Nailed it. I purchased my vehicle from Ferman Ford and had an good sales experience. I had to drop it off later though to have a hitch added and had a substandard experience and let them know. I am not one to write a company off from a single situation so I returned for break service and am glad I did. An all around great job, fine workmanship as well as terrific communication. Had a 90,000 mile service preformed on My 2010 Ford which are all My miles Driven. I will say, everything was done amazingly and They do have an eye for detail as many Ford Dealerships do not. I have nothing but great things to say about Ferman Ford. I brought my Mustang in last week to get the routine maintenance done. William P. in the service department has been professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about any questions I have to ask. When I was getting my mustang worked on I was waiting in the showroom and there was a 2020 Ford Ranger. I asked a few questions about the Ranger. Michael and Angelo answered all of my questions. Michael was my salesman and I purchased the Ford Ranger. A truly GREAT car buy experience. If anyone needs to buy a car Ferman Ford is the place to go. Great service all across the board. I can not say enough about Ferman Ford. From my first contact they went above and beyond for me. William Pannier particularly was gracious, understanding and kind. He could not have done more. It's been a few months and big thanks and shout out to the friendly Ferman Ford folks. My Ford, Gold certified 2019 Roush RS3 Mustang is the nicest Mustang yet and the sixth. These pros are worth the time to see their inventory, and i never would have made the deal but for the trade value they gave me on my older heavily modified Mustang and a military discount ! Good job !

To be honest, I wouldn't have recommended this dealership since being taken over by Ferman. We have been in several times for the same unresolved issues to no avail until we were fortunate enough to get Jeff. He took amazing care of us and made sure everything was fixed properly before letting us take our vehicle home. It was nice for a change that someone actually cared. Thank You Jeff.

They have a 5k guarantee that they refuse to honor. Their "best price" is a not true. I recently went in to purchase a new Ford Explorer and was given a best price of 52k. They offered 24 for my trade. The condescending sales manager said "you are just like everyone else, thinking I am not giving you enough for your trade". I then went to Carmax and they were going to give me 26k. Bill Currie Ford gave me 27k. So apparently I was right that their 3k low ball offer was BS. My trade aside I paid 47.6k for the exact same Ford Explorer. I mean the same one that had to be transferred in from DeLand Ford. I then talked to my salesman at Ferman and he said "I don't know how they could possibly do that", insinuating I was not telling the truth. After I purchased it from Bill Currie Ford (a great experience) I called about the 5k guarantee and Ferman said "I would have had to buy it from them" so they are full of it in every way. Do your self a favor and don't do business with these liars. There are too many other good Ford dealers around.

The clutch assembly needed to be changed. I was told it would be at least 11 weeks to get the part in. I told the service manager I was planning two trips this summer, and he contacted Ford and got the part in and it was installed and I had the car back in time for the first trip. Ferman Ford has made several changes to their customer service department, for the better! When they first taken over from Countryside Ford I was not pleased. They taken action on their services from customer service through their techs. I was pleased with the service last time, was fairly charged for those services and vehicle was delivered thoroughly cleaned as well. I will return to Ferman Ford for our two vehicles and will purchase there as well when in the market to do so.

I have take my vehicle in for service twice and have had terrible customer service. The service manager was very rude and even yelled at his service writer in front of me and several other shocked customers. Had to return several times to get it fixed. I understand that it's a car and things break but it was the attitude of the employees that was very disappointing. The service manager was extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating . He tried to blame me for much of the problems they created. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and will drive further to get service in the future

I am homebound for 11 weeks waiting for a clutch for my 2012 Focus. My car has engine light on and red transmission warning light on at times.The deceleration, hesitation, slippage and the difficultly in going 40-45MPH. at times is unpleasant. I got the extended warranty so as to have peace of mind for 5 years. I do not have any peace of mind when other drivers are yelling and honking horns and passengers screaming" We are going to die!" I have changed doctor appointments to July and canceled social events. I bought a new car so I would have a fairly carefree stressfree time for 5 years.It is considered safe and O.K. to drive a vehicle in this condition for that long. I find this unacceptable.

