The service I received far exceded my expectations and was unlike any buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Ryan ensured I had great experience and that I felt unpressured. I live in Boston and I had searched the entire country for the car that I wanted. I don't like to be bothered with high-pressure sales and had explained this to Ryan Cala an Aston Martin specialist at FC Kerbeck and sons in Palmyra New Jersey. He had called me about a car I had seen online that was at his dealership. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted, I agreed to their price which was an excellent deal, I flew from Boston to Philadelphia the next day to pick it up. Ryan and his co-workers made it the easiest most enjoyable transaction, even getting me temporary New Jersey plates and registering it for me in Massachusetts and having those plates expressed to me in Boston upon my return. Ryan was very professional and allowed me to familiarize myself with the car and had patience in explaining the fairly complicated instrumentation and electronics. I would highly recommend Ryan Cala at FC Kerbeck & sons if you are looking for an Aston Martin or any other luxury brand they represent. Friends of mine asked me why on earth I would buy an Aston Martin Rapide S sight unseen over the phone in Palmyra New Jersey a place I've never heard of to buy a car when I live in Boston. The answer to that is that it was the only car in the county that covered my list of wants entirely, Ryan was very relaxed and enjoyable to deal with without exerting any sales pressure. I got to take delivery of the most fantastic car I've ever owned immediately and I got the pleasure of getting to know the car on my trip back up to Boston. I will buy my next car from Ryan as well.

I have been looking for a new car for a while. I looked at Bentley, Maserati, BMW, Lexus and Chevrolet. Ryan Cala was very patient with me. I looked at several cars over the last couple of months. Ryan showed me all of the vehicles and explained all of their features to me very well. I did not buy anything right away as I needed time to think. I went and saw some other cars at other dealerships, but I was never treated as well as I was by this dealership. They really rolled out the red carpet for me and that made me feel great. Steve is a good guy. He will not rush you and is not pushy. He explains everything well and when he said he was going to call...he did, when he said he would get back to me with vehicle information...he did. He spent hours with me the first time I test drove the Ghibli. He communicated with me via email, work phone, and his own personal cell phone via text, he was OK with a quick talk on a Sunday afternoon. From the first day I walked in just curious to see what was available to the day I picked up my new Maserati Ghibli S Q4 Steve Capra was great to deal with. It took me about a week to sell my BMW and get the insurance together. Steve was helpful and never pressured me to get the deal done. That's because FC Kerbeck knows how to treat their customers. Making the first-time jump up to purchase a vehicle like an Aston Martin is not the sort of decision I make every other day, but Steve was patient, direct and highly professional all the way through the process. I have lost count of how many cars that I am my wife have purchased over the years but I would have liked to come across Steve and the team a lot earlier such was the ease of the entire process. No pressure, just assistance and knowledge where I needed it the most. I told Steve when I left that I would be back for an upgrade and a big part of that statement was based on my experience with the entire team. Far superior - actually not in the same ballpark - to my experience with Mercedes or BMW...in many ways also very reflective of the differential with the vehicles!

I sent a email from California, late one night while on a business trip. The next morning first thing, Steve Capra emailed me back. That day we exchanged many emails, and talked about a possible lease. Steve got me every answer I asked for, and set an appointment to me with me on Saturday morning. I took a train from Harrisburg PA to Philly, and Steve picked up my wife and I at the train station, he drove us to the dealership, showed us the car, we agreed to complete the lease, and the deal was done. Beautiful foreign cars! On my recent visit, we were just going to look around & check out what new cars were on the lot & in the showroom. I met up with the salesmen I worked with in the past; Greg, Eric & Joe. In speaking with them, I was inquiring about different cars & expressed my fondness for the Aston Martin. Each one educated me at different times on all of the many features of the vehicle. When I left, I was leaving with my new love! An Aston Martin Vantage convertible!! The car is amazing & and I could not say enough kinds words for the time & patience the gentleman had devoted to me. I went to F C Kerbeck looking to buy a new car. After looking at other dealerships, I was recommended to Steve Capra . From the start i felt comfortable. Steve was completely knowledgeable and forthcoming with any information I requuired. His pleasant demeanor and friendliness made this a truely wonderful experience. I found the car of my dreams and took it home that night. Any questions that have come up have been completely answered to my satisfaction. I have purchased several vehicles from FC Kerbeck. Steve Capra, the salesman is a gentleman who is honest and trustworthy and helps to guide you through the purchasing process with quick responses to questions and excellent customer service. They deliver on their promises and are always very friendly and easy to reach. The service department, from Aida who answers the phone and is always a friendly voice to Neal who arranges service quickly do a great job. Other "premium" dealers that I have worked with seem to nickel and dime the customer and I am often left with the sneaky suspicion that the service being recommended may or may not be needed, but not at FC Kerbeck. They do a great job and you can trust them for your auto needs.

FC Kerbeck has treated me great with all of my car purchases. I have purchased new and used Bentley's, Lamborghini's and Cadillac models. The sales team always goes out of their way to make my requests possible. They do a wonderful job working with the manufacturers and I to satisfy my desire for unique and highly customized automobiles. Every step of the way through the entire process they treat me with respect and curtesy ensuring a special experience for me as a customer. Then there is the service. Bobby goes to all extremes to make my cars perfect and remain that way. I've had him completely rebuild a Lamborghini and it is still better than any new car I have ever driven. I cannot even begin to fully express how serious the service department takes their work and the true passion and love they have for the cars that they work on. They take pride in being the best mechanics of exotic cars and they earn that title every single day. I cannot speak more highly of the service and sales departments of FC Kerbeck.
