I was in the market for a 3rd car, just for commuting purposes. I knew what I wanted and when I walked in I was greeted by Jason Lebrun. I explained my situation, and Jason worked with me to narrow down my choices. The process was quick and painless and Jason did a great job. To close the deal, I sat with Maryann and she really knows her job. It was late in the evening, and she was tired but she got it done, she even got me a "coupon" that was a huge benefit, thanks Maryann :) I arrived in another car, and Jason offered to drive the car to my house and from there I took him back to the dealership. You guys were great, and I'll see you on the next purchase.

My current car had finally broken down, so I was in a crunch to get a new vehicle. Allen was very helpful and was able to locate a new vehicle within my budget. He was friendly and courteous. I wasn't looking forward to having to get a new car. In fact, I wasn't very excited about looking at a Fiat. I met my parents at the dealership after my dad found my 500L on Autotrader. I had called ahead and talked to Keith. Right away I enjoyed his demeanor. He wasn't pushy. In fact, he was super laid back which was really relieving. We had a great time test driving the car. Keith knew a lot about the car and had a lot of information to give me while I was driving it. He really made me excited about it and I really do love it. Once we got the numbers right I met with MaryAnn to finish up the financing and warranty plan. She was amazing. She knew I was trying to keep my payments at a certain amount and only gave me options that would work for me. She explained everything so clearly and was so helpful. I felt absolutely confident that I was being taken care of. She was also so sweet and friendly. I could have chatted with her for an hour if my parents hadn't been so hungry!

Three weeks ago I also purchased a car from brian who was helpful at the time. On the way home I noticed my car was trembling very badly and even shut off twice.The next morning i brought in the car to take a look at. Knowing a good amount of knowledge as I was a tech for three years.After showing brian what the issue was. He aggreed there was a problem.I bought the car less then ten hours before and wanted to be put in something else Paying cash for the car you would expect better service. Then Mic Thomas the current manager gets involved.One of the rudest people i have ever met And really does not care about anyone .He Says that there is nothing he can do and a deal is a deal. He had the tech change the tire but not even look at the problem as it shuting off. Said it was fixed ten minutes later leaving the car shuts off again and still trembles.Called and spoke to brian. He told me to go to another dealer of theirs and that they would help me out and report Mike to corporate (whole other story) This company has a 'lets make our client feel horrible ' mentality.Moral of the story is 1. This dealership need a lot of work ESP Mike fullheart. He is not a good man at all Will tell at the client right in front of them and swear at them. 2. Shady shady pratices

I am Reggie and recently suffered the loss of my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As I had not planned on purchasing a new car for another six months or so, this situation required me to shorten my timeline and explore my options. The Team of Keith, Mic and Maryann were tremendous. Realizing I was in a situation where I really needed another mode of transportation, they asked what monthly price range I was comfortable with, and focused their efforts on working with me in that range. I initially settled on a used Path Finder and once I got home, I realized purchasing another used vehicle (along with the potential repair bills) was not a smart move. So the next day I returned, explained my situation and asked for their help in returning the Path Finder and getting into a new Fiat 500. They agreed and did not pressure me to go beyond the monthly price point on the car or the additional warranty options. After a car accident my car was totalled. I came in to Fiat and spoke with Josh L who showed me some great cars and one that i fell in love with! Mike F. got all the financials taken care of and i signed all the paperwork with Maryann H and i was on my way! Turns out it was the biggest headache because of the insurance company and the finance company but Maryann worked tirelessly to get this deal to go through! Was told I was financed by salesman got there and then was told I needed a co-signer, got one then told they will call me back in about an hour. I left on Saturday Dec 5 2015 still waiting on that call. If your not going to call dont say you will is my outlook . They found me the most awesome fiat 500 l trekking and even sent someone to west palmbeach to get it and gave me a nother car to drive while i waited for my new car to arrive ,, i had went to the other gator dealership on us1 and was treated very poorly and was turned away to buy a new vechile .. I will only go to fiat of melbourne in the future and never return to the one gator chrysler us 1 or anyother .. dealership !! Only dealing with melbourne fiat/gator on nasa .. This morning, I was only considering purchasing a smaller car than my Honda CR-V to solve my problem of downsizing from a 3-car garage to a 1-car garage, so I decided to visit the Fiat showroom. My objective was to purchase a small car and a golf cart. I was thinking I would prefer to purchase just a golf cart, but there are times when I would need to travel on roads where golf carts are not permitted. However, I'm now thinking that I may not need to purchase a golf cart after all because my new Fiat is the best of both worlds. It takes up no more space than a golf cart, and it also can zoom on the Interstate. It grips the road very well. I was concerned about safety, and Kevin Bruno, my sales representative, assured me that the Fiat was very safe. He told me the story of how someone he sold a Fiat to was T-boned in that Fiat and walked away from the accident. I let that story go in one ear and out the other as just a sales pitch. However, while driving my brand new Fiat home, I was stuck in traffic because there was a bad accident. I saw smoke coming from a car that was so destroyed that I could not identify what kind of car it was. I actually called Kevin while I was stuck in traffic to tell him I left my Sunpass transponder in my CR-V. It was only after I spoke with him that I saw the other car involved in the accident. It was a Fiat. The back bumper was torn off and the windows were shattered but still intact. There were paramedics working on people at the other car, but there were no paramedics near the Fiat. Oh, I also got a great deal on the price of my new Fiat. They gave me top Kelley Blue Book for my CR-V and gave me all discounts available on the Fiat. I drove away in a brand new 2015 Fiat with a substantial check in my pocket (Well, they will mail it to me). Life is sweet!