After a few very frustrating weeks looking for the perfect car, including a bait and switch at another dealership, I found myself working with Frank Savranakis one of the online salesmen. Frank was honest, worked within my budget and found me the car I wanted and nothing less. When I went to pick up my new Ford Fusion SE he spent time showing me every feature and answering any questions I had. Upon entering, Rod Hobbs (Manager) introduced himself and greeted me with warm handshake. Eric in finance was fantastic and I was in and out in no time flat without hassle. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and I will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends and family. I couldn't be happier! Do not buy a Ford or Mazda without checking out Countryside Ford...ask for Frank!

I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been good. All the repairs were covered under warranty. One thing that seems unusual is that every time I come in there is a different Service Advisor. There has been 3 so far. Why can't they keep their employees? This time I had Jeff Bowland and he was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the outcome. He was very Customer Service oriented, courteous, and got the repairs done. He was very helpful in getting me picked up when my vehicle was ready and the Courtesy Van was not available at the time. I also want to say I have used the Courtesy Van many times and the drivers are very nice. My overall experience was great. I do feel though that when buying a new vehicle from the dealership, oil changes for at least a few times should be free like other dealerships or at least a discounted price. There are very few incentives to go back to the dealership for regular maintenance issues. Georgia Greene

Rob Hobbs is awesome. I was pregnant and needed to move from my 2 door to a 4 door vehicle. I asked the service guy for someone that was down to earth, not fake, and not slimy. I got Rob and have continuously been amazed. We talked about my needs and wants, drove a few different vehicles and he even got the vehicle I wanted from another dealership the next day. He was very helpful during the process and was on top of following up with my questions. We even returned a few months later to buy my husband a car from Rob. We don't live in the area, but definitely make the drive to purchase from Rob.Eric was out finance adviser. Explained everything very clearly and tailored our warranty to my needs and price budget. He was very nice and helpful.For service, I only see Jeremy. I've had problems with other service people being arrogant or chauvinistic, not a problem with Jeremy. He listens to the problem and explains what they found. Things get fixed quickly and correctly. I don't even go to quick lane anymore. Jeremy takes care of all my service needs, big and small. He won't sell me things I don't need and treats us like family.

Could not be happier. First went on to Ford's website to find the truck I was looking for. Ford sent my info to three local dealers. Jeff, like the other 2 dealers could not find the truck I wanted. He was the only one who asked me to give him a shot at pricing and having the truck built. His price was more than fair and I agreed to have the truck built. He ordered the truck that same day and kept in touch with me to let me know what stage the progress was as far as when it was built and it's travel to the dealership. It came in sooner than he had promised, which he said he likes to do. He's done this many times before and would rather not give a date for delivery that may not happen. The icing on the cake was the final price he gave me for the truck was lower than the original promised price. My trade in was purchased at this dealership, and I will be back in the future.

I have been preapproved through my bank and walked into Cuntryside Ford FL today 02.12.14 with a10k check. Mind you this is guaranteed money, for them the car is paid in full I just needed to sign it. I know it's not a lot but I figured they will be interested in taking my money. Now I am not asking for a $20,000 car I test drove a car that was marked $11,887.00 and has been on the lot for 30 day by this point so I went inside to speak to manager. He comes out and says unless I have $3,400.00 down along with my $10,000.00 he will not work with me. His exact words were.... " WE ARE IN IT TO MAKE MONEY" I know they are there to make money but for them to add $3,400 on top of my 10k for a car advertised for $11,887.00 seems like a rip off... Also if you were wanting to make money I had 10k to give and they didn't want it... Wouldn't that have been money made for the day!!

I was referred to Countryside Ford-Clearwater by Liberty Mutual Insurance for collision repair to our 2006 Toyota 4-Runner. Michael and Bill handled appointments, estimates, and scheduling very efficiently. They also coordinated extremely well with the insurance company. We were new to the area when our Focus had a hesitation issue, so we went to this Ford dealership. It was a horrible experience. They misdiagnosed the problem; wanting to do a week long $2500 valve job. Even worse, their "diagnosis" left the car much much worse -- nearly impossible to start and barely running. We said no to the valve job and took it to a local mechanic who replace the coil, plugs, and plug wires; completely fixing the problem for under $500. The mechanic also discovered that Countryside had neglected to reinstall the timing belt cover; of course, they denied and manager would not return phone calls. Avoid this dealership.

