Faulkner and Marianne for helping me make this happen!!!

I was at the Faulkner Toyota dealership today for recalls for my 2007 Toyota RAV4. There was another recall that I was unaware of. They took care of the both recall issues, and checked my Tire Pressure Monitor Systems (TPMS) and actual tire pressures as well checking the spare tire, since the flat tire light had lighten up. Turns out there was a faulty TPMS on one of the tires, requiring ordering another TPMS. All was taken care of in less than the estimated time given by the service advisor, Nick Rieber. I had also asked Nick for a price quote for replacing all 4 tires. Turns out they have a "buy 3 tires, get 1 tire free" offer. Total price for set of 4 tires was less than price quote from Tire Rack and Jack Williams. This is the place to buy your tires for the lowest price. Will never buy from Jack Williams directly again. Jack Williams advertise on their website ("guaranteed lowest price, period"). I had purchased a set of 4 tires for my BMW the other day from Jack Williams, which cost $1225, incl. mounting and balancing all 4 tires. Nick gave me a quote for the EXACT same tires for $125 dollars less (incl. mounting and balancing and taxes). Went back to Jack Williams with the price quote from Faulkner Toyota and got a refund for the difference. Funny thing is, Jack Williams originally quoted me a price of $1325 !! If I hadn't checked the prices on Tire Rack and got the price quote from Toyota, I would be out $225 on a set of tires !! The saving grace for Jack Williams is that they DID refund me the difference from the quote I got from Nick. Thanks Nick !! :) I will not buy my tires from anywhere else other than Faulkner Toyota. Online scheduling of an appointment is also very convenient, and you can usually find a slot the next day if you need one. Faulkner Toyota, you have earned my business !!

Yesterday I called regarding a vehicle posted on the internet inventory. I spoke w/the Internet Sales Manager and clealy and honestly conveyed my circumstances regarding my trade, payment limit and the fact that it is a 2 hour round trip for me to travel to the dealership. If the deal was not in the realm of possibilities, I didn't want to waste my time or gas to go to the dealership. The salesperson advised that they would have to see my car (at no time did he advise that it was impossible). He said that while they were appraising my car, I could test drive the vehicle that we discussed. During the discussion, he was well aware of the specific vehicle as I provided the stock number and he researched same on his computer. I was also told that since it was the end of the month/year, there was a push to move vehicles out. I called later in the day to advise that I was driving to the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by another salesperson as the person that I spoke with was the "internet salesperson" (at no time in our discussions did he convey that he would not be helping me. in fact, he told me that he would be waiting). It took only 20 minutes to determine that there was "no way" that I was going to be able to get into the vehicle that we discussed. In fact, that particular vehicle was not available as it was being driven by the parts manager!!! Clearly, the call was just a tease and I feel there was no regard for my wasted time and travel. While there, I conveyed a number of times that I intentionally called to avoid the situation. I could see if there was a chance that my terms could be met, however, it was clear that there was none. It was suggested that I look at much different vehicles that did not have the equipment in my current car. When I conveyed same to the salesperson, the response was an apology followed by "his job (internet sales manager) is to get people in here." We're on the cusp of 2013, I mistakenly thought the days of "getting people in here" were over. I wish that I would've been treated with the same respect/fairness that I conveyed during our telephone conversation.

My mother in law was in an unfortunate accident right before the holidays. She went to faulkner toyota after they totaled her car. She dealt with a man GREG for days. My husband was cosigning for her so she could get something that she needed. She is 66 years old and takes care of our 10 year old niece. She is retired and and wonderful kind christian woman. She was under the impression that she was being taken care of. They saw my husbands credit score and promised her a van. They went to sign for her Van so she could have her car finally after being without a vehicle for 2 weeks. The dealer GREG with his hands in his pockets and nonchalant attitude walked over. She introduced my husband and said "this is my son we are here to sign for the car".. this man replies with distain... "Your car isnt even totalled... and you are late on your payment..."EXCUSE ME???? thats customer service??THE TRUTH IS... the insurance companies had a laps in paper work and didnt follow through on THEIR part.... They didnt show that her claim came through.. and why would she make her most recent payment on a car that she didnt have anymore and she was waiting on the payment from the insurance company... My mother doesnt get upset... She was crying after the treatment of this man. She didnt ask to be in an accident right before Christmas... She didnt ask to be left without a car before she had to try and go HOME for the holidays... HE COULD HAVE GONE ABOUT IT ANY WAY>>>> BUT HE DIDNT>> he chose to treat this woman like she was some common crimial... AWFUL DO NOT BUY!!!!

We leased a vehicle from this dealer nearly five years ago. That experience was a good one and the Rav4 has been a great car in that time. This weekend we went back to the dealer after having visited competitors to understand our post lease options.We were met by Sang, who provided us a consultative experience that, from beginning to end was brilliant. He provided honest answers and worked hard to make certain that we had everything we needed to to make a decision. He earned our business, for sure. Nic also provided exceptionally quick, friendly financing service (rare in my experience) and got us the precise deal we sought. Kudos should be shared with the team. I recently bought a 2002 Toyota Sequoia, it only came with one key so I called Faulkner to arrange an appt to get a key programmed. I gave them my info, Vin, etc then went to my appt (over lunch). After waiting 1 hour 20 min I finally walked over to the service center, asking how things were going. I was informed that they did not have a key and they've been trying to get one, but no success. Well, this is why I called in advance, they should've had a key. I received a call from Faulkner a day or 2 later asking if I was pleased with my service, I returned a call saying I was displeased, never heard a thing. Then I wrote a letter to the service manager and , once again, never heard back. Lousy service, lousier customer care!

I have bought three vehicles that I've found on Cars.com. It seems to be the most user-friendly web-site to find what I'm looking for. Most recently I found a Kia Soul on the site for my wife. Thanks to Cars.com, I believe I found the absolute best deal at Faulkner Toyota/Scion in Harrisburg. I could not find a Toyota Prius V that I was looking for locally so I used the Costco auto buying service that recommended Faulkner as the closer dealer to me--an hour drive for me. I purchased a new RAV4 in early December. This is a very low key, but amazingly customer service focused dealership. They aren't the largest at this location, but I think that is an advantage to the buyer. I highly recommend them as they are competitive and great to work with. The sales manager himself found boxes to help me transfer items fron my old car. I'm very impressed with the management and all the employees!

Great friendly dealership from the time of initial email correspondence to final purchase. Christian and Ryan were great and upfront about the Prius and helped me stay within my financing needs as well as upfront about offering a trade-in value for my older car above other dealers I visited. A comfortable, friendly environment and very accommodating in the sales process. Although other dealerships may list my specific vehicle combination with a lower price offered on Cars.com, I believe I still received a good deal through the trade in and have no complaints about the entire process. Thumbs up and I will definitely be back when needing a new vehicle.