Can't rate Quality of Work yet, since this is my first experience with this dealer and the FIAT brand. However, I really like what I see so far.Customer Service was great - I had an idea coming in what I model(s) might fit my needs/desires, but got some great suggestions from Chuck, who wanted to know more about the situation so we could tailor what we were looking for. I really appreciate that there was no pressure to look at options or features that were not going to be worthwhile based on my usage of the vehicle. Going forward, the customer care options appear very competitive.Chuck was very personable, friendly, and did a great job of communicating what was going on at different points during the buying experience (it was a busy day at the dealership), as well as making sure that we understood that his involvement in our purchase did not end until we were happy with the car, not just when he handed us off to the business office to complete paperwork.Price was very reasonable, and I appreciate that Chuck was very open about the reasons for price differences between different models/designs, and which ones had packages where you were paying a premium for style rather than substance. Definitely appreciate the openness about the opportunity for a great deal on a still-new 2013 model where I'm the first owner.Overall experience has been great, and I'm looking forward to having a relationship with this dealership.

I met with Jeff after having a conversation on the phone with him about my interest in buying my new vehicle. Jeff was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for and the payments I was looking for. He was very informed on the vehicle I was interested in buying and was able to explain all the improvements and options that were available to me in that particular model. He was able to answer any questions I had and he was able to close the deal without any complications. It made for a great buying experience.Maryann is the one who handled all the "paperwork" at the closing of this deal. I have dealt with Maryann before and she is very friendly and informative. She is not a "hard sell" type of person and makes you feel comfortable during one of the most tedious parts of the transaction. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the past 5 years, I also have all my service work done at this dealership and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I was very happy to NOT have to deal with a high pressure dealer (who often push you toward a higher priced model or something they need to move). I knew what I wanted and that's what we looked at and test drove. The people I dealt with (Mr. Leggee and Mrs. Higgins) were friendly, down to earth people who made me feel very comfortable with my purchase experience. I've bought three new cars from different dealers in the past and the people at Gator Suzuki were far superior on both a personal and professional level than the dealers I've dealt with in the past.All in all, I am very happy with the buying experience at Gator and I'll gladly recommend Gator to anyone I know looking for a new or used car.