My air conditioner on my 2012 Taurus started making noise. Bill in the service dept tried to tell me on the phone that something must have slipped down onto the air condition blower mower, but I could find nothing. I stopped by the shop and he attempted to find the problem but conceded that it was the motor in the blower. I brought the car back the next day for service the following day. I was called around 11:30 the next morning to say it was done.Bill was a true professional in all sense of the word. Polite and engaging and took care of my vehicle as quickly as he could.I used your courtesy van to be transported home and then back to the dealership both days. My F150 Eco-boost had a issue while driving on Interstate 10 and lost power. I woiuld not have been as nervous if this would have happened to me at home. I was on my way from the Houston, TX area to Clearwater, Florida. The folks, from the service to the service technician at Countryside Ford, were absolutely great. I told Jeff what I was looking for and we test drove a 2013 Ford Escape S. We were very happy to find that there was a "team" working with us. No one person with an agenda pushed us. Keith Cox is a professional who knows his products as well as how to treat a potential customer. I will recommend him to anyone I talk to who is even thinking about buying a car.The team work aspect started from the first contact I made at the dealership. Jim Ballard introduced himself to my wife and I when we walked up to the featured cars in the front. We eventually learned that all of the sales people were assisting other customers. He introduced himself as the manager and proceeded to listen to what we were interested in purchasing. I had rented a Mazda 3 (5 door) on a business trip to Atlanta, and was very impressed with the ride, room, and especially the gas mileage.My wife seemed to favor the 4 door sedan and Jim took us over to the line to look at some. He excused himself and returned with Keith, who answered all of my technical questions. Jim directed us to some some sedans, in order to see how they drive. Keith sat in the back while we both drove, and educated us on why a Mazda is so highly rated. My own research (through Edmunds.com) and previous ownership of a Mazda MPV for 110K miles steered me to Countryside Mazda (in live in Tampa). How fortunate for us.When we finished the test drive, we found that Jim had a Grand Touring sedan waiting for us. He was intuitive enough to listen closely to my needs and found the perfect car for us from his inventory.This impressed me and I knew we were in the right place. Though we were not prepared to make a purchase that evening, the team (with Dale Hedding) put a financial scenario together for us to consider. AT no time were we "brow beaten" or pressured. That would have sent us walking, never to return.We needed a few days to get a better picture of our finances, and Keith and Jim only called to offer their cell numbers, in case we had any questions. These two gentlemen are THE reason that we never looked anywhere else. The most pleasant car buying experience that I have had in the past 30 years.

We had purchased another vehicle from Countryside Ford previously and the people we dealt with were great. We decided to order a new F-150 in the color and with options we wanted. We visited a couple of other dealers and found the sales people to not be as friendly and also very pushy. When we went to Countryside, we talked to their representative, Mario Pozzi and he was very informative and helpful in finding out the options that were available. After some time we made the decision to order and Mario was there to help us. During the time between ordering the pickup and it being delivered, Mario kept us advised on a weekly basis of any news regarding the order and possible delivery dates. When the pickup came in, Mario seemed as excited about it as we were.Delivery day was long and it seemed to take for ever to complete all the paper work. This isn't the fault of the dealership or Mario. It just comes with the car buying experience. The pickup is just what we ordered and the sales staff at Countryside are very helpful and very friendly. With the two experiences my wife and I have had with them, I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle.

I initially logged onto Countryside website being directed from Kelly Blue Book regarding a 2010 Honda Cr-V SUV. I'd been looking on various websites for a couple of weeks and I felt that the car being advertised was the best deal I had seen. I offered a bid and was contacted by phone and later that afternoon we drove down to Clearwater to see the car. We were met by Jeff and Keith and shown every courtesy. We negotiated the trade in value of our car and applied for financing. The only glitch regarding treatment by staff was our interview with the finance offer. We declined his offer of extended warranty and he became curt, barely courteous and definitely unfriendly and pushed through the paperwork as if we were carrying a communicable disease. I must say that the sales staff were really nice and helpful. I would recommend your agency to anyone but I would first advised them to apply for financing visa Capital One. Our decision to act on the car we bought was somewhat quick so we didn't have time to apply for capital One as we did not want to lose the opportunity to buy the vehicle. So we left happy with our purchase and feel it's probably the nicest car we have ever owned.

I've usually get "okay" service from the mechanic, but this time it was excellent. I had a different tech who was personable, answered my questions, concerns without rushing. I did not have an appointment, the Quick Service was swamped, but I did not have a long wait. I had a tire issue which was checked out fully, and had my tires rotated. I had questions regarding my service from weeks prior, and Mike rechecked, and then answered my questions from that time frame also. I do not like being rushed, and friends always recommend going elsewhere for service, as they feel they've been ripped off at dealership garages. When I find a good service garage I tell everyone, and I have sent some "naysayers" to Countryside Ford, who then have state they've had a good experience. Hopefully they will be the one dealership who continues to show integrity.

My son asked me to help him buy a car. I didn't relish the idea, having gone through the "painful" process many times before. Alison Smith changed that whole experience. She was friendly, personable, and made the experience actually enjoyable for both my son and me. While other dealers we contacted seemed to care more about THEIR bottom line, Alison cared more about my college student son getting a nice car and being able to afford it. It is so refreshing to have a salesperson treat you like you are her most important customer.

Went in with a problem with my 2010 Ford Fusion Throttle Body failing at highway sppeds. I believe that Ford Motor Company needs to get in front of this problem quickly before they have a total public relations breakdown like Toyota had with their sudden acceleration (also the throttle body). Countryside Ford was very professional and helpful. They went to bat with Ford on my behalf and addressed the problem. I have purchased 2 cars from Countryside and currently take 4 autos there for service. My experience was very satisfying. The only thing better will be for Ford Motor Company to recall and replace these TB's very soon before someone is injured or killed.

Had an appointment for 11 AM to have our 2010 F150 serviced...until we arrived and learned that our appointment had not been entered into the computer, so we did not, in fact, have an appointment for an oil change and to have the inside door handle replaced...oh, and by the way, the door handle we told you we had in stock, we don't actually have, but there are 72 in Lakeland. This was all blamed on someone named John, who conveniently no longer works there. This is not poor customer service, this is NO customer service. They did sneak us in before three other people to get the oil changed, so we got the oil changed, but the door handle is still not replaced, which means taking another trip...to another dealership!!!

Customer service was fantastic. Mario went out of his way to show me a large selection of cars in the price range we had asked for. His boss even came to see if we were being taken care of. He got my daughter a soda when she was thirsty & he even offered me his coat when I stated I was cold. Quality of work was absolutely magnificent because it took hours for the 4 or 5 of them putting there heads together to help me get the loan to purchase my new car. And I would like to note that they made very little if any on the deal. They wanted to help me & they did so.Every one there was friendly & introduced themselves. Every one wanted to help my daughter & I & they did in every way that they could.Our over all experience was the very best. I will recommend them to all my family & friends. I should have gone to them first. I will never go to any other place again.The price of my new Ford was icing on the cake. They got me a $750 rebate to use toward my downpayment & an extra $1000 off the original price. They also got me 4 years warranty instead of 3. I am ecstatic & keep pinching myself