Price ADVERTISED on Craigslist is NOT the actual price. The price listed and PUBLISHED IS $13.495. This is what took place in emails with Debbie, which looks to me like the other persons review saying it is "Bait 'n Switch" tactics.My email to Debbie:There seems to be a lot of passing the buck going on at your dealership. I went there yesterday(Sunday) and spoke to Chuck Stupp who said hed have the car there today. I went there (Monday), and the car was not there. I asked the first salesman to see Chuck, and Chuck comes out and hands me over to Bruce Hill. I then had to follow Bruce over to the other lot to see and drive the car. Looks like Chuck dropped the ball on this one. Anyway, I sent another email saying Craigslist has the car listed for $13,495, and I asked if they would accept $14K CASH with the tax and dealer fee included. She replies with this:I understand you are trying to be 14,000 out the door and we do have plenty of vehicles that you can do that with but the internet prices reflect our very best selling prices so there is no room to move on the published price. To be at 14,000 out the door we need to be looking at a vehicle that is priced online for 12,495 which puts you at 14,082.37 out the door.Her next email: So you see the exact numbers - this may help you see the differences.Internet Selling Price 14,995.00 (we only post best price online)Dealer Fee 599.75Electronic Filing Fee (title work) 49.00 Sub-total 15,603.756% sales Tax 936.22Transfer Tag Estimate 150.00 Total out the door 16,689.97Less your offer -14,000.00 Difference -2,689.97 below the best price we can sell the vehicle forSO AS YOU CAN SEE, THE PRICE WENT UP $3,000. Went to the dealership after seeing the car I wanted on Craigslist. Told them I saw it for $14495 on craigs and they sold me the car for $14495. We agreed on this price, during paperwork another salesmen comes over and says they changed there minds and will not honor the advertised and agreed upon price because they made a mistake. Maybe it was a bait and switch type thing just to get you in there then up the price. In any case they are dishonest and did not keep the promise to me on the agreed upon price. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Recently visited Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep on US1 in Melbourne and had the most pleasurable buying experience ever purchasing a vehicle !!! Mike Kelly was not only very knowledgable about all the different new and used cars he was a delight to work with...The manager at the desk at the time was Mike Fullhart and he too was wonderful to work with...He gave us a great deal on the used vehicle we purchased!!! I recently purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from Gator Chrysler and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received compared to my local Vero Beach dealer that I had previously been a customer of. I called the dealer that I purchased my previous 2 Town and Country's from and was given a cash price over the phone, when I arrived at the dealership I was informed that they were not able to reach the agreed upon price I was given over the phone. My neighbor who purchased her car from Gator told me to give them a call, I spoke with the sales manager Mike and told him the experience that I had in Vero and he assured me that I would not have the same problems when dealing with him. I gave the manager at gator the information on my trade in and the Town and Country I wanted to purchase. And to my astonishment the price was close to one thousand dollars less than the amount the Vero dealer wouldn't honer!!!!! when arriving at the dealership I asked for the sales manager and he introduced me to Bill Kaye the sales associate who showed me the Town and Country I was purchasing. Then he took the information on my trade in, (I was waiting for them to tell me that they couldn't do what they said on the phone) when Bill had the sale order typed up and showed it to me it was exactly like I was told on the phone, I was very please.I am very please that I took the drive from Vero Beach to Melbourne to purchase my new van and will continue to keep my business with Gator in the future.Thank you again Bill Kaye my salesman Mike the sales manager and Joe Kelly in finance

I just bought a 2010 Dodge Charger. It's Inferno Red and the love of my life. I bought it January 17th, 2010. I'm only 22, so my credit isn't spectacular (despite how hard I try). They worked with me and got me the best financing possible. I traded in a 1996 Buick (which I also bought from Gator, but in 2006) and got a very fair amount for it. They're working with my financial situation, too! With all of that, I got a very, very low monthly payment. I mean, how can you beat a starting price that's 7k off MSRP?!Even when I was driving my Buick, I always brought it there. The service department and body shop always went out of their way to take care of me. I remember that one time there was a fault in the computer/ordering, and I got top-of-the-line tires for very, very cheap! And, let me tell you, that Buick ran like a charm. I traded it in because the warranty was coming up and I wanted something new and fresh.As for the sales team, Barbara Scholten went above and beyond, as did Mike and the rest of the team. Be sure to ask for Barbara! :)

I am very surprised to read the last few negative reviews. My husband and I traded our vehicle in for a new town and country not too long ago. We were first greeted by a gentleman salesperson Clint who was so pleasant and didnt pressure us at all throughout our purchase. We were introduced to management as well who treated us with nothing but kindness. We have had our vehicle in since for regular servicing. I was pleasantly surprised when our salesperson walked up and greeted us by our first names when we were there. This will probably be our last vehicle but we do intend on sending friends and family their way!!!! A+ in my book. Thanks again. See ya' in 3mts for my next oil change:)