LATEST UPDATE: They sprayed the car with some cleaner to get rid of the mold. It stayed fine for about two weeks. We noticed that the a/c wasn't draining very much water AND the mold smell returned. When we called Mike Catman he said to bring it on in. Our service guy sat in the car and smelled the odor, apologized that it returned and promised to get to the bottom of things. He suggested that they would remove the dash and check out the system and drainage. They had the car another day and a half. When we came to pick it up, Mike Catman was there to intervene and say that they don't smell anything and that they would not be doing anything to help us. The car STINKS. Without this problem, the car is wonderful. I can't think of another vehicle that I'd be happier with, but this needs fixed. I can't imagine what it will be like after another month or two, let alone the years that we expected to keep this car. We will be looking for some legal assistance at this time. Please BEWARE before buying anything from these people or looking to them for service on your vehicle. UPDATE: We did finally get to talk with GR Tarr. He has put us in contact with someone from service who seems to understand how they could alleviate the mildew. They will take it in tomorrow and hopefully, I will have wonderful news to report.....First let me say, that I NEVER write poor reviews for a company. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt and try to be as understanding as possible. So, for me to spend time writing this is an indication of how annoying the combination of situations have been at this dealership. My car developed a mildew smell to it within the first week. I didn't pay too much attention as it went away quickly and wasn't too bad. I thought maybe it was in the environment or something? But it got increasingly worse and I could tell it was definitely coming from the a/c vents. This morning it even smelled before turning on the car. We left it there to be checked out. That evening we called to see if it was finished. They said, no they would look into it in the morning. When we called the next morning, they said it had been done last night and they didn't do anything since they didn't smell anything. When I got to the dealership, I asked to see a manager. A rude salesman pointed to a woman walking past. She said something to him, he turned around handed me my keys and said "They didn't smell anything. If you want, you can go over and talk to the service department". While the manager stayed there in her GLASS office. I wasn't going to talk to the same people I just talked to on the phone who didn't want to help. Why would I be pretending to have mold in my beautiful new car? We called our sales guy, Gus, and left a few messages. He has yet to return the call.

I brought my vehicle in to have a rearview mirror installed as this was due to me when we bought our brand new vehicle 2.5 weeks ago. When the mirror was installed, I asked the service advisor what was done to my vehicle exactly. I asked if any panels or molding were taken off, he stated lets go ask the person that worked on your car. I asked him the same questions and he stated no maam no molding was taking off or panels (I was lied straight to my face as in fact the panel and molding was taken off, I have the greasy fingerprints to prove it) I recieved my vehicle back with grease all over the inside, finger prints on the headliner and all I got from the service advisor Ryan was we take pride in our work and we would like to earn your trust by coming back. They took my vehicle back not once, but 4 times to get it clean and still it isn't cleaned. I sent an email to the general manager GR Tarr the day it happened and to this date still haven't recieved a phone call back from him. Great customer service he has. I then recieved a call from a Mike Catman, service manager apoligizing. This service department doesn't care about the way they treat customer's vehicles. It seems like gets tougher and tougher to find people to take pride in their work.

I take my Ford cars to Countryside Ford of Clearwater for service because I know that problem(s)I have will be fixed correctly and in a timely manner the first time. My car was also the subject of a recall and when the service representative talk to me about the parts required to fix my current problem, I was told that the parts required for the recall were in stock and this work could be performed along with the scheduled service. I lso apprecate the service safety inspections that have been performed on my cars in the past which notfy me of service work that should be performed to prevent future problems.

I thought that I would have to wait hours and hours for the service to be done and was thinking of getting a taxi to take me home, however, Jeremy said that because it is so early he could get the job done within and hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised. I waited in the lounge and within the hour the service was done. I was extremely happy that it was done in that amount of time. Had 4 tires nitrogen filled and balanced for $65. They filed them with the wrong tire pressure. 33Lbs instead of 70Lbs. I told the serviceman his gauge might be off and he didn't seem concerned. Also the gauge on the nitrogen machine was broken. Had to make second trip back to get it done properly. No one cared about my time wasted and expenses incurred.

I had purchased a low mile vehicle from the used car department for my son's first car. The next day, which happened to be Sunday, the car had some starting issues. I notified the salesman that day of the problem. By Tuesday the used car manager Nathan DeFreitas had me bring the vehicle in to try and solve the problem. The car ran great for a full week until the following Tuesday when it again wouldn't start. I notified Mr. DeFreitas and again he told me to please bring the car in to get the problem corrected. Took my 08 Mercury Mariner with 43707 miles(at the time) to have it fixed after noticing a tansmission fluid leak in front of my car. The car has a powertrain waranty until May 2013 or 100.000 total miles.) It turned up to be a transmission fluid cooler leak(something that Ford Company is very well aware of(TSB issued)). To Jeremy's credit, he tried to run it under warranty, but came up empty handed. For some reason, the cooler is a part of the condenser for A/C system, therefore not covered under powertrain warranty(????) I am now out of $925.96, and Ford Company and Countryside Ford dealerdhip refuse to do anything about it. When I brought up all the problems with this particular part in other models(08 Escape, 08 Mariner, 08 Mazda Tribute), they could not wait for me to just pay for a repair and leave(Jeremy even started the car for me!). Called the Ford Company, and after over the week they refused to do anything about it either. Folks, beware of Ford Company products as they refuse do take care of the substandard parts they put in their cars. I will get rid of my Mariner as soon as possible and will never buy another Ford product. I will also spread the word as far as I can.

Made appointment with Quick Lube for service at 11:30 AM. I was there on time, maybe a few minutes early, but they didn't even take my vehicle into the shop until 12:15. The did the oil change and recommended a front end alignment which I purchased; took another fifteen to twenty minutes.Service was O. K. but I felt I should have had quicker service with an appointment. When I questioned t the service manager about this all he could say was that I was second in line when i came in but couldn't explain why other vehicles were taken before mine when I had an appointment. All in all, I usually get pretty good service here but this time it was pretty poor with very poor time management on the part of their service people. It had better be much improved my next time or I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I did purchase my Ford here.

I met Jeremy when I had to go to the dealer to chip keys & a fob made. The price was reasonable and far less than Walker Ford had quoted me. I asked Jeremy for estimates on tires for my 2003 Mach 1. That afternoon, he faxed me 5 quotes. Using those quotes, I got some other estimates. The prices quoted from Countryside were either less or right in line. And, a tie rebate from Ford even made them less!

Rob Hobbs ROCKS! I went in with very specific needs and Rob listened and worked with me to get me into an Explorer that is pretty much a perfect match. The entire shopping/buying/financing/delivery experience was very easy because the entire staff worked seamlessly with me and with each other. I visited other dealerships (Ford and other) while shopping around and although every experience was good, Rob and the Countryside team seemed to be the most motivated to deliver. Rob researched a number of vehicles; found and offered a various Explorers that would meet my needs and as we discussed each one we narrowed the selection to THE one. So far I'm very happy with it. The eco boost engine delivers good power and mpg (last night I saw 25.3 mpg on my 20-mile drive home from work); the Explorer is a very smooth ride and I expect a very long relationship with it and Countryside. I definitely recommend them.

Dariusz Chrzanowski did an absolutely fantastic job. This was by far, the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new automobile.The vehicle was identified via Edmunds.com and I had a response from Dariusz within hours. I explained that I'd be very difficult to contact via phone, so he sent several emails leading up to our meeting. Separately, I filled out the credit application on your website (which also resulted in several responses). Dariusz pulled the online credit application and had it ready to go when we arrived, making the process that much smoother. He asked all the right questions and had everything down to a science, wasting absolutely no time.Honestly, beyond a short delay between the initial paperwork and getting in to speak/work with Eric Bartholomew, there was no wasted time at all (Dariusz kept us company while we waited). Once Eric had wrapped up his previous customer, he took us through this part of the process very smoothly and efficiently as well.I work in sales, so having an understanding of the sales process, I was quite impressed with how comfortable the process was. All of the possible "overt sales psychology" elements were absent or so subtle in there execution as to have been completely transparent. Tonsil (unclear on spelling) did a fine job as well.