I visited Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep with my sister who was looking for a car. The salesman we dealt with was nice enough - minus the fact that he failed to mention the car had a serious mechanical issue that was not noticed on the short test drive, but resulted in the car needing to be turned in for repair for more than a month within a few days of driving it off their lot. (Upon further after-purchase research we can prove they knew about the issue when we arrived.) My sister paid $X for the car... NOT $X plus $800 (the cost to repair the issue)! We tried more than once to work with Gator to get her expenses refunded since they sold a defective vehicle but the manager, Mike Fullhart, was illogical, unreasonable and did not even care that they sold an unsafe car and failed to fully disclose the condition of the car at the point of sale. Absolute ZERO sense of customer service at this place and they showed no respect to either of us once they had my sister's trade-in and her money. I will never go here again - and I hope their lack of integrity and customer service puts them out of business as they deserve.

I regrettably went here to look for a trade-in for my excellent, flawless Acura RSX since I needed a 4 door car now. They ended up selling me a Mazda 3 that was sold with a problem. It had an after-market cold air intake which caused it to shift horribly and it was unsafe to drive. Within 5 days I brought it to the Mazda dealer since it was still under manufactures warranty. It took them a month of replacing parts under warranty to find that once they replaced the air box, that resolved the problem. I was not told by Gator this car had an after-market intake. I would not have bought the car with an after-market part because I know it voids aspects of the warranty. I sought Gator to be reimbursed for the part fees to return the car to OEM standards. Mazda did not charge me for labor or all the parts they replaced under warranty. Mazda also told me it is common for dealerships to reimburse customers on repairs within 90 days of the car being sold. We went down to Gator and met with this absolute unreasonable, Mike Fullhart, the manager. He is completely inflexible, illogical, irrational, and unable to make sense in his own mind about what is what. I can't believe this man manages people. He is completely incompetent. Point in case, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They are AWFUL!!!! They could care less about selling cars with defects as the manager stated to us when we confronted him. How disappointing. I miss the days when customer service was something to aspire to in business.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Melbourne. I had been shopping for a Wrangler for some time and I saw one that had the options I wanted advertised on their website. I live in South Florida and travel to Melbourne to visit my family at least once a month. I was greeted by one of their salesman Tom O'Neil when I arrived at the dealership. Tom was very professional and knew all about the Jeep's features. It was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the Jeep at the advertised price with no hassle. The financing part went very smoothly as well. The finance manager, Maryann, was very nice,got me approved quickly and had all the paperwork done in a very short order. This was the by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Gator and will definately go back again for my next purcahse.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLEWe purchased a used Jeep from this dealership, and everything went smoothly at first. While waiting for the title work to be sent out, we recieved a card from them to come pick up the plates, and registration. We found out that there was an additional $100 that was owed for Florida title work. This by itself isn't the major problem. It was the way we were treated form that point. When we purchased the car, we explicitly requested that all fees be included in the financing which we were doing on our own. We were givin a price, which we paid.We went to pick up our plates and explained our concern. Judy at the window wouldn't assist us at which point, she said that sales manager wouldn't correct the mistake on the over charging of our purchase. We asked to speak to Carlos, and he was rude abrupt and said that they wouldn't assist. I then drove to a seperate lot, where I could speak with Carlos myself. I found him smug, stubborn and not willing to help at all. He finally said, "this conversation is done". I then spoke to somebody named Joe Kelley, who claimed to be the owner. He said that although repeat business is what is most important, "our car had such a small margin, it wasn't important to get more of that business"... I was floored.... His salesman said he wasn't aware of the new florida laws and admitted to not telling us. Joe then said he would "meet us half way", My response was that you are admitting to an error, and he then said, "I am now retractiing my offer". He said it was his dealership, and he doesn't have to answer to anybody.... amazing. I then met with Joe Kelley Sr., who IS the owner. This guy said he was surprised by the way I was treated, but he also said that "that is the way I trained my son. I wouldn't have offered anything."STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

On August 11th the check engine light on my 2002 Dodge Caravan came on. I was going on a trip in a couple of days and called Mike George to see how soon he could get me in to have it checked. Mike told me to come right in and he would have it checked while I waited. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad computer. They installed it and the problem was fixed. The best part is, the computer was still covered under warranty and the repair didnt cost me a cent! I've been dealing with Gator Chrysler for about 6 years now. We have purchased a couple of vehicles and they take care of all my service needs. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I highly recommend Gator's sales and service departments.

Bryan Nelson Completely misled me about the condition of a car I bought from the Dealership. Flew 1000 miles for a car that was supposed to be in excellent condition with no peeling paint. The car had peeling clearcoat paint after I had asked him specifically if it had any and he said no. I asked if the car had any dents or door dings. Mr. Nelson said it had 2 door dings, one on each door. It did, but it also had dents on both front fenders and hail damage on the hood. The Hood scoops had peeling paint. This dealership is not a place to buy a car from. They are not the people you want to buy a car from. Do not beleive what they tell you about a car without an outside person giving you a full description, because they completely misled me on the condition of the car. I am in the process of filing a civil suit against the dealership and a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office.

I was just lookig for an HHR because of the old style. I don't care for the PT Cruiser and still don't. I saw a converible PT Cruiser at tne Palm Bay store. My wife likes the convertible so we stopped to look at it. It was out of gas and would'nt start, so we left. The next day we stopped by the main store on Nasa blvd. and test drove a used HHR and a used PT Cruiser. Salesman Tom was very helpful. For room I liked the PT Cruiser however I liked the HHR better. I told tom about the convertible at the Palm Bay lot and said there were some things that needed to be fixed. Naturally he said whatever it takes to get you in it. The front bumper cover had a square hole in it from where it hit a square reese hitch receiver, and it has a reflector missing from the inside rear of the driver's door, and a windshield spray nozzle on the drivers side was missing. Now then this car was a lease and I know that the leasee was required to either have these items fixed or pay for them to be fixed..So why aren't they fixed. A few days later I did go into the Palm Bay lot and purchased the convertible. Jeff the salesman said the only thing they would fix was the windshield sprayer wich was on order. That was o3-13-09 and I haven't heard anything so far from Gator.

I would like to thank Gator Chrysler for helping me out with the purchase of my vehicle. A clerical error was made on the contract that cost me an extra $1740 dollars. The dealership could have chosen not to fix the problem, however they did the right and honest thing and refunded the money. All in all, I am very happy with me experience at Gator.

THIS DEALER IS A CROOK AND A LIAR. REPAIRED CAR FOR OVER $800 AND IT DID THE SAME THING THE NEXT DAY. FINALLY REPAIRED BROKEN WIRES AND WOULD NOT AJUST THE CHARGES FOR CHANGING THE WRONG PART!!!!

This is by far the worst automobile dealership I have ever been to. The staff are rude and have no professional background. With the exception of one or two members of their sales team, GATOR CHYRSLER is unworthy to carry the Chrysler name. The sales staff upon seeing you ask, are you going to buy a car, if not and are just looking, the sales staff will return with, leave us alone and don't bother even asking questions. Seriously, does this place really not want to have anyone's business. I am also reporting this incident to the BBB and to the Chrysler Corp.

I recommend this dealership for service IF you get Stephanie as your service advisor. She is friendly, helpful and professional, and makes sure that all your concerns are addressed. Unlike Boniface in Merritt Island, they do actually repair the problem the first time you bring the car in, not the third. The courtesy van/driver is slow, though, so don't expect to get anywhere in a hurry!

Their service and maintenance areas remind one of facilities in Mexico, Jamaica. Open air, all they need is a study tree and to one of its stout limbs they could attach a chain fall to lift engine blocks out. They may have the finest ASE qualified, i don't know. My only experience was waiting in the customers lounge when a mechanic came in a tried to get the machine to vend his a shack. After a lot of abuse it finally work. If it doesn't fit tapping it, get a bigger hammer. A body shop advertised by an old faded semi-trailer. The curb appeal is not great.The "consultant" we had was excellent. The facility is scruffy!