I had been dealing with a Ford Dealership in Clearwater for 16 years, I wanted to trade my Fusion in and go back to an Explorer. They did not have a 2012 base model and they kept pushing me on an Escape, the bottom line was that they were not willing to help me. Two weeks later I went up to Countryside Ford told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. They had 5 Explorer base models they showed me and I picked one we did the deal and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I sent out emails to every Ford Dealership within 70 miles of my home. I received only 1 response and it was within 15 minutes of my submission and that was from Countryside Ford. The email response said I would be contacted by a salesperson as soon as possible. Within 10 mins of that email I received a call from Keith Cox about my inquiry. He was very helpful with answering all of my questions. To date I have not received a response from any other dealer! Well I was given the opportunity to buy a car for my 18th birthday ( parents treat) and of all places to buy a car I got mine from coy.teysode Ford. I think that Keith cox is the reason I even got the car. He helped me with all the financing and gave me a really good price even after knowing all I had to work with. He knew how important it was for me to get my first car. I give him this rating because he deserves it. He actually cared about me as a customer and took the time to get my financing situated so I could get my car. Great salesman! Thanks Mr. Keith!

I bought a new Mustang from this dealer. Ford gave me some problems that weren't expected and caused me some problems, KEITH COX and the ford dealership did all they could do to solve the problems and keep me informed on the progess of my car.I am very pleased how my car came out.

A previous Chevy guy. I like what Ford is doing and I love my new Fusion! I was greeted within seconds upon arrival by Keith Cox. After introducing himself and welcoming me to the Dealership, he was very patient with me and my wife. He gave us a demonstration that left us in awe of the Fusion. He was none pressuring and easy to talk to. Countryside Ford offered several aggressive terms that fit our budget, and sent us home with a full tank of gas to boot. I have told my family and friends to see Keith if they want a new or used car.

We bought a used Nissan Altima on Tuesday 11/15/11 and two days later I emailed our sales rep, Jaime Nolan, about bringing it back in because the rotors seemed warped, the front end slightly shakes at higher speeds and the car is 'jerking' when lightly accelerating. Was told they'll look at it, but can't promise anything. They looked at it and said it had nothing to do with the rotors or brakes and the bearings were bad and to take it to Nissan. Nissan looked at it and said it is indeed the pads and rotors and definitely not the bearings. (Plus, it sounds like the rotors are warped, not the 'clicking/clunking' of bad bearings) Three of the tires are also borderline in the red on the tread depth gauge and the jerking I guess is common with a CVT motor (which the Altima has), but can be reduced by torquing the bars in the tranny. All in all it would have been $1,246 to fix all the problems. They refuse to reimburse us for the $94 diagnostic charge from Nissan and/or fix the tires, pads and rotors saying that it is our problem now. This came from the GM, G.R. Tarr, who said he is also the president/owner of the company. He also said that "If someone bought a car from here and it split in half while driving it out, there is nothing I would do for them. It's their problem". Pads, rotors and tires are absolute standard things on inspections before selling a car. They either don't inspect cars coming in on trade or don't care to spend the money and do the work to make it a good, safe car. Horrible, horrible experience with this dealership.

I came into Countryside Ford as a return customer on October 7, 2011. We had purchased a 2007 new Ford Focus in 2007 from this dealership. I was looking for a used car in my price range in which I discussed with Tom Quillin. Obviously the $10,000 or so wasn't big enough commission for Countryside's sales associate. We looked for a few minutes. After less than 10 minutes, we were looking for an internet advertised Ford Focus that was in our price range, he couldn't locate that car or any others that were in our price range. It was extremely important purchase for me because it was for the safety of my daughter to get her a newer used car. I could tell that when I told Mr Quillin that we had an appointment with Walker Ford later that day, he sort of lost interest in helping me as well. One would think that would make him want to help me even more to get me to buy at Countryside. Not so. He told me that he would call me later on in the evening of Oct. 7th and I am still waiting on that phone call, it is now Oct. 9th. That's ok though, I kept my appointment with Walker Ford and they got my business. We found a car right away. Actually the same kind of car and price that we were interested in at Countryside in which Mr. Quillin couldn't locate, but he said he knew they still had that was listed on the internet.

i train a 2011 car for another 2011 car.both car were finance through ford motor credit.country ford doubled my interest rate.from 5.9 percent to 10.9 percent.i call ford motor credit and they told me it was up to the dealership what the interest rate is.the car cost 36,429 and by the time i pay it off its going to cost me 53,429 and they said they give me a good deal.
